Fantastic experience: My family has been going there for almost ten years. We have nothing but pleasant experiences. The wait is always minimal and they are always accommodating. My family members were seen by several dentists there and they were always pleasant and super nice. We have had dental emergencies and were always seen in reasonable time. They explain our coverage, always provide the best options and are overall really easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am now near mid 40s all five of my children go to this dentistry in Saginaw and now for the first time my husband has joined us and they have taken care of me and my family Truly with the best care they educate us they don’t shame us or make us feel bad for being those people that do not floss they actually make you walk out wanting to start flossing which was my case today so if you are looking for a dentist in the Saginaw North Fort Worth area I highly recommend Ballard family dentistry. We love them. The hygienist Are all amazing and sweethearts. Love them all. The front office service is so respectful and professional the billing services are very patient and make sure you understand all your options. Hands down 10/10. Dr Gustavo is such a kind soul!! Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr. Gustavo, and really the whole office. My last dentist was all about upselling everything they could, to the point where I wasn't sure I could trust their recommendations. I got none of that feeling here. I was referred to Ballard by a friend who's also very satisfied with them, and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a good dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended to Ballard Dentistry, from mutli people, for there EXCELLENT service to catering and understanding to patients that have bad anxiety at the dentist. And I couldn't have been more excited to have found them, I can't even explain how wonderful my experience was, I saw Dr. Natalie Ly and her team, I absolutely loved them, they were extremely nice and very patient with me, I was terrified I lost a filling, and got it fixed, it was a great experience, I got nitrous, they had no issue with giving it to me. I had to come back couple days later for a cleaning with Michelle and I absolutely loved her also, she was very nice, patient and had the best bed side manor, couldn't be more happy with the way everything turned out!! Positive experience: I went in for a cleaning. I was last appointment of the day. Hygientist, Erica kept rolling her eyes at me and gave attitude. She walked me out when I said I did not want xrays at that appointment. When I went back, hygientist, Elensa was very sweet and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I took my children to this dentistry and I simply loved the attention and the services they received. Arianny and Nancy are great with kids and patiently explained every step of what they were doing in a kid’s appropriate language (like if they were elementary teachers). My kids felt safe and let them do their precise work - I’m impressed. I also loved the cleaning results. Arianny is the best hygienist I have ever had, and the dentist Anna Wang is also amazing! English is not my native Language and Anna made sure I understood everything she explained to me. I recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ballard family dentistry for over a year now and they have been excellent. Always so nice and professional. Today Robin was my hygienist and hands down the best experience I have had at the dentist. She gave me helpful advice and made an experience I don’t enjoy better. Negative experience: I’ve been traveling out of town to this office since 2013, driving 45 minutes each way, and today I waited 30 minutes before seeing my new hygienist only to get a substandard cleaning. My previous hygienists (Tina, MendyKay and Megan all who have all left) were amazing, providing executive level cleanings and confidently using manual instruments for a thorough job. Today, it was mostly ultrasonic tools and the hygienist was too light handed. The back of my lower front teeth still feel like there’s tartar left! After all these years of loyalty, I really expected a more detailed attentive cleaning (I go 4x a year). Upset and disappointed.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: STILL an amazing office full of the best of the BEST! They continue to be a blessing in my, for sure! I've now had multiple (getting dentures) appointments. They continue to answer ALL my questions & concerns (I tend to be overly thorough.. which can mean many, MANY, questions!); The office staff keep me up-to-date on upcoming appointments, financial concerns, etc. I WILL be staying with Ballard - they're simply incredible!!!

Negative experience: About a year ago, I went to Ballard Dentistry expecting a check up. After multiple x-rays, the team decided my teeth could not be repaired and advised to have all my teeth removed by the surgeon at the end of the block. Cost $3,000. This was followed by dentures which were terrible and very uncomfortable to eat. Eventually I had to get implants by Dr. Stone of Surgical Arts to the tune of $32,000 (no insurance for that!). Thus I cannot recommend Ballard Dentistry in any shape or form. Take home lesson: always get a second opinion

Fantastic experience: The staff always greet you a smile. Dr. Cara very gentle and kind. She always answers my questions. Erika, who treated me was very patient with me. Erika gave me some wonderful advice tips on how to deal with another medical issue I am having that affects my gums and teeth. Erika continously checked my status as I was going through a very tough and long procedure. I highly recommend Ballard.

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient for approximately 1 year after relocating to Saginaw from southeast TX. Throughout my dental history, I’ve always had returned appointments scheduled with the same hygienist. Not here, I’ve have 3 appointments for cleanings and 3 different hygienists. The treatment was fine but I prefer recurring appointments with a familiar hygienist. If that’s not possible, please inform me. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first appointment at Ballard Family Dentistry. I had been procrastinating on booking a dental appointment for the longest time because I haven’t had good experiences in the past in other facilities. Ballad Family Dentistry exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I stepped in. Getting an appointment was very easy. I saw Dr. Anna. She went through every procedure thoroughly as she was performing them. The doctor and the staff today at Ballard’s made sure to put my comfort as their first priority, so I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I cracked my tooth on a Thursday morning. Because of the origin story of the crack, I had a lot of frustration along with discomfort. Ballard's was able to get me in the next morning. I was sure that I was going to lose the tooth, but a doctor that I never met before came in like a superhero and saved my tooth. No up sell, just compassion and expert care. I found my new dentist. Dr Cara was amazing and embodies that demeanor and skill that I found 20 years ago in Dr. Scott.

They really go out their way for you and I had to get my mouth guard adjusted and they were able to squeeze me in the day I called because his upcoming appointments were all filled up. Fantastic experience: I have to say, my filling with Dr. Anna was the BEST filling experience I have ever had. I was in the chair at noon and completely done by 12:40. She didn’t leave after injecting anesthetic and that made me feel very taken care of. Sometimes a doctor has left after injecting, to tend to other patients, and then the anesthetic wears off before they come back, so they have to inject more. She really took her time when injecting, and because of that— I have NO swollen injection site. I’ve never had that before! Her hands worked so fast and delicately through the filling. She took such special care with the bite and fit of the filling; and it fits better than ANY FILLING I’ve EVER had before! No roughness to be found and my mouth barely feels like I had work done. Dr. Anna worked so collaboratively with me to create a treatment plan, and really knows her stuff when it comes to root causes, mineralization, and current research. I felt heard, considered, and respected throughout the whole process. Dr. Anna is definitely a keeper and I’m so glad that BFD hired her!

Fantastic experience: I been with Ballard Family Dentistry for 12 years now, From the moment you step in the door your greeted with friendly receptionist, the hygienist, are nice, and are patient with you, even at the check out desk the receptionist is super friendly, I personally recommend Ballard Family Dentistry on Bailey Boswell Road.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Ballard Dentistry for years, and about 5 years ago I moved out of the area and now I’m around 3 1/2 hours away. I really liked it at Ballard at that time so I would make the drive. Over the past 5 years I have encountered multiple staff changes, including my hygienist Tina, then Bailey, then Teresa, and now Teresa is gone as well. I stayed with Ballard because I don’t like change nor multiple people in my mouth. Also to add that I was not informed each of the changes in hygienist prior to my visit which I voiced my being unhappy about. On June 7th I broke my crown on a small bone and needed it replaced and chose Ballard for the procedure. Upon my first visit I was asked to see the person doing the color shading of the bridge which was the following day. So had to take an additional day off work and also pay for a hotel room for the night. The next day, the shader cancelled my appointment due to a family emergency. So I lost another day of work and the cost of my hotel room. So after another couple appointments my bridge was completed. I waited to see if Ballard had adjusted the remaining cost and they hadn’t. They didn’t even mention it. So asked if they could deduct my room and lost wages and I asked to speak to the office manager. She said she could only deduct $50. I told her this was not right of them to expect me to pay for someone else’s negligence, since I was not to blame for him canceling my appointment. After some discussion she told me that she could ask the doctor for a n additional $50. Off making it $100. Off. I insisted for total reimbursement. I then asked to speak to the doctor personally about it, and that I would wait to speak to him. She then told me, and I quote “”” I CAN TELL YOU RIGHT NOW, HE WILL NOT PAY THAT “”””” and if you choose not to pay thee remainder of the bill, it will be sent to collections………. I told her that if this was the case, I would pay the remainder of the bill, but that I wouldn’t be coming back. She said “that’s fine”. All I can say is WOW!! I’m thinking that’s probably why they can’t keep employees for long. They keep leaving. I payed my bill of course, and am now looking for another dentist. Hopefully somewhere closer to home.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting today and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office! The entire staff was extremely friendly. My hygienist Elena did amazing. She was so sweet and very thorough. Dr. Cara was great! I can honestly say I've never felt more comfortable with a Dentist in my life. So glad I came to this office.

Negative experience: I had some dental work done. It wasn't done properly. I went back. Still not done properly. Sadly I gave them another chance to get it right. My teeth are still not right. I paid hundreds of dollars. Now I have pain when I chew AND I have to find someone who knows what they are doing AND pay them God knows how much. I will never let these people touch my teeth again.

Fantastic experience: I totally do not like going to the dentist. I have been held down at a dentist before and I really gun shy. That is...until I came to Ballard Family Dentist! Everyone is so delightful! I had no pain, swelling or bleeding and Dr.Kara worked hard on my upper teeth. I very much appreciate all the care. I have found my dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: Had a filling break. Called this morning at 8:00, spoke with Donna. She asked if she could call me back in a few minutes, which she did. Donna got me in to see Dr Anna at 10:00. Was there a bit early, so expected to wait. And I did, for maybe 5 minutes. Taken right back, Dr Anna came right in. We discussed my options and she went to work. Nice new filling in no time. Was in my car and on the way home at 10:19. May not like going to the dentist but it’s always a pleasure to be greeted by Vicki and Kim the minute I walk in. All the staff is great. Thanks you for the fast efficient service.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anna Wang is one of the best, I hope she sticks around for a long while. I have a paralyzing fear of the dental office, blacking out from the panicking kind of fear, and even under sedation still have trouble. Dr Anna was so kind and took my fears seriously, she was very gentle as well. In the past, I have experienced some aspect of pain/discomfort. That was not the case this time. I know I'm not the only person who struggles with an intense fear of the dentist chair but this office created an environment where I felt safe and secure, and Dr. Wang can help me on the path to not need any sedation while getting dental treatment

Fantastic experience: I travel a bit out of my way to come to this dental office, and it’s absolutely worth it. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the customer service is always top-notch. I’ve especially enjoyed having Tina clean my teeth—she’s incredibly thorough, organized, and meticulous. I always leave feeling fresh and confident with a bright, clean smile. I was saddened to hear that Tina will be leaving. She has made every visit a great experience, and she will truly be missed. Thank you for the outstanding care and service every time I come in.

Positive experience: I wanted to share some concerns following my most recent visit to Ballard. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. First, my medical history and medication information were discussed in an open area near the checkout desk, where other patients could easily overhear. This setup does not provide the level of privacy and confidentiality one would reasonably expect in a healthcare setting. Additionally, during my cleaning, the hygienist repeatedly sang and hummed along with the radio. While I appreciate a relaxed environment, this behavior felt unprofessional and detracted from the overall experience. Finally, I’ve noticed that each visit brings a new dentist, which makes it difficult to establish continuity of care. The frequent staff turnover is concerning and impacts my confidence in the practice’s long-term care model.

Even if I have to wait a little, I don’t mind at all — because I know I’m in the best hands. Tina is the reason I keep coming back. She sets the standard for what dental care should be!!!

Fantastic experience: Nice dental office, friendly staff, and always great service! Vern is my favorite Hygienist, as she always does quality work, is thorough, friendly, and kind. Dr. Natalie is also thorough, and very nice.

Fantastic experience: I usually hate going to the dentist but I have been here twice and have not had a bad experience yet! From the moment I walk in to the moment I step outside. I see Cara and she is incredible! She keeps you informed with everything that’s going on and makes sure you are good at all times!

Negative experience: Editing my Original review below: Since the owners stopped working there, this place has gone down. The office looks and feels cold. When I recently went in, I didn't know my insurance added a deductible. This is something they would normally tell me when I checked in, they didn't this time. I wouldve changed my insurance before my appointment. Also, they tried high pressure tactics on me which I am extremely against..and I'm in sales myself!! She talked fast and listed things off to get done that were outside the scope of a normal cleaning and acted like I asked for these things to get done! She said...you're here for blah blah blah and blah, right? She knew that's outside of what insurance covers. I sell insurance so I knew better. Be careful with this place!! Original Post: I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff is always 100% pleasant and I have never had any issues with claims. Dr. Ballard addresses every single issue and is so nice. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Ballard Dental office is always a great one. The staff is so friendly and courteous. Dr. Anna Wang is a really wonderful dentist. She's extremely thoughtful, kind, and very gentle. Her dental assistant, Kenya, is fantastic! They make a great team. The financial assistant, Xenia, is absolutely amazing. She's so sweet and accommodating. I'm very thankful I found a dental office I can trust with my dental well-being.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with happy and caring faces! They were very efficient in their methods of patient care and quality! Dr. Cara and Preslea did an amazing job making me feel comfortable while I’ve always had bad experiences! But Dr. Cara, Preslea did an outstanding job and now have a great plan on restoring my smile and teeth back to where I’d love them to be! What a great team!

Negative experience: Update on 1/24/2025: This will be number 3 review on Ballard Dentistry. I called on 1/6/2025 and asked to speak to Management. The receptionist said no one was available and promised I would receive a phone call back from Management. The call never came. Today is 1/24/2025 and I am still waiting for the phone call from Management. Horrible service. Receptionist was ok to talk to but the Hygentist and Dentist were rude. They took pictures of my teeth so they can get paid and then refused to clean my teeth. I would give 0 stars but you are forced by Google to give at least 1 star. Worst experience at a dentist that I have ever had. Revision on 6/19/24: I gave Ballard Family Dentistry a second chance because of the guarantee of the business manager Perla. Perla was extremely nice both times I talked to her, very professional and extremely knowledgeable of Ballard Family Dentistry's processes. Perla made sure that I would get my teeth cleaned the second time guaranteed, which I did end up getting my teeth cleaned by their top hygienist, Tina. Tina was very professional, knowledgeable about dentistry in general and extremely nice to me. I came in with an attitude the second time and yet Tina stayed professional and courteous the whole time which I appreciate. Overall, the second visit was a better experience and I am willing to go back for a third time. Perla has advised me to contact her for any issues, no matter the issue, that is what I call customer service in a nutshell. I am happy to give this updated review after my second appointment and hoping any other appointments will be just as good as the second appointment.
