Positive experience: The assistant was amazing 10/5—very communicative and genuinely helpful throughout the entire day. She was also incredibly thoughtful in letting me know the cost of everything ahead of time since I was paying out of pocket. The cleaning was done very thoroughly as well 10/5, and I was very pleased with that. As for the doctor, he was good, but I’ve never had a filling before, so I wasn’t entirely sure if it was actually necessary. Looking back, I wish I had gotten a second opinion before proceeding. I didn’t feel fully confident in how quickly we decided to do the filling, and in hindsight, I wish I had asked my orthodontist sister to look at it before any work was done. If the filling was truly needed and the proper protocol, then overall it was a good experience—I’m just concerned because that area was never a problem for me previously, and I can’t gauge whether he spotted something genuinely new or was simply quick to recommend treatment. I wish we had discussed watching the problem area as it was my first time at the clinic or been more communicative of what my options were.

Negative experience: This dental office is predatory! They did not discuss pricing or what insurance may or may not cover up front and proceeded to perform imaging that was not medically necessary. Thought my only cost would my co pay for a new patient consultation. Now I got a bill for over $500 with my insurance and they did nothing but take pictures. I don’t want to know what I would be charged for a standard cleaning. Plus they kept trying to sell me for a deep cleaning of my gums even though their own periodontist said my gums were extremely healthy. The dentist there even bragged about his patients paying for his extravagant vacations while he was working on me. Do not recommend. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door the office was beautiful, inviting and relaxing. The team that greeted me was extremely friendly. I felt very taken care of by doctor Kelly and Shelby. I would strongly recommend this office. You will not regret it at all. Fantastic experience: I've been a happy patient at Advanced Dentistry by Design for 8 years. The staff has always been wonderful, kind, and skilled while still being incredibly friendly. My hygienist, Gina, is the best; you can't convince me otherwise! She is thorough and relatable, and I truly value the rapport we have. It makes the entire experience so much more relaxed. And last but not least, Dr. Euse. He is the consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge. He always takes the time to explain what's going on and is happy to educate his patients. I do have to add that as a bit of a tech nerd I love how the practice always stays ahead of the game. Bringing in the best tools and tech to provide the best possible results. Positive experience: The dentistry, staff and office are wonderful, very careful and attentive, great to work with. Unfortunately there's been a change this year with the bookkeeping office, it's a hot mess now. They've repeatedly double billed for services, cashed my checks but did not credit my account, charged one price at the time of service but months or a year later have changed that price and retroactively billed a higher price without notice until I get a surprise bill in the mail. It's almost impossible reach someone to discuss, and they do not return calls about billing whatsoever. Love the care, but super disappointed with how they mishandle their billing.

Fantastic experience: I spent the morning yesterday having a new crown replaced with Dr Kelly Euse and her lovely assistant Nettie, and both were extremely capable,, professional and clearly skilled at their jobs, while at the same time, warm and comforting during a not so fun procedure. I would highly recommend Dr Kelly and her entire staff!

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share my experience with anyone needing help with dental problems. Dr Randy Wright helped me with a partially impacted wisdom toothe that needed to be extracted. Unfortunately the toothe next to it needed to be extracted as well. The thought of having two molars pulled was very stressful. The front office got me in for the procedure as soon as possible. I was in some pain and needed it to be taken care of. They made sure I was seen as soon as possible. Dr Randy Wright made this process completely painless with only local anesthetics and took care of everything so smoothly. He gave me pain meds for a few days to get me through this. The most surprising thing is that I needed NO pain medication at all. ZERO. Not even over the counter medication. The only discomfort I experienced was the first night of just gauze in my mouth. That was not painful..just annoying. My recovery was so easy I was amazed!!! Thanks SO much to everyone at Advanced dentistry by design. I am so glad it is done and my care was Excellent!! Fantastic experience: They got me in on an emergency toothpain and did a full new patient screening with partial root canal, they had a headset so I can listen to my music and made sure to consider if I was doing OK through out every step!

He always makes me smile ... even before he's worked his magic to help fix my smile! Dr. Wright is friendly, caring, humorous, a great conversationalist, and highly skilled. Dr. Wright's staff, including Liz and Shelby, are just as amazing as Dr. Wright is. Their level of skill and professionalism is truly amazing. Fantastic experience: My bridge for my front teeth broke the other day Advance Dentistry was able to fit me in for emergency repair within 24 hrs. Although I was extremely apprehensive Dr. Wright was extremely understanding and fully explained what needed to be done including the extraction of two teeth. To say the work was done without any pain is difficult to believe put it is the truth. His assistant, Shelby was a STAR in preparing my temporary replacements. All is good and I greatly appreciate their understanding and the expert work they do.

Negative experience: Everyone was super nice but i had to get a top denture which cost so much money to only have it not look like my smile at all nor did it fit good at all and broke literally i guess right after they're warranty like 2 days maybe 5 days max on it expired then to only find out i would have to pay another 500 dollars to fix it and this is after 5 grand plus I couldn't believe it i am lucky to have used my Washoe tribe dental clinic which gave me the absolute perfect denture for 300 dollars !! You can't even tell that i have a a denture at all so grateful for them but i still have this broken, to big , doesn't look like my smile at all very expensive top denture with no help from advance dentistry about this and then wanting only more money when it wouldn't cost them anything to fix this expensive mess I will just have the Washoe dental clinic fix it for me ive wanted to write this for awhile and this was my experience

Fantastic experience: LOVE going to the dentist, now! I'm not a fan of having dental work done. I have dreaded it all my life, but the people here make it painless. Dr. Wright found a failed root canal on my preliminary visit that my previous dentist missed. I had no symptoms but could see on the scan exactly where decay had begun. This saved me an abscess and a lot of pain. It's no shade to my previous dentist, they just didn't have the newer equipment or staffing needed for the in-depth screening protocols Advanced Dentistry has. (Seriously, these people want to know everything about your teeth lol) I also adore my hygienist. She never jabs my gums but always gets my teeth perfectly clean and I can actually get an appointment every three months! This was always a struggle at my previous dentist. Overall, I am very well cared for here and have recommended Advanced Dentistry by Design to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Same day crowns lower the stress of dental treatments and are more convenient requiring less time off of work. This practice also makes you as comfortable as you need to be for your treatment. They use state of the art x-rays and equipment and I understand robotic surgery now.

Fantastic experience: I have rural nv medicaid and it doesn't cover crowns. I cracked my tooth and they examined me for 177 then quoted me for 1791. I got the money together and they delivered excellent work. Strong topical and anesthetic I didn't feel a thing and they gave me headphones to listen to my phone and drown out the noise. They are advanced and excellent Matthew was my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lisenby is great and has done a great job with my teeth that were not in very good condition when I arrived. Gina the hygienist is awesome! Her insight and guidance for how to take care of my teeth is invaluable. For a year and a half now, I have been following her program, and my teeth are in the best condition of my life. Very friendly and professional staff. I am happy that I have found Advanced Dentistry By Design. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kelly Euse performed two extractions on 3/31. As I have spent many hours in a dentist chair throughout my 71 years, I must say this is the most professional, organized and technically up-to-date dental office I have ever visited. The extractions were painless, Dr. Kelly Euse communicated every detail as it was happening. In addition, the cleaning that I had previously had performed was also completed in the most professional manner. If you need dental work, this office has my highest recommendation.

Negative experience: So far pretty impressed. The online research I did a long with the reviews seem to match up! The staff is absolutely genuine ☺️ I found a flyer that we received in the mail and after blankly hinting... I just called and made my boyfriend an appointment. ;p The office was easy to find & there was plenty of parking. The waiting room is beautiful and impressive. Super emersive technology right when you walk in to warm you up to their advanced robotics their business has aiding them in achieving optimal dental care! Wow, I must say. I'm impressed. We shall chat more and see how this goes but, I'm hopeful and feeling confident that it will be an executive decision I am proud that I made. (Thank you Leslie you made me feel more welcome and accepted than anyone has in a really long time. I apologize to your co-workers though, for hogging you from your duties. )

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this office by my boyfriend and his family . I had originally been on the schedule to see Dr.Wright, but unfortunately he was down an assistant the day I came in. I was rescheduled with Dr.Matt and his team. Negative experience: Staff was nice. Dentist had zero knowledge of my underlying health condition and came up with a costly plan that would fail. My condition is progressive and rejects foreign objects and metals, the dentist challenged me on my metal allergy. The metal he pointed out in my mouth are teeth that are bothering me but he didn't ask if they bothered me just pointed it out. I've seen another specialist and instead of being nickel and dimed to death I will be getting the proper care without going broke. It's sad when the patient knows more about their condition than the Dr. I wouldn't recommend going here simply because of the arrogance of the Dentist who didn't know about my condition and challenges my allergy. I don't need to go have a test done when I've already had an allergy test done. You need to educate yourself on Elhers Danlos Syndrome and how it affects the mouth.

Fantastic experience: Starting with my first phone call to Advanced Dentistry, I could tell I found a great group of people! The process of scheduling, confirming my insurance, and communicating all needed information quickly and concise was a breath of fresh air. The lobby is clean and well decorated with music and plenty of seating. The dental assistant explained all the things she was doing while doing them and continued to confirm that I was comfortable. Dr. Matt was straight to the point and open to hear my concerns. We came up with a treatment plan that worked for me and I felt no pressure to complete unnecessary procedures. When I returned for my cleaning with Amy, I fell even more in love with the office. Her energy was so calming and she was so gentle through each step. I can’t wait to come back in 6 months to see her sweet face again :) If you are looking for a hassle free experience, and a team who genuinely wants the best treatment for you, I recommend giving Advanced Dentistry a call!

Fantastic experience: Every one that works at this office - office and dental staff - is so friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about your dental health as well as concerns. They really take the time to listen to you and answer every one of your questions. I’ve never felt like they’ve rushed me through an appointment, nor have I felt brushed off by anyone.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best general dentist! Everyone was so kind and treated me like I was a good friend of theirs. Scheduling an appointment to get a crown was so easy, and then they called me and got me in three weeks sooner! When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the warmest woman (I believe her name was Spring) who instantly calmed my nerves. Then my hygienist (Shelby) was just as fantastic! She explained everything to me and made sure I was ready for the procedure! Dr. Wright was so kind and patient with me. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond. Shelby was humming a song while they were working on me, it may seem silly, but it made me feel so confident in her and I knew I was in the best hands with the whole Advanced Dentistry Team. I am sooo grateful to have been referred here and I will absolutely be coming back!

Our original hygienist appointments were months out, but they were able to get us in via their cancelation list within a month of our intake. Negative experience: Lack of transparency/terrible communication- It has taken me awhile to finally sit and write this review: I was excited after my first appointment because everyone was so detail oriented and really nice. I set up a payment plan for my visits, and I was even allowed to add the water pick they told me I should buy from them onto my bill. But, when I went in to have a cavity filled, I was turned away because I didn’t have the $400+ to pay. When I asked if I could add it to my payment plan, I was told that they didn’t really do payment plans for everyone and that once my balance was lower then I could come back for my filling (I owed about $150 and had paid every month). When I said that I had a relative who I knew also had a payment plan going, the office manager sis that if she had known that I was related to that person, she would have let me get my filling and would have let me put it on my bill. Apparently I was one of the few patients who was “allowed” a payment plan. I called and complained, wrote a letter, and not one doctor or staff member responded. The office manager, however, did get upset that SHE was in trouble for providing payment plans. I guess they really only care about their patients when they are getting paid.

Fantastic experience: To start off, I have had many horrible dental experiences in the past (part of the reason for many major problems and gaps in dental visits) and I am very happy to say that this place was not one of them. I went in to fix a cracked molar (needed a crown) and was able to fix the same day. While expensive without dental insurance, the care and attention to detail has been amazing. I would highly recommend and intend on coming back in the soon to be future for all my dental needs. This review comes from someone with lots of past dental trauma. Best I’ve found stateside.

Fantastic experience: First visit for dental care in five years. Anxiety was up, but after a fresh start with Liz at the helm, I was feeling relaxed. Meeting hygienist before my cleaning was an added bonus. Dr. Wright couldn’t have had a better and easy to understand explanation of what I needed to address. All staff is very personable. I am pleased to report what a phenomenal experience this has been - even after just a few appointments! The front office team is consistently knowledgeable and friendly. The dental hygienists function with great skill and care. My dentist, Dr. Wright, is very patient & kind. His expertise is of the highest quality! All in all, Advanced Dentistry has created a comfortable environment for me. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Fantastic experience: Dr Euse is truly exceptional. I had two crowns done and never had any discomfort. He keeps the practice updated with the best of new technologies and techniques. Staff are always nice and helpful.

Positive experience: They seem to genuinely care about their clients and their well being. My insurance is outta network so i feel they should have told me that before my visit ... but oh well ... either way i would still refer my people to them due to their outstanding composure and dental services
