Negative experience: Went there for the 1st time. Waited a while,place smelled like the sewer. Finally went back after letting them know the pain I was in. The Dr came on for 5 seconds, then the woman approached me with a $750 treatment plan for one extraction. Told me the Dr will not do it unless I pay. I had a swollen face in severe pain. I told them I didn't have the money but they kept pushing, the Dr said if I leave a review he will take money off. The place was dirty, smelled, and nothing like any other dental office. The Dr himself, whom is supposedly thd owner barely spoke with me yet wanted all this money for one tooth. I had to leave since I had no money. They are extremely unprofessional, dirty and far from a caring dental office!! Do not go unless you want to be ripped off and embarrassed!!

Fantastic experience: I needed work done between my two front teeth (there was a crack in between) I was nervous as Ive had a bad experience before. Dr. Iya Gabre did a really awesome job on it and made it look extremely natural. I was shocked at how good she made it look. Thank you!

Negative experience: Did absolutely nothing for me. I explained to them on Saturday I needed my tooth pulled they had me come in Monday. Wait In the waiting room for about an hour, just to tell me that the oral surgeon won’t be here for another two weeks. Pretty much had me come in just so they could run my insurance. Then try to tell me that after they pulled my tooth that there’s a compound they use to strengthen the bone but insurance does not cover it and would be $500 out-of-pocket. Didn’t smell the best in there, ceiling tiles were missing, looks very old and rundown.

Fantastic experience: Great and friendly staff very professional and respectful. The staff members and doctors always ready and willing to take extra step to help me and my family either reschedule or find the right plan.

Negative experience: I wish I could say more about the business itself but unfortunately, I haven’t even heard back from them. I’m experiencing an issue at the moment and booked an appointment on their website for the following day (yesterday). I received a text message within an hour of my appointment telling me the booking website made a mistake, that they had to reschedule my appointment and in order to do so I could call or text them. I messaged them twice with no response as of this morning. I understand the possibility of short staffing with the holiday this week but to go basically an entire day without hearing back is too long to wait. Maybe in the future I can revise this if I have another experience with this business but unfortunately for now, their customer service end seems to be lacking.

At the completion of the deep cleaning and laser treatment my partner’s gums and teeth looked amazing Steven Lambert was grateful for all she did!

Fantastic experience: When I called I couldn't have imagined they would have an appointment available the very next day. But they did! They were even ready to do the extraction right there the same day I came to get my tooth looked at! Life would not allow me to stay for the extraction, but the process was explained to me simply and thorough, everyone there was kind and professional. I look forward to getting the work done at Grace next week!

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. Left my unable to floss bc of a filling and air bubbles underneath all the fillings. Dropped a tool and picked it back up without wiping it down. Went once and never went back. Found all this out from new scans at a new dental office. Stay away

Fantastic experience: Today I had the best experience with my hygienist, Manolita. She is amazing .she is so professional and cleans my teeth so good. I had her for an appt 6 months ago and I had so much plaque buildup on my teeth. She explain to me how I can prevent the plaque buildup and on my appointment today. I had very little. We were both very surprised and I owe it all to her. Thank you. Dr Alex is also great. He takes his time to explain to you what he thinks is best if you need something for your teeth. He is very knowledgeable. The receptionist staff is so friendly and welcoming. See you in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Zoom teeth whitening, thanks to the lovely tech, Magdolita! She was incredibly thorough and made sure my gums were well-protected, which resulted in no irritation or white spots from the gel—something I didn’t get at my previous Zoom whitening experience elsewhere. It’s clear that this place really knows what they’re doing. I was in a rush to pick up my son from school, and they made sure I was out on time, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely give them 5 stars and would consider coming here for all my dental needs if I lived closer. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Most painful cleaning I’ve ever had today… she was NOT gentle at all. My fiancé had the same hygienist previously, and she stopped going here because of it her rough cleaning. Our mouths were TORN UP. For this and a few others will be the reason I don’t return.

Fantastic experience: Just had an appointment today! After a mishap that occurred from a previous appointment, I was contacted to reschedule asap to get it and solve everything I thank Dr. Alex and his staff for the treatment received today. Not only did I get my fill in done, I got X-rays and a full deep cleaning all done in one appointment. I felt amazing and so fresh after my cleaning with the hygienist Dr. Alex and his assistant were excellent while completing my fill in and I experienced little to zero pain. I was nervous at first but they made the process quick and super comfortable for me After today, this is the type of dentist office I would recommend for anyone looking and I plan to make this office home for any dental work I need

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Einbinder and the team at Grace Dental Smiles. I was nervous about getting an implant, but they walked me through every step and made the process so easy and comfortable. Dr. Einbinder is incredibly detail-oriented and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel confident and cared for. My implant feels and looks totally natural. They whitened my teeth in the office too so it would blend in more with the rest of my smile. The whitening wasn’t sensitive at all and now that I have the implant I can’t stop smiling, it looks so good!! The hygienist also showed me how to care for my new implant at home using an electric toothbrush and a water flosser, which made a huge difference in how it healed. Now I feel like I can take better care of my dental health moving forward. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went for a routine dental cleaning service. My Dental hygienist was Magnolita. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She gave me small feedback and advice throughout the service on how to better take care of my teeth. She did not rush and took her time. The frontdesk receptionists were also excellent. They were able to book me an appointment despite my busy schedule. Overall, great service.

Fantastic experience: Getting a cleaning is never fun. You’re a bit odd if you think otherwise BUT my experience here from start to finish was AMAZING. When I called, Irene was sweet and patient helping me book an appointment right away. When I arrived the sweetest tech did my x-rays. Dr. Alex did my oral exam. He listened to my concerns and was very informative. They were also able to fit me in for a cleaning. The hygienist, Manolita, did such a thorough job with my cleaning. (I’m so sorry I gave you so much work- I’ll be coming more regularly from here on out!) Great staff 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: I do not recommend this office. I had three fillings done and it has been the worst work I have ever gotten. I am currently unable to floss between the teeth that had fillings because I no longer have a gap between them due to the filling spreading. I will currently have to pay out of pocket to have these fillings fixed.

Fantastic experience: All the other reviews are spot on. All the staff and Dr. Einbinder himself were very kind, efficient, and helpful. It’s nice to finally have a regular dentist again. My wife is going to start going to him and when our little guy sprouts some teeth we’ll bring him along!

Negative experience: Came in for a scheduled cleaning, was seen an hour after my scheduled appointment time which I can get over. But the cleaning was awful. The dentist just left the suction in a random spot on my mouth while dirty water poured down my neck and back, splashed water constantly on my face while using the dental probe. Nicked my gums several times. I pointed out a tooth prior to the cleaning that I told her has a crack/hole at the gum line. She straight up told me it wasn’t cracked and I just needed a fluoride treatment. I asked if I had any cavities, she said no, which is insane because I have at least 4 that I know of, including the cracked tooth that is black. I’m really confused how she can look at a hole in a tooth and say it’s just not there. Also I have no idea what her name is because she never introduced herself. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

Negative experience: Note: call lasted several minutes despite me saying there was nothing that they can do for me at the very beginning and restating the review. It was during an odd time and I unfortunately don’t buy the it was just to follow up excuse. It was very shocking that a dentist would call me during that time and beg to remove a review. Please be honest to clients and admit intentions. Best regards! UPDATE: Owner called me on March 25,2025 at 8:37PM trying to convince and bribe me to remove negative review. This speaks on this business’s professionalism and integrity! Morally wrong on a multitude of levels and makes me question the honesty of all the other reviews. He stated that sometimes dentists make mistakes but I am not sure how a dentist can be confused on something as simple as determining whether or not someone has a cavity/ filling. There is no malicious intent and I simply want to warn others of the practices that are occurring and the very odd and unprofessional phone call. Had an unpleasant experience. Cleaning was extremely painful. Never had that experience at a dentist office prior. Was unfortunately lied to by dentist saying they needed to fix fillings although I never had cavities before. Asked for a second opinion and was informed that nothing is wrong with my teeth and that they were just trying to make money off of me. Sadly, I’ll never be returning. Knew something was off when I was being pushed to buy their mouthwash and toothpaste. I won’t make the mistake again of relying on their positive views.

Karen was seen this morning and saw Dr. Le and she thoroughly explained what treatment needed to be done and was compassionate and understanding. She understood that I am not able to afford much and we came up with a plan that works within my budget. The office manager also came in and explained my treatment as well and she was also understanding in regards to my budget and what I can afford and was more than willing to see what additional options are available for me. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment and for my next appointment in May!

Negative experience: Been coming here for a while now. I’m up in air with this business. The last few times I have made appointments there is also a mistake on their end. Constant changes or I come in for the appointment I have made and they don’t have me in the schedule for that day. This has happened more than once already. As for the cleanings, it really depends on who you get . They either hurt you during routine cleanings or you get gentle care. Do better
