Fantastic experience: Everyone here has been absolutely fantastic! The office is gorgeous and up to date with the absolute latest technology. This makes cleanings enjoyable and painless. The hygienists are gentle yet thorough and the Dentists have always taken time to provide options and help with preventative tips. They’ve definitely helped improve my teeth and gum health over the five years I’ve been with them. I highly recommend them.

I came in trying to find solution to save a tooth that had chipped. I can’t believe how thorough and quick the doctors here are and I was able to fix my tooth. Dentists here are excellent!

Negative experience: I have been coming here for 4+ years and despite moving farther away had still coming through this dentist, I am sad to think that might be changing but the way I was treated today was unacceptable. I received a text from them confirming a copay of $40 leading up to a filling appointment. When I checked in at the front desk today, the lady told me the charge would be $562. Completely taken aback by this, I asked for clarification and the direct response I got was 'you signed this didn't you', referring to paperwork that was sent to me which I only signed because they mentioned the payment would be $40. When I pointed this out, they discussed amongst themselves and told me the charge would instead be $182. Again, absolutely no explanation for what or how the charges are changing. There was no change to the treatment plan or anything, so I was confused about all the different charges. When I asked for more clarification, I was met with more curt responses and completely brushed away. I have likely spent more than $6000 with this dentist office over the 4 years and I really like the doctors. I understand that the charges leading up to a treatment are just estimates and all I want is transparency, communication and good customer service. Instead, I was offered no explanation to why the amount was changing wildly and quickly. And more importantly I was being treated as an inconvenience for asking standard questions. I might not be back unless I hear back resolution with management stepping in.

Fantastic experience: I have been here twice for a cleaning and cavity filling, and both experiences were excellent. During both of my visits, the doctor explained everything I need to know about my dental health situation and showed and explained to me specific problem areas on photos and X-rays. During the cavity filling procedure, the doctor and assistant kindly checked in regularly to make sure I was okay. The staff are also very polite and helpful about scheduling and insurance. I’m really glad I found this office - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I came here to get composite bonding/veneers on my two front teeth and I am so so happy with my results! Dr. Ta is amazing at what she does. When I first got my teeth done by Dr. Ta , I loved them, but when I got home I felt that I wanted the shape to be a bit different. I texted Trident dental right away and they fit me in for the next day to add those finishing touches. They turned out amazing and looks so natural and feel great. I’m so happy with my results and I’m so grateful to Dr. Ta for her work. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone looking for cosmetic work.

After some searching, I found Trident Smiles Dental — and to my pleasant surprise, they had immediate availability for new patients. Fantastic experience: I did a general x-ray testing and deep cleaning and filling at this place. My dentist and the hygienist are really patient. They explain every details with me and for the part I didn’t understand well they also send a hygienist who speaks Mandarin to explain to me in mandarin. Before I start my appointment, they send the bills to me for review so I’m clear about how much my insurance covers and how much do I need to pay for that appointment. And during the treatment I can watch the TV on the ceiling. this helps me to relax. They also have a massage chair that you can use when you are waiting before the appointment. I like the services here.

After a lapse in dental visits, I decided I needed a fresh start to get my dental health in order. The reviews for Trident seemed amazing, so I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did! I honestly did not expect a dental office to be this nice. The staff at the front are super friendly and takes care of everything so efficiently and clearly, Lee is hands down the best hygienist I have ever had, I love how Dr. Bhayani explains every step of the procedure and checks in to make sure you are comfortable, and everyone on her team has this calm and thoughtful approach that just puts you at ease. I had to have some major work done, and they scheduled me in for the days immediately after my first appointment, making it easy to stay on track. They pay such close attention to the patient experience - the comfortable waiting area and rooms, the television on the ceiling for entertainment during the procedure, the warm lavender towel to freshen up after, the seamless handoff back to reception - I really appreciate how much they care, and definitely look forward to going back!

The lounge offers different types of drinks, and there is even a big screen on the ceiling for patients to watch Netflix during the procedures! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: The high rating is well-deserved, 10/10 experience! This office is extremely professional, kind, quick, and efficient. Yessenia at the front desk is sweet. My tech (Jessica?) was very communicative and explained every little part of the procedures. Dr. Ta was informative and answered my one thousand questions. They also have nice touches like warm lavender face towels at the end of your visit which makes the appointment almost feel spa-like. Once they start working with Aetna again, I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: After struggling to find a decent dentist, I came across Trident Smiles on my Google search. I was skeptical with all the good reviews but they were all true. All the staff was so kind and respectful. The dentist were genuinely there to help me with my dental hygiene rather than shaming me for not taking care of my teeth properly. I am so glad that I found a dentist that I can trust. Also, I didn't had to worry about insurance claims and over charges. They were pretty smooth with it and you will always receive the estimate of everything as soon as you book your appointment.

I came in for a regular checkup and cleaning and everything was just flawless. This is how healthcare facilties should operate. The place is warm and welcoming from the moment you step in. Gave me a heads up about sensitive areas she was going to go over before she did. The doctor (I can’t remember her name) was very knowledgeable. She explained cavity placement and a plan of action to manage my cavity situation. We talked about grinding teeth and tips/tricks on how to mitigate it. Cleaning tips for the mouth and my retainers. Fantastic experience: I've been here for a dental cleaning, and found the service sufficient and professional. I appreciated being informed of costs by receptionists before the cleaning and X-rays began, so I hope they keep that up. My only criticism is that during the x rays the technician would touch the x ray machine or chair in between of putting things in my mouth so I was just sorta hoping everything is sanitized completely between patients.

Fantastic experience: After my first visit. I believe this is one of the best Dental place in South Bay Area. They have great service, nice facility and little things that make them stand out from the competition. Name a few: they have minibar, massages chair over head TV with Netflix. All for free. Although I don’t necessarily need these but it shows their attitude. Last but not least from my experience they offer better service and lower price compared to competitors. I forgot to mention they offer free uber rides for customer within 5 miles.

Fantastic experience: I am doing my Invisalign here and come regularly for regular cleanings. Before starting my invisalign I went to 4 other clinics for consultation and this was my best choice because of 1) almost lowest cost, and 2) The only ones who didn't wanted to remove any of my tooth. Throughout the 1+ year that I have done invisalign, I am very happy with the care I have received here. Dr. Shibani always answer all my questions thoroughly, checking my teeth status periodically and guiding me what to expect next. The facility is super clean and all the staff are very professional. I have been very happy with all my interactions and visits here.

Positive experience: The front desk is very nice and it’s super easy to make appointments. I like that you have a little space to get your treatment unlike the dentist I used to go to in mtview where it felt like a factory with just curtains between patients. They also have tv mounted so you can watch something but I’m too nervous to open my eyes so it didn’t really matter. Everyone is super nice though and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed the staffs kindness and the cologne in the bathroom, I like the chocolate milk protein shakes and the therapy share in the lobby. I can say I know the owner of the building personally and I enjoy going to her establishment and receiving more than what I am paying for. I would recommend this place and this review is honest.

Fantastic experience: I've been here twice now, and will be super excited to go in again for a deep cleaning. The staff was incredibly friendly, the waiting area was comfortable. The rooms themselves were clean and they each had a spa-like feeling to them. They have a TV on the ceiling for you to watch while they clean your teeth. They were able to fix problems that were a result of a previous dentist while being completely transparent with me. I loved the perks of getting vaseline on your lips and the heated towel after your procedure. They do also make you mouthwash before you sit down in the chair. I'm looking forward to future visits!

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit to Trident for dental cleaning. Dr Patel was very professional and explained everything in detail. She also checked in regularly to make sure I was doing okay, which I appreciated. Nate, the assistant was thorough yet gentle throughout the process. The option to watch Netflix made the whole experience more relaxing! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable dental experience.

Fantastic experience: The best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I have a smaller mouth and the hygienist was so patient. They set you up with Netflix while they do the cleaning and you get a warm towelette at the end!
