Fantastic experience: I had to take my friend to her dentist one day, Dr. Joe.All I heard my friend say , is wonderful, how great Dr. Joe is and she would never go to another dentist. I used to have a dentist like that, he retired. I think it speaks volumes about a dentist when you don't feel their hands and tools in your mouth, you only feel their heart. That's when you know you're in that right place and well cared for. Dr. Joe is that, I didn't feel hands or tools, only this mans heart working on my mouth. Everyone has their own opinion of the best, true that. In my opinion Dr Joe is the best. As soon as you walk into this office you feel a warmth. You can take this testimony to the bank.

Fantastic experience: Dentist Joe Nierzwicki and his associates were fantastic at my first appointment on September 8, 2025 at Grand Dental Franklin Park. The receptionist went out of her way to get my X-rays from my previous dentist. The periodontist was very thorough with her measurements and charting. Doctor Joe did a comprehensive evaluation and explained my treatment plan. He showed me how my teeth looked on the television screen. This technology was very impressive. I am very pleased to have Doctor Joe Nierzwicki and his team for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: Grand Dental has been my go to for Ortho for my kids and I'm glad I found them. They are close to home but more than that really care about oral care during braces too. As a former dental assistant my kids are in good hands at home which is key, but they provided both kids with the oral care tools needed to have beautiful, healthy results afterwards. They treat my kids like friends to the practice and guided my son who has a more difficult Ortho case see the results fast and finding his confidence in his smile. Fantastic experience: I had a chipped wisdom tooth that was giving me the worst pain I've ever felt. Had to get it removed asap. Went into Grand Dental to schedule an appointment. Staff and nurses were very professional and friendly. The lobby is very inviting and cozy. They've been in business for over 30 years so they know what they're doing. Dr.Ine Suh removed my tooth. She was professional and very detailed in explaining what not to eat during the healing process. I was very nervous about the extraction but she assured me I would feel no pain. I am very happy with this experience and the staff. I am getting all future dental work at Grand Dental from now on. Thanks for the work guys.

Fantastic experience: Both of my kids have over crowding and K9 sitting on the top of other teeth. Dr Allen is very detailed and precise. He helped to get them in place without extracting any teeth. He is very gentle and innovative. My younger one’s is even more challenging. He is able to come up ways to get them down in place without extracting teeth. It’s still in progress. We travel out of ways to see him. We recommend Dr Allen.

Negative experience: I called Grand Dental in advance to ask if my insurance was excepted and in network. Was told that it was and scheduled appointment. I arrived to my appointment early and minutes before the appointment I'm told by front staff that my insurance is actually not in network. Felt like they pulled the rug out from under me.

At the front desk I was greeted by a calm young man who reassured me that everything would be okay. In my hast and great worry I forgot my glasses. Thes yyoug man helped me fill out everything, explaining what it was and reassuring me the holl time that there was nothing to worry about . Almost immediately a young, friendly woman took me to the doctor's office Dr. Ine Suh with the help of another doctor, unfortunately I don't remember his name, took a good care of me and solved my problem . My bottom retainer got a small slit. I reported it and my replacement was ordered and received without a single hiccup. My teeth feel and look amazing. Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not always the most fun, needles being stuck in your gums, for numbing them so there’s no pain, the drilling sound when they are working on your teeth, but I must say that Grand Dental is so amazing. Dr. Steve Napier is the most amazing dentist. I went in to my appointment feeling scared, so nervous bc I was afraid of loosing a tooth due to a previous dentist saying i should just have it extracted, but he as always made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that my tooth would be saved. The root canal, which is what I had, went smoothly, and before I knew it, it was over, with no pain. Dr. Napier, simply is the best, his whole staff wonderful, so professional, and kind. I will never go anywhere else, but Grand Dental again, Dr. Napier, and his awesome assistant, Rina thank you !!!
