Negative experience: I had an appointment with Cooper orthodontics at 3:20. It is now 3:50 have not been waited on the lobby was crowded. Had a terrible smell. Staff was not friendly very unprofessional. They overbooked clients never greeted me. The waiting room had a very bad smell. I would not recommend anyone for services there. The atmosphere was bad not very welcoming loud music no books to read or magazines while waiting very unprofessional staff. If there were a Zero grading, I would give it just that zero .

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience so far with my orthodontic treatment over the past two months! The team was so accommodating to my request of not having braces for my 21st birthday. They assured me my braces would be off before my birthday next year, and if not, they would remove them for my 21st and put them back on afterward at no extra cost. This thoughtful flexibility really made me feel confident moving forward with treatment. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience here. In the initial appointment they gave us a quote and a timeline. A few weeks later we were able to get her braces put on. All the payments were set up online. It’s been about a month her teeth are already looking better.

Fantastic experience: LYDIA is amazing!!!! The whole staff is amazing! My son Giovonta as been with them 5 yrs and the wonderful work they have done in his teeth brought me to tears when. His braces finally came off! They are so kind and so nice to everyone they work with you and they are always so positive!! The prices are within reason unlike many other places! I feel that Cooper Orthodontist is one of the very few orthodontist that is not all about money money money Copper is about giving children and adults beautiful smiles that give them confidence for the rest of their life!! Thank you Cooper for being so great and giving my son the smile he always wanted!
