Negative experience: I don't recomend going to this terrible place. They over charge you for something that your insurance will cover ( medical insurance). I took my daughter for a tooth extraction but the local anesthesia didn't work, but the specialist kept pulling out the tooth and my daughter was in pain still. The specialist didn't listen to my daughter when she told him to stop because it was painful. So by this point my daughter sat up from the chair and ask them to take me to the room where she was at. The specialist just told me that he had no idea what went wrong... he just said to take her to another place where they can use the deep sedation. So my daughter got out from this place in pain and traumatized from this horrible experience. Just be careful with your love ones and make sure they won't charge you something that your insurance will pay for it, just call your insurance to double check that. DON'T TAKE THEIR KINDLESS LIKELY THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

Negative experience: Horrible don't waste your time they give u months wait for an appointment just to cancel on you the same day. The staff just sit around and chat and eat food while patients are waiting to be seen for hrs . Then they take ur xrays just for them to be dark and ask u to go back again for new x rays a month later then when ur insurance approves it weeks later because you called for them to look into it and they said they would only to find out I was approved days later from me contacting the facility and they said I was approved weeks ago no phone call nothing just to schedule u again for another month and u have to call to check the status of anything because they won't contact you. then the day of ur scheduled appointment 5 months later they call you two hrs from ir appointment time just to cancel your appointment and reschedule again because the Dr isn't available, then to ask to reschedule thinking they will see me the nexts few days nope just to hear them say we can't see you till another month like what!!! I said forget this I'm going somewhere else. If u want a place to waste your time this is it and if you want to be in pain for months and months just to be scheduled and to be canceled this is it. Don't say I didn't warn you. Worst experience ever and months wasted just for them to bill your insurance for office visits without doing any actual work on you what a scam. And very unprofessional.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and clean facility. Like any doctor or dental office, sometimes you aren’t seen exactly at your appointment time but I think that’s likely a common thing anywhere. Appointments are not hard to make and schedules don’t seem too impacted.

Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience at Total Care in Baldwin Park. A month ago, I visited for what I believed was a consultation with a specialist, as indicated by the referring clinic. After an hour's drive, I only received an x-ray because no specialist was available. I accepted that, but my visit on September 9 was even worse. I was instructed to arrive at 7 am, despite the clinic opening at 8 am. I even received an appointment card confirming this time. After waiting an hour, I learned that the surgeon was not present. I was told they attempted to call me the day before, implying it was my mistake for missing the call. However, they called the wrong number, despite my providing the correct contact information. I left feeling extremely disappointed. There was no specialist at the scheduled time, no prior notice, and no proper apology. My x-ray fee now feels wasted, and I’m unsure about returning due to the poor service and management. I really hope they understand that everyone's time is precious and should be respected.

When I originally called, the scheduler accidentally booked us for regular dentistry instead of orthodontics, but thankfully Tina stepped in and quickly resolved the mix-up. Negative experience: So I wouldnt normally take the time to go around complaining or making things a big deal because let’s be honest! life is stressful enough…especially as a single full time working mom and with day to day duties things can be a lot! However, I felt the need to address my experience with a certain individual within this establishment of business. So yesterday my child had an appointment in which I needed to schedule time off work for, the appointment was to be at 1pm in which we arrived on time, filled out all necessary forms. We waited patiently to be called which was a little after 1:30. Again! I was understanding. X-rays were taken and then we sat and waited. After waiting until after 2, we started to get impatient so I had to ask when we would be seen… I went to look for someone to assist me and I had interacted with a blonde haired female as I can remember she had her hair clipped up. This is where my level of patience was at its breaking point. This individual seemed as if she wasn’t mentally there at work. I didn’t feel like she cared whether I was waiting long at all. She seemed out of it! if I can describe her …She brushed me off in what seem to be as if she didnt want to focus on my concerns. I honestly felt like she had a “ok yeah, whatever attitude” towards me she wouldn’t look me in the eye and completely rude. As someone who works in healthcare, I know what it is to interact with patients and putting their needs first. You do it with compassion. This individual should not be working directly with patients she lacks focus and compassion…just didn’t seem to care. As a newly assigned patient I will be calling my insurance to re assign me. Although I know the processes of filing a grievance it’s just not worth my time due to 1 individual. Everyone else whom we interacted with was attentive and awesome. The dentist herself was great! Had respect and addressed my concerns.

Negative experience: I have the worst experience with this dental clinic. Even though I have scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for over an hour. To make matters worse, the receptionist didn’t know how to manage patient records. I was told to wait for an X-Ray, even though I have done it a couple weeks ago. There was no need to redo it- they simply just need to forward the existing X-ray. After all that waiting, they didn’t provide any service, absolutely nothing was done. If you plan to visit this clinic, be prepared to wait for at least an hour even with an appointment for simple services.

Dr. BRADLEY is an absolute gem—thorough, gentle, and truly cares about his patients. Negative experience: I got my ortho done here and my teeth look ok a bit crooked from the front but they never texted me back a follow up for my recall apts and it’s going to be a year. I tried calling and called at least 8+ times and it says they are busy. It’s either because they’re actually busy or they don’t feel like picking up the phone.

Negative experience: They made me wait about 7 months to meet a specialist and when i went there he didnt bother to talk to me for 2 minutes and his assistant came and said you need to make a CT Scan and it willl cost about 600 $ . So i went to another doctor and he said its obvious whats wrong with your tooth and no need to do a CT scan so basically they are just after making money from patients in a very bad way and i willl never step there or trust them again.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! Not even sure where to start with this place They charge more than any other dental office hands down and made countless mistakes and the staff turn over for dentists was insane. I had seen 4 different dentists in 12 months for my Invisalign. I had damaged my retainer and went to get a replacement and they quoted me $1200 for a single retainer!!!! I went to the dentist down the street and for the exact same Invisalign retainer it was $150… Absolute scam, save your money and sanity
