Fantastic experience: The soft liners were placed in my new dentures at the end of the 2nd week, and I am very pleased with the time Dr. Gonzales and the technician, Abby, have taken to ensure the dentures fit correctly. The front staff is always helpful -- I did need an unscheduled visit after 3 or 4 days following the tooth extraction, and the staff got me right in and made the adjustments. Much appreciated.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. I was tfomay7zed and was shaking leaving with half the work done. First of all im no stranger to pain and have prety high pain tolerance but my teeth arnt like everyone's and I've been told by a dentist I have toe tailed roots and are really hard to pull out . They assured me that they do these procedures all the time and had figured it was going to take only 2 hours to pull all my teeth top and bottom. I was very skeptical of this happening bt I had high hopes that they woukd back up there words . Well 3 hours later I barley had the tops done and I was in so much pain I was coming out of my seat and finally after about breaking my jar I put my fist up and and said enough . I was shaking like a leaf and remember every bit of the hirifying experience. I said to my girl friend and my mother no way can I go back to that place and let them tircher me again like thst . I was still having post dramatic symptoms until the next day and I couldn't even bring myself to go back in there and see that guy that torched me and I felt everything . I would have killed him witu my fists . Seriously this place has got to be lopked at to see if they are even qualified to perform these procedures. Especially in the rare instances when there is a sercomstance that deems them taking another route or procedure when this happens . He should have recognized I was in deress and in pain and I was coming out of my seat . I never in my life felt anyrgong so painful and horrifying. I felt like I was in a consideration camp . For real . Im trying to figure out now what im supposed to do at this point . I think I am going to contact the top of the chain. Sergimt general . And find a good atuny . Just be for warned I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did . And I dodnt believe anyone that has teeth like mine couod stand the pain or procedure ether . Others that can pull thefe own teeth out your probably OK . But unfortunately mine arnt so easily pulled .

Positive experience: For most part staff was friendly & timely. Was comfortable with treatment decisions. However, when time to pay, advised them I had a coupon, Lady came from office all excited I had not mentioned coupon earlier. I didn't understand unless she would have showed a different price list for coupon. I am certainly NOT suggesting they would have done that, but did not understand her being so excited. I thought you presented coupon at point of sale. Anyway lady at front.desk was nice & took care of the coupon. All was good

I was concerned about the difficulty adjusting and it is a learning curve, but the staff is always kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. It’s been 3 months, I’m still having regular visits and I’m already feeling comfortable and eating anything a want to so that’s a win!!

Fantastic experience: Got me in very quickly, sat in waiting room less than 5 mins. I did fill out all paperwork needed online as they sent a link before my scheduled appointment. Which helped reduce my wait time and was very easy to do online. The dental assistant I had today 10/15/2025 was so awesome and personable. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but she made me feel so comfortable and was rubbing my arm and would of held my hand if I'd asked to help calm me. I am high anxiety (not their problem) and she put me at ease and helped me relax and be comfortable. Great job numbing before the shots. Dentistry needs more like her and she deserves a raise or at least employee of the month in my book. I hope I get her again for my next appt on 11/5. You are all great staff and very friendly. Thank you for making an uncomfortable situation a lot easier!

The wonderful women in the back SPECIALLY PRAISING ABBY!!!!! (dental techs?) are superb I highly recommend them 5 stars is a total under rating for these individuals. Positive experience: Original dentures were 2 year lasted 8. Only need new ones because they were lost in an emergency. I have no problem with their prices, but the fact that I had to go back 4 times to get the fit right meaning taking off work cost me so much money that honestly I would pay twice the price and save money if it were right the first or even second time. I am a hard fit because of a facial spasm but still seems that we could do it in under 4 visits meaning 3.5 days off.

Positive experience: Lady said she was putting in for a remake because she couldn't get my bite right. Okay whatever. Got to the car and noticed they were crooked. My top was no longer centered. When I took them out I noticed there is a piece missing off the front. SHE BROKE MY TEETH AND DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME! now I have to go to my daughter's wedding with my teeth all jacked up. There are two women in have had. One I'm very happy with, the other left me in tears both times she worked on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: So the appointment was easy to make. They were the greatest people I have met when it came to extracting 3 teeth. Very helpful nurses! Talked like we were old friends. Will be back to have the rest done. Awesome!

Fantastic experience: I had a 9:15 appointment to have a crack in my top plate looked at. I was told to come back at 11:30 and they would be ready. I mentioned that might be pushing it as I had stuff going on at noon. I had barely left and was pleasantly surprised by a phone call letting me know the lab had squeezed them in even earlier to get them repaired. I should also mention I've been in a couple times prior to this visit to have repairs done and have always been very happy with the results!

Negative experience: My experience with Affordable Dentures & Implants at both the Kearney, MO location and the Antioch Rd, Kansas City, MO location, specifically with Blair and his staff, has been extremely negative. Over time, I have dealt with repeated mistakes and negligence, including: Being prescribed medications I could not take, which had to be corrected multiple times. Errors with prescriptions after surgeries that forced unnecessary return visits. Serious miscommunication regarding treatment, including being given medication that could cause dangerous interactions. Problems with dentures and surgeries that were not handled properly, leaving me in pain and without clear solutions. Calls not returned, requests ignored, and corporate failing to follow up despite being contacted. Blair and his staff acknowledging my concerns but never fixing the ongoing problems. After raising my concerns and filing complaints through the proper channels, I now feel I am being punished and even threatened with dismissal as a patient simply for leaving an honest review. This type of retaliation is unacceptable. Blair and his staff at both locations have repeatedly failed in professionalism, communication, and patient care. The pattern of errors and disregard for resolving issues has caused me tremendous distress. I cannot recommend these offices to anyone seeking competent, ethical, or reliable care.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't seen a dentist for a long time. This place was nice and friendly. I was nervous and in pain they took care of me quickly and gently. I am going back.

Negative experience: My wife and I went here a few months ago and basically felt like we were being treated like cattle run down a chute. They didn't ask us any of our opinions we went in for a teeth cleaning, my wife didn't get a single tooth cleaned. That they used all of her time because the little technician girl was waddling around doing other things like getting the doctor in there to look at her or something. Well they told us when you would need to come back at least four times each and we were supposed to have root planing which the insurance company denied us needing it saying that the x-rays didn't show it. Long story short neither one of us have had our teeth cleaned completely. And if we'd have gone ahead and done it without the insurance okay we would have been probably in the neighborhood of around $6,000 for all of it with only three crowns involved

Fantastic experience: This clinic is the best. The staff here makes you feel so special. They treat you like a queen and don't make you feel bad about yourself. They find the problem and fix it. The other place told me that I would just have to use adhesive the rest of my life. The people here fixed the problem. They know what to do instead of running you through like hearding cattle. The back part of my denture gaged me and they fixed it immediately. This clinic is amazing. Do Not go to the one on Antioch Road in Overland Park Kansas. They don't know how to fit you for dentures.i Love The place in Kearney MO. Danielle and Charley are outstanding they made me cry when I could put my denture in without it hurting. I could talk with out them falling out and it didn't hurt. I love this place and would give it 50 STARS if I could. The manager Rebecca was very caring and she new how to make you feel special. It can't say enough about this place. The district manager at the Overland Park clinic needs to be canned, to let someone leave the office with the denture hurting and dropping out of your mouth when you try to talk. He told me I would just have to put adhesive on it the rest of my life. When you spend 4 grand on 1 denture you expect them to fit. They fit now and it proves that they can be fixed the right way. Thank you Rebecca, Danielle and Charley for making my experience a pleasant one.

Fantastic experience: They were incredibly quick and kind! Same day tooth extraction and put within an hour! Also, the nurses were very knowledgeable and the doctor was super efficient. I've been recommending this place at work because it was genuinely really affordable and they were so willing to see me so quickly!

Fantastic experience: As a red head, the Dr informed me that anesthesia doesn't work the same for us. He kept giving me more until it worked. It was a hard extraction, very painful for days following. But the assistants, the front desk, the Drs, everybody is so nice and comforting. My husband got his dentures here, while I don't need dentures, I will be going back to this place as needed, for life. Affordable is key, friendly is important and the speed at which they get you in and take care of this issues is unmatched in this profession. 10/10 highly recommend

Everybody was kind they were more than a tentative on my look of my teeth and helped me to make sure I got everything the way I wanted it things I didn't even know I was supposed to pay attention to. I think that guy I can't remember names but the guy think he makes the dentures he's on his game I was impressed and he was all about coming and checking and and having me look at him he was more worried about how I looked than I was lol it was a great experience at least at this place and again it was a wonderful experience oh and the guy that does the implants I didn't feel the first prick of a shot I mean I was completely amazed he was incredible incredible

Fantastic experience: I had a completely destroyed denture emergency last Thursday. I called Affordable Denture expecting an appointment for a week or two in the future. Surprisingly they got me in immediately. They performed exams, prepared moldings for new denture same afternoon. Friday the next day my denture was ready. I did not expect immediate treatment on any level that they provided. From my initial call to arriving at the check-in desk to dental clinicians, I have never experienced such service and speed to include kindness and respect ever before any where. I will recommend Affordable Denture and Implant to everyone. For me this was a WOW!!! EXPERIENCE

Negative experience: Do not go to this place. Aside from the dentist being okay as far as attitude. I have nothing positive to say about them. The people up front and cold and act like they don't have time for you. The furniture in the waiting room is broken and dirty. (My chair had cobwebs on it) The dental chair they put me in was torn, dirty and the armrest was completely broken. I actually fell onto the floor because the armrest broke when I sat down. Not to mention the nurse laughed at me when I did. Very rude. Very poor service and if I could remember the nurses name, I'd report her. *Please, DO NOT go to this place.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient and got in within a week. Everyone was extremely friendly! I am on oxygen and everyone made sure that we took our time going back for x rays and even carried my portable oxygen machine for me. I highly recommend them to everyone that needs a new dentist!
