Fantastic experience: First of all I do not like getting dental work done but, this visit was a breeze. Dr. Silva and Brooke made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Dr. Silva has a gentle touch along with a caring attitude. She talked me through the whole procedure and continued to ask if I was alright and not in any pain. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Even the office manager Savannah was very friendly and explained my upcoming visit. If you are looking a caring and friendly place for your dental needs, Lane’s in Clinton is your place to go!

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved to Lane & Associates because of my insurance. Lane & Associates are a large company, so I was a little hesitant. I should not have been ! The staff from the time you go in the door until you leave were excellent. Professional, and very nice. I had a cleaning and x-rays. Great experience, everything was explained with patience, nothing rushed. All questions answered. Very impressed with the technology ! ! Which made me feel relaxed and taken care of. My second visit was for filling in the area where my gums were recessed. Dr. Saeed did an amazing job ! ! I was surprised because before going to Lane & Associates I was told It could only be fixed with grafting. They look pretty, so pleased! Most people have a fear of dentist, not anymore, I am in good hands!! Thanks so much!!!

My hygienist, Paulette, did an awesome job on my cleaning! If you are putting off the cleaning you know you need to do, stop and make your appointment with Paulette today. Fantastic experience: Mom, 91 years young and suffering with demitia, developed a tooth ache. We took her to Lane and Associates in Clinton. Expecting a difficult time Dr. Saeed and his staff were very patient and understanding. Dr Saeed went beyond what could have been expecting in dealing with and treating Mom. His patience and professionalism was admirable and made a difficult situation go smooth. Mom told everyone that night about the good doctor making her hurt go away.

Negative experience: It's a good place frist I'm was in overload and wondering if the office is for me or what. As the process go I'm happy with the app. Just got me when I'm ask to reschedule and she said it would be a dismal and no more app with them.

Fantastic experience: I decided to change dentists because the dentist I’d seen for the last 10+ years did not accept my new UHC benefit as payment in full for my cleanings. I chose Lane and Associates simply because someone I know works in the Clinton, NC office. I was well pleased with my initial visit. It happened to be a day where one hygienist was unexpectedly out of the office. So the one who saw me was doubling up. But she did a great job, as did the entire staff in helping her. One thing I did not care for was when I was told I’d have to have X-rays annually. I have a bad gag reflex. My previous dentist did my X-rays every two years. I was very pleasantly surprised that the process used by Lane did not trigger my gag reflex at all. And since my insurance will pay for the annual X-rays, it apparently will not be a problem.

My Moma Dental Lady Brooke was very nice and patient to my Mother. She is 83 years old and not able to walk good due to Arthritis. Negative experience: OK here it is I missed 3 appointments. I work an 1 hr 50 away. I was informed I was dismissed which is fine I wasn't happy with them anyway. They have a dentist who doesn't pull teeth I quess she get squeamish then why become a dentist I had a dentist that did it all. There attitude socks I will not. Ever ever recommend this dentist. Lose attitude. Stuff happens.

Fantastic experience: This was a new dentist office for my kids, and both of them were a little nervous. Everyone was very polite. The dental hygienists took the time to explain everything to me, including all of the insurance questions I had. Dr Silva was very nice, and explained everything in detail. She took the time to answer all of my questions. I really liked that everyone in the office addressed my kids as well. That is one of the ways that helped to calm their nerves.

Called the Clinton office with dental emergency the end of July and was given an appt before lunch same day. The dentist and assistant were great! They knew I was afraid and went above and beyond to calm my nerves. Made an appt to return for a complete exam! Saw Paulette yesterday for my cleaning and she did not disappoint! Calmed my nerves and made my visit very comfortable. Highly recommend this office!
