Fantastic experience: I’ve just gone to my first visit at Palms dental and I was blown away by the excellent care I received. I usually have dentist anxiety, but from the moment I walked through the doors I was instantly put at ease and no anxiety at all. Everyone from the receptionists, to the X-ray tech, to the dental hygienist and the Dentist herself were exceptional. They were attentive, kind, efficient and informative. By far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to and I will never go anywhere else for my dental care.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the staff couldn’t be more friendlier when I walked through the door with no appointment as an emergency patient! . They took me in within the hour and Dr. Kromrey spoke with me. He was very professional and diagnosed my issue with only x-rays. I was given a prescription for my irritated gums and on my way! I went for a cleaning today and I was amazed at the technology that was used by Jen, my hygienist! She was very professional, and explained each procedure thoroughly. I was VERY impressed with the entire process and staff and will make them my dental group for all my needs. Thank you!

I particularly like his awareness of the condition of my dental health and his recommendations. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Yup a dentist office that is actually an awesome place! It's almost like everyone that works there was vetted for being positive, helpful and upbeat by Disney. They're that friendly. Consistently, Palms Dental (Kyle and all of his staff) are excellent. It's an incredible experience compared to most any other business. Fantastic experience: If I could give them more stars I would. I have always had horrible experiences with dental offices. They make you feel small and insignificant. Then my husband started coming here and he liked it. I made him be a patient for more than a year before I took the plunge. And I need ALOT of dental work. From the moment I walked in they treated me like a person and not just a patient. I have never felt so comfortable going to a dentist in my life. They take the time to go over all my options (not just the ones that cost an arm and a leg). Any time I come in for a procedure they take time to go over it and make sure I am comfortable and OK. Fantastic experience: Office staff terrific, the most welcoming office anywhere I’ve been. Dental Hygienist is very knowledgeable and verbally walks me through each task. My Dentist was very knowledgeable, technically competent and comforting. Have had several appointments and have not been disappointed. I felt very little discomfort, some of the equipment was not loud and/or invasive. I can honestly say, “I enjoy going to my dentist.” I thank the most professional and personable staff, thank you so very much. The location is easy to find, accessible and there’s plenty parking. A very nice experience overall.

I also got to meet the doctor, but I forgot her name, but she was also very sweet and reassuring. Every interaction I had in that office was warm and professional, you can really tell they care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything to do with my teeth! They do it all here! As someone with chronic gum disease, my cleanings are easy and painless which is at times hard to get, also did Invisalign here and dr. Kromrey is the best. Presents everything upfront and goes into detail on the whole plan!

Fantastic experience: This is an unbiased review. I'm from New York and decided to become an established patient at Palms Dental Care. The entire experience was first class front to back. They have state of the art scanning technology which is amazing. I've had a lot of work done on my teeth over the last 60 years (including several implants and crowns) and Dr. Kromrey impressed me with a comprehensive examination. I'm returning in a week to have a crown placed on my second molar. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Today I was experiencing discomfort and pain in my upper teeth. I did not have an appointment but the office fit me in. The on call dentist took X-rays and did an examination of affected area. I left feeling relieved that there were no serious issues. Thanx to all the staff for seeing me in very short notice.

Negative experience: From the get go I saw 2 doctors who both said practically all my teeth were bad and that I needed their implant dentures. No discussions of cleanings or repairs whatsoever. The dental assistants are great however, the doctors themselves are bland with no personalities and come across more as sales people to sell their implants rather than professionals dedicated to helping your teeth. Total sales mill and all to sell implants. And most of the procedures are NOT covered by insurance. Completely profit driven instead of patient driven

Fantastic experience: Went for my scheduled cleaning and can’t say enough great things about my dental hygienist Jennifer! Great practitioner in her field, always pleasant to talk to and is very knowledgeable. But I don’t expect anything less with anyone in Dr Kromrey’s practice. He’s a shining example of what a great dentist is, and his practice is filled with caring hard working professionals right from reception to the hygienist to his dental surgeons ( shout out to Dr. Baez!)

Fantastic experience: At my age 74 years; I've gone to many dentists; where I've had a mixture of good and bad experiences, but PALMS DENTAL EVERYTHING ABOUT THE STAFF, FACILITY, COMMUNICATION, APPOINTMENTS etc. ect. JUST EXCELLENT. I WOULD NOT HESITATE ONE MOMENT TO RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING DENTAL SERVICES.

Fantastic experience: Called in the morning with an issue and the receptionist was friendly and competent. Arrived that afternoon and waited no more than five minutes for the friendly dental tech who escorted me to a room where the friendly dentist resolved the issue. Did I mention that they were all friendly?

Negative experience: They called me last Friday to reschedule my cleaning. I told them that I need someone who does not use a highly fragranced laundry detergent as I have asthma/and fragrance sensitivity. The last cleaning I had I got sick from the technician's clothing having such a strong fragrance. They told me they would check and call me back. Following week Wednesday came and I had heard nothing from them. I called again and spoke to Lena, the office manager. She promised to get back to me. It's now Friday and still no call back from Palms Dental. I suppose I have to find another dentist but already had X-rays done so I don't know if that's going to work. They also overcharged me just under $100 for a crown. I didn't find out until I saw the EOB from my insurance. I called them about that, they said they would call me back and never did. I had to call them again and they wanted to leave it as a credit on my account. I ended up having to drive to the office for a refund. Not looking too good for this relationship

Fantastic experience: It is possible to go to the dentist, have a lot of problems and not spend the rest of the day and an anxiety riddled until you push it out of your mind. If you really don’t wanna go to the dentist for whatever reason It’s because you know you’ve got work to do. Go to Palms Dental. I’ve had several teeth, mainly molars that have needed attention for years now and I also have some lower front teeth with unique issues because of orthodontics that were done 30 years ago. I felt like I needed someone to take a fresh look at me and put together a plan of action. I can’t possibly do it all at once, but I feel like I had a conversation with With Deanna and Dr. Rotella they gave me a clear path forward. I’m actually optimistic about ordering chips and salsa a couple years from now. And I’m looking forward to my next appointment as crazy as that sounds for a dentist

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here a few years. EVERY visit, the staff is super friendly and promptly gets me in for my appointment. I’m not sitting around waiting. This is NOT your typical corporate dental clinic. There is a family-like atmosphere but it’s also very modernized in the medical/dental technology they use. They are also not pushy and preoccupied with trying to “sell” you services. I am so relieved I found this place. I always feel very comfortable coming here. I would give it 6 stars if the scale went higher.
