Fantastic experience: I got my regular 6 month cleaning and as always it was an amazing experience. I have had a permanent retainer for years that I got from a different dentist office and it broke about 1 month ago. Since it broke I was not flossing that area like I did before in fear I would break the whole thing. Jessica the dental hygienist noticed and asked about my flossing and I explained to her the situation. That made me feel amazing because she takes the time to know and learn her patients. I had an appointment already to fix the retainer but she was able to ask Dr Patel to fix it that same day so I wouldn’t have to make another trip. How wonderful! My teeth are squeaky clean and my retainer is fixed and I appreciate them so much. The whole team is wonderful.

I am an older person and I had some very specific requests such as the tilt angle of the patient’s chair and wanting to hold onto as many of my existing teeth as possible. While I suffered poor experiences my first two appointments, after I spoke with the owner of the practice, she took full responsibility and accountability and offered a free cleaning as a means to make up for past experiences. Accountability and making things right matters greatly to me, and so I greatly appreciate that and will update my review here to reflect that.

My son has had a tough history with dentists, and after several not so great experiences, he had developed a real fear of dental visits. This was probably the seventh or eighth office we tried, and I’m so happy to say we finally found the right place. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff was kind and patient, and everything about the space helped put both of us at ease. But the real difference was the way the dentist interacted with my son. She is incredibly good with kids, not just clinically but emotionally and psychologically. She knew exactly how to connect with him, earn his trust, and guide him through the whole visit in a way that felt safe and empowering. The hygienist also did a fantastic job. The cleaning was detailed and gentle, and they explained every step clearly, both to me and to my son. It was the first time in a long time that he left a dental appointment smiling and feeling confident. What started as a hunt for a dentist just for my son has turned into a dental home for our whole family. We are beyond pleased with our experience and truly grateful to have found such a thoughtful and professional team. I would absolutely recommend Right Choice Dental to any parent, especially if your child has had a hard time with dental visits in the past. They really do go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: To say I was nervous to find a new dentist is an understatement. You only get the one set of teeth, and a good dental office is hard to find. I was so relieved walking in and seeing how clean and comfortable the environment was. Everyone in the office was really nice. Dr. Shah was so thorough and gentle. She invested the time to review my x-rays and actually talked to me about my dental health. The doctor even gave helpful recommendations for care that hadn’t been suggested previously. I also have to say the hygienist was very patient and kind putting up with my nervous talking through her polishing my teeth. If you’ve been putting it off you should get your teeth cleaned especially here because you get to watch cartoons while they take your x-rays.

The personnel at the reseption deck are very friendly and informative. The hygienist and Dr. were very thourough. The hygentist spent at least 45 min cleaning and polishing. The best cleaning I have had in a long time. Then the doctor came in for a thorough exam. I don't have dental insurance. I thought they were very reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: So I want to start by saying this dentist shouldn't be limited to 5 stars! The staff is amazing! Gab the receptionist is beyond the most nicest person ever and will work with you on your schedule! The girl's that do your cleaning and deep cleaning do amazing as well ! You don't feel nothing and it's only 1 person doing it not 2 people and you don't feel like your drowning! Theses doctors definitely trained the staff the right way ! They make you feel like family! My daughter loves it there and she is normally a runner ‍♀️ but here they make us feel very comfortable and will treat you right no matter what ,or who you are! They all go above and beyond to know you as a person and know your name as soon as you walk in your greeted by your name and how are you today! Definitely the best dentist i ever been to never been to a dentist like this ! I will even put a twisted one on for you when they are cleaning and drilling on teeth or getting a shot you don't feel it and may fall asleep they definitely have the magic touch for the one's that are scared of needles!
