Fantastic experience: I have neglected my dental health for years. The biggest reason for this is that I have had really terrible experieces with dentists in the past. This has caught up with me and I finally made an appointment with Alpine to help get me out of pain. Not only did they fix my issue, but they were the nicest group of people I have ever seen. This includes Dentists, Technicians, Hygienist and office personnel. Renzie has been working on my teeth which are a train wreck. She is excellent at her job and has helped me immensely with very little pain. I don't think there is a better Hygienist anywhere. Their prices are reasonable and they are easy to work with. I would recommend them 100% for your dental care. All my visits to Alpine Dental have been great. I have finally found a great team to take care of my Dental Health. I highly recommend Alpine Dental. Renzie is still awesome too.

Fantastic experience: From check-in through check-out, the staff is welcoming, professional, and friendly. Dr. McCarthy explained the exam findings; thankfully, no problems. He is friendly and professional. The hygienist was amazing and explained the steps as she cleaned my teeth. My only concern is that the practice group is so amazing that it might get too big. :)

I would recommend Alpine Dental for those persons who are looking for a good Dentist. 10.8.2025 update: I had to have an unexpected tooth removal. Everything went smoothly and instructions on taking care of the area that the tooth was extracted from was concise. Every visit, so far, has been a good experience. in addition, all I can say is Dr McArthur and his assistant should take their show on the road. :)

My cleaning was thorough, and my hygienist, Carla B, was very gentle and took the time to explain how to improve my oral hygiene routine. Fantastic experience: Dr. Zachary Christopherson, is the most remarkable dentist I have ever encountered. He clearly has a passion to keep abreast of the latest technology and utilizes it to enhance his procedures and patient care. Especially In my case with implants and the dentures that attach to them. He has gone above and beyond for me repeatedly, a great relief after my previous experiences with dentists. He referred me to an excellent dental surgeon when that became necessary.

Positive experience: 11/5/24 - much better experience than first one. First step of getting a crown. Awful dental anxiety from a very young age. They helped me feel relaxed, gave me some nitrous oxide which was a huge help, narrated every part of the procedure, assistant and dentist were quick, caring, and thorough. Great practice!

Fantastic experience: What a relief, to find a dentist close to home, with lovely office staff, an outstanding and gentle hygienist who doesn't babble while shes working in my mouth, and an honest, no-nonsense dentist who has a great bedside manner. He also isn't trying to milk as much money as he can from us, unnecessarily. Second time I've given this dentist 5 stars. Alpine dental moved across town and I thought it wasn't worth the drive and made the mistake of trying other dentists, but ended up back at alpine and couldn't be happier. No pain. Thorough cleaning. No small talk. Conservative in recommendations. Professional. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: I have had many dental cleanings in my life and this was by far the most thorough, careful cleaning I’ve ever had. Eliza provides great education and encouragement. Friendly front desk staff, and great dentists!

Negative experience: When your own dentist can’t decide whether to pull a tooth or do a root canal — and then the dental assistant tells me they don’t have time to look at my other teeth and that I need to make a decision *right now* to pull the tooth — that’s a serious problem. We’re talking about a major, life-changing decision, and I was being rushed through it like it was no big deal. For you guys, it might just be another day at the office — but for the patient, it’s a decision that affects their health, appearance, and quality of life. That pressure, combined with being told you "don’t have time" for me, was where I drew the line. I was actually in a good mood and looking forward to my visit, but that moment instantly turned me off. I was done. I’m not coming back. It honestly felt like the priority was just to pull the tooth and move on — not to help me understand my options or make the best decision for *me*. It’s already nerve-wracking to go to the dentist, and being rushed like that only makes it worse. To be fair, the dentist wasn’t rude at all, and the front desk ladies were awesome — super kind and welcoming. But being pressured by an assistant who came off as arrogant, while the dentist seemed unsure, made the whole experience feel careless and impersonal. Your team needs to understand that how you communicate matters. Patients shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience — especially when they’re trying to make serious decisions about their health under pressure.

Fantastic experience: I was seen right away after check in. Taylor did a great job with my all of my pprocedures. I continue to be see Taylor; she does an outstanding job taking care of me. She's very gentle and thorough. Thanks to the entire team.

Fantastic experience: Karissa and Dr. Christofferson were exceptional! Their care was unbelievable and they treated us like they’ve known us for years. They went above and beyond and we appreciated them so much.

Negative experience: I had an old crown removed and a temporary installed. It popped off after six hours which I corrected with fixodent. Then it broke. This was on a Thursday evening. I called on Friday and received no call back. To be fair, I told them there was no pain in the Voicemail. I would’ve appreciated a call back to say don’t worry about it. The permanent will be in on Wednesday.

Fantastic experience: Today was a 6 month teeth cleaning. Taylor Curry was my new dental hygienist. My teeth with crowns are sensitive to food water but today when she was spraying my teeth several times through the cleaning the water was cool and my teeth did not react with discomfort. Taylor also did some education with me that do not remember hearing before. She is a 100%++ in my book. I recommend this dental clinic for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Alpine dental is the first dentist office we have found that accepts our insurance! We take care of the co-pay and they take care of the insurance work. It's refreshing that we don't have to pay the total price of the visit each time and then try to get our insurance taken care of after the fact! Both our boys have always had really great care at Alpine Dental, and we will keep coming back.

Negative experience: We’ve going since before the merger and LOVED our hygienist Taylor, she’s incredible with my family and a highlight of the establishment, truly the only reason we’ve been coming back for years. Dr C is less than great, very rushed and will avoid working on your children at any cost, referring them to a pediatrician dentist he knows personally when it’s unnecessary. After watching a hygienist be verbally “jokingly” mocked in front of myself and my child who was being worked on (after a whole situation that should have been avoided) I refuse to bring my family back. The ONLY reason they get a 2 star is because the team supporting him and my one encounter with Dr S (she’s a very professional and patent provider).

Negative experience: ruined my nightguard when cleaning it left it with a hole and a crack . i was having a regular appointment. wanted me to come back with about a week left before i move and made no mention of compensation.

Negative experience: They did not really seem to care about my issues with my mouth. He made me feel like they just wanted my money I was sitting back there for maybe 10 minutes before they were like oh well I think you just have a migraine. They did an xray of one side on the top. Then they charged me for $140.00. I won’t recommend this place and will not be back.

Positive experience: this staff was wonderful they were attentive kind and friendly however their so-called we can fit anybody's budget doesn't work when they want $25,000 to do the work but they will only finance $2,000 I could put 5,000 down and paid by between 500 and 1000 every month until it was paid off but I cannot come up with 23,000 cash so I have highest regards for the staff but zero respect for their financing option I definitely give the staff 5/5 and the dentist was great I just don't understand how people can afford it.

Fantastic experience: I have been avoiding the Dentist since about 2018, due to a bad experience at my last dental clinic. A friend recommended Alpine Dental and the care they gave was above and beyond. They listened to my complaints and concerns and made my experience exceptional. I really appreciate their honesty and ethical practices.
