Once I explained my issue, they squeezed me in at one of their locations within 1 hour. Quick and easy fix.

I came into this appointment with a lot of anxiety because of a previous bad experience at another location, but my anxiety quickly went away and I got the care I needed, so I definitely recommend the hilltop location.

Negative experience: I will not be returning to this dental office. Last summer, I had a wisdom tooth removed by Higginbotham. They simply numbed the area—no laughing gas was used—and the procedure went well. However, this week, I needed another wisdom tooth removed because it was causing discomfort. The Higginbotham staff told me they needed to take an x-ray to determine whether the tooth could be removed orally in their office rather than through dental surgery. They concluded it could be removed orally and proceeded with the attempt. As it turned out, they couldn’t remove it and instead left me in a great deal of pain. Since the failed attempt on Thursday, I’ve been in incredible pain while my fiancé and I have driven around Jonesboro trying to find an oral surgeon who can surgically remove the tooth. Higginbotham only gave me pain medication and barely any referrals, leaving me to deal with fixing the issue on my own—one they caused. My fiancé had to explain the situation to the other dental professionals we sought out for help because I couldn’t speak—the pain was too great. I’ve officially switched dentists now, and it’s disturbing to hear that some other dentists and oral surgeons in the area seemed unsurprised by this story—almost as if they expected Higginbotham to do something like this.

I feared the dentist for so many years but when I moved to Arkansas I was determined to go and get my teeth taken care of, so I made an appointment like a year ago and told them all about my dental anxiety, they were so kind so I kept going and I’m horrible with names but every person at the front has been so helpful and have patience of saints (I ask a million questions), Dr. Marshall (his name is said a lot that’s how I remember it lol) and every dental assistant I ever had the pleasure of meeting there have been AMAZING!! I can’t say enough good things about this office, they helped me get over my fear of the dentist by simply treating like a human being no matter how many dental issues and anxieties I have. I absolutely without a doubt recommend them, they will put you at ease and do everything they can to help. The cost is reasonable, their work is perfection and they truly care about everyone that walks through the door. I am so thankful I found Higginbotham!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: My dental experience was great today. The dentist told me everything she was going to do before starting the procedure. She was gentle and asked me several times was I okay. It appeared she was training the assistant who was assisting with my appointment. She was very kind how she word things to her assistant. She was a great teacher. And the assistant checked on me several times before they started the work. I pray that my next appointment goes this smooth on June 10th.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond grateful and so blessed that I went to them today! I was up all night and no sleep at all, in pain, and I booked an appt online and sent a message to the team asking for an emergency appt on a Saturday. They got back to me in a couple of hours and were able to put me on the schedule after they were already supposed to be closed just to take care of my issue. I could not have been more pleased and being a SATURDAY to stay and help me made them a #1 pick and will be forever grateful to the entire staff. Everyone was so nice and the appointment was very thorough and I mean more than I have ever had done in my lifetime ! Chelsea was one of the best hygienist I have seen. Fantastic experience: Honestly, so far this has been the best experience I have ever had in a dental office my entire life! EVERYONE is friendly, professional, and welcoming . EVERYONE listened to me. Noone took advantage of my mouth being closed . Both the Dentist and Dental assistant gave me an opportunity to talk. They took the time with me and on my teeth. I did not feel rushed. I did not leave there frustrated and thinking..." What just happened" ??!! The atmosphere is very clean and upbeat. It does not have the dull, dreary feel like a dental/doctor office. I love the colors and decor. This makes it much more inviting and relaxing than the typical dental office. It is worth the hour and a half drive!

Fantastic experience: The experience was good here I gained knowledge from a staff member and the doctor had good confidence I could trust him doing work on my teeth. All my top teeth are deeply stained though which crowns were recommended which is 7k out of pocket for seven teeth. While the experience was enjoyable the cost isn’t even with insurance. Yes there is a payment plan but must pay half of full price.

Fantastic experience: Had to get dental work done before the next Dr appointment I had scheduled. Higginbotham was able to evaluate what I need done and got the procedure done before my appointment. Brittany and Dr Rusher explained everything very well and performed the work in a professional manner n fairly painless. If you are afraid to see a dentist I would recommend Dr Rusher. He will get you over your fear of dentist

Fantastic experience: I'm a new resident to Jonesboro. Some folks I work with recommended this practice. My son and I were both seen the same day and both of us were happy with their service. They were on time, efficient and very personable. Due to the move, it had been a year since our last cleaning, so we were in need. They were not "preachy" like some dentists can be and there were no upselling techniques used. A great dentist!

Negative experience: I brought my son for his appointment on a Saturday and the lady told us that I need to pay out of the pocket because they cannot confirm Delta Dental because they’re closed. She said an email was sent 48 hrs prior regarding insurance but the email only mentioned about confirmation. They did send another one an hr before his appointment regarding insurance updates but who would read and email while driving? I showed my Delta Dental card but it was no use and ended up paying out of my pocket. I was NOT a good experience…

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dentist office ever!!! I am not a fan of the dentist but Todd and his team make sure I’m comfortable every time I’m in there. He’s really good at explaining the procedure before he starts which I love. I don’t always have a sitter and it’s nice I can bring my little one and it’s not a big deal!!! Higginbotham will always be my dentist home!!! My almost teenager went today and they were great with her!!!
