Fantastic experience: I've always had a really great experience with the hygienist and the doctors at Pinellas family dental. They make you feel very comfortable even when you have to go through an uncomfortable procedure.

Fantastic experience: Great dentists facilities... I would highly recommend this place to family or individuals and couples; Dr. Rovira, Kathleen Dental Assistant are wonderful for when you have a procedure. Lindsay Practice Administrator is a pleasure to work with as well.

Dr. Rovira took time to see my 99+yo mom who had an urgent denture matter (she had lost her new bottom denture plate). Dr. R has a natural, caring demeanor whose care continually surpasses previous visits. We feel like one of the Family at Pinellas Family Dental.

They are not pushy, they tell you what you could benefit from as far as work in your mouth and leave it up to you to say yes or no. They make it pleasant to visit.

Fantastic experience: Hello,,,,,,,this was my first visit to this practice I was so excited to meet the team. I had a permanent retainer installed on the inside of my lower front teeth's. I over brushed my teeth which caused my gums to receded, which in turn made my teeth loose. The dental hygienist “Lauren “caught it early. The doctor greeted me and got down to work. My teeth feel anchored now. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend the dental practice.

I had an emergency situation and I left a message to have them return a call to me to schedule an emergency “new patient” appt. They almost immediately contacted me back and fit me in in less than an hour. I completed my paperwork online and arrived with zero hassle. The team I interacted with was pleasant and professional. Checked in regularly and were extremely efficient. THEN came the best part…Dr. Donald Vespa was so warm and friendly. He showed care and concern and was informative through the process that unfortunately for me needed to be an extraction. We discussed my follow up, aftercare and briefly considerations for my future care. Pricing was clearly discussed and the best I have seen in a dental practice in many years. They have a patient for life as well as many referrals due to their efficiency and warm caring demeanor. My whole appointment from door to departure was under 1.5 hours and on a work in! Look no further…this is the practice you want to go to!

Fantastic experience: Kathy the hygienist was extremely informative, very knowledgeable, gentle and skilled with performing my dental deep cleaning. I was very hesitant & scared at first since I have oral lichens planus, but the procedure went exactly how she described it to me. No pain during the treatment & no residual soreness or eating limitations afterwards. She is amazing! I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Pinellas Family Dentals staff are compassionate and friendly. I had a bad case of dry socket from an extraction at another dentist. They were able to fit me in without an appointment. Pack the dry socket correctly and finally give me some relief. They also gave me the paperwork I needed to give my job, to take the time I needed to recover. I'm sooooo grateful....

Fantastic experience: Dr. Don did a fantastic job removing my rear molar. It was very sure to question me about getting a root canal and trying to keep it but he excepted my request to have it removed and it really has made the world of difference all his stuff with marvelous. I have a gagging problem and they were very careful.

Negative experience: The he last cleaning was super painful and I was told I needed a deep cleaning. They said they would call and schedule and never did. Came in for the next cleaning and was brought waiver paperwork for refusing the cleaning. I never refused. Wasn’t scheduled. The hygienist was also super snotty about me saying I wasn’t signing because I didn’t decline or agree. Time for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Today was our first experience at Pinellas Family Dental as we found them on Facebook and had a horrible experience at the last place for our children. I will say from the communication with scheduling -Top Notch! to us walking in the door and them handling “3 rambunctious” children we felt so welcomed and they had so much patience with them. Each child got to have their cleaning by Ms Lauren who was amazing and the final check up we were Introduced to all 3 Dentist there! Super friendly efficient and everything was clean and organized with a really nice toy and tooth brush with cool chameleon toothpaste given at the end. We will be back and I will be spreading the word

I had a temporary crown and although it’s never a day at the beach, they were very considerate of my need to take breaks. The process went smoothly and I am very happy with the care I am receiving. Update, February 2, 2023 - I love, love, love my dentist. Recently, I had a complex situation with my partial plat. Dr. V and Dr. V consulted. They took my concerns very seriously and considered all options. Theyvtook the time to consult with the lab to provide the best outcome. Today I picked up my partial, and it fit perfectly. It clicked right into place. It was a complex issue and they worked as a team to resolve it. I am so happy with the outcome! Did I mention I love these guys? Update June 16; 2024 Still loving my Dentist! I mentioned above that I had a partial. Well, a loose tooth needed to come out. It would require taking impressions and sending detailed instructions to the lab to retrofit the partial. Dr. Amy made sure to take several X-rays and impressions. Well, it came back a bit off and needed to go back to the lab. The very next day I received a call to come in and it fits perfectly and looks beautiful. Pinellas Family Dental is the very best!
