Fantastic experience: Came to Kirkland premier dentistry for an emergency appointment FYI I don’t have any dental insurance dr Sheena informed me that I have 3 infected teeth which needs to be exacted and we need to place implants there for a moment I was in shock that it’s gonna cost me a hella money but it was totally different Ishita their financial manager helped me a lot with the finances made everything so clear and so easy for me I would highly recommend someone who doesn’t have insurance to come at Kirkland premier dentistry and get their treatment

Negative experience: I’m beyond disappointed with the experience I had at Kirkland Premier Dentistry today. I had a 2:00 PM appointment, showed up on time, and ended up waiting for nearly 50 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence or updating me on the delay. Eventually, they just cancelled my appointment altogether, after wasting almost an hour of my day. This is completely unacceptable. I hadn’t even had lunch yet and was left sitting there with no communication. If you value your time and expect even basic respect for your schedule, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for dental care. This place completely disregarded my time and left me very frustrated.

Fantastic experience: My son had a minor dental emergency with his braces over the weekend while his orthodontist was closed and Kirkland Premier Dentistry was so accommodating to get him in quickly (same day on a Saturday!) - even as a new patient. Even though this was an orthodontics issue, they were happy and able to address the problem in a way so it’s no longer an emergency. The front desk staff, doctor and his assistant were all so friendly. I’m thankful for having a business in our community like this.

Fantastic experience: I phoned Kirkland Premier Dentistry as my regular dentist was closed. I asked if they could see me as my gum was really hurting . They found a slot in their schedule to see me same day. I was thrilled. I met with Dr. Sharma and he took a look at the area in my month and identified the problem. I was so thankful. It just required some good home care. Then he told the reception no charge. That was so special! I have decided that he is going to be my new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I just had an absolutely amazing experience getting my teeth cleaned here. For context, I have severe anxiety being at the dentist. I have a hard time breathing through my nose and often feeling like I'm drowning. The hygienist Miriam and her assistant were so incredibly kind and supportive, making this my best experience ever. Fantastic experience: Had a broken tooth while in town on a business trip. Called in at 9:30pm and had an appointment the next day at 9am. Of course this is a situation you want fixed carefully and right away. This office did just that. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went there for way too many things a couple of years ago. An implant, root canal, two fillings and general cleaning. I had been wearing a temporary flipper for 7 years and decided to finally get an implant. Dr Sharma did the implant and he did an incredible job. I had been to quite a few dentists before but no one was as capable as him. My implant has held on perfectly, it feels like a natural tooth. He is very professional and seems to genuinely care about his patients. Can’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Sheena did an amazing job on my front two crowns—they look so natural that no one can tell they aren’t my real teeth. Negative experience: The clinic was very small and crowded, with a long wait and poor service. The doctor only saw me for about three minutes, gave me no opportunity to discuss treatment, and had a dismissive attitude. Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: My only reluctance to posting this review is I'm afraid that this place will get too big and two well-known and I won't be able to afford to come here anymore. This dentist is like something you see in the movies where you come in with a problem and you call an hour before if you need to and they get you right in they have you in the chair within moments of walking in the door this dentist and the owner and his wife are the most skilled dentist possibly most skilled human beings I've ever met in real life. After a lifetime of having trauma from horrendous state medical dentists I just came to expect there was nothing more or better in the world even if you had fancy dental coverage. I never could have known that when I called this place in an emergency situation with an extremely infected tooth that not only would they provide me a care plan for my long-term oral health goals but they would absolutely find a path forward to achieving them financial restraints would have no chance at stopping them. They have incredible credit programs with zero interest rates if you maintain your on-time payments for as little as $20 a month and I just I just don't know if words can express if you have dental trauma these dentists are going to single-handedly reverse that. Before you even know that the dentist has started he is already done you felt not a single ounce of pain and it's over. Then they will not do anything less than insist on bone grafting if you have an extraction because their interest is in maintaining the integrity of your bone and jaw lines after such a traumatic procedure to the integrity of your bone structure every dentist I had ever been at previously for just a simple small cavity that I didn't have insurance to cover never even mentions bone grafting to me. So unfortunately my lower jaws phone is deteriorating but not my upper thanks to the education that they gave me on bone grafting and the availability that they made it so that I could afford to get such a what I could have only thought was a cosmetic thing for rich people. They insist on making sure that you receive bone grafting here and they'll do everything in their power to make sure that you have the funds that you need or the line of credit or resources to achieve it. I've never seen them and I've brought in three people here I've never seen them send somebody out the door because of financial problems or inability to facilitate needs. I just can't say enough about them Dr Sheena Gaur and husband Dr. Sharma will forever be heroes in my eyes. Her kindness and bedside Mannor and his incredible talent and skills makes for an incredible power couple to end all dental fears anxieties and issues. With all our love The Hart family Xoxo Liberty

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how amazing my experience was at Kirkland Premier Dentistry! Last year, I had a crown done at another clinic, but last week my tooth suddenly started hurting badly. After enduring the pain for a week, I finally called Kirkland Premier Dentistry on a Saturday. To my surprise, they immediately scheduled me and even provided same-day treatment. Not only did they see me right away, but they also completed the entire root canal treatment in one visit. In the U.S., it’s almost impossible to find such fast, efficient, and professional same-day care, but this clinic delivered exactly that. I walked in with severe tooth pain that had been bothering me all week, and I walked out pain-free and incredibly relieved. I’ve had root canal treatments before at other clinics, and those took 3–4 exhausting hours just for one tooth. It was miserable. But here, the entire procedure was completed in less than an hour—and done flawlessly. This truly is the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. I’m so happy and grateful for their outstanding service and top-level expertise. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sharma and his team is amazing and I’m so glad I found them. Since I had a lot of work done in the past and came from a really horrific experience I was extremely skeptical and nervous. But this quickly changed as soon as I came to Kirkland Premier Dentistry and met Dr Sharma and his team. Im in the middle of getting an implant so there’s a lot of work in progress still. But so far the experience has been incredible and my biggest fear has always been feeling pain during dental work which I have endured with my previous dental office but with Dr Sharma and his team I felt ZERO pain during the entire process of getting extraction and implant started. This is very reassuring, I am looking forward to fixing my teeth without enduring excruciating pain with each visit. Finding a good dentist is extremely hard, I am pretty sure I finally found mine!

Fantastic experience: I live out of state, and while housesitting for my sister in the area, I had a nasty fall that left multiple teeth damaged or destroyed. After spending several hours late at night in the ER, getting a fast appointment at KPD the very next morning was an absolute godsend. Everyone from the front desk staff to the assistants to the wonderful Dr. Udey Wirring was friendly, professional, and incredibly competent. I’ve been to many dentists and gone through plenty of dental procedures in my life, and Dr. Wirring is truly one of the best. He and his team took excellent care of me during a very stressful time, putting me at ease and making sure I felt fully supported. In a single visit, I had a tooth extracted, an immediate implant placed, a bone graft, two crown buildups, a temporary bridge, and more. Since I’ll be completing the remaining work back home, they also provided detailed documentation for my primary dentist, which I deeply appreciated. Even under the circumstances, it was absolutely a 5-star experience. Thank you to Dr. Wirring and the entire KPD team!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Kirkland Premier Dentistry was wonderful—especially the fine work they did on a tooth implant and capped teeth. I also felt their pricing was fair.

Negative experience: This place is FISHY! I went back in 2022 and they told me an X-ray would cost $600 when I declined the X-ray they kept on pushing for it. At the end they suggested they misread my insurance and it would actually cost $200. That is either a HUGE mistake or they have malicious intent. I would’ve either paid extra for what I shouldn’t have and never been reimbursed, or they were just trying to trick me.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient when I called them on a Saturday morning. My crown had broken off at the gum line and I was panicking. I was in their office within 2 hours being treated. Unfortunately for me, I required an extraction followed by an immediate post implant. All of which was done that same morning. I came back several times over the next 6 months to complete all the steps of the implant process. Staff was very friendly and patient. I have recommended this office to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experiences here, several times. I have terribly soft teeth, water floss, sonicare, floss, prescription fluoride morning and night. Non smoker but my family was cursed with bad teeth. after my last dentist tried to sell me on dentures and I simply got tired of leaving my quarterly cleanings in tears, I came here. They told me they wouldn’t recommend dentures even if I wanted them, but definitely needed to redo my failing crowns and add a few more where fillings were failing. They have been so kind, and solution oriented. I’ve seen some reviews say they pressure people into braces or this or that but that was not my experience- Did they tell me I was approved to get all the work done at once - yes. But I know my budget and said I needed to do it over time. I moved 35 miles away but I’ll still come here because the team here is amazing, from the front desk, the tech assistants to the dentists. Negative experience: BE AWARE! I went here based on all the amazing reviews I had a cracked tooth that I took the little piece with me. I paid $96 for a new patient fee which I thought was reasonable. I got X-rays, saw the doctor who told me the tooth could not be saved and needed an implant. I asked if she could do a temp filling but she said no. I asked how much would it cost to pull the tooth. I got a quote for $2,461.00 which would include the extraction, bone graft, collection and appl of aut and guid tissue regen- nonrestora!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep in mind this did not include a new tooth or implant! Outrageous!!! The office staff was nice at signing in. There was a QR code in the exam room that said if I give a patient review I would get a $50 Amazon gift card! I tried it but I couldn't get it to work so the front desk gave me a card with a QR code to take home that offered $25 so I suspect a majority of these amazing reviews likely were due to the Amazon gift card reward which they can do that just keep in mind some reviews may not be truthful. I found their prices to be completely ridiculous unless you are rich which most people are like me struggling. So with that said. I appreciated the $96 fee to get the X-rays (I asked for them and still don't have them) I appreciated the prescription for antibiotics although the doctor told me it wouldn't get rid of the infection. I appreciated the kind office staff at check in and the free water. This is my honest review and personal opinion of this facility.

The Dentist Dr. Guar was nothing short of a miracle worker. She was able to get him in same day do the surgery and get him on his way. They are so amazing to work with and so generous. Fantastic experience: I don't have words to thanks Dr. Wirring and Dr. kaur. I went in the office of the emergency and I had such a bad tooth ache that I can't describe. They both took their time to help to understand what's going on. Their also helped with the insurance and copay. I got the root canal done on the same day with crown. Now, I am going to get the implant with Dr.Gaurav for my missing teeth. I don't have words to say thanks to this great team of wonderful professionals. Fantastic experience: Dr. Sheena did my Invisalign, and I seriously can’t thank her enough. She took the time to walk me through the whole process and made everything super easy to understand. I always felt comfortable and cared for during my visits. Now I actually love my smile something I never thought I’d say. So grateful for her and her team!

Fantastic experience: I can not even begin to describe how amazing Ishita is. She went way above and beyond to help alleviate this horrible tooth pain I have been feeling. I have never experienced this level of amazing customer service and care.

Negative experience: I scheduled a cleaning, and was upsold on getting my crown replaced. Somehow it took three separate appointments just to get my cleaning done when it could have just been done in one. Now I keep getting mail from my insurance declining thousands of dollars in claims from the procedures. My tongue is still numb from the anesthesia two months later, and they did not even ask me if I wanted to get anesthesia. I originally didn’t want to leave a review, but seeing how I’m still getting reminded of the bad experience lately I thought I’d share. Waste of time and money. Ultimately my fault for being okay with it initially.

Fantastic experience: From the start I felt very welcomed and taken care of immediately. From having a bad tooth infection I called them and they said come on in right now. 5 mins after close they still answer my call and helped me get paperwork sent over to my insurance. I definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had to come in urgently for a toothache and turned out to need root canal. Ishi responded quickly and diligently. As soon as I arrived I was tended to. Since I don’t have healthcare because im on vacation from Puerto Rico, they gave me various options for payment. Definitely recommend, they are very professional, clean and very attentive. Fantastic experience: The week after just having moved across the country to Seattle, I needed an emergency root canal on a Saturday of all days. Kirkland Premier was the first place that popped up on Google and I couldn't be more thankful! Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. I was incredibly impressed by how clean and updated all the dental equipment was. What I thought was going to be one of the worst days, physically and financially, ended with painless smiles! If I could give more stars, I would!

Negative experience: These guys are a bunch of rude scammers. When I sat down the tech asked me to smile. When I did she asked if that was really my smile and then they started to try and sell me invisalign. I got second opinions from an orthodontist and a dentist who both disagreed with things this dentist was telling me. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I have never felt taken advantage of by a medical "professional" before. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Fantastic experience: Could not be happier with my experience! I had a dental emergency with severe tooth pain, was able to get an appointment that next day and not only did they do the exam and find the problem, they were able to fix it right then and there with a RCT!
