Positive experience: I went in for a consultation and left a deposit for Invisalign treatment, but I was still feeling unsure because the orthodontist told me I would need teeth removed and didn’t explain the process in much detail. He seemed very nonchalant, which made me uncomfortable. The coordinator and the dental assistants who did my X-rays were great, though. I ended up finding another orthodontist who answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly, so I decided not to move forward here. However, I still haven’t received a refund for my deposit. I spoke with a gentleman who told me it would be returned in two weeks, but it’s now been almost two months. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is starting an orthodontic procedure here. Everyone is patient, the place is clean and all questions are answered thoroughly. So far we are having a great experience.

Negative experience: It used to be great a few years back. I moved to a new state and requested my full dental records and I was sent around 4 pictures and 2 X-ray scans from my childhood around 12 years old that wasn’t even taken at the facility. Nothing else. No documentation or history whatsoever of the dental work I had done there. I’ve called them multiple days and multiple times for them to “ok, you will get your information shortly” just for nothing to come. I need my dental records. I will be contacting who I need to get my information that I’m supposed to be given by law.

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist office. They scraped all the stuck glue off of my teeth and they weren’t even the ones to put them on. They also take regular Medicaid insurance. Love them !

I came here for a consolation for my open bite and I the staff really took the time to explain and walk me through all of my concerns. Rachel was a big help as well. Fantastic experience: From the first day it has been nothing but amazing customer service. When I call the office all my questions are always answered. I’m so happy I take my son here.

Negative experience: I visited this specific location to get my top fixed retainer replaced and was quoted $600. I felt the price was too high, especially knowing other orthodontists offer more affordable rates. So, I called a different location,unaware it was part of the same clinic chain and asked for a quote. They told me it would be $450 for my top fixed retainers. The representative then asked for my location to direct me to the nearest clinic, which turned out to be this one I originally visited. When I questioned why I was quoted a higher price there, she put me on hold and then came back saying I would need both the top and bottom retainers replaced because they “don’t work on other people's orthodontic work.” She insisted the total would be $600. At that point, it became clear to me that I was being scammed, as the previous orthodontist never mentioned such a requirement. Many of these reviews are incentivized, they offer a Starbucks gift card in exchange for a positive review, which they asked me to write before even fixing my retainers. Save your money and find an orthodontist who won’t overcharge or push unnecessary procedures. I payed only $350 at another orthodontist clinic.
