Fantastic experience: I love this dentist. My mother came here to get her dentures fixed because of a previous dentist that did not give her the care she needed. They did an excellent job on her, and because of that, I decided to try them out for my dental needs. I also had a not pleasant experience at my previous dentist. They scheduled me in just 2 days and I left feeling very fresh. The office is beautifully maintained and very professional. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. I will definitely be returning regularly for my 6 month cleanings. 10 out of 10 recommend

Fantastic experience: On a routine cleaning visit the dentist found 3 new cavities. Instead of scheduling a future appointment they agreed to accept my request to do it in tge samw visit. I greatly appreciated that. All of the people that I interacted with were friendly, courteous and competent. An easy 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I both love coming to Dr. Patel as he is meticulous doing exams and is gentle. He is honest and has a super good demeanor. The staff is polite, professional and makes you feel welcomed. Dr. Patel has integrity and takes his time with you. I was there for an evaluation and can tell ya I'm going back for a cleaning in 6 months. I went there because Dr. Patel was highly recommended from my previous dentist Dr. Finnerty who retired.

Fantastic experience: i waited a long period of time since my last cleaning, so dr patel did a great check up and recommend a deep cleaning first and to follow up in a month with standard cleaning by a hygienist. he did the deep clean this morning and my mouth and teeth are wonderful. headed back in a month. close to where i live and super modern - plenty of parking - ground level and the staff was great. i had by far a much nicer day than i ever expected.

Fantastic experience: I had a front crown replaced today and Dr. Patel did a wonderful job matching the color and his Lab did a wonderful job on the crown. Its fit perfectly and feels much better than my old tooth. I will be having him do more work on changing some more. Please if you can make an appt. with the office. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I lost a filling on the day I was being discharged from post-op from a hospital, and searched for an emergency dentist. Their staff immediately put me at ease from the first phone call and then when I arrived. My comfort was of utmost importance and I was treated with care and respect. They welcomed my husband to sit with me, making sure of his comfort as well. The filling was quickly replaced and we were on our way. We are new to the area, but we have now found our new dentist!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Lakeshore Dentistry and my experience was exceptional! The staff was kind, considerate and professional. I’m a former educator, that trained my students that if they don’t know something, always ask questions. However, I didn’t have many questions to ask because Dr.Patel and Dr. E explained every process to what they were going to do before they began the dental procedure. Dental assistant, Artavion, did an excellent job in explaining the process of the Panoramic X-ray. I knew this process, but wouldn’t dare interrupt him because he was explaining the procedure so well. I would like to say Kudos to team who assisted with my care at Lakeshore Dental Center. Positive experience: One of the better dental offices I have visited. They are courteous and professional. The dental techs and dentist are knowledgeable and they express a desire to provide good dental services without attempting to sell you unnecessary devices like Invisaline or automatic toothbrushes. Or charging more for services like fluoride or “deep cleaning”.

Negative experience: I am visiting this practice for long time but this review I am writing on the behalf of my wife my cleaning was good done by Dr Patel but my wife’s not happy with today’s cleaning it wasn’t good ..done by Dr ILAS in so lil disappointed

Positive experience: My emergency visit to Lakeshore Dental today was a whole lot better than my July 11th 2025 appointment. I arrived fifteen minutes early like requested by the staff text, was acknowledged by name immediately upon arrival, call by a tech minutes later, X-ray, examined and was on my way, with recommendations on what to do if my dental issues continue to exist.

Fantastic experience: My first time at Lakeshore. Everyone was nice and made you feel comfortable. Loved the dental assistant I had. I think her name started with a V. (Sorry!) You were awesome! Dr Patel was very patient and kind. Thanks everyone!!

Fantastic experience: The crown removals (2), cavities filled, and root canals were all performed in a very timely manner. The process was painless! I received the new crowns yesterday and they fit just fine.Thank you for your patience with me in answering my questions.

Fantastic experience: I have had extreme dental anxiety in the past and have cried in this office a few times. Dr. Patel is matter of fact, but was actually calming and nice. I’ve been a patient of his for a couple of years and didn’t feel pressured to do anything until I felt ready. My dental hygienist is lovely, super nice, and very patient. Recently, I had an implant installed and am very happy with the results. It’s something I never thought I’d do years ago and this practice has really helped with my dental anxiety

I called Lakeshore Dental and they got me set up with an appointment, in front of Dr.Patel for consultation, and my broken tooth pulled within an hour! I was greeted with bright smiles, and top tier customer service. This by far is the best experience I have ever shared with a dentistry team! Fantastic experience: Cracked my filling over the weekend! Called on Monday and they got me in on Tuesday morning to fix it! Dentist Elaf was amazing at communicating with me and I never even felt the novocaine injection! She was genuinely concerned about what if anything I was feeling during the whole process! I felt absolutely nothing! Only heard the sounds of the drill, water, air, voices, suction and music playing!

Negative experience: My partner and I will not be returning to this location. My partner went here for a basic cleaning and consultation about wisdom teeth and Dr. Patel was cold, uncaring, and unprofessional. He was dismissive of my partner's concerns and wanted as little to do with her as possible. He proceeded to completely ignore her questions and spent the entire 5 minute consultation borderline mocking her for thinking her wisdom teeth where coming in. Her jaw pain was still an issue and he provided zero explanations or causes. He seemed to instead take joy in relentlessly mocking a patient with jaw pain instead of trying to find the root cause of the issue. They never even did the cleaning she specifically asked for. She left the building in tears after his horrendous treatment. I'm glad we have since changed to a dentist that actually cares about the patients and not a dentist who only cares about the money. Until Dr. Patel is gone, this dentistry will not thrive. Staff were great. Professional and caring. Unfortunately for them, Dr. Patel ruins the experience and keeps people like myself and my partner away from this establishment. If you are looking for a caring and kind dentist, then look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr Patel is a highly skilled professional that is honest, gentle and kind. He has made an enormous difference in my life. I have an autoimmune disease that caused my mouth to shrink and a host of other dental issues. It is thanks to him that I am able to chew and eat real food again. He is a master at implants and I totally trust him with my dental care. He has a patient for life.

The dentist and assistants are very in tune with the patients and guide you through the entire process and do whatever it takes to make sure the patient is safe and comfortable. Negative experience: I had my root canal on my molar tooth at this office. It was extremely cold customer service from Mr. Patel specifically. He didn’t have any regard for my pain threshold, instead was aggressive and showed agitation as he performed the procedure. To conclude, he just left me without saying NOTHING when he finished. Beyond unprofessional is how he handled my experience. I don’t recommend Dr. Patel, and I will reach out to him personally to let him know how much I didn’t appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment this morning. My appointment was at 10:00. At 10:01, I was in the chair. The dental assistant was professional and very friendly. Dr. Patel came and numbed my gum so I could get my cavity taken care of. By 10:15, I was walking out of the office. I was very impressed with the work done by Dr. Patel. I will definitely continue to have Dr. Patel take care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Lovely relaxing setting overlooking the water. Friendly, caring staff. Dr. Patel took time to explain what was needed and why, answer questions and provide a fall back plan if the least restrictive plan did not work. Dr. Patel completed a root canal for me on another appointment. I was amazed at how painless and efficient it was! Dr. Patel is very skilled. He and his staff are also very kind.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth, and needed a crown. Two very short visits was all it required, and there was only a 4 day wait for the new crown to arrive. Doesn't get any better than that.

I was in the chair by 9 and Dr Cruser promptly repaired my tooth. In addition, by using the office's discount dental plan, I saved money! Highly recommend Lakeshore Dental.
