Fantastic experience: I made an appointment regarding an extraction I had terrible anxiety over. The entire staff here made me feel at ease, comfortable and informed about the process. Dr Coleman was very attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The assistant Yoli was also very helpful, patient and guided me through the whole process very professionally. Carina helped me with the account and payment, she was so helpful and very nice to interact with. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone with dental anxiety like me! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Negative experience: While I generally enjoy their service, the quality of work is highly inconsistent. I frequently observe high staff turnover, with new faces appearing almost every month. This turnover seems to contribute directly to the varying quality, and unfortunately, my last few adjustments have been noticeably sloppy, rough, and painful.

Fantastic experience: Sergio and Dr. Jamison were absolutely amazing! I had completed my Invisalign treatment in another state, and when my final retainer was mailed to me, the bottom tray didn’t fit properly. I went to a different orthodontist first, who charged me $140 just to be seen and wouldn’t trim or attempt to fix the issue unless I paid another $140. When I visited Risas, both Sergio and Dr. Jamison took the time to listen to my frustration and carefully trimmed my retainer multiple times until it fit perfectly. They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. You can truly tell they put their patients above profit — highly recommend!

Negative experience: I went in on Tuesday needing a tooth extracted but didn’t get paid till Thursday told me I needed to make another appointment and pay before I came in and sent me on my way. Then I get a message that I didn’t pay before my appointment and that they canceled my appointment! What kind of people do that kind of shit? Never again and would never recommend going there if you need help!

He was able to resolve an unerrupted k9 that has always made me insecure about my smile. They themselves were surprised everything worked out as this was a first for them aswell.
