Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Camacho’s office for my first visit. I am so glad that I did. Addie did an excellent job of analyzing every aspect of my possible dental needs including photos. I have never received this level of service at a dentists office. Dr. Camacho then proceeded with a thorough examination of my dental needs and then formulated a plan for my continued dental health. February 27, 2020. I had an appointment to check on the whitening procedure that I had been working on for the past few weeks. Terry checked out my progress and then did 3 in house treatments. The results were amazing. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you Terry for taking such good care of me. 12/5/23 I had an appointment to have Dr. Pennington check on my bite after placing veneers on my bottom teeth. First of all, Dr. Pennington did an outstanding job on my teeth. All of the staff that were associated with the process were exceptional. It is really a pleasure to deal with everyone at Camacho Dentistry. I just really feel comfortable when I am there and everyone is so professional and friendly. Dr. Camacho is of course awesome too. 2/15/2024 I had an appointment to have 2 crowns replaced and 2 new veneers. Dr. Pennington and Jaqueline did a great job of taking care of me. They constantly checked to make sure that I was doing ok. I will be back in a couple of weeks to have my permanent teeth delivered. All of the office staff are awesome also. I always feel comfortable and welcome there.Thank you for your outstanding service. 2/20/25 Stephanie was my hygenist today and she was very attentive and did a wonderful job at my check up. 4/6/25 I had to have a crown replaced after chipping my existing one. Monica did a lot of the prep work and did an outstanding job. Dr. Pennington continued the process of removal and placing the temporary crown. My experience was great and the atmosphere was relaxed. I highly recommend Camacho Dentistry. 8/28/25 Bao was my hygienist today and he did a wonderful job. Everything looked good and he was a pleasure to deal with. Many great experiences here.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a an "emergency" where a tooth chipped. I was seen withing 10 min. Both doctors were working hard but they made time to work me into the schedule. Fantastic experience: We moved to San Antonio in 2020 and found Dr Camacho online as my husband was looking for someone to finish up the work a previous dentist had started. To make things easier I went along and started see him too. Last year I had a couple of very old fillings start cracking and failing. I was told I needed 4 large fillings removed and crowns put in. I was nervous because every time I had a crown put on- within a month I would need a root canal. I have several crowns and root canals from various dentist. Well they did all 4 at one time -quickly might I add - and put on beautiful temp crowns. My new things is I leave the temps in as long as possible to see if I’ll need a root canal… I DIDN’T!!! Not on a single one! I finally had the permanent crowns put on and they are by far the BEST looking and functioning crowns I have! They are not over sized like all of my others- in fact I can barely tell which are crowns and which are my teeth! Dr Camacho and Pennington are fantastic and I highly recommend them!

I spoke with several dentists and found them and their staff to be on a continuum between dismissive and antagonistic. Dr. Pennington is wonderful! Even though, like most, I hate going to the dentist, I am always met without judgement. The staff is always kind and remembers me. They all have been very gracious and understanding. Fantastic experience: It is not easy to visit a dentist not because of them but the fear of painThe staff was great from the time you get your appointment to the time you visit them. They are transparent of what is expected. including the cost of treatment. I don't like to have my tooth clean but with Natasha I never felt any pain or discomfort that I want it done every week now if I could. They work as a team and very efficient Everyone is knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. The best of course is Dr. Camacho, known for his mustache and his laughter that is contagious. Not something you experience at many doctor’s offices. Dr. Camacho’s facility is brand new and first class. Dr. Camacho took time to understand my dental history and walk through X-rays before ever making recommendations, and the work he’s done since has consistently lived up to the rating. Mari, my hygienist, has been outstanding! The deep cleaning process is intimidating, but she’s excellent at reading her patients and is sensitive to any potential discomfort, so the appts have been seamless. She also focuses on progress, and I’ve seen drastic improvements as a result of her guidance. Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Camacho and his staff took very good care of me on my last visit. I walked in nervous, however, was immediately put to ease by Dr. Camacho and his staff. Treatment was free of pain or discomfort and he did an excellent job! I have finally found a dentist I can trust and will definitely stick with!

Positive experience: I loved the result of my teeth, they are very natural looking, very nice facility, and friendly staff. However my only concern is that I’m afraid they weren’t cemented on properly, I have only had them for about 7 months. I feel like food is getting stuck underneath because there is a distinct odor, no matter how much I brush, floss, water pick, and mouthwash (EVERY NIGHT), also they feel a little loose and I haven’t had any trauma to the mouth. So I am going to have to go get checked out by a dentist to make sure everything is okay. Dr. Camacho did get pretty impatient with my questions and changes I wanted to make to my smile, and also shaved down my teeth when he initially said it would require no shaving and it would just be an overlay “like a fake nail”. I got no warning before hand, so I was very disappointed about that. It is pricey, which is not a complaint, you get what you pay for and they look great, but I did not expect to deal with them feeling loose this early on
