Negative experience: I really enjoy the child-friendly environment and was impressed by the reviews, which is why we chose this office. However, this is our second visit and the wait times have been extremely long. During our first appointment, we waited about an hour and a half before being seen, and the total visit lasted over three hours. On this visit, we have already been waiting an hour and have only completed X-rays so far. While the environment is pleasant, the excessive wait times and the congested waiting area make it very difficult for families. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues, I will be looking for another dental office.

Negative experience: I’ve had repeated issues with this rodeo dental specifically the woodforest location and the lack of organization and professionalism is extremely concerning. The wait times are excessive, and every visit feels chaotic. When I ask questions, the response is almost always “I don’t know,” which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. On more than four occasions, my daughter has been skipped over without any explanation or apology. Even more alarming, the staff frequently fails to verify her name. We have been called back for appointments multiple times, only for them to begin setting up or starting a procedure and then realize they have the wrong patient. We are then sent back to the waiting room. This has happened more than once and should never occur in a medical office. Hippa regulations are apparently not a priority. No one ever seems to know what’s going on, and there is no accountability. The staff often appears disengaged and uninterested, which adds to the unprofessional environment. I am beyond frustrated and am in the process of switching my daughter to a more professional and competent dental office. I would not recommend this practice, ESPECIALLY for CHILDREN.

Fantastic experience: My visit today was good, the dental assistant who did my daughter’s adjustment was great in explaining what she was getting done. However the way the doctor explained the additional treatment she needed made me feel like it was all covered in her current treatment plan. The dental assistant (not sure what her position is or her name )who checked us out and got us scheduled for her next appointments was great. She explained everything to us and made sure we understood before having me to sign the contract for additional treatment. I really left still a little frustrated because of the cost but I understood the process. Both ladies were great nothing negative about them just the way the doctor lead me to believe things were all covered.
Fantastic experience: Rodeo Dental- Woodforest location is the absolute BEST! I love every visit for my kids. You should definitely book here. Easy scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, fun office waiting areas. We love the movie theater and the arcade games.

Positive experience: Maria was great, I arrived a bit early and she was able to let me in and knock out my paperwork before the procedures. December 2024 update, Yuni did a great job on my temporary crown, easy peasy. October 2025 update, the staff is always great at helping me to get in and out as I am not a big fan of crowds. Negative experience: Terrible. I made my appointment a week in advance, provided them with my insurance information in advance and asked them to please call me if they have any issues verifying. I went in for appointment and they told me they couldn’t verify my insurance as it was a Saturday and they were closed. Despite me providing insurance information a week in advance. The lady at the front desk said “you uploaded your insurance today, we needed that information in advance” which I DID, but assuming the person who booked me didn’t make notes. They confirmed they couldn’t verify verify online but I had to wait another 30 mins, I had been there for almost an hour already. Needless to say, I walked out and will never recommend this place to anyone with PPO insurance. The lady that helped me was nice, however the partner next to her that made that ugly comment was rude. Do not go here!!

Negative experience: I have been taking my children to this clinic the last 7 years but last couple of visits have been disappointing and frustrating. Today I had to leave work early to pick up my kids from school for their 430 pm appointment. Signed them in, filled out the forms. Was taken back by the dental assistant who did not seem thrilled to have us there. She proceeds to tell me “not sure if the front desk told you but they aren’t even due for their check ups today.” Even with all the reminders, texts, calls, and checking in no one bothered to tell me ahead of time that my kids didn’t need to keep this appointment that the clinic had made for them. The communication with front and back is inconsistent or if it is a late appointment I have been told I need to come back another day for my kids cleanings because they are too busy. I will be looking for another dentist.

Negative experience: An employee by the name of Katera just lied to me , straight to my face about my insurance benefits . I couldn’t even get treated for my braces today, due to the contract dates my insurance company had on file, for my treatment to end. So due to their mistakes, I was expected to pay more money out of pocket that I can afford. I was told my insurance planned change - covered all they would cover for the month by the employee. When I called me insurance they said I still have funds available for use. My account just stated my treatment ended in August. So then I process to let her know,, and she tell me they only cover it up to age 22. And it’s going to take up to 90days for the update treatment plan to be sent to my insurance company. When my contract always has been 15 months of treatment from the start . So how was lesser time submitted .

Negative experience: If I could rate 0 stars, I would. 1. If you have children, and you come to this dentist PLEASE find another.. - one day I was allowed to go to the back with my daughter for her fillings. For her follow up appointment, they wanted to sedate her bc she was scared and moving too much. But I wasn't allowed to be in the room - we are our children's safe place. And if they're being SEDATED, LET ME BE WITH MY CHILD. I then said no to sedation bc they didnt tell me I couldn't be with my child and PLEASE don't let them convince you its "like a surgical procedure" bc that's a load of crap. There are plenty of places that allow you to remain with your child, especially if they're little. . 2. Im typing this at 9:30am my appointment was for 9am. They are NEVER punctual at this location. I've spent HOURS here and its so annoying and very inconvenient for people. Why set up a schedule if they're not going by the scheduled time. This is the most annoying establishment I have ever been to

Negative experience: Update 07/28/25 I went in to do an ortho consult for my sons braces and it’s been a while since we have been back for his braces due to getting hurt at work and my kids dad passing so a lot has been going on so the money was an issue for the reason of going back. I go and try to continue the plan we agreed on and they told me that I’d have to start all over again and pay it again like he never had braces. They want me to pay $7k total overall because I missed a few months? He didn’t give me a choice basically said this is the plan and if not then you can pay to take them off. If they don’t fix the overbite I can’t continue with braces? That’s ridiculous. Will be looking to move to another dental office. I like how the staff is and drs but the reasoning for low stars is how they schedule. Usually dentist have you come in get x rays then ask if you want treatment and it gets done right there and then but here they will have you waiting 4 hours until you’re called back into an available room. It’s so inconvenient honestly.

Negative experience: This place is so frustrating. They scheduled my appointment even though the certified pediatric dentist wasn’t available, so it ended up being a complete waste of time. Then they rescheduled us, even after I explained multiple times that my daughter was sick and it was something serious. They still insisted I bring her in — why would I do that if I already knew she wasn’t well and they couldn’t do anything for her? I finally told them I wouldn’t be coming in because of her illness. When they rescheduled me again, they gave me a 9:00 AM appointment — but here I am, three hours later, still waiting. If they weren’t actually going to see us on time, why schedule it so early? They clearly don’t respect or value people’s time, and it’s extremely disappointing

Fantastic experience: My wife and I would have loved coming to this dental office as a kid for sure. The dental assistant Maria or "Mary" was wonderful. They take care of you and for a simple checkup for my 2 year old they made him feel like the center of everything. They take his picture (only for the clinics use and nothing else) for his profile and at the end of the appointment im guessing since it was his first time he got a little bundle (shirt, toothbrush, balloons, sugar free lollipops, and a PRINTED PICTURE of your sons profile picture with the phrase My first Rodeo. This dental office has exceeded all of my expectations and I for sure will keep my son coming here until teeth learn how to fix themselves I suggest everyone take their kids here. As for the very rare low reviews, I think they're nothing if not a gross exaggeration of what happened. Give them a shot you'll be impressed. Noa is awesome, always has answers to my most peculiar questions. Patient with my nonsense and always has a smile on her face. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Ms Adi and Ms Mary Salameh they took care of me so fast and there was no pain at all while doing it I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this location due to their customer service they are very kind and treated people in a very cordial way I love it and I will come back next month for a deep cleaning and my kid is already enrolled with them.

Fantastic experience: The person I contacted when I first arrived helped me with understanding how density works. I didn't have insurance and I only seen a dentist in the early 80s only once to have my teeth cleaned ultrasonicly. I thought that all I had to do was have mabe $200 bucks will be enough for a simple tooth pull since I thought that I couldn't afford insurance.

Fantastic experience: Daughter woke up with swollen jaw and in severe pain. I called before opened and she got us in same day to get her on the road to doing better. Office was clean, inviting and staff was above and beyond kind and respectful to her and myself. Thanks so much for your office and staff. Negative experience: This place is terrible. Places was over packed meaning, it's about billing insurance more than doing quality work per customer. My son came for a cleaning. We wanted 2 hours in a room for them to tell me he need a x ray. Got the x ray. They look at his teeth and I'm assuming they are about to start cleaning them. Nope. They wanted to wait until he go to a specialist. He has baby teeth people. You are a dental doctor. Why see a specialist for a procedure your certified to perform. Why would you need a okay. Long story short they pushed us out saying the will give us a call. Never received a called but I paid for a x ray and insurance was build for a cleaning that was never performed!!

Fantastic experience: I took my 4 year old nephew in after he was complaining that his teeth hurt. Dr. Bradley and Dulce were amazing!! Dr. Bradley took her time and listened to his concerns. After the visit Dulce did his cleaning. He has always been afraid of going to the dentist but she explained what she was doing prior and he was very comfortable with her!! I highly recommend the both of them.
