Fantastic experience: I had the best visit! I suffer with nerve pain which makes even a regular cleaning painful. However, Smiley went through everything and made sure my pain was minimal! Means a lot that they see me as a person not just a set of teeth lol
Fantastic experience: This dentist office is wonderful. Everyone was very kind and explained everything to me clearly. The two women who took x-rays Sandreya and Alysia were absolutely lovely and made me feel at ease. They let me know step by step what they were doing and how they were doing it. Dr. Charolia introduced himself and explained everything without making me feel bad or intimidated. Past experiences with other dentists made me sour, but he proved they're not all bad; they can be caring. Darly, the office manager was transparent with my treatment plan, but most importantly, she didn't talk down to me, and she allowed me to ask many questions. She was also lovely. I honestly didn't feel as though I was just a patient; they made me feel like I was a person.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this dental office.. The ENTIRE staff was so warm and welcoming, they treated me like family. They explained everything clearly, made me feel completely at ease, & were genuinely caring throughout my visit. I’ve never had an actual dental home but I look forward to making this it!

Fantastic experience: PSD is nothing short of amazing. They helped my son with his emergency visit, and my son left with a smile. They were able to accommodate us, and helped us with our issue. Dr. Charolia and his team were all so sweet and helpful from start to finish. We didn’t have dental insurance and they were able to help us without breaking the bank. My son Brax and I are very grateful of PSD. Thank you team for helping us at such a short notice.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Pearl Shine Dental! Wish I could give more than 5 stars. My entire family comes here and every experience with every staff member is always such a pleasant one. The Hygienist, Smiley, is very kind and explains everything to you so you have as much knowledge and feel very comfortable. We also have such good experiences with Lauren and Shaylea they are both so sweet and always make us feel welcome. The office staff and the Dentist are also so kind! Service like at this Pearl Shine Dental is not very common. I’m so glad we found this Dentist! I highly recommend!

Negative experience: Went in for tooth pain, referred to a specialist, got root canal done and now waiting for a few weeks to get appointment for crown with Pearl. Have called and texted but no one has called me back. I guess I need to find another dentist to finish the crown.

Negative experience: Only giving a 1 because the receptionist Lauren is rude and unprofessional. She needs training on etiquette and customer service. True colors were exposed. Don't change your mind or speak to her! You will get hung up on multiple times for explaining your situation and talked to like you are an idiot. Then, told the phones weren't working properly.

Fantastic experience: I called this dentist the same day, and they were able to fit my daughter in right away for her tooth pain. She left with a follow up appointment scheduled to get the issue taken care of. When we got home, the meds weren’t at Walgreens yet, but I was able to call after hours, and someone made sure we were taken care of and got everything squared away. The staff was wonderful, the doctor was great, and the whole experience was so reassuring. I’d definitely come back here in the future highly recommended!

Negative experience: This place is a sales pitch for unnecessary treatment with zero focus on customer care. This was my first visit and I will NOT BE BACK! After 2 hours of the hygienist showing me good plaque vs bad plaque using his microscope, doing x-rays and pointing out every negative aspect of my teeth, they suggested I do a "deep cleaning". A deep cleaning that would cost me $1093 out of pocket because my insurance would only cover 50% of this deep cleaning! When I looked appalled at this recommendation, they then said they would take off $200! Like I am I buying a car???Are you seriously negotiating teeth cleaning services? Needless to say, after 2 hours, I left there without my teeth being cleaned and a very detailed verbal description of every aspect of every tooth in my mouth (UNNECESSARY). All I wanted was an exam and a cleaning! Horrible care!

Unfortunately, insurance companies often base coverage on cost limits rather than what's best for your health, and they don’t always prioritize long-term oral wellness. While we never intend for our approach to feel like a sales pitch, we do take time to explain findings and present options, including offering discounts when possible to ease financial burden. We're sorry this came across the wrong way and wish you the best in your continued dental care.

Fantastic experience: Had my first cleaning at pearl shine dental today and WOW, what an awesome dental experience!!! I am afraid of dental work as we all are but I was blown away by how painless and comfortable the whole experience was!! Tyreek did THE BEST job!!!! He numbed me with topical gel that worked so so well, I felt absolutely nothing my entire cleaning and I usually have to get numbing shots every single time I get a cleaning because my teeth are extremely sensitive to cold water, which is scary and can be painful, so the fact that I didn’t have to do that was AWESOME!!! Also Tyreek was very through and cleaned my teeth so well and the staff here is very friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible!!! 5 STARS for Pearl Shine, I will be telling everyone I know about this Dentist office!!!

Fantastic experience: Finding a proper dentist has not been easy. I have had the worst luck in the past 10 years. I have had no experience dentist who cost me dearly on perfect teeth, judgmental ones and recently ones who lie about accepting insurance, take your money saying that is what your insurance did not cover. I found Pearl Shine when I broke a tooth, I was able to make a Saturday appointment to meet with Dr. Sahegin Charolia who made you feel like you matter, comfortable and honest. I was very pleased I could be part of a learning lesson, how detail he was explaining the procedure, made me feel like the student. I could not do what Dr. Sahegin Charolia and his staff does for a living it takes real dedication for the human mouth KUDOS for Pearl Shine for going the extra mile to make a difference in our community, Cypress is very lucky to have you here. Fantastic experience: Been getting my teeth cleaned and taken care of for almost two years now, and my teeth have never been more straight and healthy. Dr. C and his team are sooo friendly and skilled. I got Invisalign through them and even got my mom to come see them. She was scared of the dentist (like myself and I’m sure many of us) for a long time, but now she is comfortable and happy to get her teeth taken care of too.
