I've been coming here since 2018 and have been pleased time and time again by their caring and professional nature - from front desk to the assistants and the doctors here - they are always extremely courteous ensuring my family and I get in for our appointments when needed and receive quality care! Whenever I have something urgent, they take me in right away, and they do the same for my kids and my husband. It means so much to have doctors who really care. The front desk staff is also awesome! They’re friendly, helpful, and always make us feel welcome the moment we walk in. Thank you all for your hard work and for taking such good care of us!

Negative experience: I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time. I am unsure of the name of the provider who saw me during my visit, but the experience was extremely disappointing and has pushed me to reconsider being a long-time patient at this office. I had just been discharged from the ER the day before and came in with severe pain and an infection around a bridge that this office previously placed. Despite scheduling an emergency walk-in appointment, no actual treatment was provided to address my pain or infection. Instead, I was given X-rays and told what the problem was—information I already knew before coming in. The purpose of my visit was to receive treatment, not simply a recap of the issue. Walking out still in severe pain, without any real attempt to help, was incredibly frustrating and disheartening. Unfortunately, this experience has made it clear that I can no longer continue my care here.

I come in get checked, make sure I’m comfortable, and complete my analysis thoroughly. They all work efficiently and are amazing people. Would recommend for anyone looking for a new dental office!

Negative experience: Dr Magdi caused me a disability. I needed a filling adjustment and he drilled way too much and deep he caused me nerve damage. It’s been over a year and my tooth still hurts because of him. I will be filing a report with the dental association and have this person and clinic investigated. Do Not Come Here. Anywhere in the world but here! You’ve been warned…

Negative experience: Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I went to this clinic in severe pain, and after they let me into the room, one of the staff came in with a card machine and demanded that I pay before even being seen by the doctor! I was clearly suffering, yet no one showed any empathy or basic compassion. The staff spoke to me in a rude and loud tone, as if I was trying to steal something instead of being a patient in pain. It’s heartbreaking to see a medical clinic care more about money than about helping people. Absolutely unacceptable behavior — no respect, no humanity. I would never recommend this place until they learn how to treat patients with dignity and compassion.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this place!! Dr Latif and Dr. Magdi are so great and very understanding. I was absolutely terrified to see a dentist I haven't seen a dentist in like 30 years but when I came here, I felt welcome and my fear for the dentist actually went away I absolutely love this place and I will definitely be coming back!!!
