Fantastic experience: Dr. Carrero’s New Image Dentistry is just what I was looking for after years of avoiding regular care partially due to disillusionment with corporate practices. New Image is independent, and it shows. Care is meticulous, staff and doctor are authentically caring and friendly. I knew I was in a happy office as soon as I walked in, and that was a good sign. Dr. Carrero and staff are getting my mouth back into shape for long-term dental health and I have been impressed with their expertise and enthusiasm for what they do, and with the state-of-the-art facilities and technology. But from the moment I walked through the door I was pleasantly surprised and absolutely delighted! Fantastic experience: I have been to this office twice. My first visit was for evaluation my second visit for treatment. Nothing but professional. Yulia communicated well explaining to me everything that was going to be done. At the end took a second set of X-rays to ensure everything was perfect. The visit took 2 hours I never felt like she was in a rush. I felt like I was being taken well care of. Precedure and post procedure Education was spot on. Next steps and options were discussed and I was released without any stress. If you're looking for a dentist that will take good care of you be professional and personable this is the place.

Fantastic experience: Best dental experience I have ever had. The front desk associates, the dentist, hygienist and the whole staff are amazing, caring, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and they made sure all the services were covered before any treatments were done. Dr Carrero was amazing, thorough, knowledgeable and very professional. He even had a big screen TV to show you your X-rays while he was explaining the treatments I would need. I went in for a consultation with the doctor and they even had an opening so I was able to get my teeth cleaned after my appointment with Dr Carrero. I highly recommend this dentist and his staff for your dental needs. I am so happy I found them and they are so caring from the second you walk in the door to the time you leave.

Negative experience: I was very excited when I found this beautiful dental office online, and in-network with our insurance. Such fantastic reviews! I submitted an online request for an appointment. I just got off the phone with their office. How rude! Every time she asked me a question and I tried to answer, she cut me off and talked over me. Repeatedly. I don't know why she was so rude? Eventually I paused and said, "Actually, I don't think I'm interested in this office anymore..." and she said "no worries" and hung up on me. Unbelievable. A dental office that doesn't care to listen to their patients is not somewhere I would take my family. RESPONSE TO OWNER: My issue was never with scheduling or appointment times, we did not even get that far in the conversation. I chose not to go forward with scheduling an appointment because the woman from your office that called me was very rude, and unbothered by her own behavior. I do hope you record the calls your office makes and are able to listen for yourself. Please don't suggest scheduling was the issue. It was not. I've scheduled an appointment with Smile 360, they were lovely and respectful, and I'm happily waiting 3 weeks to see them.

Fantastic experience: New Image General & Cosmetic Denistry: The office is attractive and clean. Chairs are comfortable and in excellent shape. So far my experience with Dr. Carrero, DMD has been excellent. The office staff are a pleasure to work with, friendly and very helpful check-ups go well. I had an emergency, they got me right in. I had a problem the Friday after Thanksgiving, last year. Unfortunately the dentist was out of town but one of the staff work very hard to get me help even though she wasn’t working (off for the holidays. Review is excellent.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at New image, and my visit was preceded by a phone call to find out what this practice could do or not do in house. The lady on the phone was not just friendly but she was knowledgeable, and was able to discuss specific treatments right over the phone. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and indeed, was able to be treated in house without going to a specialist. The doctor was great and had a great touch in both needles and drilling. Great total experience, thank you to all the staff.

Negative experience: Terrible. I believe they are solely in business for the money and not satisfying the customer. I went today go there to get my teeth cleaned, They are going to try to upsell you or say you need to go somewhere else but not help set up any appointments. The building is the nicest thing there.

The dental hygienist guided me to the procedure room where she proceeded to go over the work being preformed. She prepped me and got the Doctor. Friendly greetings were exchanged, what astounded me about this Doctor was how he injected the sedative, the pain I expected was none. At checkout the young lady gave me my instructions for the following days. Unexpected findings more work needs to be done, par for the course, Mia culpa for neglecting my oral hygiene. Fantastic experience: Let me just say that I did extensive work in the last 6 months or so. One of the best practices in town. The Dr knows and care about what he is doing. The whole staff is extremely nice and professional. They answer any questions you may have. You definitely feel you are part of a family, even though, it is a business. If you shop around, can you find a cheaper practice? Probably, but there is no way I am leaving my mouth to another practice after knowing how they handle their business. Fantastic experience: I went to this dentist is immense pain! As a veteran finding quality dental care has been an extremely difficult task. Kia my Dental hygienist worked through her lunch break just to accommodate an emergency appointment for me. They were so gentle & patient. The office staff were super efficient & communication was outstanding!! The doctor reassured me throughout the entire exam & even addressed problem teeth that will cause potential problems later although they were not apart of my pre authorization. I am so happy to have finally found a dentist in this area that will not only take care of my current dentist emergency but be my new routine care. Thanks team ✨

Fantastic experience: I only have positive feedback. The office is modern and equipped with awesome X-ray technology I hadn't experienced before. I would never go to an old school style dental office again. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and I had very little wait time. The doctor is thorough and treats the staff respectfully (not condescending). I was shown the damage to my teeth and it was explained in detail what the options were. I needed a lot of numbing and wasn't made to feel like I was being overly sensitive. Good job team!

Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed with my experience with Kayla. My mom broke her tooth over the weekend and this was the only clinic that returned my phone call right away. Kayla was super nice, took her time to explain the process and how to deal with the fracture until my mom saw a dentist. Because my mom was here only for one more week we ended up not using this dentistry and my mom waited until she got to Michigan to get care. However, based on the outstanding customer service Kayla provided I will spread the word and use them for my family if and when we need to. Thanks a bunch Kayla!

Fantastic experience: New Image has been my dentist for years (lost count). They are efficient and have you called back at your appointment time, if not sooner. They are polite, respectful and listen to any of your concerns. They also will answer any of your questions honestly and give you great advice. Even though they did not move that far from their previous location, I would probably follow them wherever they move to, just to receive the customer service and care they provide. The staff is amazing and so is Dr. Guerrero!! Keep up the amazing work!!!!

I was in a lot of pain & nervous on top of it. My dentist Luis E. Carrero, DMD explained step by step what he was doing, putting me at ease. Left the office with no pain and highly satisfied. Negative experience: My family has been patients for a couple years. I’ve left a 5 star review before. When I told them they lost my family’s business, quote “we are busy and popular”. I do not enjoy leaving bad reviews but this dental practice is not what it once was. And they could care less about doing the right thing and keeping your business. This practice is a crown factory. They made sure to collect insurance and copay for a crown for one of my sons before filling his cavities. There was no wait for that. But there were months long waits for cavity appointments. It took them more than two months to give me son the cavity care he needed. That crown was charged right away though. The dentist recommended a crown for a molar that was NOT bothering me. I agreed to it. After they excavated the tooth, they told me there was a small probability I would need a root canal. Within a day, I had severe jaw and ear pain. If they told me prior to this procedure, I would have opted out because I was experiencing no problem with this tooth. They handed me a referral for a root canal. Out of pocket almost $900 now after having zero problem with this tooth. When I expressed that I was disgruntled, I was told, “well, I see you signed the disclaimer form”. The permanent crown is HUGE and sticks out well beyond the line of my teeth. I guess every time I smile, I should be reminded by how much this cost☹️ and their horrible mistakes and lack for standard of care. But they are “busy and popular”. My family of 5 is going elsewhere where we can get care immediately and not have unnecessary work done on our mouths. This is a Great Expressions-like experience where they do unnecessary work and treat you like an ATM.

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t write reviews but this practice definitely deserves one . I use to have bad anxiety going to the dentist as an adult but from the ladies from the front to Ms.Shirley talking me through the cleaning process and explaining the treatment thoroughly, everyone was very nice and welcoming, and Doctor Carrero thank you for explaining everything wrong with me (lol) nicely and throughly . I will always recommend this practice . Thank you guys!

Fantastic experience: I just visited New Image General Dentistry for an extraction/bridge, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the office was. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in their work and creating a comfortable environment for their patients. Speaking of the staff, they were absolutely amazing. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice and professional, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The dentist was particularly skilled and efficient, and I was able to get my teeth extracted without feeling any pain at all. I appreciated how he talked me through the procedure step by step, so I always knew what to expect. Thank you Amy for making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Who knew going to the dentist would be the high light of my day..LOL Overall, I would highly recommend New Image General Dentistry to anyone in need of dental work. The staff is top-notch, the office is immaculate, and the quality of care is exceptional. If you're looking for a dentist you can trust, look no further than New Image General Dentistry. I'm so grateful I found them, and I'll definitely be coming back for all of my future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: My crown came off and the remaining tooth could not be saved. Dr. "C" was fantastic. Through out the process, he made sure I was not experiencing any pain. This required the only appointment since he worked me in with other patients. This really helped this 86 year old woman. The staff was wonderful. I would not hesitate telling any one to make an appointment at New Image. All seem to be very qualified. Thanks to all of you!

I was impressed with everything from the ambiance, to the warm welcome, the receptionist, hygienist, and the dentist. They provided expertise & clarity on procedures, their services and my treatment plan. — Thank you LUIS E CARRERO DMD and team! I am truly grateful. My initial Treatment plan is now complete! Excellent work on my dental work and crown renewal. Because of the remarkable approach and workmanship, I completed all dental work (I was apprehensive to do before finding New Image).Thank your for showing me the detail visually, from X-rays and photos, even day of mid-treatment. This is something I had not experienced at other practices and I found it a game changer. As a final thriller, I ended my dental treatment with a Zoom teeth whitening session. I have hyper sensitive teeth and the dentist was able to make accommodations so I could still benefit from this procedure. A special thank you on this. I continue to rank my new dentist #1. They should change their name to - #Top caliber! I am impressed with their expertise & skill and I really appreciate that they hear AND listen to their patients. For the first time you may say to your dentist, “Where have you been all my life “ lol Make your appt today - You will SMILE wider & whiter and leave with zero regrets!

Such a great vibe , she makes you feel comfortable, she educates you and is super gentle with her cleanings . Fantastic experience: I found New Image on Google after having an AWFUL experience at another dental office. The first time I called them, I spoke with Kayla at the front desk to schedule as a new patient. She was truly wonderful. Very polite, helpful, I explained my experience at another office and she was very empathetic and ensured me that I’d not have that experience at New Image. I went in today to get established, get X-rays, exam, and cleaning. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so nice and welcoming. Even though they were busy helping other patients when I walked in, they still greeted and acknowledged me as soon as I opened the door. My hygienist (I don’t know how to spell it, sorry!) was fantastic. She was so kind. Explained everything, and was one of the most light handed, gentle cleanings I’ve ever had. When Dr C came in for the exam, he also was super nice. I generally don’t have dental issues so it was a quick exam. All was great until he showed me a small cavity that I have which dampened my mood (simply because I haven’t had one since I was 16, I’m now 32). But Dr C and the hygienist showed and explained to me that it’s in a crevice spot that is also the edge of an old filling from when I was a kid that has started to wear down. So they validated that there likely was no way to prevent it but that I had great oral hygiene and clearly take good care of my teeth. So that definitely made me feel better about it. No one ever tried to push an upsell item or service on me, they told me what additional services they offer if I am ever interested and the reason for each one but never tried to push anything onto me. All in all, probably one of the best dental offices I’ve been to in my life, and I’ve been to a lot of dentists across 3 states. So kudos to the New Image group!

Fantastic experience: I was amazed and totally blown away by my visit to New Image! I walked in and was greeted immediately by staff ( smiling faces) and super friendly. After completing the information form and without a long and protracted waiting period, I was escorted to see the Doctor; he was competent and took the time to explain my circumstances and answered my questions. Fantastic experience: Having to change dentists after many years of being with the same dental office can be a bit overwhelming! I have to say that from the minute I called the office to make an appointment and spoke to Kayla (she was amazing) up until the moment I had my cleaning done, the office staff were top notch. The dental hygienist took her time explaining everything to me in detail and never once made me feel like I was taking too much of her time. The office manager was kind and extremely understanding of some challenges I was experiencing and again, never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience or causing them heartburn. They managed to get me back In the office the very next day and I felt like they were glad to see me again the next morning. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at this office. Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the best Dentist office I have ever been to. CLEANCLEANCLEAN AND CLEAN. When you come in you are greeted professionally and personally. They know your name and are on top of things. by far the best reception area for all medical places I have been. The staff is friendly and all of the work I've done there has been great. I am always taken care of from check in to check out.

Fantastic experience: I have built up a fair amount of anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist due to past experiences. I’m so thankful I found New Image! Everyone there is wonderful and took the time to explain why things are the way they are for me, how that’s okay, and how to take care of my dental health.
