Aesthetic Family Dentistry Of Bel Air

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency dental problem today. Sent msg on emergency line last night, I had a call before 9:00 am to visit office asap.

Negative experience: Let me go home with an open gaping hole in my gums from an extraction that went into my sinuses and was large enough for air to get through when I'd breathe through my nose, and had to go back a second time once I took the gauze out and could then realize once the hole wasn't plugged up by it anymore! Yikes! Albeit this was a while/about a year ago, but as I'm going through the annoying efforts of looking for somewhere else to go now that my insurance is finally about to renew, I figure that people should know about that incident, especially given the shockingly high rating that I'll admit I was genuinely surprised to see when I had to look this place up again a few minutes ago. Dentist also overall just seemed to be dragging his feet, and random indents were drilled into my back teeth for seemingly no reason and if anything were in worse shape, more damaged, and hurting more after my appointment. Thanks guys!

This is the first time that I feel it is being done properly, and they keep metrics and show you your progress. The cleanings are thorough. The staff are quite amazing also. I have a chronic back injury which makes sitting in a reclined posture very painful and I can not sit in that position very long, which makes visiting a dentist greatly difficult. Dr G. Linarducci was extremely accommodating and got me through the process with as much comfort as possible and has earned my greatest appreciation! If you are looking for an accommodating dentist this is your place to visit! I am so thankful to the doctor and his assistant! What a great office!

Negative experience: Dr. Barb is the best. Unfortunately the front office staff is not great and needs to learn better customer service skills. I had an issue with billing and had to call back 2 times to get to actually talk with someone. When I did the lady I spoke to treated me like I was a complete idiot, saying they have not billed me correctly for the past 5 years. Instead of apologizing that they had made an error for the last 5 years, and the hygienist I saw billed this correctly. I am in customer service and instead of being combative, talking over me, try to talk to your customer like you care.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Aesthetic Family Dentistry for years and truly love the practice! Every time I got to the dentist (every six months, religiously!), it is a pleasant experience no matter which hygienist or doctor I see. Recently I had a more “emergency” experience with a chipped bonding on my front tooth and they were able to fit me in immediately! It was the first time I had ever had an “emergency” dental need, so I was unsure how this would be handled. I was very happy and felt very cared for. Thank you!! Especially to the hygienist, Sarah. She was truly a Godsend with her empathic nature.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have ever had!!!! They are always honest, and upfront with me. Only ever had one issue with them which was minor but they were very apologetic and fixed the issue. They always do their best to fit you in and make you as comfortable as possible especially in an emergency. Dr. L is awesome!!!

Positive experience: The person who checked me in was roud and extremily rude. I have been coming to office for a while and have always received good service. However this particular person was new to me and was not pleasant at all.

Negative experience: The facility was smaller than I had thought it would be. The checkin was quickly done. The waiting room was small, and there were ridiculous pet shows on the channel. The X-ray technician was efficient. When the hygienist came in I could barely hear her over the music. She asked questions I had only just answered at checkin. Her technique caused me a lot of pain and choking. At checkout, we could barely hear the associate we worked with. One of her two office colleagues was talking loudly to a customer and the other was almost yelling into a phone. I will come back since I'm locked into a care plan, but I insisted on a different hygienist. I'm not going to pay for that torture again.

Fantastic experience: Very appreciate the entire staff took great care and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and to address my concerns and then prove more than I could have wanted. I went in for some pain and was treated so well and taken care of, after calling around to other dentists who were booked for emergencies after a holiday weekend they were able to find me an appointment the next day. New patient paperwork done online streamlined the check in process and was seen almost as soon as I arrived. They talked me though everything being done and alleviated my dental appointment anxiety. I will be back in the future for all my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I had a toothache for a couple of days and it was becoming unbearable. I called first thing when they opened at 9am and they were able to see me asap. Found out I have an infection in my tooth where I had a root canal almost 10 years ago. They referred me immediately to some great endodontist in my area, and I am getting this taken care of soon. The dentist also gave me antibiotics and numbing injections to easy the pain. Exception patient care!

Fantastic experience: All I can say is… WOW. These folks run their office like a precision pit crew at the Indy 500, but with way more smiles and way fewer tires. I had an unexpected dental emergency (the kind that makes your whole face question your life choices), and even though I’d never been there before, they got me in same day without blinking an eye. That alone deserves a standing ovation… or at least a happy molar dance. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel like I was visiting old friends, if old friends had scrubs and X-ray machines. I was immediately greeted with warmth, and taken right back by a wonderful assistant (Kayla, I believe — if you’re reading this, you’re awesome!) who made me feel at ease and got right to work taking X-rays like a total pro. Then came Dr. Linarducci. Not only did he explain everything clearly, but here’s the kicker, he actually listened to me. Like, really listened. That’s rarer than a pain-free root canal (which, funny enough, is exactly what I ended up having, 2 of them, and guess what? It was pain-free!). I braced myself for a long, grueling session in the chair, maybe even some deep soul-searching, but nope. An hour and a half later, we were DONE. And this man must be a magician because I didn’t even feel the needle (and there were a few of them). Hours later, the numbness wore off, and I was still feeling fine, no swelling, no pain, no regrets. All I can say is this: I’m impressed. This wasn’t just a dental appointment — it was a full-on experience. Friendly people, fast and fantastic care, a doctor who listens, and prices that didn’t make me consider selling a kidney. 10/10 would recommend… and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit. Yeah, you heard me right.

Negative experience: One excellent experience and one was OK. They screwed up and it was a huge inconvenience to return for a second visit. The crown never seemed to fit quite right. As I'd never had one I didn't know what to expect. Their prices are thru the roof. I believe they must have more than enough business.

Was given a quality recommendation for Aesthetic family dentistry of Bel-Air and gave it a chance. The office is clean, staff was friendly, and the service was top-notch. Fantastic experience: This was a great visit to a well-run dentist office. All-around - I am not kidding! The front desk people were nice, both on the way and on the way out. The dental assistant did a fantastic job - she did a great and consistent job in cleaning all my teeth; I feel that it was one of the best cleanings I have ever received. And the dentist was very good, checking the watch zones; he also listened to me, and he answered my specific question very well. I could not imagine a better dental visit, and I mean it when I say I am not kidding!

Negative experience: I debated leaving this review but feel like I have to. I went in on Wednesday for a routine cleaning. They said I had the beginnings of a cavity, but there’s a Curodont procedure that could possibly stop it from progressing. I said yes. While I was paying, I felt burning on my chin. Got in the car and it looked like broken skin. Started to look raw. Got worse as the minutes went by. I called and asked if it’s possible they burned me. The hygienist called back and said they didn’t use anything that could have burned me, and also what they used was localized. If nothing they used could have burned me, why would it matter if it was localized? She seemed frustrated and asked if I had scratched myself, which was pretty insulting. I woke up with a full burn on my chin. The dentist had called and left a voicemail saying she heard there was “a minor complication” with my procedure. At that point I called the front desk and said I didn’t want to talk to anybody except for whoever’s in charge. The hygienist denied it, the dentist admitted it and called it minor. If her face was burned I doubt she’d feel it was minor. But I told them that after she’d left that voicemail I looked up the procedure and learned that sometimes dental etch is used, which contains acid. If Google knows, surely she does too. I became angry because when I called the night before, I said how do I treat it? If it wasn’t cover up time, they would have told me to flush it with water, and maybe it wouldn’t have been as bad or painful. But they didn’t. The front desk also seemed frustrated, but they had the owner call me. He called me on his day off which I appreciated. He brought up the dental etch, which I had suspected. He said he’d “get to the bottom of it” and follow up but I’ve heard nothing. I waited to post a review to see how it would be handled. But he said he’d pay any dermatologist bills, which would be nice if any specialists could see me before 4-8 weeks. He also told me to flush it with water… little late for that. I also paid out of pocket for the Curodont as it’s not covered by insurance. I also asked several times for them to email me everything that was used on me during my appointment. They haven’t. Bottom line, this shouldn’t have happened. Nobody should go in for a cleaning and come out with a burnt face and then be treated with disdain when I originally called and said “how do I treat this?” The front desk told me calls are recorded so I hope if anyone who works there reads this, hears it and does better. It’s been four days and my face is still bleeding scabbing and hurts. I’m leaving this review because while mistakes happen, this could have been handled better. I also don’t want anyone else to experience this. I won’t be going there ever again.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this practice based on two concerning experiences. The first was when I asked to have an old mercury filling removed. The female dentist showed zero concern for safety protocols regarding mercury removal. When I requested suction to avoid swallowing debris, she scoffed and told me it was fine to swallow — which is extremely unsafe and dismissive. I left that appointment feeling uncomfortable and disregarded. The second was even more upsetting. I had a retreat root canal done, and during the process of placing the cap, the male dentist asked me mid-procedure — while I was in pain and not thinking clearly — if he could shave down my natural tooth to make the cap fit. I nodded out of desperation to end the pain, but in hindsight, that should never have been done. Caps can be adjusted or remade — natural teeth should not be altered like that. Now, there’s no contact between the capped tooth and the one above it, which has affected my bite. I returned to bring this up and was completely dismissed. An assistant even looked visibly upset and admitted that natural teeth should never be touched in such a situation. I left this practice feeling unheard, disrespected, and with permanent changes to my bite that didn’t need to happen.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Linarducci is hands down the best dentist around. Patient , kind, and compassionate with his dental practices and it really goes a long way for someone that has experienced such poor dental treatment in the past. The front desk staff are all extremely friendly and make the process very easy start to finish. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Bel Air for the past two years and have been happy with their level of service. They practice the appropriate safety protocols and maintain a very clean office. Masks are required as is a temperature check to ensure the safety of patient and staff. Every technician I've been assigned has been professional and engaging, answering all of my questions. The dentists have been equally as professional and knowledgeable. They are a large practice but are run very efficiently. I receive text reminders when my appointment nears prior to my visit.

Fantastic experience: I was traumatized as a child buy a crazy dentist. After interviewing many dentist at 52 years of age I decided to let Dr Leonducci take care of Me. After approximately 7 hours in the chair I was all done. Repaired cavities crowns and veneers on the outside of my teeth were done. Now that I'm 60 years old I go in for regular cleanings.He and his staff are the most caring trustworthy people I've ever met my life! This feedback is long overdue!! Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I initially saw Dr L and was very impressed. Then I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Barb, and she was awesome. Yesterday I had work done by Dr. Singh. She also was fantastic. This dentist practice places the patients’ needs first. Because of my medical history I require a lot of dental work. There is no where else that I will go other than Aesthetic Family Dentistry.

Negative experience: Dr. Singh and the entire staff are lacking! Dr. Singh lied to me about my plate. She didn’t want to give me antibiotics even though I had a huge abscess. I had to beg her. Then I got a plate on the top. Awful just awful. It doesn’t fit, it gags me and it has no teeth to chew. She never said it was a temporary she made it seem like this is what I had to live with the rest of my life. After going in an asking for an adjustment the entire office made me feel and look small. Do not go here!!

Fantastic experience: With plenty of parking, I didn’t have to hunt and made it on time to my appointment. The writing room was clean and the front desk was kind and efficient. After a moment, Barb’s assistant got me and got me situated. From the x-ray to finish, it was under an hour and I was so comfortable and felt safe. Fantastic experience: Just had my usual 6 month cleaning - as always, the staff is punctual, informative, and personable. This dentistry has a way of getting you in and out without making you feel like “just another patient” (like most medical offices). Kudos to Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Bel Air!

Fantastic experience: This was my third visit to Aesthetic Family Dentistry at Bel Air. At my 1st visit, Dr Barb and her assistant, Charlie, were both friendly, highly knowledgeable and listened attentively to all my concerns. Dr Barb patiently explained what she found and her plan of action to correct and protect my teeth from future damage. The work was done at second visit. At today’s visit, Dr Barb and her warm and wonderful assistant, Kim, replaced a temporary bridge. Kim’s friendly and caring chair side manner immediately put me at ease. I’m thankful to have such a gentle and thorough dentistry team to manage my dental health going forward. This was the first time I had my teeth cleaned in this office. Courtney was my hygienist today and I can honestly say that this was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. I so appreciated her gentleness and her professional attention to detail as well as her friendly and bubbly chair side manner.. She also did an awesome job at answering my questions. You can tell that she really cares about her patients.

Fantastic experience: This is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, kind and considerate staff I have ever encountered. The facility is beautiful and state of the art. It is very rare to find a business operating at this caliber. I'm so glad that I found this place and that they except my insurance.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Singh and her nurses were amazing at giving me all the options and recommendations for taking care of my teeth. Upfront staff were kind and helpful and giving me the information on paper and making sure I knew who to call and what information I needed. Would highly recommend this office

Fantastic experience: I had pain in a tooth a couple weeks before leaving for Europe on vacation. Dr. Barb made time to see me immediately and did a thorough examination. She identified the problem and did several things to keep me good for my trip. I really appreciated her help, but especially her caring attitude!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienic Is very friendly. Facility is very clean and has state of the art equipment. Staff is very friendly.

Positive experience: Clean, mostly friendly staff, quality service, calming atmosphere. Hygienists are excellent. There's a rotating cast of dentist, so no continuity there. Asked to fill out paperwork online and same thing in person, which is annoying. They don't check your insurance before recommending procedures or charging you, so don't trust them to know better than you a out that. In all, the best dentist office I've been to in Bel Air.

Negative experience: Spoke with Pam she was very rude and nasty to me. She wasn’t helpful in any way. I told her I wasn’t sure of my insurance being pro or hmo and if she could look it up she told me no I have to do it myself and hung up on me. Not sure if this is how all new patients are treated but I will not be going to this establishment what so ever
