Positive experience: Hygienist tore my lower lip in 2 places with overly powered suction. She said other patients complained of the same thing. I told her that if that is the case why would you continue to use it. Not very pleased with this outcome. Beware!!!

Fantastic experience: I was originally referred to this dental practice by my general dentist in Littleton, even though the Panorama office in Aurora is about a 45-minute drive for me. I wasn’t thrilled about the distance at first, but I’m glad I went—Panorama did not disappoint. Dr. Scot Lowry performed a flawless, completely painless root canal for me today, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The professionalism and care from the entire supporting staff made the whole experience smooth and reassuring from start to finish. Overall, it was an excellent experience and well worth the drive. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: I originally left a positive review for the dentist, who was kind. They fixed a spot on my front tooth that other dentists have told me couldn't be fixed which was so relieving and changed the way I feel about my smile! However, I've had time to reflect, and the behavior of the dental hygienist was deeply upsetting. She mentioned that her brother was visiting but she acted unexcited. I asked why she wasn't looking forward to it and she said it's because he's gay and she gets annoyed by him because he's "flamboyant". As someone with dental anxiety, I was in a vulnerable position and initially brushed it off, but in hindsight that was crazy. She tried to pass it off as if it wasnt homophobic and just a clash of personalities but why mention his sexuality at all?? I hope her brother is doing well.

Fantastic experience: I have trusted Panorama Dental to provide the dental needs of my family for many years. The staff continues to acknowledge and make me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I walk in. I believe Dr. Bandekar is awesome. She communicates effectively about the status of my oral care and treatment plan. I feel as though I am in partnership in my care. With the growing importance of proper oral health prevention and maintenance, I feel confident in the quality of care for myself and other members of my family.

Negative experience: I found out today my preferred Dentist Dr. Serrano is moving to a new location. I'm very happy to hear that. I was going to switch dentists offices after my invisiline treatments because the appointments, time changes, no call backs and changes in scheduling made me not want to even make an appointment with this office. Dr Serrano is very pleasent and welcoming. The office staff picks and chooses who they deal with professionally and create choas for everyone else.

Negative experience: Where do I start? So! I called this place and explained to man who answered the phone, my problem. I told him it was sort of an emergency. I explained the level of pain I was in and asked if they would be able to either extract the tooth? Or jus to help with the pain I'm feeling. The man told me that I may not be able to get the tooth pulled today, but assured me that they would help with the pain and to just come on in. From the moment I stepped into the office it felt off. Didn't feel welcomed at all. The lady at the front desk seems a bit stale. Though I was in excruciating pain, I still tried to be calm and respectful. I tried to spark a conversation with the women, and she did engage, but the convo fell short pretty quick. I got there earlier than my scheduled appointment time. Definitely over an hour early. I asked if I could possibly get in sooner due to the pain I was in. The women told me they had few patients and that they would get me in as soon as they could. She also explained to me the same thing the guy over the phone did. She told me that I MAY NOT be able to get my tooth extracted today. I explained to her the pain I was visibly feeling, and asked if they would at least be able to help me with that? She said YES, THEY WILL HELP YOU! As I sat in the waiting area in pain, it didn't feel like anyone really cared. I wasn't lookin for anything special, or any special treatment. Just some sympathy or acknowledgement for what I was dealing with. To me, they just have poor people skills. After waiting for about 40 minutes, (remember I showed up earlier than expected) I ended up getting frustrated and decided to leave. About 5 minutes into my walk, I got a phone call from the facility. I was finally told to come to the back. This pain I was feeling was just getting worse by the minute. Once I got to the back, the kind nurse lady or assistant (the black lady) was quite pleasant. However I didn't really feel like I was getting any help at this point. I asked the lady would they be able to help me with pain at least? She said the doctor needs to see the pictures of my mouth to decide what to do. But said, they should be able to help me. Right then and there, I knew nothing was going to happen today. They took one Pic on the machine then sent me back to the office to wait. The lady came back there and took another Pic. I explained to her my pain again, as I'm not even able to sit or stay in place too long. She said the dentist would be to me shorty. After a brief wait. The dentist finally came to see me. I explained to her the pain I was in. I explained to her that I had went to the hospital a couple days prior and that I had been on antibiotics for the past 3 days. I asked would she be able to help me with pain. She skipped around the answer and said she'd have to come up with a treatment plan to help me. She tried to offer more antibiotics but I refused as I'm already taken them. I asked is there anything they can do to help with the pain RIGHT NOW! The dentist said she was goin go look at some things and left me there. Still in pain. At this point I'm highly irritated because I called here before I decided to show up and then I've been here this whole time optimistic about getting some help, which everyone knew I wasn't getting except me. The dentist came back to tell me information that I already knew. Pointless! I asked AGAIN was there anything you can do to help me right this moment? She said NO! She wanted to refer me do an oral surgeon. At that point I didn't want anything to do with anyone there. I sat there the whole time in pain! VISIBLY! It's written all over my face. I felt they could have at least stopped the pain by numbing the nerve or something. They never offered so much as a glass of water. No orajel. No numbing cream, no numbing shot, no nothing! But then they wanted me to pay for an exam?!?! I got up and left pissed off and in even more pain than I was before I got there. Long story short, this is not the place to be in the case of an emergency. They just want easy work it seems to me.

Fantastic experience: I have been through 2 previous major dental procedures after a head on collision with a drunk driver 35yrs ago. Dr Bandekar is so kind and understanding and though the procedures have been uncomfortable and tedious (due to my injuries), I always felt I was in the best and gentlest hands. She always treats me with respect and a generous heart and her staff is genuine and enjoyable to be with! I was blessed to find her being new to Colorado. Thank you 1000 times! I smile because of you ☺️

Negative experience: Within the first couple sentences my dental technician was talking to me she referred to something as “retarded”. I was very disappointed to hear that kind of dehumanizing and ableist language coming from someone that I’m supposed to entrust with my medical care. Made me incredibly uncomfortable and reluctant to want to be stuck inside this office again.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Panorama Dental for well over 20 years. I always get right in, and am very happy with my teeth cleanings. When I retired, I signed up for their Kleer dental plan and have only used it for twice-a-year cleaning, but am very happy with the price.

Fantastic experience: Just a teeth cleaning but Rabal (I think that is her name) was amazing. So chill and made me feel like I was there for a social visit. I can say that was the first time I didn't hate a teeth cleaning! Don't get me wrong, she was very professional, but made me feel like I was a friend instead of client.

Negative experience: I told them that I was examined at another dental before my appointment with them, now they are asking me to pay the examination bill. The other thing is that their prices are very expensive compared to other dental.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible experience over 2 years….. finally called it after their latest scheduling blunder. Their office is rude and always changes scheduled appointments without asking. Constantly ask you to come in early so you leave work early to accommodate them just to sit in the waiting room past the original time of your appointment….. Cleaning scheduling is out 7 months at least with no openings…. Switched doctors inside practice because the assistant was so rough and argued with me when I told her my filling didn’t feel right. Out of nowhere they actually changed me back to this original doctor with the rough assistant without my knowledge for my last filling. Awkward. They are are a HOT mess and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!!! For your sanity. To be fair…. The dental work was good. Dr Bandekar and Dr Serrano are top notch, unfortunately those they choose to surround themselves with are not….

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for several years and truly appreciate the service. I would say I enjoy it, but really, other than Bill Murray, who enjoys a visit to the dentist. Just a cleaning this time and they checked everything out and all looks good. I'll be back and will continue to be. They are friendly, understanding, helpful and above all, caring.

Fantastic experience: For this latest appt. I arrived over an hour early, but the person that would be cleaning my teeth, who was supposed to be taking her lunch, delayed her lunch so I wouldn’t need to come back in an hour. That was exceptional, becauseI had another appt. with my PCP at 2:10 pm, which I would have been late for had my technician not delayed her lunch. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal Team at Panorama! Everyone is so nice, helpful, and CALMING! I even took an 8+ hour road trip to be seen by Dr. Bandekar, well worth the time and effort. Dr. Bandekar is BRILLIANT, compassionate and kind. If I had a choice, she would be my only dentist forever and ever. Unfortunately, I've moved out of state. Dr. B. took care of me and went out of her way to make sure I was wrapped up before moving. re: Office team - I've had my ups (recently) and downs (4 years ago), but they seem to have their ducks in a row these days. Negative experience: I've had the worst experience with scheduling and billing with this dental practice. They have billed me for several services i haven't received and moved several of my appointments without my knowledge. They just did this to me for my upcoming appointments tomorrow at 7:30AM, they called me to TELL me not ask that my appointment was moved to 9am. I WORK I CANNOT JUST CHANGE MY SCHEDULE. THEY HAVE DONE THIS MY LAST 3 APPOINTMENTS

Negative experience: My wife went to this place for service based on 5-star reviews here on Google. We had insurance, and we paid our share upfront, thinking it was fully settled. However, after 6-7 months, they claimed there was an outstanding fee. Where were you all this time? We didn't have insurance by the time they requested additional money. Because of $60, they reported me to the collection agency. I'm disputing this collection right now and will consider legal action if it affects our credit. The agreement I signed lacks clarity on such matters, which works in my favor (in small claim court). We should have been notified instantly after the service or assessment or at least a few weeks apart, not half a year later! They failed to contact us via email, mail, or phone until the duration specified above, which shows a lack of professionalism and negligence. Based on personal experience, I do not recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Panorama is AWESOME. I had to get a crown recently and for real DIDNT FEEL A THING! I’ve always felt pain with any teeth work and I could not believe that it was painless for me. Everyone here is so nice, caring, and they always explain things really well! Definitely love this place.

Fantastic experience: I have PTSD when it comes to Dentists, and I loved Dr. Broda. He was great! Very efficient and caring. I am delighted. Dentists in the past have had difficulty numbing my teeth. He did also at first, and then quickly found the right combination of drugs and I did not feel a thing. Very grateful and thoroughly delighted. There I can believe I said that about a Dentist Visit.

Negative experience: The office staff is terrible! I went to see my periodontist at the Parker Rd location and anytime I’ve been there, they are rude, unorganized and unhelpful. The Colorado Periodontal Group should look for other satellite locations, as this staff lacks a positive customer service experience. Panorama seems to only want to serve their patients and not the Periodontist patients partnering at that location.

Fantastic experience: Dr Serrano is an amazing dentist. Her quality of patient care is top notch. The Dental Hygienist is very thorough and gentle. The office staff is always kind and helpful. Our entire family are all patients of Dr Serrano at Panorama Dental on Parker Road on Aurora, CO.

Negative experience: If you already ask for new patients details like dental insurance when you schedule the appointments, please double check you have the correct info before the patient arrive. Be mindful and explore another ways to improve your mistakes after the patient appointment. You are wasting your patients time.

Negative experience: They removed old fillings that were not causing issues just to get money. When I called to get new fillings fixed so they wouldn't cause intense pain they just pushed me weeks out. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Panorama Dental over the last six years. This place is great. Dr. Serrano is kind and thoughtful, and Kendra is my favorite assistant. They both ensure my experience at Panorama is stress-free and fun. I know, it sounds crazy. But I'm able to joke and laugh with the folks here and we really have a nice time. This is a great office to be seen.

They hear you out & make sure you have the most comfortable experience. I hate needles in my mouth but I still had the best possible dental experience coming here!

Negative experience: In reading the other negative reviews about this dental practice, all I can say is there seems to be a scam going on here. If you don't mind shelling out thousands of dollars for dental work you don't need, then this is the practice for you. I have worked in dentistry - I ran a dental practice years ago here in Denver - and this dental office is engaging in bait and switch with their "New Patient" cleaning appointments. I was lied to about my dental health so I left before my cleaning was completed. Also, and as reported by other negative reviews below, the bitewings/x rays were super painful and my mouth was also torn up. I would pass on this dentist if I were you.

Fantastic experience: Great place and great people. Called for an emergency visit and was able to be seen in just a few hours. Also, understood we couldn't find our dental insurance information and let us put a very good pre-payment down for visit.

Positive experience: I was recommended to Dr. Jansen from a colleague. She’s a great doc-she has a friendly demeanor, great service etiquette and I felt heard and like I had a partner in my care. The only reason for not giving five stars is that my appointment was scheduled for 9 and my reminders told me to be there fifteen minutes which I was. I arrived at 8:45-doors we’re locked and no one was there. I waited and someone arrived and unlocked the door at 9:01. If they aren’t going to be open at the time they tell u to arrive then the first appointment should be for 9:15 not 9.

Fantastic experience: I love the people that work in Panorama Dental. They all very nice and very professional. Dr. Bandekar did my wisdom tooth.. OMG I don’t feel a thing!! Negative experience: I have been a patient at the location for years. Last year I went in to get a bridge and was quoted a certain amount in which I agreed too. When the work was completed, I was informed that I was quoted incorrectly and still owed over $1000 for my bridge that I already paid over $1000 for. The DR. was furious about this mistake and made it right by eating the cost, on most of it leaving my balance to $273 he also providing some free dental work on something that needed to be handled but I had no insurance left do to this discrepancy. I made a $50 payment then later on received a bill for $805 for the bridge. I called the accountant and explained that this was incorrect and she argued with me that they didn't have notes about this and I owed the $805. There was so many mistakes made on their end and it is not fair that the lack of care or notes has left me with a bill this large. DO NOT GO HERE! I was happy but now I am not because they will not own up to their terrible office staff who does not do their job.

Fantastic experience: With changing dental insurance and finding a dentist that accepts our insurance, my wife and I decided to try Panorama Dental. First impression of exam, x-ray's and consultation for me was one of being impressive. Knowledgeable, caring and very willing to help along the process with insurance. I believe they will provide quality service and maintenance for me and my wife.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment and was extremely clear on what I was needing done: a repair on a chipped tooth, a cleaning (that was supposed to come with whitening trays), and potentially a cavity. I was asked to fill out online paperwork, which I did. When I arrived to the office, I had to re-fill out the same paperwork because they had lost or couldn’t locate the ones I did online. Once I got to the exam room, X-rays were done, and they were very painful and tore up my mouth, but I disregarded the pain because I needed to get my teeth fixed/cleaned. When they dentist came in, she went over everything that could be done, and then left the room (this was about a 5-10 minute interaction). When she left the room, I was extremely confused, so for clarification I asked the hygienist if she was going to be able to fix my chipped tooth, she told me she would check. When she came back to the room, she began going over charges for what the dentist suggested, and they were wanting to charge quite a bit for a cleaning (which didn’t make sense considering my dental plan covers cleanings every six months). The hygienist told me the reason was because I need a more “thorough” cleaning and that my insurance wouldn’t cover that. So I asked if she could do the cleaning that my insurance does cover, and she told me no because it would be a “liability” on their office. She then informed me that they wouldn’t be doing ANYTHING on my mouth, because “all I had scheduled was an exam” which was not true (and not what the receptionist told me when I scheduled). When I asked what they would be able to do for me today, she said the dentist was “already busy with her next patient” and I would either need to wait hours or come back another day... So in conclusion, I wasted my time to sit in an office and get extremely painful X-rays. Nothing else was done. I am extremely disappointed and now back in the same position I was in before scheduling the appointment. I highly recommend going to a different office so that they don’t tell you the dentist is “too busy” for you, and so you actually get your teeth taken care of like you’re hoping/expecting.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always friendly and efficient. They are our families dentist and have been since the kids were 5years old so that would be 16years. Today i had a tooth extracted and i wod have to say it was the least painful procedure i have ecer had . The doc and assistant were awesome no wonder they have been my dentist forr so many many years

Negative experience: Used to be a good place. The old Dr was much better. Had a crown put in less than a year ago and it’s hurting now. This place is nice but they have gone downhill since their other Dr’s have left, quality of service is not what it was 2 years ago. Friendly staff but I won’t be coming back. Update: the crown fell off! Lovely

Fantastic experience: 10/10. The ambience is amazing, great music, and the staff is very friendly! This office makes you feel at ease! I came here for emergency wisdom teeth removal, they were able to do it the very next day. Healing was smooth and easy. I’m back for a root canal on my front teeth, I was experiencing a lot of pain and tooth sensitivity from an impact. I love how this office is an all in one. You can come here for your routinely check ups and cleanings as well as for surgical procedures such as root canals and teeth removal. Highly recommend, won’t be going back to my previous dental office.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from out of state and needed a place to go. Every person I encountered here, from the front desk on through to the doctor and everyone in between, was not just courteous, but warm and welcoming. They were also thorough. It's hard to choose a dentist. You don't know if they are honest and there may be some fear involved. I definitely recommend this dentist office.

Fantastic experience: All of the people are very nice. I have great confidence in the doctors and hygienists. It can be hard to get an appointment, but that also says good things about the service! Update 11/12/20 My dentist left the practice and I wasn't told until I showed up for my appointment. Between my husband and I, we've had 4 issues with insurance denying claims. My last cleaning took over an hour and I left with my mouth in tremendous pain. Draw your own conclusions.

Fantastic experience: I chipped my front tooth. I was only in town for a little bit due to my husband’s medical condition. Needed it repaired quickly as I could only be apart from him for a limited time. Chose Panorama Dental due to their reviews. They did not disappoint. Very friendly, professional and thorough.
