All procedures are so advanced just unheard of. Example: same visit permanent crown.I don't know if all this exists anywhere even the cost is more than fair. Fantastic experience: Welp. I met Dr Casey 3 days ago. Amazing experience with my cleaning. I told him my dental goals and how I wanted to get my wisdom teeth out finally so I can get Invisalign…. He made it happen 2 days later. I did not go under anesthesia. I did not get nitrous. We just did local and I was so nervous to be awake for the whole thjbb but Dr Casey made me feel right at ease. I didn’t feel a thing and it was quick and painless! 10/10 highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Very good people and Dr Jamile and Dr Casey are specially attentive and spend the time with you to cover all your needs. Very knowledgeable and resourceful. They speak english and Portuguese. Which is great since I am from Brasil the whole family goes there. They are very gentle with kids. We moved to North Florida and even having a very tight schedule when visiting South Florida they always manage to accommodate our family into their schedule.

Fantastic experience: I like their approach to dentistry and running a dental practice, and they seem like great people in general. If I didn't know any better (I don't) I'd say that they were masters at the art of dentistry. What stands out about them first and foremost is how much attention they pay to their patient's level of comfort. Second is that I like the relationship they try to establish with their patients, which is also very important. Their office is also beautiful, they're smart to utilize today's technology within their practice wherever they can, they've built a strong team, and so far it seems like I actually saved money by coming here. If this isn't one of the better or best practices, then I can at least say with confidence that they do their job the way it was meant to be done. As an update, I've been going here for 5+ years and they still surprise me by putting a smile on my face when I least expect it. Yes, going to the dentist can be both enjoyable and relaxing. The doctors seem to remember all their patients and the hygienists are starting to spoil me by being as gentle as they are thorough.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Casey! When my crown fell out in the evening, I was in a total panic, calling every emergency dentist I could find. I even considered visiting a ‘voodoo dentist’ that claimed to be open 24/7! I ended up at a giant office building, wandering around trying to find the dentist on the second floor. There was nobody there except for a janitor who kindly showed me how to exit the building. As I left, I ran into a very nice gentleman—possibly a lawyer. Austin didn’t know about the late-night dentist, in the building, but he highly recommended Dr. Casey and he gave me Dr. Casey’s info. I called the office and then texted Dr. Casey about my situation. He was incredibly responsive and understanding. He agreed to meet me at 8 a.m. the next morning. True to his word, he got my crown reattached quickly and efficiently—I was out the door in just 30 minutes! Dr. Casey is thoughtful, caring, and genuinely kind, with a calm and Zen demeanor that puts you at ease. I can’t recommend him enough for all your dental needs. Fantastic experience: It’s a strange pleasure to go to a dentist you feel you can trust, and that’s what it’s like to go to Dr. Pedro Casey. I feel that he will always be honest with me and will always provide quality, gentle care. His hygienist does an excellent cleaning, and the office status friendly and explains the charges carefully. My husband and I have referred a number of friends to Dr. Casey because we have confidence that they will be as happy with him as we are. My husband and I were very impressed with the caring and professionalism of Dr. Pedro Casey. His reassurance and determination to avoid any pain for his patients makes treatment comfortable. He seems to enjoy his time with patients and is upbeat and personable. We have had crowns and wisdom teeth extractions with ease and without problems. We feel fortunate to have found his practice. Again, I am so happy to have Dr. Casey as my dentist. He is so gentle, so congenial, so competent, so knowledgeable. He takes the time to reassure me and educate me about a problem I’m having. When necessary, he will refer me to the best, most up-to- date professionals. Today, I found that I needed a dreaded root canal - but he allayed my fears. Because I have his Aqua Dental plan, my office visit (about 40 minutes) and X-rays today were free - amazing! We feel blessed to be his patients Today, a tooth broke, and I knew that it would need attention and repair. I called when the office opened at 8:00 and was told that I could have an appointment in 2 days, but, then, this was quickly reversed to 11:30 today. In a little while, I received another communication asking if I could come in during the next 15 minutes. Apparently, Dr. Casey had rearranged his own personal medical appointment to accommodate me. He talked through what needed to be done, and reassured me that he could take care of the entire crown procedure today if I didn’t mind waiting as he fit me in between his other scheduled patients. Years ago, he had mentioned that he wanted to obtain the specialized equipment and training to make the crowns himself. He feels that the crowns he creates are better fits, and he likes to be able to offer one- day service -instead of installing temporary crowns and having you return in 10 days for the permanent one. In addition to state-of-the art dentistry, he maintains a continuous encouragement and pain avoidance - and explains everything so that one learns from him. I can’t say enough to praise his service ethic and his commitment to excellence. We’ve recommended him to many people, and all have been very appreciative of his skill, professionalism, personality, and kindness. We feel so fortunate to have established a relationship with him. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed, as I have never had any type of surgery before and have never received local anesthesia. Dr. Pedro made me feel calm and confident in his skills from the beginning and I could not have experienced a smoother surgical experience. He is very attentive and precise in his work, which allowed me to not experience any pain. I 100% recommend Dr. Pedro to anyone needing any oral surgery or dentistry.

Negative experience: Had an appointment in March for a simple cleaning, I had to reschedule, when I called to reschedule I was told I could be seen in September. Then they send me a text birthday wish in May, I responded it would be nice to get my cleaning done. I get a call back last week to come in today. Today I go in and sat waiting for over 30 minutes past my appointment and so I walked out. They used to be good, but I think now that are too busy to handle patients. Time to find a new dentist.
