Fantastic experience: Northwest Dental has the kindest staff. Natalie was so nice and very professional. Dr. Cook is wonderful. He is kind and professional. There is a feeling of family when you go there.

Fantastic experience: I had to go in for a broken tooth. Lots of anxiety but the group helped me feel at ease and the whole process went so smoothly and quickly I still cant believe It's over. I've had a long history with not-fun dental visits and this office has turned my experiences around since I started coming in!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I took my mother, who is elderly, in for treatment for a cavity she had. Not only did she receive excellent care, Dr. Bingham noticed she was shivering (she is tiny) and even took the extra step to bring in a blanket for her to keep her as comfortable as possible during her care. I could not be more grateful.

Fantastic experience: By far the BEST dental clinic I've ever been to in my life!!! The staff are so friendly and compassionate and Dr. Cook is just absolutely amazing! It's clear that he truly cares about his patients, which I feel is a rare quality in a dentist these days. A 5 star rating just doesn't seem to cover what a wonderful experience we had here! Fantastic experience: This dental office is incredible. We were looking for a new dentist for my husband (he hates the dentist) and found Northwest and were impressed with their reviews. Figured we would give them a shot and are so glad we did. My husband couldn't stop racing about how awesome the dentist was and how great the hygienist was. They got him in fairly quickly as a new patient with a sore tooth. He is now doing Invisaline with Northwest and loving it. My daughter and I had our first appointments today and everyone was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Arrived for my semi-annual cleaning, was taken right on time. Jennii was terrific very personable and professional. After cleaning was done had consultation with Dr. Cook about future treatment need. Everything was explained in detail, very professional. Follow up appt. was scheduled and costs were presented. Overall it was a really good experience.

My teeth are very sensitive, this visit I was seen by Sheila and have seen her quite often in the past years and feel very comfortable when she is cleaning my teeth along with the other technicians. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cook and assistant were very kind and made me feel comfortable and less anxious for my dental procedures. Dr. Cook said I may have some pain where he removed my back tooth on bottom. I never felt any pain during procedure or after and it's been 4 days! Excellent experience with all staff.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr. Cook for almost 20 years. He's a fantastic dentist who cares about you and your dental health. He's kind, gentle, and does what's best for you as a patient. His staff is amazing too. His hygienists are nice, funny, and gentle as well. Would recommend them to everyone. Recently I had a tooth break on me (dang you silver fillings!!!!). Dr. Cook was able to get me in and put a crown on my tooth the very next day. It's pretty cool process. No more waiting for a few weeks for the crown to be made somewhere else in a lab. They also let me see the machine that mills the crown. Very cool. Again, I highly recommend Northwest Dental Center. They are very nice, accommodating, and truly care about you as a person.

Fantastic experience: I actually have an aversion to dentists since childhood. My visit was pleasant, the hygienist went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Even giving me a mini jaw massage. her cleaning technique was fast and made my personal stress of a dentist visit nice and short. making a necessary evil much easier. Dr Cook is also very personable and by far the most reasonable and honest, unpushy, dentist I've had the opportunity to experience.

I asked if they could see me because I had a painful jaw. They worked me in. Everyone was very patient , and friendly. We sure appreciated the care, support,and and kindness they showed us.

Fantastic experience: Had a great appointment here, pretty straight forward with explanation of what I needed and why, I been very negligent about my dental care but I didn’t feel judged while over there, staff is nice and they made sure I was comfortable at all times, they gave me very well explanation of ideas to finance my care that I wouldn’t have known since I’m very clueless about how my insurance works for some stuff, very happy overall, I will continue with my treatment here 100% recommended. Fantastic experience: This review covers some of the luckiest work ever done. A couple of months ago I needed three teeth smoothed out and covered. Dr Bingham fixed all of them without pain killer. Jump forward to last week. An incisor with the same worn surface. Allie took a picture and thought I might get lucky again. What a great guess. Dr Bingham stepped in and replaced an old silver filling and fixed the incisor, all without Novocain. Two times and I haven’t had this much luck since Reader’s Digest sent me a nickel back a few years. I thought it might be the first payment of the million dollar lottery. Thanks to the best team in the valley.

Fantastic experience: I’m writing to you to tell what my family’s experience was at Northwest Dental. My 91 year old father suffers from dementia. We had to move him to a care facility and so his teeth weren’t dealt with until next his dental appointment. My sister and I were waiting in the waiting room when we heard these obscenities coming from one of the rooms. We soon learned it was our dad. We were mortified, but were put to ease when one of the dental assistants explained to us that that was common from someone with dementia. We then made the decision to up his visits to three times a year and what a difference that made. I was privileged to sit in on one of my dad’s dental visits recently. His dental assistant’s name was Sheila. This was not the first time she had cleaned his teeth. She was wonderful. Her patience with dad was just what he needed. He kept saying to her, “You’re good.” Then at the end he told her he loved her. I wanted to break down and cry right then and there, but instead I extended my gratitude for the positive experience my dad had. It’s hard enough to watch your dad go through mental decline, but to know you have a team of dedicated people at Northwest Dental that have your back is second to none. Thank you, Northwest Dental!

Fantastic experience: On Wednesday I had my annual yearly dental exam through Northwest Dental located at 8300 Northwest Street, Boise, Id. 83704. Don R Cook, D.D.S. is my dentist. This Dental Center is well staffed with conjeanual helpful individuals from the ladies at the front counter for check-in to the Dental Assistants responsible for cleaning ones teeth. Jessie my assistant was knowledgeable and able to explain each gleaning procedure she preformed on my teeth. Doctor Cook reviewed my exrays and advised how to maintain brushing and flossing to maintain good dental health going forward. He's always easy to talk to. I recommend this dental center to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is the most thorough and professional dental service I have ever experienced.they are honest and up front about treatment plans and costs and I don’t have to dread the check in or check out procedures. I had several fillings done right at the end of the day and was worried they wouldn’t be able to complete them all. The procedure was friendly, fast and incredibly efficient. I’m not easily impressed, but I left Northwest Dental with a grateful appreciation of their incredible team.

Fantastic experience: I found Northwest dental during the Covid shut down. I was impressed with their safety measures. Gowns gloves, masks and antibacterial mouth rinse. After all they are putting things in your mouth so one must be very careful. Today I had Jennii as my hygienist she is very friendly she has a tender touch and good communication skills. I was comfortable throughout my whole visit. The office girls always make me feel very welcome and I appreciate their clean and updated waiting room environment. I just wish that the doctor and staff were a little bit more informed with their insurance accounting. For I ended up paying for a cleaning which I was told was already covered in my insurance. I believe that that mistake was a 50/50 accountability and to be a really good firm that they should cover their half.

Fantastic experience: My mom is a dentist and always did my cleanings. She scraped my teeth to the point where they felt so clean and smooth. Now that I don’t live near my mom I appreciate a good scraping. We have lived in many different states and have been to many different dentists and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth at Northwest Dental is one of the best I have ever had. She took the time to make sure that my teeth were plaque free. Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable and is helping me to figure out a grinding issue that I have had for a long time. Fantastic experience: Dr Cook and his assistant worked me in for a dental emergency. He and his assistant worked hard to customize the shade of my crown that I’ve had for years after that broke over the weekend and went out of there way to get this crown quickly to the dental lab, made an appointment for me to get to the lab which was a great efficient process and scheduled me within a week to get it seated. I’ve been a patient here for 25 years and have always had exemplary care.

Fantastic experience: I had two appointments this week. My first was a regular cleaning. Jenrii was my hygienist. First time for me to have her. She did a great job and made me feel very comfortable. I returned 2 days later to have a filling replaced. Dr. Bingham is a great doctor and I was in and out in no time. All the girls are so kind and encouraging. I highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed!!! A co-worker of mine recommended Northwest Dental Center. I've been putting off going to the dentist for a long time because the previous dentist I saw had me taking endless x-rays and put together a treatment plan that was overwhelming and unaffordable. Northwest Dental Center set me at ease by going over my benefits and the treatment plan that they thought would be best suited for me, making it easy for me to understand and very affordable. I was surprised, because the treatment plan wasn't much different than the previous dentist who gave me the unaffordable rates. Not to mention they are able to take care of an existing problem right then and there, without trying to get me to set another appointment. I'm very glad that my co-worker recommended me to Northwest Dental Center. (2years later) I am still just as impressed with Northwest Dental. My friends, family, coworkers and anyone I run into that has a dental issue, I recommend to Northwest Dental. They have treated everyone that I have recommended right. Fantastic experience: Dr Cook is the best dentist I have ever had!! Over the last year I have had a lot of success with his work. I’m a big baby when it comes to the shots of Novocaine which I always need extra and he is so kind and gentle with me. Fantastic experience: Update as of 2025 at the bottom. Iv been here a couple times. Most friendly services, and extremely knowledgeable. It's very refreshing to ask a question and not just have it brushed off. And then have the answer explained thoroughly. They go over all options you have, explain the pros and cons of each option, to help you make the best decision for yourself. I have, and will continue to recommend these guys for any and all dental needs. Don't just take my word, go check em out and see for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Fantastic experience: Excellent oral care. My veneers and caps are as strong as my teeth. Northwest Dental always respects my busy schedule by getting staring my appointment on time and accommodating the dentist for an exam mid cleaning. No waiting at the end for an exam.

Fantastic experience: I am always pleased with my care at Northwest Dental. I felt Dr. Croft was a little rough but I have a small mouth and it may have been necessary to complete the procedure. I will definitely continue my dental health with them.
