Fantastic experience: Maryanna is my favorite dental hygienist! She explains the procedures you need and highly recommends fluoride varnish. If you need more than a prophylaxis, she will explain the scaling and root planing procedure. She does her best to make you feel comfortable and is great at patient education. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a major phobia of going to the dentist, and I’ve walked out of more offices than I can count. But this is the first dental office where I’ve actually felt comfortable enough to stay — and keep coming back. Dr. Aly is truly amazing. He’s so patient, accommodating, and genuinely cares about making sure I feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. The entire team is kind, understanding, and never makes me feel rushed or judged. Thanks to them, I’ve been able to get through treatments I never thought I could. If you struggle with dental anxiety like I do, I cannot recommend this office enough. They’ve completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: they get the job done very well, are willing to answer any questions you have, and make it a very safe and comfortable enviorment. I struggle with anxiety and get overwhelmed very easily but they made me feel very comfortable and any time I've needed a break for a second they allowed me to without any complaints. they are also very fast and don't waste any time. I've come here twice and both times been satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend this location.

Negative experience: Horrible dentist!! Rude went in for severe pain told me he guess he can pull tooth but I’d have to wait another hour and half. I made an apt for this problem will dispute any charges to inc too since I didnt get service I made apt for. Will be in severe pain for another two days because of this dentist and I have to find some place on Monday. I’m sure I won’t hear from the owner they only respond to people who had a good review I’ll be making complaint hire up.

Positive experience: My first experience was good. The hygienist was a bit shy but super friendly and they were able to remove a tooth that had been causing some issues! Had the consultation and removal same day, no wait. I came back 2ish weeks later for a follow up. Waited almost 30 minutes after my appointment time. The guy that came in after me got taken back not long after he arrived. The hygienist that took me back didn’t talk at all. Didn’t communicate what was going on. Sat in the room for about 5 minutes not knowing what was going on. The dentist who removed my tooth came in and looked at it. It healed good which is great. Was in the waiting room longer than actually seen. Not a horrible place, but not the most friendly or communicative. Won’t come back though. Didn’t feel the most comfortable. Side note, also pregnant. Struggled to get out of the chair when it was all done. They didn’t move it back up or anything. Hygienist girl seemed to try but I was already up by then.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience today with Rose. She was very professional and my teeth look great after my cleaning. Front desk staff was very welcoming and Dr. Aly was very thorough and informative. Thanks to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I went in to my favorite dental facility Dental House Ann Arbor. It was for a routine cleaning. The dental tech Dawn was kind, informative, and encouraging. She gave me helpful advice going forward which I will heed. I truly find everyone I have dealt with at Dental House both friendly and professional. Nobody loves dental work but when needed this is the place to go. The staff will work with patients on a plan then go above and beyond to meet each patients expectations. Another thing is this…there’s a tv screen in each room playing animal capers which are amusing. It keeps the mind occupied in a positive way while being worked on. The same screen can be used to show the patient what is going on in his/her mouth. I am a visual learner so I find this helpful. I love this place. Thank you Dental House Ann Arbor:)

Fantastic experience: Adequate and caring treatment, staff are responsive and accommodating. I’ve had to cancel or miss multiple appointment dates, with no fuss or issue, rather rescheduling and follow up. The least horrific experience at the dentist!

Negative experience: Dr. Taqi provided a terrible experience for me. Receptionists are clueless and are not transparent in regards to reserving appointments. There is blaring televisions in every room? I advise you to stay away. There is however an amazing hygienist for cleanings (whose name I don't remember), it seems all the actual 'dentists' are low quality though.

Positive experience: Today, around 10:55 a.m, I called the office to set up an appointment for a root canal. I asked about the process and if my insurance would cover the surgery. The lady who answered the phone sounded like she was having a bad morning, and she told me to come in to get an exam. I said okay, can I make an appointment? She then says that she could not hear me well, and hung up. I called back again, she recognized the number I guess, answered the phone and said “ I still can’t hear you” and hung up again. I waited until around 2:30 to call back hoping that she wasn’t going to answer this time or her shift had ended, but I was unable to get an answer. I’m hoping that she did not recognize my number and ignore the call. All I wanted was to set up an appointment. I left my appointment information on the website as well, still no call back. I’ll try a different location

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was very disappointing. After the treatment on my right and left molars, I can’t bite properly anymore. One tooth was left with a big gap, and now food keeps getting stuck there, which is very uncomfortable. I expected better care and results, but I’m really not satisfied.”

Fantastic experience: Receptionists are sincerely friendly and willing to help with any questions. The dental hygienist is very knowledgeable and doesn't hurt you to clean your teeth. The dentists are all very smart and know what they are talking about. The best is when the dentist hides the needle from you when you are getting a filling. Definitely recommend anyone to come check them out!

Negative experience: Had 3 crowns done, told the dentist I could feel sensitivity he told me they didn't even get near the root.. Then a 1 of 3 crowns which should've lasted years came out while eating chocolate. I moved 3 hrs away from the nearest office I called months ago about having my records transferred. Was told yeah no problem. Only to find out today that nothing been transferred and I now have a firm to file out. Which could've been done way before now had they of told me that prior. ~Waterford location~

Fantastic experience: I have severe panic and anxiety disorder and horrible dental experiences, so finding a good dentist has always felt impossible—until now. During a recent visit for a tooth removal and filling, I had a full-blown panic attack after the shot (due to the epinephrine). Normally, I handle shots fine, but this one really affected me. What made the biggest difference was how my dentist and his assistant responded. They didn’t just say, “You’ll be fine”—which anyone with anxiety knows doesn’t help. Instead, my dentist stayed present with me through the entire experience, I was able to hold his hand while he talked to me about anything but what was going on. It completely shifted my focus and helped ground me. I felt heard, understood, and cared for in a way I’ve never experienced in a dental office. Because of that, I’ve found my permanent dentist. I’m beyond grateful for the compassion, patience, and care they showed me. If you struggle with anxiety, especially related to dental care, I can’t recommend them enough.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this dental office for years and have always had great experiences. I used to feel happy and confident coming back for each visit. That’s why I’m so disappointed with my most recent appointment. I went in for a routine dental cleaning, and the hygienist was clearly in a rush. The cleaning was done without care or gentleness, and it was extremely painful to the point that I had tears in my eyes multiple times. I didn’t even feel comfortable speaking up because of how tense and impersonal it felt. No patient should feel that way during a cleaning. This visit was far from the standard of care I’ve come to expect here, and it left me upset and anxious about returning. Truly disappointing

Negative experience: Had gum surgery here last August. Still have pain, then they called me a year later and asked for $500 after they said I was square multiple times. I will not be coming back.

Negative experience: Ok so I went to have my top teeth pulled and immediate dentures.. the ladies in the office are super nice and friendly but that’s where my good experience stopped. Felt as though I was judged due to being covered in tattoos. Spoken to like I was a teenager. They pulled my teeth and no complaints there but the immediate was made extremely bad. To the point i could barely talk. Went in for an adjustment and the dentist in said there wasn’t much she could do and personally would replace them but i needed to speak to my dentist. When I seen him he was rude about the whole thing and claimed bandaids aren’t pretty and that’s exactly what it was. Ended up getting a refund after dealing with the office manager.

Negative experience: Not a happy mama… They charged me $400 more for one son without sedation than my other son who had sedation to remove wisdom teeth! They did not contact me first. They charged for a CT Scan when I sent X-rays I would have preferred to pay for the anesthesia vs more images! But didn’t have the choice as the payor and insurance holder. I would have preferred a reschedule but they numbed him up and he felt stuck at least trying that way. He’s fine but a horrible experience and unfair vs the quality care his brother received elsewhere.

Positive experience: The clerks seems uninformed when I arrived to my appointment. I was informed that my bill would be made in 3 payments. When I checked in, I was told I was paying for half of the bill. I informed the clerks that I was told I would be making a 3rd of the payment, and showed the paper showing the payment setup. The clerks went on to explain why it was charged, and one ckerk thought it was funny. I felt her behavior was unprofessional. House, valued my time and made sure I understood what was going on with my oral hygiene and what could be done to improve it.

Fantastic experience: no exaggeration this is the best office i’ve been too. clean and kind. as someone with extreme dental anxiety, ive been to MANY offices all over and never had a good experience until i came here. Dawn is amazing. so patient and explains everything. i genuinely felt that she cares for her clients and i can easily say this is the first time i went to the dentist and had zero anxiety or fear!

Negative experience: This is my fourth appointment with them after waiting more than a month each time. When I arrive at the clinic, I am surprised that the appointment has been cancelled because the doctors do not have enough time, perhaps they are not skilled at their profession, which delays the patient while he sits in the chair without any positive results. Yes, it is one of the worst dental clinics in America.

Negative experience: The problem of appointments is that the patient spends more time than expected without seeing the doctor and in the end returns home without treatment. This has happened to me more than twice.

The entire office and staff are phenomenal. Kind and clean place to visit. They also are there for the patient not like other dentist office they focus on your NEEDS not on money. They work with you and on your behalf. They get 5 stars across the board

Fantastic experience: I had really good experience at Dental House. This is my first visit for an in-depth cleaning of plaques. Mariana is really great at her work. Pros: #. It is relatively easy to get an appointment within a couple of weeks. Sometimes, due to cancellation, you might get an early appointment if you are flexible in your schedule. #. Once you provide your insurance information, they will give the total cost upfront and individual breakdowns. So, you will know upfront if you need to pay anything out of your pocket and how much. This is really a big thing. I am tired (and scared) of getting medical bills that show up in the mail after visiting a doctor for a minor reason.

Negative experience: The actual service is good, but scheduling is a nightmare. The last few times I have scheduled my routine cleaning 6 months out, they have called me less than 2 weeks before my appointment saying they need to reschedule and the only available appointments are a month or more away. This is ridiculous and they should not be scheduling appointments if they aren’t going to honor them.

Fantastic experience: Both my autistic grandson and I had rebounded from poor dental experiences. Dental House welcomed us warmly and did a good job of comforting my grandson and getting him through a difficult time. They were very fair to work with us through our financial challenges as well. Our receptionist, Zena, was kind and charming. I'm glad that we have found a home.

Fantastic experience: I worked in the dental field and was going to Dental School, and I have always been very strict and careful about who works in my mouth. This office, even from starting at the front desk to all the way in the back was absolutely an incredible experience. The front desk girls were very kind and my patient care coordinator, Rayana was superrrr helpful! She definitely was super understanding and did what she could to help my financial situation with my upcoming procedures. Dawn, the hygienist, was hands down the best person I could’ve gotten to do my cleaning. I had two VERY sensitive areas and she knew (without me having to mention) to not place cold water on those areas, she was so gentle yet very thorough. Thoughtful to say the least. She walked me through my X-rays, making sure I understood what I was looking at. Sent me home with goodies to help my infection and irritation (not all clinics do this). Finally, my doctor, Dr. Taqi was also very thorough. He heard my concerns and not once made me feel rushed or anxious. I felt comfortable and confident under his care. I didn’t have one worry or one question once we were finished. He touched on every base and concern and I was satisfied with the care plan we agreed on. It’s hard to find a good dental clinic that is this kind, welcoming and caring in every area. I’m so happy I found them. I 100% recommend to ALL ages!! This is a one-stop clinic.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely hate going to the dentist or Dr's office or anything with needles. My anxiety is always threw the roof. I had to get all 4 wisdom teeth out and I had anesthesia. I was nervous and scared like most. It went so fast and everyone was professional. Dr Aly is amazing and doesn't seem judgmental. The receptionist Karina is always great. Ms. Furquan was the first lady to do my xrays when originally coming in and she made me feel at ease. The 2nd lady who did the xrays along with giving me the anesthesia yesterday had pretty red long hair and was also amazing. She even wheeled me out to the car (I wish I remembered her name but I was so nervous and drugged up after). Will definitely be a regular client here. This was one of the first dental offices that made me feel comfortable and like they weren't judging me.

Once again, I am so grateful to have found Dr K and the rest of the staff. Completely a joy and relief after years of fearing dentists to have found this group!!** I can't say enough about Dental House!! Dr. Sadoon Kareef and the entire staff were so kind and welcoming. Going to the Dentist is far from my favorite thing to do but this was the best experience I've had. Professional, caring, clean, hospitable, great experience! If you are looking for a 5 star Dentist like I did, you will not regret coming here!! March 11, 2025 Had a cleaning today which was the easiest appointment I have ever had! As I've said, I love the Dr's, the Staff and very grateful for them all. My last cleaning I was advised to get an electronic tooth brush which I did and the results were evident. Easy clean, very little tartar and Dawn, my Hygenist this time, was wonderful! I was upset I wouldn't be able to have my previous one but she assured me that Dawn would be great. She was. One more successful visit!! You won't be sorry for going there!!!

Fantastic experience: Was scared I would never have my beautiful smile again due to weight loss surgery and malnutrition. They did such a great job and able to smile again and feel confident. Thank you Dental House.

Fantastic experience: The Ann Arbor location was the best dental experience I've had in ages. Everything was incredibly clean, and the staff were all super friendly and nice. I will 100% be coming back!

Negative experience: my visit went badly the dentist seems to have no respect and the hygienist didn't seem to know what she was doing. I would stay clear of this place and hopefully someone will either train them right or shut them down.

Negative experience: If I could give a negative star feedback on this place I would. I went there with three fractured teeth that needed pulled and the dentist used my head as leverage while he wrenched my mouth. When I told him that theater popcorn was the cause of my problem he acted like I was lying, caused me a lot of pain and I’m still experiencing pain. I haven’t bothered going back for a follow up visit although it would be covered with the extraction because you couldn’t PAY ME to sit in that chair again. I have arthritis in my shoulders with a torn rotator cuff in one and the tip of my spine leans in against the back of my skull causing me migraines, a dentist should NEVER assume it’s okay to press down on someone’s head like that! He acted like I was just weak but yet when I stood up to get out of the chair, I fainted and fell over. Never in my life before or again!!

Negative experience: Long wait times. Dentist insisted on me waiting to pick up a mouth guard until he was back from vacation. One month later he wasn't even there to give it to me. Why make me wait until he was back? Staff is nice but wouldn't recommend.
