Fantastic experience: Professionals that make it painless. The doctor's techniques for performing injections and cavity repair it truly painless. The best care I've ever received. I was nervous to have my wisdom teeth extracted. My previous experience with these doctors reassured me I was receiving the best care possible. My wisdom where extracted painlessly and faster than I expected! The only location I recommend to anyone anywhere.

Fantastic experience: The good people of Oxnard Dentistry extracted an infected, troublesome tooth. They walked me thru the process of getting some care coverage to ease my financial strain, they dealt with me as I was probably at my most-suffering and painful points of my life, and they did it all so gently and with tremendous fellowship and heart. Special "big ups" go to the incomparable Dr. Orna. She is the perfect blend of talent/skill and dental chair-side manner. I especially appreciated her efforts to tell me exactly what she was going to do about the problem, and how she was going to make it happen. She did so, with a compassionate manner and sweet smile. I have no beef with my old dental care folks, but the ladies of Oxnard Dentistry earned my patronage going forward. My advice: it'd be a mistake not to make them your dental care specialists. Negative experience: I think the prices are too high. $650 for a mouth guard is crazy. The workers are nice, I forget the name of the dental hygienist that helped me but she was really holistic and smart. She definitely deserves a raise. The front desk ladies are nice too but very bleak. I’m sorry, but it’s true. I mean .. that price is crazy. Plus they’re adding a 8.33% up charge on the next cleaning … idk .. I get 3, maybe 4% .. but +8% is just greedy ……..

Fantastic experience: I’ve finally found the perfect dental office that’s open on Saturdays! The location is convenient, the office is brand-new with state-of-the-art equipment, and Dr. K is not only extremely knowledgeable but also genuinely kind. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and scheduling an appointment was quick and effortless. My first visit was absolutely wonderful—I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The prices are extremely high, and I felt misled after being told I had multiple severe dental issues. I decided to get a second opinion, only to learn from another dentist that those issues simply weren’t there. I left feeling like their priority was upselling expensive treatments rather than providing honest care. I wouldn’t recommend this office based on my experience.

Positive experience: I went to this office for many years and the dentists were always kind and caring. There was a period when my dental hygiene wasn’t the best, and when I really needed treatment, they even fit me in on a weekend — that meant a lot to me and I’ll never forget it. That said, I was often charged for procedures I thought Medi-Cal would cover. At the time, I assumed it wasn’t covered, but now that my current dentist has done things like root canals and crowns at no charge through Medi-Cal, I can’t help but wonder if I was overcharged without proper explanation. I also paid for in-office whitening that didn’t work. So while the care was compassionate and the work itself was mostly good, the lack of transparency around billing left me uneasy in hindsight.

Fantastic experience: The women at the front desk are friendly and professional. The dental technicians are gentle and friendly. I highly recommend this Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this office. They were able to take me in almost immediately as an emergency walk in. All of the staff were incredibly kind. I was very nervous from past bad experiences at other offices and every single person was so compassionate. I felt cared for and listened to. They were able to help me with my dental emergency and explained the whole process entirely. I have never had such a great experience at a dental office even despite what I was going through.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever. The dentist really cares. I have extremely sensitive teeth and he was awesome. So would recommend. No pain after the partial was put in and 4 fillings. Thought I'd be sore but today woke up and my mouth hurts only where the injections were placed. Pain is a 2/10. Love this group! Staff is friendly they work with you . THEY DONT PRESSURE YOU and sit and go over your bill in detail. Dr Jabaiti, thank you for taking the time to explain and foreign patient as my body metabolism ate up your novacaine. I would cross states to come back to see them.

Negative experience: staff is friendly overall only a couple issues. I had an appointment at 10am for a simply cleaning and didn’t get called in until 11am. After 2 hours I left my appointment at 12pm. I don’t know why but they always want to sell me stuff last time my brother and I were told we needed a $500 mouth guard and today that I needed Invisalign? Unfortunately I’ve been coming here for years but this was the first time I’ve had to wait this long and will probably choose a different dentist.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I never reached the point to see the actual doctor. I was trying to make an appointment as a new patient for my husband and myself and their receptionist provided what is probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I was stunned. She was very snarky and rude. Huffing and puffing with each clarification. She had a very “I don’t care” attitude and tone. This was a very unfortunate experience that caused me to return to my search for a new dentist.

Negative experience: This is not the same staff as before. Current dentist on 12/30/24 was only concerned about leaving on time. I have been trying to get teeth cleaned for 8 months as they could not retain a proper hygienist. I was told the dentist would clean my teeth on my visit, and this did not happen. I would not recommend services at this location (Oxnard Dentistry) on the corner of Rose and Gonzales. Poorly ran facility where patients are not their first concern!

Fantastic experience: Had my yearly exam and the dentist and staff are accommodating, thorough and professional. I give them high marks for the quality of care and look forward to going back in 6 months for my next examination.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t waste your time. The hygienist here was continuing to push the fact that I could get ortho with her, I told her I was already doing ortho with someone else. But she insisted I could stop treatment with them and go with her. When I gave her a firm no and that I wasn’t interested her whole demeanor changed. And wasn’t being as welcoming … the cleaning began and the tool she was using was hitting nerves that I’ve never felt during a cleaning before. It was rushed, it was done with minimal effort… I flinched for the 3 time of it hurting and she almost caught my lip with her spinning tool… she told me she was done and the whole cleaning lasted about 4 mins.. I was upset she didn’t even try to clean it a different way. I walked out of there with plaque that was still visible. I didn’t bother bringing up my frustration to the front desk because I had zero Intentions of ever going back. I don’t recommend this place there’s plenty of other places that will do a great job, with ease and also take medical…..

Fantastic experience: My dad’s experience was very stress free. The front office staff to the back office staff were very pleasant from the time we got there to the end of my dad’s appointment. We can’t forget Dr. Orna . She is top notch at what she does. Very attentive and listens her patients needs. It felt like we were talking to a family member. Negative experience: I tried this place because they accepted my insurance, went in for an exam just to get a simple cleaning. Was told I needed the $200 “irrigation” that was offered along with the cleaning. I was told by the dentist i was able to opt out of it because insurance doesn’t cover the cost of it. When I go back to my appointment they now tell me I cannot opt out of it and cannot do the cleaning without the irrigation ? I did not know i could not get a simple cleaning without having to pay 200 dollars for it. weird.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Davidson for some dental work and I couldn’t be happier. I haven't had the best experiences with previous dentists, but Dr. Davidson took the time to explain everything I needed after my X-rays, making me feel comfortable and at ease. In addition, the office is clean and modern and all the staff are friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Davidson for anyone looking for a great dentist. 5/5

Negative experience: This dentist office scams you. First visit they told me I needed a mouth guard and I agreed. It was not proper and I went back 2 times to have it adjusted. Now my teeth have moved and I have a gap. I lost a crown while on vacation. When I went to the dentist, they said they couldn’t put it back on because I waited too long and needed a new crown. OK…Ordered a gold crown at their recommendation. Told me that insurance would cover all but $1,072, I needed to pay half then and half when I came back. I did not have $500 available, so I used the credit care plan and paid for it. Soon I received a letter from insurance company dropping Oxnard dentistry from their plan. The dentist office never billed my insurance for my crown. I should have paid $335. Not $1,072! I filed an insurance report and will hopefully get money back or I will be going to small claims.

Negative experience: I went in for my first time in December 2023 and they told me I needed a mouth guard because I was grinding my teeth in my sleep and fracturing my teeth. I go in again last month and they told me it's just the filling that's cracking. Seems like they don't know what's what I'm going to a different dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and staff are great. I strongly recommend this office. They offer flexibility when scheduling my follow up appointments and never pressured me to make quick decisions regarding the procedure. Doctor Rose is very professional and caring towards his patients. They explain what they are doing to you while they work on your teeth and that really relieves anxiety, just knowing what comes next is so important for me. Thank you!

Negative experience: My husband and I have been going there for over a year thinking this Dentist was taking care of our teeth we moved to Utah and found out they were not! My husband paid for a Lazer cleaning 800 Dollars was told he will only need regular cleaning for now on He just had a check up and needs a deep cleaning with 6 and 7 pockets I feel we were taking financially and still paying care credit I’m adding another huge problem my front upper porcelain crown cracked big problem

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a few years now, and I always have a pleasant experience. The office itself is always clean and sanitary. The Staff/Dentist are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: I called the clinic to get an appointment for myself and my husband to clean our teeth. The receptionist said that they have time for March 22 at 9 and 10 am. Wait for confirmation from us and hang up. On March 21, without waiting for confirmation, I called the clinic back to find out if our appointments were valid. They told me yes, come. Ok, we've arrived. They gave us a check-up and told us that for cleaning we needed to wait for approval from the insurance company. This will take up to two weeks. We will contact you. The second time again no one called me back. Three weeks later, I call the clinic back at 9:30 am asking if the insurance company has approved teeth cleaning and receive the answer: “Yes, come now at 10:00.” I said that I couldn’t come right now and asked to make an appointment for another day, to which I received the answer: “I’ll call you back.” For the third time no one called me back. Today I called the clinic again and said that I had been waiting for your “I’ll call you back” for a week and asked to make an appointment. In response I heard: “Your approval was valid for only one week. We need to coordinate again. This will take up to four weeks." It's also worth mentioning that on our only visit, the doctor suggested Invisalign to me. I decided to check with the reception about the possibility of paying in installments. She told me yes, you received pre-approval. A week later I received a credit card and my credit score quickly dropped. I didn’t give my permission to open a credit card and, of course, the receptionist did not say a word about the fact that she opened a credit card for me. It was an unpleasant surprise for me. Well, and of course, there can be no talk of any Invisalign if the reception staff are simply unable to make an appointment for teeth cleaning, notify the client about this and keep their word “I’ll call you back.”…

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency, I needed help quick! When I called to see if they could see me at last minute, the girl that answered, was very sweet and helpful. When I walked in, it was clean, not packed and the vibe was cool. The same girl that took my phone call. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful! The dentist on the other hand, he was great too! Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the recommendation I received to go to Oxnard Dentistry. I had told my girlfriend my concerns with my past experiences with dishonest doctors treating me. She had told me to go see Dr Joshua Rose. He was completely honest with what was necessary in my mouth. I had come in for a normal consult, X-Rays, etc. - and Dr. offered to do my cleaning AND filling in one appointment- which I greatly appreciated. He was super respectful, patient, & understanding with my concerns. His assistants were very accommodating, and had a great attitude and reassurance about the procedure, especially Veronica. She walked me through and explained the whole process, and was very quick and gentle with the x-rays, knowing that I have very sensitive teeth & gums. The whole office is very friendly and I will definitely be recommending Dr Joshua Rose to more friends & family.

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient here for a few years now. Staff is friendly and great service. My son needed braces and they sent the referral to their other office where our insurance doesn’t cover braces. Wish they could’ve told us they weren’t going to be covered with our insurance so we wouldn’t have wasted our time.

Fantastic experience: I'm not totally sure which country Dr. Cohen comes from but I hope he never goes back (except for vacations) and stays here forever. He is the kindest, most gentle dentist you could want. He explains everything before he does any treatment and is FAST. Things are finished before you know he started. He is the kind of person we're fortunate to have in our community and the kind of professional you'll want working on you if you need a good - no make that GREAT - dentist. And the staff at Oxnard Dentistry is also GREAT.

Fantastic experience: I read the Google reviews, but I still walked into my appointment skeptical. First off, the ladies at the front desk are respectful and nice, especially Janell I explained how nervous I was and Janell helped put some of my nervousness to rest. I was in for crowns on my front teeth and was super nervous about the needle. When I let the dentist know about my concern, he made sure he was extra gentle with the needle. I hardly felt a thing! Furthermore, they made a minor correction on my temporary crown without any complaints after I expressed I wasn’t completely satisfied with the end result of one. The dentist even said “No need to explain. We’ll get it fixed.” They were great. This was my first appointment (after the consultation) and all went better than expected.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I called with my concern the office team was so friendly. I checked in filled out my paperwork and within minutes I was called back. Doctor was able to look at my concern came up with a game plan and I returned right after the office lunch hours. I’m very picky about my dental team coming from Washington state. Positive experience: I had a tooth break and was able to get in quickly, which seems highly unusual with doctors these days. The staff is great and seem to work well together. It took two hours for them to do what was needed, which was fine. I didn't feel like there was any unnecessary down time. The only reason that I'm giving them four stars is that my temporary crown fell out after about a week. And I have Covid, so I can't go back in.

Fantastic experience: My first time as a patient here and I just want to say one of the best experiences i've had in a dental office. I walked in with pain and discomfort in hopes I would leave the consultation with good news an return for a second visit for treatment when instead they took care of me the same day to relieve me from my pain and save one of my tooth's, i had a open med procedure and a removal of my wisdom tooth done all at once and I am able to say I did not feel a thing while I was being worked on. The best part yet was the simple fact that I did not feel judged for the condition of you my teeth by the Dental Doctor and he made sure I was okay during the whole procedure. Also would like to point out that they had plenty of options for me when it came down to the billing as my insurance did not cover everything. 11/10 highly recommend this office! Thank you

Fantastic experience: Best dentist office in the area. I have an appointment on 7/29 and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The wait wasn't long after checking in and the cleaning wasn't long either. Overall I was there for about one hour and they do an excellent job on cleaning and they don't rush. It exceeded my expectations.

Negative experience: The absolute worst dental office. Don’t waste your time coming here. Scheduled an appointment and they only did an initial exam took them 2 hours! Had to schedule another appointment to get a cleaning. When scheduling, I informed them I can come in at 12 but only have an hour lunch. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem as their lunch is at 1. So I come in sit in the lobby for 30 minutes complain and finally get taken back only to wait another 20 minutes. Finally at 12:50 Dr. Rob comes in saying he won’t have the time to do my cleaning by 1, obviously. Stated the hygienist still had another cleaning to perform before mine and he had a few things he was doing… He then directs me over to a dental assistant and informs me she would help me with the rescheduling. As we walk to the front desk I ask the dental assistant why didn’t they just inform me in advance instead of wasting my time. She ignores me tells me the receptionist will help me and walks away. What an unprofessional Dentist and Assistant. I will give it to the receptionist upfront who was very professional and deserves the acknowledgment.

Fantastic experience: I could not have asked for a better experience with the prices of getting my teeth pulled and starting the process of dentures! I hate going to the dentist but was so comfortable and absolutely no pain!! Everyone in the office is kind and efficient and on task!!! 100% recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in with a terrible tooth ache. I can say I don't care for the dentist. But this man was just incredible. He had gentle hands and I really didn't feel a thing. Him and his crew made me feel welcomed and safe. I knew even before he worked on me I was in great hands. It's hard to find a good dentist and I'm blessed to say I found my new dentist. I felt this office was good about explaining covered costs, for my insurance with Medicare. Affordable Costs is important to me and so is good service.

Fantastic experience: I'm so very grateful for this dental office! I am visiting my son in Oxnard and one of my dental crowns fell out. Of course this type of thing happens on a weekend . We are leaving for Europe tomorrow, so I was worried I wouldn't find a provider on a Saturday. When I called the front office, they were very friendly and told me to come in at 11am. By 12p, my crown was back in. Everyone from the dentist to staff was amazing. Thanks so much for accommodating me!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a deep cleaning and a few cavities filled at Oxnard Dentistry. Walking into Oxnard Dentistry I was a nervous wreck and my anxiety was absolutely through the roof and apparently very noticeable. However, the staff at Oxnard Dentistry soon noticed my uncomfortableness and made my experience one to remember. I have never not been hurt by the dentist in my past experiences, however at Oxnard Dentistry I walked out tearless and was so pleased with my experience. The cleaning and fillings went so smoothly and painless I was so relieved and surprised to have such an awesome experience!! Thank you so much for taking my anxiety about the dentist into consideration and constantly checking in on how I was doing throughout the whole appointment. They actually made me not hate the dentist and I no longer mind going back. Thank you thank you thank you!

Positive experience: Pro: Great customer service. Convenient location. Con: Limited parking. The time between you sitting in the chair and the dentist seeing is way too long. Fantastic experience: Had to come in for an emergency tooth extraction a couple days ago, and simply went with the place with the highest rating my insurance was accepted. Oxnard Dentistry was sitting alone at the top of the list, and for good reason. I don’t think you’ll be able to find a better dental office in Oxnard. The whole place is super clean inside and out, the staff are friendly, professional, and attentive; and making an appointment through their website makes things a bit easier. Doctor Keihani worked on me. Yea, he’s the epitome of what an awesome dentist should strive to be. He’s really cool, precise, professional, and funny. My tooth extraction was painless, and went by as easy as a cold beer on a hot day. I refuse to go anywhere else for my dental needs. This place deserves the five star rating, if not more. Oxnard Dentistry is definitely the place to go. Your teeth will thank you.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever! All staffs and dentist drs are super nice, clean office they had so much patient to answer all my questions wouldn’t change dentist office. I will continue going there.

Negative experience: Went here a few times for routine cleanings, everything was great. Mentioned a minor sensitive spot during one cleaning, they didn’t recommend doing anything for it. It got worse and next cleaning I mentioned that. Dr filled in two small areas that had not been bothering me, but failed to fix or correctly identify the problem tooth. Once the numbing wore off and I discovered they hadn’t filled in the area I was concerned about, they were able to get me back in the next day. They said the spot was very small, but it was much worse sensitivity wise. They filled it in, but it’s been over a month and the tooth hurts worse than before. My girlfriend has a very similar story. We won’t be going back again but everyone was very nice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with Dr. Cohen after having to change dental offices due to insurance reasons. One my first visit, he provided a lot of pt education, and made me feel comfortable about my oral health and the procedures he was doing. Very happy with my new dentist, and will not hesitate to continue with my regular follow-ups in the future!

Positive experience: I have been coming here for a couple of years now for dental cleaning and work. The staff is very professional and considerate of your needs and their facility is very clean and modern. I like that I can get a dental cleaning on a Saturday a couple of times per year, but for any serious dental work they have always been able to book me during the week. They do get busy sometimes so make sure you always show up a little early.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kehlani was an absolute GEM. I have a lifelong dentist phobia and tons of anxiety surrounding any dental work and had to go in for some extreme tooth pain. It turns out I needed an emergency root canal, which was so scary but Dr. Cohen had me completely at ease. It was by far the most calm and composed I have ever been at the dentist, and that was 100% thanks to him. Plus, even in the COVID environment I felt completely safe. The xray machines were even in each individual room, so I didn't have to go to a communal one, which was nice. I would definitely recommend Oxnard Dentistry, and especially Dr. Cohen, to anyone who needs a little help feeling comfortable at the dentist. All the staff were also extremely patient and kind, which was a big plus.

Fantastic experience: I have the worst anxiety when it comes to getting any kind of dental work done & I have so many problems with my teeth but Dr. Cohen is always so honest and caring. He really takes the time to talk to you & explain what steps should be taken next. The office is always clean and the receptionists are always kind. I did not feel rushed through, there were lots of staff available to answer my questions, and they were all very kind. Dr. Cohen created a treatment plan to address my dental issue. Fantastic experience: I love Oxnard Dentistry, the staff and my dentist always welcomes me with a great smile. I've been coming here for the past year to have ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ procedures done to me..I've had porcelain crowns, filings, 1 porcelain implant, & 3 molars were saved & replaced with crowns . I loved that they were able to work with me on a payment plan specially on hard times during the pandemic..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OXNARD DENTISTRY!!

Fantastic experience: So far so good! I called on a Friday and was able to get seen the following Wednesday.I’m already scheduled for treatment tomorrow . I was greeted today by a very down to earth and not stuffy receptionist. I hate going to office where they are sterile and give off a fake vibe . Doctor “k” (can’t remember spelling) treated me like a person and not a patient. He was relaxed and listened to my every concern . Most doctors just want to get in and out and onto the next patient . Many also just listen, smile and pretend like they heard you but really theyre only looking at your teeth X-rays I was happy with the office. It wasn’t too sterile or out dated. I’ll update tomorrow with how the procedure goes if I remember , but for now I’m happy and finally think I found a home dentist ❤️

I have so much anxiety when it comes to the dentist, however the staff at Oxnard Dentistry made the visit so pleasant. The doctors answer all your questions and front staff is amazing.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at their office (Oxnard) today as a emergency visit. I was in a lot of pain from a tooth that had a bridge. The ladies at the front desk were so awesome. They reassured me that I was in great hands. Dr. Cohen is so blessed!!! He numbed the area so well that I didn’t feel any pain during the root canal. The ambience in this establishment was nothing but positive vibes!!! They have gained a new loyal client! I will be bringing my children and I will spread the word to my military friends and co workers! Thanks a million, you all are blessed and awesome!! I absolutely can not thank you enough!❤️✨

Fantastic experience: At the beginning of Covid I had a major tooth ache and needed an extraction, so I called my dentist and everything was shut down. I called 5 different dentists and they all were closed but Oxnard Dentistry. To my relief the receptionist that answered the phone was very polite, understanding and sympathetic, she had me come in immediately. Dr. Cohen and his team made me feel comfortable and cared for. My extraction was pleasant and pretty pain free! I have since been back and have had several fillings and a partial denture done. I was in customer service for 25 years and can really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of this facility. I would highly recommend them to friends and family, pain free dental care does exist.

Fantastic experience: Oxnard Dentistry is hands down the best place I've gone to. I just had a bad experience at another place, so I was nervous to come here as well, but when I got there the ladies at the front desk were all so nice and friendly. Dr Cohen was great. Fast and to the point in getting me treated right away. I had to get a temporary crown as well as a root canal. One my second visit Dr Cohen was great in making sure I was comfortable the entire time of the procedures as well as his dental assistant. Overall great experience. I will continue to come here!

Fantastic experience: I’ve Been going to Oxnard Dentistry for a bit over a year now, and every time I come in to this office, I always leave feeling satisfied. I’ve have some very bad experiences with dentists in the past. They always want me to come in for routine check ups, bill my insurance, and send my happy self out the door without listening to any concerns I’ve had. At Oxnard Dentistry, Dr. Keihani and the entire staff are always very courteous and very thorough. I’ve never had the feeling of my concerns being dismissed, or the pressure of having a procedure or product pushed on me like I have at other dental office. I would give 10 starts if I could! Highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to the endlessly patient and competent staff at Oxnard Dentistry. I came here from another office that did not care about my well being or suffering, and fully expected more disappointment and waiting and pain. Oxnard Dentistry saw me as soon as possible, listened to me, found the problem and immediately fixed it. All in a matter of 2 hours. I am not an easy dental patient either. I spent my visit trembling and flinching at every sound and movement, but everyone was kind and patient with me. No one got irritated when I needed extra numbing shots. They wanted to ensure my procedure was as comfortable and pain free as possible. They also made sure to let me know that everything would be covered by my insurance, as that was something I was concerned with coming in. I’m so glad I got a second opinion here. I think I’d still be in pain if I would have continued going to the other office.
