Fantastic experience: I thought it was just going to be just a 'routine deep cleaning and was looking forward to see my usual awesome Dentist, DR. RATH; but , ( no worries, it was ok! ) I was introduced and welcomed to DR. KARAN SANDHU and the team, @ KEMAH FAMILY DENTAL who turned my dental appointment into the greatest action movie of oral hygiene! ; It totally was an awesome experience today! DR. KARAN SANDHU and his hygienist, CAMBREE were the greatest!. I had prepared myself for the 'deep cleaning nightmare' I'd experienced ELSEWHERE , years ago but today, It was more like a spa day for my gums. The entire office is a team of dental superheroes! Negative experience: Had to walk out of two appointments due to not being seen. Once I checked in, all front desk staff disappeared to the back and I was left to wait 30 mins before finally leaving. If the doctor cannot make an 8am appointment, please do not have that as an option for a patient.

Negative experience: Two days after I went and got cavities filled and they messed with my top teeth and it’s been months and I’m 17 and my teeth are chipping only on the top and i don’t eat candy and if I do I brush my teeth after but now my self confidence is very low and I’m only 17 years old but the workers were really nice and patient

Negative experience: Below standard care and dirty place. I take partial blame for continuing to go there but I had an incident while getting a root canal treatment that has left me with probably permanent damage to my face. At the very least, DO NOT GET ROOT CANALS DONE HERE! They don't use rubber dams and don't even have the knowledge to understand the risks! After seeing multiple specialists over 3 months I now know I should've walked out of there and never went back the very first appointment!

Positive experience: Came here because of all the good reviews, sadly not my experience. I myself ran 5mins late (called ahead because there was a car accident on the road). But the office was running over 1hr behind. My apt was for 8:15 and I left the office at 11am. No one said a word, I asked after I was finally seated and was politely told it was because an emergency case that came in. I am a 100% understanding person when things come up. But the overall lack of communication and time spent (once I was seen)…was so minimal at best. Was looking forward to finding a place to call home for my dentist…maybe it was just an off day, but just overall disappointed.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend for your kids. I had been bringing my kid here since she was a baby for quick check ups. About a year ago, I brought her in because she had an injury and I wanted to make sure her teeth were OK. They proceeded to tell me she was fine and then as months go on I start noticing her teeth color changing. I bring her in again to point it out again I am told nothing is wrong. I finally bring her in for her normal check up again, I pointed out and told nothing is wrong. A week after her checkup, she comes home from school with her front tooth literally decaying. I bring her in for an emergency and a am told that they need to be extracted immediately. I bring her in for her extraction And my poor daughter and I are now traumatized For what she had to go To get these teeth pulled. They proceeded to try to pull Without checking to make sure she could not feel any pain. While they were trying to pull her teeth My child screamed in so much pain in my life to the point I am crying myself. I am scarred by the screams I heard of my child that day. After so many attempts they finally decide to try to give her nitrous Which should’ve been done from the beginning Considering she is only five. My daughter looked forward to this Since this was her first Time losing teeth But instead will forever be traumatized at the thought of a dentist. If you have little ones, beware they should change their name from “Family Dental” If they do not professionalize working with children. Thank you so much to the kind assistant who was being very understanding I could tell she also felt uncomfortable with the situation.

Negative experience: 1) Made an appointment before going for a cleaning. They still let me wait in the lobby almost an hour. They value their own time, but not patient's time. 2) I said I have no symptoms at all, they persistently ask me to pull a tooth and do the bridge which would cost me over $2000 after insurance deduction. They even called me to make an appointment for the treatment. Way too aggressive to make money. 3) My wife did a cleaning once, the doctor (male) scaled her teeth so abruptly that her gums were torn off and bleeding multiple places for a couple of days after the scaling.

Fantastic experience: Wow. At 63 years old just had the best dental experience I have had in my life! At 10:56 as a first time patient, i called asking if they had room for a walk in. Sitting here now at 11:51 I have been registered, xrayed, examined and had my teeth cleaned. Very efficient and organized, everyone was friendly and professional. Easy 5 stars.

From the time you make the appointment till the moment that you leave is just an easy, comfortable experience. AND my teeth look BEAUTIFUL !!!! And to top it all off, their pricing is so affordable. They have plans that can accommodate you to get a healthier, happier mouth. I took advantage of that and not only was my mouth happy, but so was my pocketbook. I have definitely found my new dentist.
