The business manager, that I have never met before, called me by my first name, as though she had known me for years.i was so impressed. My hygienist was first class. Everything went well. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful making sure that I had the paperwork I needed in advance to update my file. The hygienist took my temperature, prior to entering the office. She went the extra mile by taking my blood pressure and asked me specific questions about my health. Dr. Johnson and the dental hygienist talked with me about a plan for future dental care. I do know that Dr. Johnson's office offers whitening services, cosmetic dentistry and more. I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I knew when Dr. Gary Walker sold his practice to Dr. Gary Johnson my dental experience would remain positive. My hygienist has always been Debbie. She does an excellent job and is very patient with me since I am sure I am not her best, faithful flossing patient. Of course Shelly and Katy, in the front office are always so friendly. They even let me write a poem and dress up in a costume for a fun surprise for Dr. Johnson's birthday. They are sort of like a family to me.

Fantastic experience: The office is always friendly and inviting. The entire staff does all they can to put you at ease. My 5 year old was scared it would hurt but they were very patient, allowing him to become familiar with the tools. Afterwards, he said he liked them and wants to go back.

Positive experience: The office is beautiful. The staff is very upbeat. The tech was friendly and did an excellent job of tooth cleaning. When Dr. Johnson worked on me, however, it was not gentle dentistry. I’ve never experienced so much force getting teeth filled before. My jaw started uncontrollably, quivering on three different occasions. I’ve never had teeth sore and sensitive after having cavities filled, either, but they’ve been extremely sore and extremely sensitive to hot for five weeks now. In addition, he charges much more than any other dentist I’ve ever been to and did not offer a discount per filling for scheduling three cavities in one session.

My hygienist was super sweet and continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the effort to get to know me. Made going to the dentist a treat rather than a chore! Highly recommend, I’m so glad I chose to go here and will be a returning patient!

Fantastic experience: The staff is great - friendly, efficient- I always get in within minutes after arriving, I love the hygienist. And when I ask questions they explain what can or can’t be done and do not recommend procedures that are not necessary. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I never go back for a second appt, but after the service and the courtesy I received from this dentistry, I'm coming back! I hate mouth pain. I'll only go if I have to. After this experience, i don't mind coming back for preventive care. Update: I still continue to use this office. I've been pain free of dental issues for 2 years! The hygienists are SUPER NICE and give great advice. The front office friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful office. We just brought our whole family, ( kids ages 5, 4, & 3 ) and it was great. The kids did so well and the staff made them feel so welcomed. The cookies and juice were of a course a hit and made the experience all the better. Courtney was amazing and very informative. I also appreciated that the dentist took time to answer questions and help with anything I needed. Definitely our new spot.

Fantastic experience: I would never go anywhere else. Every member of the staff is there to make you feel COMFORTABLE! I came in with a bad past of dental hygiene and fear of the dentist. From day 1, not only are the face of the office (Katie and Blake) there to make your experience a personal and fearless one... The assistants and hygienists (Jen, the wonderful person that cleans my teeth, I want no other doing that now!) made me feel as though "I" was the only one that mattered that day. As for Dr. Johnson... I really don't have a word to describe him. I have more words than I could type! He was the most sincere, comforting, knowledgeable, caring, and upfront about everything he examined and his plans to help me! Even though my situation was pretty extreme, I knew what was going to happen long before it happened. Nothing was done that wasn't discussed. There were no over or upcharges. " Its the people that make this office such a great place to go to for your dental needs. Sure they have all the latest Tech, Digital x-rays, 3D scanner instead of that gooey dental impression stuff and can even make and set your crown all on one visit. I love watching the little milling machine make the crown! But it really comes down to the people in the office, all are kind, caring, customer focused and try to find solutions that will work for you. They were amazing with my 97 year old father. I can't say enough good things about Dr Johnson and his staff and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone young or old. " Thanks again Dr Johnson and Team!

Fantastic experience: So happy with Dr.Johnson and his staff. I grew up in a family of dentists including my Dad who retired in the 80’s. I had moved out of state so was going to different dentists depending on my location. Believe me, don’t go to just anyone with a dental degree. You need to do your homework. I did my homework learning about Dr Johnson and was even more impressed when I saw that he got his degree from the same place my Dad did which just happens to be rated one of the highest in the country for dentistry. They got me right in as a new patient for some restorative work which turned out beautiful. And the bill was exactly what they quoted me on the phone when we set up the appointment. I am a retired RN and respect professionalism and Dr Johnson and his staff check that box as well as being really personable and friendly. He listens and is understanding. I feel right at home and I feel I can now proudly say “Dr. Johnson is MY dentist.” So yes five stars and so happy to call him My Dentist! Update Feb 2024: I had my teeth cleaning and exam today. Jenn was my Hygienist and she was really friendly and thorough. It was actually a fun visit. She took her time and was gentle as well. When Dr. Johnson came in to do the exam he was great and went over things with me. I am so glad I found this office for my dental needs! Updates April ,2024 My third teeth cleaning today and it was as pleasant as the last two. I don’t dread my cleaning appointments. They are thorough and gentle. And no cavities to report! The whole office is great from the facility to staff to Dr. Johnson himself. I feel I hit the jack pot when it comes to the Best Dentist in town.

I don’t like dental work and when I was told I needed a crown to replace a 30 year old filling I was so dreading that day. The injection for numbing was my biggest fear. We’ll, it was a piece of cake and my permanent crown was manufactured there and in my mouth within an hour an a half. I am over the top happy

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super friendly! My hygienist was super kind and gentle I love her! She’s the sweetest! The Doc was also kind and gentle and very informative! I felt very comfortable here even though I looked a mess because I had dozed off after coming off of work at 6:30am and so I had to rush to the appointment lol. X-rays were super fast and comfortable, most places I’ve been to the x-rays are uncomfortable and sometimes leave indents/minor cuts under my tongue. I’m happy I chose this place to be my primary dentist!!

Positive experience: I have been visiting this dental practice for some time. Dr. Gary Johnson is pleasant, and I appreciate the dental hygienists I have encountered over the years. The younger blonde-haired dental assistant was friendly initially, but she seemed somewhat discourteous during the service that was provided. It might be beneficial for her to focus on being more considerate in the future, considering some people get nervous. Overall, my experience has been positive.
