Negative experience: I really thought I found the best practice for my dental care but I was wrong. I am a healthcare worker and I always make sure I find out from my insurance what is covered and what's not well apparently they request upfront payment and I asked if I was going to be getting a running around when its time to get my money they said NO, well over 1 week ago I was told my refund was process by a third party so I finally asked for the third party number and I was surprised to find out they never processed my refund until today, when I called back they stop answering my calls but I called using a different number and they answered put me on hold and never got back to me. I will be sure to let my insurance know so they stop using this practice they all about money and I will NEVER go back

Fantastic experience: Great staff! They really take care of you! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I will not go back there for a few reasons. One is that I moved and it’s way too far away. The main reason is the people who work there are trained to be like used car salesman. They want you to sign up for everything on the spot and they will not stop bothering you. I’ve never in my life had a high pressure dental factory trying to squeeze every dime out of your pockets.

Fantastic experience: This is a really well run practice. My gentle hygienist today was Rafael again and he was fantastic gentle bedside manner which included applying barrier ointment to my lips prior to cleaning to avoid skin breakdown, attention to detail including noting a new ulcer on palette, and taking the time to ask questions and educate. Also spent more time discussing my point of concern (TMJ issues) than the dentist by far. Front office staff was warm and helpful. It’s great to see an office with consistent excellent quality of service. Only con is I have experienced a high rate of turnover from a Dr perspective and communication as to these changes has not been good. As a patient you feel like you are being passed around.

Fantastic experience: Can't even tell that my front tooth was chipped. The work was done by Dr. Green who git right to work and finished in less than 30 minutes. Great job and I would highly recommend him and the entire staff for ant work you need done there.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patel is my new dentist, since Dr. Lupu left. She is outstanding! I feel lucky to have her as my new DDS!

Negative experience: I don't plan on ever coming back do to their new payment policy. I'm totally done with them, they are a greedy corporation now in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Green and his staff are top notch. I’ve been going to Premier Dental for 8yrs, my teeth and gums are in the best shape ever. Check them out, they will not disappoint.

Negative experience: Patients for 20 years. Staff no longer cares. Dr Green does not care and is obv. on cruise control. Staff is argumentative and when mistake is made will NOT help resolve. Look elsewhere for a well run dentist office. I will no longer recommend this office to clients or friends. Shameful!

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and Dr David Green Squeezed me right in… The staff was amazing. He was amazing and I am on the road to recovery… No pain and he made it smooth and easy. No stress and called me for a follow up the next day… Love it! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about my Hygienists Martha who is awesome. She is kind, thorough, and exercises sanitary practices. I always have a little anxiety when going to the office. Her upbeat conversation and easy going mannerism really makes a difference. I appreciate that she asks before doing and informs me of changes.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dental office with extended hours and found Premier Dental Care. Their quick response and positive attitude impressed me. I got a 7pm appointment, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: As a retired person, I believe that I am very fortunate to have stumbled upon Premier Dental Care. They do not try to upsell treatments. The hygienist that I have had a couple times is Raphael. He seems to be very caring knowledgeable and detailed with his work. The dental exam itself also seemed very detailed.

Fantastic experience: The young man who cleaned my teeth was absolutely amazing! Polite, explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions and was very patient with me!! I've never had a bad experience, everyone has always been very nice!!

Negative experience: I wish I could even offer ZERO Stars. I went to Premier Dental Care with an abscess caused by an infection. They did take me right away, and after X-Rays said the tooth was broken and needed to be extracted. BUT they could NOT do it that day and offered NO antibiotic for the infection.. I went to an Oral Surgeon in Boca, who inquired why I wanted to remove a tooth that simply needed the root canal re done and a a new crown (they immediately put me on antibiotics since a tooth infection can become very dangerous). Here a I am with a re-treated tooth, crown and ZERO issues.. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Fantastic experience: I don't like the water drill so they did everything with the hand tools. They took the extra time to accommodate me best dentist around hands down.

Negative experience: I called them Monday morning to make an appointment to get a cavity taken care of, they told me they had an opening at 7:20pm same day so I said why not. Lady calls me at 7:10 confirming that I am coming. So I arrive at 7:15, immediately of course they wanna charge me for the visit, whatever I pay, I wait in the waiting room for about 10mins, they call me in get me seated in the chair at 7:20. 30minutes go by still seated in the chair nobody comes in. After about 45mins the lady finally comes into the room tells me I will have to reschedule because the doctor is still in surgery, wasted a whole hour of my time just because nobody in the office can communicate. I will not be going back here for the simple fact that they can’t follow a schedule if my appointment is at 7:20 I shouldn’t have to find out at 8pm that the doctor can’t see me. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and assistants all were extremely concerned about my experience and comfort during my visit and they showed that they truly cared about my health and we're very attentive to my needs. Treated me like family, I'm very pleased with this dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: I had Tia ( dental hygienist) and Dr B ( Dentist) do a filling on a tooth that Humanna Dental insurance denied giving me an onlay for. Tia was compassionate, welcoming and excellent at her job. Dr B made sure the anesthetic took effect before drilling. He was so very nice. It was a very pleasant experience that was done in about 15 -20!minutes. I am a very satisfied patient and would recommend these two professionals again.

Fantastic experience: It is absolutely wonderful that I found this dental office. This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to and I’m not young. You name the problem, they have a doctor there who can fix it. No transfers out to other locations to get the problem fixed. Super nice and cheery atmosphere. Clean. Friendly. No long wait times. Reasonable prices and even payment options. Dr. Gross is awesome! He’s a wonderful dentist with a nice personality. Shirley is my dental hygienist and she is also a wonderful hygienist and considerate and nice. My first appointment was free, with a teeth cleaning, X-rays and an exam, with no strings attached. I love this place.

From the very beginning, when I called on a Saturday morning to schedule a new patient appointment for my mom—who had been experiencing discomfort for a few weeks—I was immediately offered a same-day appointment and informed that the new patient visit would be complimentary. The customer service over the phone from Chris was exceptional. He was also the one who greeted us when we arrived, continuing to be just as friendly and professional in person. We were then taken to an exam room by Rafael, the dental hygienist. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and thorough—explaining every step in great detail and patiently answering all of our questions with a fantastic attitude. He took X-rays and completed the cleaning with great skill and care. When we met Dr. B, he had already reviewed the X-rays and identified a few areas of concern. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, taking the time to make sure we understood. He recommended a CT scan to confirm his findings, which was conveniently done in the office during the same visit. To our surprise, we received copies of all imaging tests—and at the end of the appointment, we learned that not only was the initial consultation complimentary, but the X-rays, CT scan, and cleaning were as well! The level of service and care provided by this office is truly exceptional. Unbelievable experience—100% recommended!

Positive experience: I switched my insurance plan because I truly like the staff at this office. The hygienist, Sylvie and Cindi are awesome. Very gentle and caring. Today was my worst experience with a trainee, who was very rough, inexperienced and not confident. The temporary crown was in the tray and she talked out loud that she couldn’t find it. Forgot to turn off the rinsing tube and the water was all over my upper body. I don’t want to be in a situation like this again. I understand there’s learning on the job, but I don’t want to see the insecurities.

Fantastic experience: From the phone to the office greeting to hygienists and drs, the experience was 10 out of 10. They fit me in promptly and made my issue a priority. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr. Patel and Dr. Espanol were amazing. I am so happy I finally found a place that made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Negative experience: If all you want is a cleaning, they do a good job.....but that's it. I went in and was told I needed a root canal. They don't have a oral surgeon, so they passed me on to a 2nd party. They said I needed something else they didn't do, and passed me on to a 3rd party. I had half the root canal done and was told to come back in a week to finish the job. When I go back, I'm now informed the tooth is cracked and needs to be extracted....which they don't do. They are not a 1 stop for everything dentistry. Not going back

Fantastic experience: This office is not only well-run by competent staff members, Dr. Green is so easy to converse with places an emphasis on YOU, the patient. Jasmine and Alex assisted Dr. Green with helping my mother get full upper and lower dentures. She literally had tears of joy as he was able to help her. The office staff informed us of our dental benefits up front and made the decision process easy as everything was explained. I tell my friends and neighbors to make the switch to this office. You will not regret it.

Fantastic experience: First I really like Dr. B and Maria and most all of the staff With that said, I think the failure of the lab people have cost me a substantial amount of money in days off from work and additional expenses that I should not have had to have. I know they tried to help me a little bit after two attempts to get the appropriate permanent teeth. But the fact is the issues that developed during that time period would not have happened if we had had that all take place on time. Now I am using my entire allotment of dollars for the year and additional monies. Fair would be to say that because of the lab problems, etc. I owe no additional dollars. I hope you will consider this as I believe I’ve been a good customer for a few years and have spent all my Dental dollars with you.

Fantastic experience: Ok, It’s Been 3 weeks since I had my final Tooth “Implant” procedure done. And yes, Today, I was fortunate enough & Just had my dental implant “follow-up” with the Main Man As Dr Green is the ONE Who oversee’s the entire Premier Dental Care Clinic. Confirmed! Everything was done to perfection… “He” Dr. Green was very personable & reassuring especially by his own taking & showing the today’s follow-up X-rays confirming the Doctor Lupv’s professional positioning & placement & yes even slight colorations & shaping enhancements of the implant itself thus closely matching-up to my other front teeth and gum line Best as was possible… considering my previous bone loss & then the replacement grafting for same. Wow … great work accomplished. Yes, the entire process from the very start to the finish was clearly explained and pre-outlined. Estimates for the timing… even down to the bone grafting’s healing process was very accurately proposed. (I was compliant & followed all instructions along the way) Yes, Would definitely recommend… “Thank You” all at Premier Dental Care. LS Just to ADD to my previous Posting: I was just quickly and efficiently fitted by Dr Green for a replacement Implant to be made as the initial one (installed almost 2 Years ago) had a minor failure due to a possible miss-bite onto something that had unfortunately chipped the very edge of the Implant / tooth. Everything went very quickly and will return in just a few days for it's Implants replacement. Which will be then installed within only about 20 to 30 Minutes! "Wow" very Impressed with "All" performed Dental services experienced! FYI - "Alfredo" also - Does very outstanding Quarterly Cleanings... Thank You - Everyone ! LS

Fantastic experience: Have gagging issue but Sylvia the dental hygienist is very understanding and patient with me.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with today’s visit. Dr. Gross did an excellent job for the first time seeing me along with his technician. Martha the dental hygienist was also excellent. I am going to request all three people with my future visit.

Negative experience: Today I had to returned to the clinic because my temporary crown came off. One of the dental assistants re-cemented the old crown using what was supposed to be temporary cement. After placing it, the edges felt very rough, and although he tried to smooth them out with tools and polish, he couldn’t. I felt the tools were poking my palate. I did ask him if everything was ok, because I felt like he was struggling to take the excess off as I felt the constant tagging. He eventually called Dr. Gross, he did an amazing job on cleaning up but he also had trouble flossing between the teeth due to how strongly the crown was cemented. He ended up having to cut off the old crown and make a new temporary one, which Dr. Gross handled well. The experience was frustrating and inconvenient—I had to extend my break from work, and the assistant’s repeated poking of my gums made it uncomfortable and a bit traumatic. I’m now hesitant to have that assistant work on me again for future procedures.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. This was my 1st visit and I have a tremendous fear of the dentist. Dr Green made me feel so much better. He explained everything and even made me laugh. Negative experience: I do not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for tooth pain a few weeks ago and my experience was far from the best. One of the dentists prescribed me Amoxicillin and it wasn’t until I spoke to my mother that she informed me that is used for tooth infection, so they neglected to inform me my tooth was infected. Another dentist came in, didn’t even introduce himself and was gone within a few minutes after saying another assistant would come explain to me different treatment options. They quoted me $1,000 for the removal of two teeth, once I headed to the front desk, Jasmine the receptionist asked if I’d like to check and see if I could be pre-approved for payment assistance and I agreed. She expressed this was just to check for pre approval and they wouldn’t move forward with a hard credit check or anything of the sort unless I agreed to it. I was pre-approved and told her I’d call back with a decision after speaking to my mother. A few days later my bank notified me that my credit score changed because I opened a new credit card. I logged onto my account and saw I allegedly signed up for a Care credit card which I never did. So Jasmine lied about the process being merely for a pre approval and proceeded to sign me up for a credit card without my consent. I had to confer with the credit bureau to get this situation handled without ruining my credit score. I highly recommend staying away from this place as they are overpriced, unprofessional, and lack integrity.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Premier Dental for over 5 years now and I bring my whole family. My daughter and I go for cleanings, and my wife’s had cleanings and crowns done. The care has always been top-notch. Silvia and the front desk team are amazing — super friendly and always make us feel at home. As a business owner, I can tell this place is really well run. Everyone’s professional, the place is clean, and they respect your time. Definitely recommend Premier Dental. They’ve taken great care of us for years and we’ll keep coming back.
