Fantastic experience: We went to PDGO for my son’s very first dental visit at 3 years old. The facility was awesome and super clean. The staff was warm and welcoming. They even took extra time when they could see he was getting a little nervous. Little man was so pumped after his visit that he came home and immediately wanted to brush his teeth. Would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: We had yet to have a negative experience here until today. They were incredibly busy so my kids were seen separately (for the first time) and the dental assistant was impatient and short with my 6 year old. 4 stars because we absolutely love this place outside of today’s experience.

Fantastic experience: This was my 6 year old' second dentist visit. He excels in being uncooperative! However, the staff indulged him, helped him, examined him, and did everything they could to make a trip to the dentist pleasurable and productive. It's a busy place, with many treatments going on simultaneously, but it's as calm as a spa. I cannot recommend PDGO more highly!

They were awesome and so willing to explain everything. Up front pricing and multiple ways to pay. They were so nice to my 6yr old that had to tag along today.

Fantastic experience: Great dental and orthodontic office for kids...Dr. Collazo is a top notch othodontist: professional, caring, hands on, punctual and efficient. Every dental hygienist and everyone in the office staff has been nothing but, kind and professional. You are greeted with a smile and your kids will leave with one. As a mom with 2 teens in braces, it's important to me that they value my time, and wait time is usually about 5 minutes, and then the patients are seen. Every aspect of care is discussed with the parent, and you can go back and watch the treatment or have coffee or a cold drink while you wait. I love how Dr. Collazo and the staff talk to my teens like young people and not little kids. It's just really a phenomenal place for fantastic orthodontic and dental care!!!

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with Pediatric Dental Group Germantown. We were new to town so I called them and told them what insurance we had and they booked me an appointment. A few weeks after the appointment I got a bill. When I called my insurance they told me they was out of network. I feel it was the ethical thing to tell patients they are out of network before the appointment is booked. I called PDGO to tell them about the situation and they said the manager was not in and I would get a call back. I never got a call back and a few weeks later a 2nd bill came in the mail. Very unethical business practices in my eyes.

Fantastic experience: My 2 and 3 year old had their first dental appointment today and everything from the facility, staff, and ways they interacted with me and my children exceeded my expectations. My 3 year old was nervous and they patiently worked with him. By the end of the appt, he was laying in the chair, completely relaxed, and smiling. He even said he loved going to the dentist afterwards! Can’t recommend this practice enough!

Fantastic experience: My son is developmentally delayed so this isn’t the easy task( allowing someone other than us clean his teeth). MONICA, you were the angel that I prayed for in the parking lot. It was the easiest, no pressure, verbal reinforcement, and praises that we needed to make this a seamless process. He was allowed to sit up versus laying down, he followed every prompt, and almost got x-rays. I am certain she will be able next time. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: This dental clinic is one of the best places from the beginning to the end. Very nice people work here. Easy and fast checking in every time. Kids can watch TV or read books while waiting. Doctors and entire staff are very professional. They are ready to answer all your questions and help. It has been a year that I am taking my kids here. But recently I found out that my other friends also take their kids here for more than 15 years. Recently my 4 years old son and 3 years old daughter received their treatments here. They got crowns on their molar teeth and couple fillings. We didn’t want our kids to put general anesthesia, and would liked to get treatment one by one over the time. Dr. Denson went beyond our expectation and done my kids’ treatment with other option of sedation.(most of the pediatric dentists don’t take such a risk). He is one of the best pediatric dentists in the area. After receiving treatment that day kids were able to drink and eat some soft food on the way to home. We are very happy! Thank you all for your hard work!

Negative experience: I paid $6,000 for my son's braces. I never encountered a problem until it was time to remove my son's braces. He received a retainer but no case. I am not happy with this because out of $6000, my son should have a case. I shared my concerns with the Receptionist Supervisor, and she told me she would credit $2.50 to my son's account. Too cute! My son is 16 years old. Beware, if your child has all their teeth, you will not receive a retainer case. You will be instructed to shop around for a case. Due to the fact that they received $6000, I believe this should be PDGO's responsibility. She also offered me to pick up a small case that doesn't fix, which could damage the retainer. Thanks for nothing! It's time for my second son to get braces, and I will not use Pediatric Dental Group & Orthodontics!

Fantastic experience: PDGO has helped my daughter tremendously over the years. Everyone is patient and KIND. The anesthesiology program has been a life saver. Through that and the gentle ways of everyone, she is now able to sit in the chair with confidence!

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY recommend PDGO to anyone looking for a pediatric dental group that can handle every dental need - preventative maintenance through severe dental issues. My child broke 4 baby teeth eating a hard cookie (completely my fault - I did not enforce brushing regularly like I should and I gave in to giving him sweets way too often). Nonetheless, this child was in EXCRUCIATING pain, and we had recently moved to the area so his regular pediatric dentist was 7 hours away. PDGO took us in IMMEDIATELY - no waiting to verify insurance coverage, no waiting list to be seen. He received 3 crowns, 2 tooth extractions, a filling and 3 nerve treatments all there in the office under anesthesia. Dr. Morgan (anesthesia) is TOP NOTCH. Not only did he and his team come with over the top safety measures in place, he made my baby feel comfortable right away by playing fun games with him and providing toys for him to play with while his candy smelling ‘sleepy juice’ kicked in before starting an IV. He also provided explicit after care instructions, ‘what to expect’ and a phone number where he could be directly reached - no answering services - should any concerns arise (we didn’t have any). My son actually later asked when he can go back to do it again . Dr. Denson described the procedural plan and addressed every question I had immediately before he started. It has been over 2 weeks since the procedure, and ZERO dental issues; ZERO pain. Thank you Dr. Denson - I am so grateful for your expertise! I wish I knew the names of the hygienist we saw, the front desk representative and the representative that handles the phone calls - all were friendly, patient and genuine - this kind of comprehensive customer service is so hard to find. The nurse taking care of us was also AMAZING. Not only did he keep me informed with updates throughout the duration of the procedure, he called to check on Odie that evening I want to give a special ‘shout-out’ to Alecia. I met her in billing, but it appears she does a lot around the office! Alecia was so kind, so empathetic and honestly was a support I needed when we met. My son had been crying in pain for over 24 hours, and all of our extended family lives in Georgia - I was in tears. My husband was working - I needed my Mom!! Thank you Alecia, for filling in for my Mom at that moment - words can’t express how much I needed that at that time, and how much it meant to me. It takes a VERY special person to treat a complete and total stranger like they are your own family - you are truly a gem ❤️ I also want to mention - I have Aetna insurance - so I can’t attest to out of pocket prices, but with the coverage, the cost for everything was more than reasonable. I was honestly expecting a much higher bill, especially for the kind of services we received. Long story short, DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! You’ll be glad you chose PDGO!
