Fantastic experience: Pleasant visit with a new patient meeting with Dr. Bradshaw. I was surprised by the long lead time (3-4 months) to receive a cleaning. I understand they are currently one hygienist short and hopefully the wait time will reduce.

He performed a procedure on me, that involved some technicalities, and a procedure that he does not regularly do in his office. Fantastic experience: I had my pre-scheduler appointment for my end of year exam. Got a call a week before they were not going to be able to accommodate me due to staffing changes. But they did put me on the cancellation list which I was grateful for. This was particularly concerning because I am retiring at the end of this year and will not have my employer insurance Going forward. Received a call this morning that there was an opening for this afternoon and it would be with a different. Hygienist, than I have had for the past several years with them. Not problematic because I’m easy-going but still a little disappointing. I received a call a couple of hours before my appointment with the scheduling person telling me that the new hygienist had noticed that I was a patient with the past one and somehow changed her schedule and I actually got my last of the year Cleaning from my regular gal!This is so sweet and thoughtful and really above and beyond patient service or should I say customer service❣️ with my new insurance going into next year, Premier Dental will still be my provider.

Negative experience: Came here years ago for dental care, the dentist at the time put several crowns on molars with assurances they would last. All of the crowns ended up breaking within 1-5 years, and other dentists I saw for follow up care have said the type of crowns put on there never should have been used for molars.

Fantastic experience: Right after I hung up the phone from making my first appointment with Premier Dental, I knew I was at the right place. The office is beautiful, calming and smells nice. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Stephanie took my X-rays and explained my dental plan with clarity. Dr. Uffens was easy to talk to and I felt comfortable during my exam. Becky helped me schedule my next appointments and answered all of my questions. I walked out feeling great and maybe even looking forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Called as new patient this morning for denture implant emergency. After listening to my situation I was able to be scheduled that afternoon. The care was great, my implant was secured and my emergency resolved. Looking forward to returning for the rest of my dental denture care.

Negative experience: Want a pretty smile preserving your natural teeth? Go somewhere else. Not the practice for delicate cosmetic repairs. I chose premier above my insured dentist because I thought they would do better cosmetic work, plus they could get me in next day and said they would guarantee their work. My impatience lead to an expensive mistake. The first bond was rushed and bulky. It looked good, but started chipping immediately. After a few months, a big chunk popped off when I was flossing. Dr. Lloyd is no longer there to guarantee his work, so I’m paired with another dentist. I was assured by reception that it would be no problem, that they would take care of me as a team. Dr. Uffens told me he couldn’t add bonding composite on top of the chip which is untrue. He insisted he needed to remove the entire bond and redo it to extract more money out of me like I don’t know better. I declined because an ethical dentist would want to preserve your natural tooth, not push unnecessary dental work which erodes enamel. He only spent 5 min smoothing the chip with no extra composite, removed too much bonding material and some of my enamel, so now the color and texture is noticeably uneven and grainy. They had the nerve to attempt to charge me again when I already paid a premium the first time. They should have given me a full refund. This is not “premier” cosmetic work and the structural integrity is poor. My other bonds never chipped and lasted years before they popped off. The billing manager politely argued with me like I’m dumb, as if this is normal and to be expected. No need to dismiss me from your practice, I won’t be back, and I’ll be filing complaints with the dental board.

Negative experience: After going here for a few years, I experienced many, many scheduling issues, and I can't overlook it anymore. They are always short hygienists and give too many excuses for their lack of staff. My routine cleanings have had to be rescheduled too many times to count, and all being at the last minute. They've also raised the cost of their in-house insurance plans significantly. The burden and inconvenience has become a real problem and I'm done. Moving forward I'm choosing Cascade Dental where I've heard nothing but positive things about their office from friends. Also, their in-house insurance plan is much less than Premier. A word to Premier, do better!

Negative experience: The treatments I've received themselves here have been fine, Dr. Bradshaw has been great. But the office procedures and policies have lacked transparency from the start, and it's cost me literally thousands as a result. On multiple occasions I was told my insurance covered a treatment I needed; an implant that took multiple visits (starting MONTHS ago) and visits to get done. However, after the 2nd visit I was hit with a bill for $800, along with an explanation that insutlrance "didn't cover that part". Next visit, similar bill on checkout, similar explanation. After scheduling a cleaning, I was charged for something I was asked about if I wanted it but not told it wouldn't be covered by insurance. I talked to someone in their billing deparent after this last experience, telling them that they needed to improve their transparency and communication, and be sure something is covered in advance so their clients can make informed decisions. Then, today, I was called to confirm an appointment, and simultaneously told that my insurance denied the claim for the implant afterall, so I'd owe yet another $1700 out of pocket. Apparently, they don't actually check with insurance to ensure something like this is covered (and why would they, they'll get paid either way, right?). I canceled all future appointments, I feel sick to my stomach knowing how much debt I unknowingly went into because I trusted they did their due diligence before assuring me it was covered.

Fantastic experience: Okay. It was actually a great experience. Staff is super nice, my dental insurance is surprising us with how low our out of pocket is and the Dr is cool…well sort of, he’s from the east bay (jk ). I’ll be going back and sharing them as a reference for sure.

Fantastic experience: I chose Premier Care Dental after reading reviews. I saw so many people say how great it was, so I had to call to see if I could get in for an infection. The receptionist, Raquel, was warm, patient and helpful. She got me in the same day. I had been a patient previously in Klamath Falls, so I was already established as a patient (so glad for this!). I was amazed at the office when I got there. It was the most beautiful office I have been to for dental care. Checking in was easy. X rays, so easy! They have great technology that makes it much easier, less frighting and enjoyable to take part in. My hygienist was also very warm and kind. Then, I met Dr. Peterson. This is the first dentist that I have seen that has given me hope that my smile is reparable, and it could be done in an affordable way. I was given antibiotics, a care plan, a plan for bridges to fill in where my missing teeth are. I work in a very public job, so getting the reassurance that my smile will be complete again makes me so incredibly hopeful and enthusiastic. I’m so happy I chose Premier and I look forward to seeing my smile transform and my oral health ACTUALLY be taken care of in a timely fashion. Thank you Premier, staff and Dr. Peterson!!

We weren't patients but they got her into the office in under 12 hours, gave her x-rays, CT scan, exam and a tooth extraction for under $300. I will never go to another dentist. He is very attentive, listening in a caring way to what I share with him. My symptoms, combined with x-rays by his well-trained hygienists, plus additional support by qualified dental assistants, and his meticulous examinations, are what we discuss as he lays out my options, making them very clear. Dr Bradshaw has made getting my fillings, root canals, crowns, and my tooth extractions all nearly painless~ a true blessing, right?!!! The front-desk staff are ready for my check-in and when I need to make my follow-up appointments and my payments. I highly recommend buying their own insurance to help offset the costs, especially unexpected, yet necessary major dental work which come my way with my older age. Bottom line... This is a reliable, professional and well - maintained dental office.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a new patient exam. Doctor was dr. Lloyd. A nice experience for the first visit. Assistant April was professional and friendly. Everything was explained well on my treatment plan. The facility is really nice, and in a very beautiful and upscale hillside area of Medford.
