Fantastic experience: I came in with a bridge that was affixed to my gums/teeth for over 40yrs. . .It fell out over the Xmas holidays. Ms Sherry was very Helpful, Comforting, Pleasant and Personable. She was self assuring & Very knowledgeable! I came in grumpy left very HAPPY!

Negative experience: My experience at this office has declined significantly over the past year. During my most recent visit, my dentist left before my crown was placed, so she wasn’t present to ensure it was properly fitted or cemented. The appointment was painful, the office was empty by the time I left, and staff could see how upset I was. I called afterward to explain my concerns and never received a response within 24 hours. Communication about my treatment has been unclear, I’ve been given unexpected bills, and it has felt like every visit brings a new urgent and costly issue. Despite my jaw issues and gag reflex being clearly documented, the dentist attempted four fillings and a crown in one visit, which was extremely uncomfortable and not manageable. My hygienist was great, but overall the quality of care and responsiveness from the dentist were disappointing. I’ve chosen to seek dental care elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: I have not one time experienced service that started late or ended beyond the scheduled time. That enables me to plan accordingly on what I am able to rely on, which is consistent customer service support.

From day one, she’s been kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. After my first few visits, I found myself requesting her specifically because she truly makes every appointment such a positive experience. I’ll admit, I hate going to the dentist (I used to call it my trip to the “torture chamber”). But Sherry completely changed my perspective on dental and orthodontic visits. Negative experience: I am writing this review in response to a text I received from the practice following an appointment last week. I have been a patient for the past 8 years, two implants, at least 8 crowns, numerous cleanings etc. I have provided stellar reviews in the past (mainly for a hygienist who is no longer there), but not today. I went in for a cleaning last week. I do have a horrible gag reflex that makes me a difficult patient. I know this. Bottom line at the end of the appointment the hygienist recommended I undergo a deep cleaning. She recommended this at my last appointment and I declined. I declined again, Following this I was informed if I don't follow their recommendations, I can no longer be a patient there, I thought I would have choices in my treatments. I just wanted a regular cleaning. I have had deep cleanings in the past, and I can barely tolerate a regular cleaning let alone deep cleaning. So after 8 years, numerous procedures I have to look for another practice.

Diamond was incredibly efficient in assisting with paperwork and finances, and she consistently greeted me with a smile. Fantastic experience: I visited the Foleck center today as they got me in with the same day appointment , luckily, ,because part of my filing in my front tooth fell out and it looked hideous. The dentist that fixed my filling did a great job and even revisited my problem later that day as I was weary about it. But she sent my mind at ease. Fantastic experience: My service here is always great! I had an appointment due to a crown breaking. While there I also informed Ms. Scherry of some pain I was having and thought I might need a root canal. I thought it would be months before they could get me in but they had an immediate opening (MUSIC TO MY EARS)! Ms. Scherry asked if I wanted to get started today and I gladly excepted! The procedure was completed in a timely manner and the service provided was greatly appreciated! Today (8/19/25) I had a cleaning scheduled, my hygienist was Kelis. She was amazing. She was patient, kind and explained everything to me as she went along. Kelis also answered any questions I had in regards to my cleaning as well as any at home care questions. This was my first time having her as my hygienist but every appointment moving forward I'd like itto be here. Thanks for your kindness!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years and have nothing but love for this team. Dr. Kordulak has overseen my Invisalign with such care and helped me overcome my lifelong dental anxiety. Ms. Scherry and the twins are amazing, Arianna and MJ are fabulous, and Dr. Garcia completely transformed my smile—she’s gentle, compassionate, and truly has a heart of gold. That’s why I’m so upset and frustrated to learn that my insurance is no longer accepted. It feels devastating to finally reach a point where I could fully commit to my dental health, only to lose access to a team I deeply trust. While I’m grateful I can still continue Invisalign, this change feels incredibly disheartening. the staff went above and beyond to help me get in for appointments before I was dropped. Their kindness, patience, and nurturing care have always made me feel respected and cared for.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the Invisalign procedure has been incredibly positive, and I'm so glad I decided to move forward with it. From the very beginning, the staff has been exceptional. They are not only friendly and welcoming but also highly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to show me a detailed, animated picture of my teeth as they would shift throughout the treatment. Throughout the entire process, the office has been fantastic at keeping my appointments on schedule. I've never had to wait long, which I truly appreciate given my busy life. Negative experience: I was rescheduled twice to have my teeth cleaned; I ended up with a temp. who was absolutely nice, but not good at all cleaning teeth. I'm shocked my dentist, did not say anything to him, after looking at my teeth. Well, I guess it's time to start looking for a practice that cares.

Negative experience: I arrived for my 3pm appointment at 2:55. I was brought to the back at 3:10 and informed at 3:40 that they no longer accept my insurance and will not be able to service me today. There’s always an issue of some sort that could easily be handled with the proper communication. However, communication is where this office always falls flat and I will not return based on this.

Negative experience: The billing department is the absolute worst I've ever had the displeasure to try to even get on the phone with. I stopped using them when a small bill appeared and disappeared from my account, and they were unreachable for 7 months. Not worth it when even the cleanings were hit or miss.

Fantastic experience: The Diva - Dr.Dano is the best. I have a few teeth with issues and he helped me figure out what solution was best for my situation. I always get nervous when having procedures done, but there’s never any reason to. I look forward to seeing them for a long time. Just don’t hold Dr.Dano’s singing against him. Fantastic experience: Dr Dano and his assistant Rose were absolutely amazing at getting me in for an emergency. Sadly I was so bad off that I was referred to the ER. They wrote me a detailed referral that the hospital failed to execute... I will never hold that against them, they did what they could do and thought that was my safest option. I do trust this office and they were professional, matter of fact and advocated for me. I will be back to talk about implants in the future. Dr Dano is a compassionate human that cares. Rose was so helpful, friendly and made me feel at ease. Also she did great with my X-rays

Positive experience: My family loves the Foleck Center! If you’re looking for a thorough dental experience, you’ve come to the right place. Most everyone here is sweet as tea and very caring. I chose this place because they do general and ortho as I have two daughters that both need braces. We haven’t been able to afford dental care for their whole lives and are finally at a point where we can so an office that could save us time was essential. One stop shop! The only reason they aren’t getting 5 stars is because there was some issues with calling me back on several occasions, weather it be a concern about dental pain after a procedure or rescheduling/canceling an appointment, we have left numerous messages without a call back. But alas, things happen and I imagine with how wonderful (and clean) this office and staff are that it’s probably hard to keep up with all your success! I can’t remember the two gentlemen dentists names, but BOTH are supremely kind and patient. I have never met a dentist with such wonderful “bed side manners” and I’ve gotten the chance to meet TWO in one office! We will be back for life. Thank you all so much for multiple wonderful experiences ❤️

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Treated me like I was golden! Didn’t like the fact that it was $500.00 plus to pull my tooth. But it was worth it I couldn’t tolerate the pain anymore. Didn’t need any surgery afterwards so they Credit me $121.00 for my next visit or however I want to spend it with them. Overall my experience was great! I want to thank my wife Re’onna referring me. Im definitely coming back to revisit.

Fantastic experience: I had Elizabeth as my hygienist and she was amazing. She offered me a pillow & blanket for comfort and was very kind. She explained everything and gave recommendations. I didn’t feel like I was drowning with the water as she kept the suction tool nearby. She did the gum test and I didn’t feel any discomfort when she poked. I requested her as my hygienist from now on. She was great!

Negative experience: Today (December 31st, 2024) I had an appointment's at 7:40 AM. I came into the office at 7:35 AM checked in and sat down and waited. Other patients checked in after me and were called to be seen while I kept waiting. Like 35 minutes after I checked in a lady behind the front desk called me and told me very discreetly and barely apologizing that the hygienist called in sick. This is like at least the second time that my appointment got cancelled due to the hygienist being out and then wait until I am in the office or driving to the office to tell me about the cancellation. Not Cool! On top of that I have to take off work and use my sick hours for the appointments not only is the Foleck Center wasting my time but my money as well. Now if I cancel the appointment just like the Foleck Center does to me, the Foleck Center will charge me a cancellation fee. I am respectful and considerate enough to inform my appointments of any cancellation ahead of time and in a timely fashion. The Foleck Center needs to do a better job of notifying me of cancellations in a timely manner not while I am in the office waiting for awhile to be seen or driving to the office.

Dr. James was wonderful dedicated asked a lot of questions made me feel good alongside the other participating young man. What I really appreciate, was a woman by the name of Mary In the finance department. She was very informative with Helping me as far as different suggestions and decisions to make And aside from her professionalism, she always had a smile on her face when talking with me I felt so at ease with her as if I knew her forever.
