Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, all the staff made me feel like a value client. Juliet was wonderful checking me in as well as when I was going to pay, Juliet went into detail about my bill, she was very thorough very friendly and professional. I did see the staff people behind Juliet they were all friendly professional and treated every client that came in, wonderful. Jake was the Dr's assistant that explained into detail of what to expect from my procedure, very friendly and professional. Dr Austin came in and answered all my questions just as Jake did as well. I highly recommend this place for everyone, If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr. Lemieux! He was able to extract my tooth and put a post in - massively decreasing my time without a front tooth. Other doctors told me I’d have to do those procedures separately based on my injury, but he was confident he could do it safely and he did! He recommended bone grafting after my procedure and took extra time to explain to me the benefits of doing so. I had plenty of questions and eventually I decided to take his advice and get it done and everything turned out great! I cannot recommend Dr. Lemieux enough! My front teeth look wonderful and I have him to thank!

Fantastic experience: The staff members here are friendly and put me at ease. I accepted the option to be asleep during the tooth extraction and bone graft procedure, so I really can't comment on how that went. My recovery afterwards was excellent and very little pain. I was able to manage with just ibuprofen for the swelling and inflammation. After only 6 days I am back to my regular routine. Also the price was reasonable and I was able to handle it with no problem. Thank you AZ Max Karen S

Fantastic experience: On Thursday, October 16th I had a dental implant. My experience with AZ Max was above and beyond any of my expectations! I was in and out in 50 minutes, no pain whatsoever and now today, Monday, October 20th, I am still pain free and on my way to a beautiful new tooth! Fantastic experience: Loved Dr Lemeaux and his medical assistants. They took extra special care of me with my bad back. I had one tooth pulled, two bone grafts and two posts implanted with no anesthesia. I was out in an hour and would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: My tooth extraction surgery and bone graph went very smoothly and surprisingly quickly! The only pain was, of course, the first numbing injection. All else was painless. The appointment was at 8:20 and I was back in my car by 9:00. I did not have any further bleeding after that. When I got home I followed all the post-operation instructions with antibiotics, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, drinking fluids, rinsing mouth, ice packs, and rest. Surprisingly I have had no pain! Thanks to Dr. Allen and his assistant for their fantastic job!!!

My initial consultation with AZ Max began in 2023 when I was referred by my orthodontist. I started with Dr.Porter for the initial consultation and then my case was transferred to Dr.Allen which I did not mind as both providers were in network with my insurance. It has truly been an easy, wonderful process that involved compassionate, caring individuals from the start which I believe made the biggest difference. Office administration ( shoutout to Raegan Mavity!) has been helpful with answering all my questions, concerns, and filling out important paperwork as needed. Dr.Allen is extremely knowledgable, kind, patient, takes the time to thoroughly explain pre-op/post-op/recovery process as well as his plans moving forward. He truly exudes compassionate quality care for his patients by how he interacts with us & cares for us. I am currently 2 weeks post-op & my recovery after DJS has been VERY smooth with very little pain which I am so happy about! Thank you Dr.Allen, Raegan, and entire AZ Max team! Fantastic experience: Went here on the direction of my dentist. I had to get a wisdom tooth removed. I was PETRIFIED! I went in and did a consultation (they got me in the same day I called) because I told them it was painful. I got it removed the following morning. I swear from numbing me to removal it took about 10 minutes. I was afraid to not be put to sleep because I absolutely hate the numbing shots. But they assured me that everything would be fine and it was. No pain at all! Dr. Allen was so nice and explained everything and reassured me throughout the whole process. I drove myself right home after and honestly could have gone straight to work. Took an ibuprofen to stay ahead of any pain I thought may happen. I will recommend Dr. Allen to everyone! Thank you all so much! From the front desk to the back office. I think I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist!

On the day of the procedure, Jodi was amazing and took great care of me while checking me in. Then, Megan was incredible with me (and my fear of needles) while getting me set up in the procedure room. When Dr L. came in, he was also incredibly kind and had a calming presence and made this as easy and painless as possible for me. I’m so thankful that I had that team to get me through this as I have major medical/dental anxiety - they put me at ease, took excellent care of me, and were so, so personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with a lot of issues from my misaligned jaws from my cleft pallet, that have put so much stress on me as a wife, mother, friend, and employee. I am in constant pain and getting what I think are pretty severe migraines, but had no answers to. I went in today with a consultation with Dr. Allen and can say that I can finally see relief in my future and a chance to be the wife, mother, friend, and manager that I once was before all of the issues started. I am a little bummed to find out that I will need braces again (after having them for 9 years during my childhood) before I can get the surgery, but that is in no fault of drs staff or practice. It is procedure to ensure the best results and benefits. So I am hoping that the braces do not take long and I can get my surgery this year! I am hopeful, but will make whatever needs to be done work. On top of Dr. Allen being very upfront about the whole process, kind, and educating me fully, the staff was beyond amazing. When getting pictures done I started crying and they were nothing but supportive and compassionate to my pain and situation. Even the receptionists I have been able to work with are always friendly over the phone and in person. I felt at ease from the moment I scheduled my appointment. I am very much so looking forward to working with the whole team at AZ max and the results I am sure will be accomplished!

Turns out the bones in and around your mouth can continue to grow. For me it was under my tongue and interfered with things like talking, breathing, sleeping and eating Why didn't I go sooner? I never realized it was a routine procedure to have it removed. I thought you had to live with it. How long did it take? For me about an hour Results? ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING. My surgeon was Dr. Austin and he and his team were amazing!! They got me prepped and the next thing I knew I was heading home. After I got home I had minimal pain and discomfort which I attribute to great skills. (For anyone who's had a not so perfect surgical experience at some point in your life, you know what I mean) I hope the details I've given can help anyone out there who may have a similar situation to me. First, I'm super happy with Az Max Surgeons and second, don't wait, if you're not sure atleast get a consultation.

Fantastic experience: I recently had 2 teeth pulled and 2 implants placed. On both visits I was highly impressed by the business. From the moment I walked in it was quite obvious how much pride they take in their business. The front desk is very efficient not to mention very friendly. I felt right at ease. Then when I was taken back, I met the dentist and the assistants . Again, Dr. Allen was extremely friendly and Explained the procedure from beginning to end. Once the procedure began I was unaware of anything until I woke up. I have always had a fear of dental procedures. But nothing was as Efficient and comfortable as this was. This is the place to go for any oral surgery that is needed.

Fantastic experience: Today my wife saw Dr Brinks Austin for a tooth extraction and a dental implant. He and his team are AMAZING. Dr Austin did a great exam and explained all of our options to us at our last visit. He is very congenial and explains things very well. Today he did all of the hard work. Wife says it was the best dental visit of her life. No pain. Kind staff. The office is well run. Efficient and on time. Every single staff member was kind an helpful. The price is excellent, and the care is the even better. I hope I never need an oral surgeon, but when I do I know where I will go. Thank you Dr. Austin. You are your team are excellent! P.S. As another pleasant surprise my wife received a phone later in the day to make sure she was doing well and her pain was well controlled. The following day she received a bouquet of flowers and wishing her a speedy recovery. This is the kind of medical practice they run. 10-14-2024 update Wife had another implant performed by Dr Austin. He is an excellent communicator and does great work. In addition the entire office is efficient and friendly. Great follow up after her procedure. This is a well run practice, top to bottom. 5-6-2025 I had a second implant by Dr Austin. As with the first I experienced zero pain and found all of his staff to be charming and responsive and helpful. I hope he never retires. The high price of fun has left me with many dental repairs that are failing due to age. I was referred to Dr Austin by Dr Corey Giles. They make an all star team.

Fantastic experience: So far so good! Had surgery at 10:30 today, with oral surgeon, Dr Lemiuex! As soon as numbing subsided(2 hrs) later. Made a mango yogurt shake with raw organic egg. 6 pm getting ready to eat lentil,turnip, parsnip, barley, soup! Making sure antibiotics are taken,and resting for this day. Really no pain, that can't be tolerated! Usually my second day might have a little uncomfort. I recommend my surgeon and his great staff!

Fantastic experience: Procedure went well, Dr was great. Noteworthy was an outstanding staff, competent, smart, friendly, and even funny. Haven't seen them before, likely won't again, but top of line.

Fantastic experience: I was treated for 3 wisdom teeth extractions. Staff were nice, they explained everything to me before the procedure. I always have anxiety going to the dentist but they were great! I was contacted later in the day to ask how I was doing, which was very courteous.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr Lemieux at the North Mesa office regarding having a tooth extracted and having an implant. I was very anxious about having the procedures done. The front office and medical staff were great as well as Dr Lemieux. I had many questions both the Dr and staff answered my questions, and I didn't feel rushed On a side note, more comfortable chairs in the waiting room will be appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Today was my day for my biopsy in my mouth. The unknown is always an area concern for me. Everyone there from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor did everything to make me feel comfortable they explained what they were going to do ,and what I could expect. I was in good hands. It was over before I knew it. I was home about five hours six hours and I got a phone call checking on me to see how I was doing and I also received an email. thank you so much for the loving care you gave me.
