Fantastic experience: They saw me promptly, all staff were friendly and efficient. Dr Vincent was thorough, knowledgeable and gave thorough explanations for ever.

Fantastic experience: Started experiencing some minor pain so called for an appointment. They were able to fit me in same day. The staff is always friendly, starting with the receptionist who took the time over the phone to make sure all the symptoms I had were documented. The techs are great in relaxing you once you arrive and the check-out staff is quick and friendly as well. Our Doctor has always taken the time to explain problems or issues that need attention. Never left the chair wondering or uninformed.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for two years now. The staff is very pleasant. The work I’ve had done regular cleanings, fillings and two implants compared to previous experiences with other dentists has been very good The care of the dental assistants, hygienists and my dentist has been superb.

Fantastic experience: My first visit to Maplewood today was a lovely experience. Everyone, from the receptionist at the front desk to the tech that did the x-rays to Dr. Vincent was truly kind, gentle, caring and professional. I was also able to get follow up visits in a very timely manner.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned by Gina today. I had a lot of staining on my teeth caused by wearing Invisalign and she went above and beyond to make sure they sparkled by the time I left. I am thrilled with the results, and the extra time and care she took. Thank you Gina!

Fantastic experience: I checked in and only waited a few minutes before I was called for my appointment. The hygienist was gentle and very efficient. She did the cleaning and charting and explained the results. She made some recommendations and answered questions. Usually the charting is done by two people and the numbers are verbal which I like because it helps me to know which areas of the mouth might need some attention. A very good experience overall.

The whole place is very clean. Their equipment is state of the art. I like that they pretty much can do everything at their location like root canal’s, implants, extractions, etc. No need to worry about being sent out for special procedures. They’re the best in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Everything about Maplewood Dental associates is great! The office is clean and beautiful, the equipment is top of the line, office staff and hygienist are super friendly. Doctor Venables is amazing! He did extractions on my 11 and 13 year old sons. He did an amazing job and kept them so comfortable. He did a great job of explaining to them what was going to happen and gained their trust with his calming demeanor. Highly recommend!

He did a very thorough exam of my mouth and nose structure and gave me detailed explanations of what is contributing to this issue, which NONE of tge sleep medicine practitioners anywhere else have ever done. He gave me a number of options to investigate further for some areas that are not dental, as well as dental options. I feel I am finally on a path to getting some real solutions and better sleep in my future. He and the dental hygienist were very pleasant and kind.

Positive experience: Very modern offices. It was a bit of a trial to be a new customer (11 pages of forms). The dentist was competent and relieved my pain. I have to come in for followup . The gave me a next day appointment because of my discomfort.

Dr.Townsend and assistant accomplished this in one visit using Maplewood Dental Associates computer driven replicating machine for both crowns. Due to some medical issues I hadn't been back for a cleaning visit in over a year. Alexa gave me such great care and cleaned my teeth with determination and great skill. She is a kind and caring hygienist. Dr. Steve gave me a thorough examination of my teeth afterward. I even had a great experience at the payment window! I have found this dental practice to be filled with warm and caring professionals.

Would have given a five star but as I am on Medicare had to pay out of pocket because they do not take my Aetna HMO and when I submitted to insurance I could not receive reimbursement because our of network. Big concern in Delaware. This doesn't take away from the Drs or the services given but how our insurances are in this day and age
