Negative experience: Appointments delay after one another….. ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: My visit was nerve ranking. I was so nervous of how it was going to go pain wise. I'm a scaredy-cat. Lol The dentist measured me it would be fine and for me to just breathe. It was a very smooth procedure. The dentist made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Arezo is amazing! Thoroughly explained my treatment plan and went over all options. Highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: Worst place to visit , they have no value of time . Every time we go most wait more than 1 -2 hours also if you have appointments .. pathetic condition !!

Negative experience: My appointment was at 11 it’s 11:40 and I’m still waiting in the waiting room

Positive experience: 1. I am still being charged monthly through Sunbit for a D7953 Bone Replacement Graft for rid, which I had declined. The total charge is $372, with payments scheduled through 02/21/2026. 2. I have received an email regarding an appointment scheduled for 08/13/2025, which I did not book and find confusing. 3. My appointment confirmation method was changed from phone to email without my consent.

Negative experience: Not so pleasant. I didn’t like the service of the doctors assistance during my procedure session

Negative experience: This is so sad my appointment was1:43pm however am still Waiting! Right now is 2:52pm and no one calling me! Poor service I never see before!!

Negative experience: My appointment was at 3pm. I arrived a bit early and was waiting for service until 415pm. X-ray’s were taken, then I waited 45 minutes for the cleaning. At day’s end I caught a cold from there as well. Will say the light mirror was the most filthy thing I’ve ever seen.

Positive experience: The wait is absolutely to long they are all kind people but I hate the wait always there for longer than 2 hours

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Swati and Vicky RDA today at Western Dental in Sycamore Drive in Antioch, Ca. As always, they were very helpful and patient with me. I got two new crowns that I am so delighted with. They made sure I was in and out in a timely manner, and I was very comfortable during the procedure. I really appreciated them and I left the office with a huge smile on my face! Thank you!

Negative experience: Absolutely the Worst Dental Office – Stay Far Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. Western Dental is an absolute scam—they lie, waste your time, and will say anything to get you in the door but never follow through. Every single one-star review is true, and I wish I had listened before stepping foot in this disaster of an office. • Lies, Lies, and More Lies – They tell you one thing on the phone, then change their story when you arrive. Promised me a simple procedure, then suddenly tried to upsell me on unnecessary treatments for thousands of dollars. • Hours Wasted – Appointments mean nothing here. You’ll wait for hours, only to be rushed out with no real care or answers. • Rude and Incompetent Staff – The front desk is a joke—clueless, rude, and completely disorganized. They lose paperwork, forget appointments, and act like it’s your fault. • Insurance Scammers – They’ll tell you something is covered, then slap you with a huge bill later. I’ve never dealt with a more dishonest business in my life. • Dirty and Unsanitary – The office itself is disgusting. Old, unclean, and makes you question whether they even sanitize their equipment. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I wouldn’t let my worst enemy get dental work done here. Western Dental is the definition of unprofessionalism and fraud. Go anywhere else. Just don’t go here.

THEY JUST WANTED TO BILL INSURANCE BUT NOTHING WAS COMPLETED. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ..ZERO STAR’S DID NOT MEET REQUIREMENT OR STANDARD LOW-TIER.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at Western Dental date 13/FEB 9am, as I have visited this place twice, I had an issues with Root-canal and I was suffering from a bad pain ever they schedule the appointment many-times, some time doctors facing family problems and sometimes any other excuses, to put you back and cuz you more. as I am fully recovered by the insurance right at the end moment they will just put more pressure on you to pay them more money, because they know your in pain and your suffering so you will pay them willingly to get the job done. And my experience was absolutely awful every-time I visit this place. Their look starts From the moment you walked in, the front office staff set the tone for what turned out to be a completely unprofessional and unpleasant visit. The receptionist is shockingly rude, obnoxious, and completely lacking any sense of compassion for patients. Rather than greeting me or showing even the slightest courtesy, I was met with a dismissive attitude that made me feel unwelcome and unimportant.

Negative experience: I always make it a point to arrive early for my appointments, and I had a 3:20 PM appointment at Western Dental. Despite being early, they kept me waiting for over an hour, only to tell me I had to come back the next day because they were short-staffed. The lack of organization and professionalism was unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was rude and unprofessional. They showed no respect for patients’ time. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for quality care this place just waste your time.badest experience

Negative experience: Zero star Zero star Zero star. I had an appointment at Western Dental, and my experience was absolutely awful. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff set the tone for what turned out to be a completely unprofessional and unpleasant visit. The receptionist was shockingly rude, obnoxious, and completely lacking any sense of compassion for patients. Rather than greeting me or showing even the slightest courtesy, I was met with a dismissive attitude that made me feel unwelcome and unimportant. It seemed like they were more interested in gossiping with their coworkers than helping patients. When I tried to ask questions about my appointment, I was interrupted and spoken to in an unprofessional tone. Instead of addressing my concerns, the receptionist acted annoyed, as though I was wasting their time. The lack of basic manners and empathy from the front office staff is appalling. They clearly have no understanding of what it means to provide good customer service in a healthcare setting. Patients come here trusting they’ll receive care and respect, but that is not what I experienced at all. This is by far one of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The management needs to seriously address the behavior of their front office staff, as it’s driving patients away. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and care, avoid Western Dental at all costs.

Negative experience: I've been to this dentist twice before with no issue but today made me realize that all of the negative reviews are true. I scheduled a cleaning for 10am. After being checked in and seated in lobby for 15 min the receptionist tells me that the doctor isn't in and stuck in traffic & asked if I could wait an hour. I go home. Receptionist calls me and reschedules for 2pm. I arrive and I'm waiting in lobby for an hour. It's now 3pm and I look up and see my dentist walk past me with her lunch in her hand.... So basically they wasted my time twice. I took time away from work for this appt and was sitting around twice for a dentist who wasn't in the building..... Extremely poor communication and customer service. I will not be back!

Negative experience: Unprofessional, started me out with 1:45pm appointment ,45 minutes later I received a phone call from them changing my appointment time to 2pm because they would still be at lunch. I agree,and still arrive at 1:45 because I had to do some paper work. I finished paper work at 2pm. No body was there either patience or employee I sat there until 2:30 pm and employee start returning from lunch. I ask the receptionist how much longer, she said 10 minutes or less.after 20 minutes she volunteered and told me they were cleaning up the xray room for me. I thought if I had an appointment for 2pm the xray should have already been clean and ready.very Unprofessional place please do not go there unless you like unprofessionalism.you deserves better!!!!

Positive experience: Staff is friendly and helpful always. I have received good dental work here. They are busy but I am always able to get timely appointments

Negative experience: They make you wait almost two hours past your appointment everytime if they don’t just flat out cancel your appointment last minute. They only have one doctor and schedule multiple appointments for the same time despite having one doctor available to see each patient

Negative experience: Receptionist extremely rude, couldn't figure out how to verify insurance so they turned my daughter away and made her leave. Upon calling the dentist to ask why they turned my daughter away, the receptionist let me know they couldnt verify insurance and hung up on me. I made 1 call to the insurance and they confirmed this is the assigned location, they also called the dentist to help them do their job. Unfortunately it was too late at that point, Western Dental had my made my daughter leave. We will never be back to the antioch location.

Fantastic experience: I've always been treated with respect and gentle care at Western Dental in Antioch on sycamore. When I was in recently, they treated me with the same kindness that has won my heart and respect. I will continue to be their loyal client.

Negative experience: If I can give No star I would . After I made an appointment , first time the power was down . I rescheduled my appointment and when I was checking in for my appointment they said they can not take me not because of my insurance but because I have been seen by a different western dental office. ( what a joke ) I made two trips but patient and his time has no value.

Positive experience: I had to wait a long time to see hygienist and dentist but there were only one of each working that day. Overall place was clean and had the latest equipment and I had one of the most thorough exams I’ve ever had. I hope next time I won’t have to wait so long.

I guess i lucky they seen me they were able to pull the tooth that day. Its was awesome finally its out felt so much better after…,went back because i should and need to no lecturing about self care just the facts and what to do to fix it. Positive experience: Was first into the office upon opening. Was a 9 a.m. appt. Staff not very speedy to get processes moving forward...May have been awaiting a dentist(?) Dentist was very professional and cared about my exposure to any pain. He managed to rescue my loose crown. I would have him do future work for me.

Fantastic experience: Tanya and the Xray Tech were so patient. My grandson is on the autistic spectrum, poor kid threw up from nerves but everyone was so patient, sweet and loving. They acted like nothing happened. They made him feel special and not weird for making a mess. He's only 6 and was so scared but he was able to get through his entire visit because of them. Tanya, the DA allowed him to learn and understand every tool she would be using, she spoke to him kindly, with patience and helped calm him. As his grandma I was so overwhelmed with gratitude I cried. Thank you, Tanya and also to the Xray tech who were both so patient and kind. You have no idea how much your attitude, patience and kindness matters to children. We will certainly be back.

Fantastic experience: Today I went to Western Dental on Normandie. I was helped by Ms. Leonor who put my braces, she was amazing and nice. She explained every step of what she was doing, she was very professional and gave me some good tips and advice to care for my braces. I will definitely be going back for more work done and will be asking for her. She was super nice and answered all my questions. Overall 10/10 for amazing staff and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Dr. A. Santos Was Very Caring And Professional.He Answerer My Questions And Explained Everything That I Needed To Know. He Treated My Son Courtesy And Respect. He Was Outstanding. I Explained That My Son Steven Had A Heart Transplant At Loma Linda University Medical Center 30 Years September 4th Almost 30 Years Ago And Has Some Mental Delays. Dr. Santos Also Inquired Weather Or Not He Took His 4 Antibiotics Before His Root Canal And I Assured That He Did. I Truly Hope When Either Of Us Come Back For Treatment, He's The One Chosen To Do So. Also Steven Experienced Little Pain. Please Recgonize Dr. Santos For The Complete Outstanding Job He Administerd For My Son. Fantastic experience: I accidentally clicked before giving my stars. I have had a great experience with Brighten Dental and have returned for several visits that are necessary. I received my permanent bridge today after having a broken tooth removed a few months ago. They have always made sure I was happy with the color of my bridge and crown. I still have another crown to go. Thanks for the care.

Fantastic experience: It's my 3rd appointment with Western Dental on Lonetree rd. They are measuring and aligning the new denture. They had me pronounce letters and words, swallow over and over until it was right. No other office did all this. I'm really Impressed. Can't wait for next appointment.

Negative experience: The first time I went for a consultation everything was great then I went for an x-ray and everything was great then a deep cleaning everything great them to pick up my retainers and medicine everything great then a maintenance cleaning on my birthday Saturday July 29th I arrive give my name and was informed I had to pay $30 after paying I asked why I had to pay Blanca rudely told me it was my insurance so I asked why they didn't inform me I had to pay before I arrived and I was told they didn't have time and I should of asked and it is my insurance job so I asked to speak to a manager Jasmine the manager came over being rude and told me I was being rude and she was matching my energy horrible customer service especially for a manager I was then taken to the back but never asked to rinse with mouthwash which is their protocol Blanca came to the back after she had left out once she escorted me to the room I informed her I thought she was being racist I asked for her name she did not want to provide it I asked for the Manager's card and was told she was out of them how convenient moments later another woman came in and said since I feel Blanca was racist they would not treat me I said ok please refund my money I was told to leave and it would be refunded at that point I went off swearing and using profanity I refused to leave and told them to call the police after the police arrived they handed me a refund receipt and as of right now the refund still has not posted I have heard a lot of negative things about Western Dental but I have always defended them because they have always provided me with great service but on this day they waisted my time ruined my morning and held up my money to. 4 days later Today is Wednesday August 2nd and my money still has not been credited back into my account .

Fantastic experience: The staff is great! I was told from the begging what was going to be done as my first time ! Both the receptionist where friendly! The pcc and the business manager Arso where very helpful and broke it down of what I was getting done and what my insurance covered and what did not. My visits have been very pleasant!

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a good dental office since I’ve had such horrible experiences at other locations and ended up going to This office and had such a great experience. First off I felt very welcomed and attended to, had a full exam and X-rays done by friendly staff. But what really made my experience here worth it was being able to have a full explanation of what I needed while being inside the managers office not just sitting In the back. Not only did I feel so much privacy but also the manager was very caring about my dental needs and was able to give me different payment options. I will continue to go to this location. Fantastic experience: I usually don't go to Western dental but happy I did . The Redwood City office was great. Unfortunately, I had an emergency on a weekend and was having a lot of pain . I contacted Western Dental and spoke to Vanessa and she worked hard to get me in to see Dr. Sinathi the same day .I was prescribe antibiotics and pain medicine and was referred out. I was so grateful for her help seeing my emergency fell on a three day weekend. She actually cared about my pain and was so helpful. Her staff was polite and very warm welcoming. Thank you for what you do!

Fantastic experience: Very happy! They took my girlfriend in wihtin the hour for an emergency weekend extraction and inflamation reduction. She was in so much pain we couldn't wait another minute. Doctor was nice and fast and said they were making some positive changes recently and I could tell.

Fantastic experience: Today I was seen very quickly. Which was a 4 star already. The orthodontist that is doing my treatment plan is also very good at his job I’m only 3.5 months in and notice a huge change in my teeth. The beautiful lady with the color in her hair that checks you in and calls you to confirm if you are coming to your appointment is fantastic. She has wonderful customer service and will definitely go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vanise and Dr. Brar are the best dentists at the Western Dental in Atwater, CA. They did my whole families cleaning and checkup, dentures, taking car of all the fillings and diabetes, etc. They have been great every time I meet them, they take their time to work on different things.
