Fantastic experience: I had my first cleaning appointment today at Heritage Dental. As a retired Dental Assistant I can say it was a very positive experience. My hygienist Courtney was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. She has a very gentle but effective touch and I feel like she truly cares. Every single person I talk to genuinely felt like they care what I had going on, which I had a lot. Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly & knowledgeable. The lobby is warm & inviting. When I was in the chair, the technician was friendly & always telling me what she was doing. The whole atmosphere is a breath of fresh air compared to other dentist offices. The dentist was also friendly & honest with my concerns. I was also helped with setting up an account to pay for services, since I don't have dental insurance. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff and service at Heritage Dental is amazing! Went in for what could’ve been a root canal but Dr.Houston & his Abel did a phenomenal job and no root canal was needed. You wouldn’t be able to tell my front tooth is really not mine! My appointment went smooth, no pain or discomfort during procedure. They even have a comfort menu to make sure you’re as comfy as possible while there. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, especially Taylor and Krystal at the front desk!

Fantastic experience: Front desk warm and welcoming. Made friends right away, made me feel at home. Modern open space dental office. Jennifer very helpful setting up appointments. Michelle, did the intake panoramic Xray, the pictures and explanations of dental work needed. The work up performed is complete and thorough. Met Dr. Houston and received dental plan to maintain healthy teeth. Crystal gave finance options and what Insurance will cover. Very helpful in how to work with dental insurance companies. Heritage Dental came recommended from a friend. Word of mouth sort of speak works well for me.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I had an amazing experience at Heritage Dental. All the staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. Each exam room has a beautiful view and they offer comfort items such as neck pillows, blankets etc. They have amazing X-ray technology. Be prepared to spend over an hour on your first visit as they ensure they capture full images of your mouth and each tooth. The practice is owned by 2 fantastic dentists who take time to examine your mouth and x-rays then recommend and explain any necessary treatment. We highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: November 11, 2025 Nicole cleaned my teeth today. As usual, she was thorough and professional, while still being very personable. My teeth felt and looked great when she was done. I am fortunate to be a patient at Heritage. The desk staff is friendly, and I feel the services I receive are done by skilled practitioners with a focus on my comfort. I met with Dr.Nguyen today, November 4, 2024, to discuss my upcoming implant surgery. He was patient with my questions, especially about the necessary sinus lift. His assistant (whose name I can’t remember, unfortunately) explained the cost of my upcoming work and took the needed scans and pictures. She was very kind and didn’t rush me at any point during the process. I’m not looking forward to my upcoming procedure, but I know I’ll be in very capable and caring hands when it’s time! Nicole did wonderful job today cleaning my teethShe was thorough in examining me and my teeth felt and looked great. I went to see Dr. Nguyen for an extraction today, July 10, 2024. He was terrific! The procedure went smoothly and he made it seem easy. He cleaned out the infection and removed a cyst and checked with me regularly to see how I was doing. His assistant MELODIE went above and beyond, keeping me comfortable while waiting for my “turn” to see the doctor. She gave me a blanket and talked with me, and before I knew it, I was next. She patted my shoulder when I received the numbing shots and throughout the procedure did her job with care. Afterwards, she thorough in explaining what I should do post-op and answering my questions. The whole experience was much less stressful because of the two professionals in charge! DECEMBER 10, 2024 Visited Dr. Nguyen today for my sinus lift and implant. I don’t know how he does it, but the surgery was pain-free. His calming demeanor and constant reassurance put me at ease so much so that I dozed during the procedure! His concern for my comfort was even more evident when he called later in the day to check on me. He was thorough in his instructions for follow up care to insure a good outcome. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Nguyen in my corner——outstanding dentist!

Fantastic experience: I've been to many dentist offices in my life, but this is the nicest and most pleasing office ever. From the moment you open the front door, you are greeted with a smile and a wonderful "welcome." Then the hygienist comes to escort you to a chair while offering a soft drink or water. The dentist chairs are in front of a beautiful terrace and it's the most relaxing, pleasant, experience. This is so unexpected! I can assure you that you've never experienced a dentist office like this. And, then, the dentist introduces himself and is a kind and very personable man. He listens to any concerns and offers suggestions. I can't emphasize enough what a pleasurable experience this was for me. You won't be sorry, I promise.

Fantastic experience: 9/30/25 - i was just there yesterday for my 6 month cleaning and a filling, i still feel the same way I did from the beginning. The staff is always so nice and understanding. They try to make me as comfortable as possible because I have high anxiety going into the dentist chair. Dr. Houston is the best. I highly recommend him. He does excellent work with crowns and fillings matching your natural teeth color. I love my smile again! I should have went there years ago! I have been to several dentists in the area, but never had the experience I had yesterday at Heritage. The whole staff is very pleasant and does their best to make you comfortable. They even gave me a blanket for my birthday! Thank you, I love it.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough nice things about Heritage Dental, and one big thing I will say is they are simply amazing! I have been going to them for a number of years now, and it is the happiest most efficient dental office I have ever been to. You are welcomed at the door with a nice smile from the front office staff, the waiting room is bright with comfortable seating and a nice mix of magazines while you wait... however you won't be waiting long, as they are very punctual. If you're thirsty, they have an array of beverages for you to choose from. Whether you're getting your teeth cleaned or another procedure, each treatment area has lovely large Windows, for you to enjoy the view of nature... making for a very pleasant experience. They even remembered my birthday, and surprised me with a nice gift. I highly recommend for your dental care needs, as they are outstanding in every way! Just go once and you will see the difference!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly relaxing atmosphere, when I walked in my name was on a sign on the counter welcoming me. I was given a tour of the office and shown where everything was. Coffee and a variety if drinks are available for all patients. Open and airy feeling with big windows facing a fountain area that is outside. Very unique for a dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Kortni was the best hygienist! Very friendly, professional and did a thorough job. Past hygienists always scolded me to brush more, floss more, drink with a straw, etc. Kortni was a breath of fresh air, telling me everything looked good and to keep it up. Positive experience: My wife and I are so happy we found this place! My wife (unfortunately) has had bad luck with her teeth even with great hygiene. No place has ever calmed her worries, showed her step-by-step what needed to be done with each individual tooth, convinced her it could be afforded over time, and made her feel better and confident about the future of her dental needs, then Heritage Dental!! Laughably good customer service! Very welcoming environment and beautiful building. EDIT: So I have brought my review down to 3 stars from 4 simply because of how expensive it is!! In 2025 we re-did our health insurance to include dental and vision but of course Heritage doesn't take our dental insurance! So I needed a root canal and crown ($2600) and they want 20% down before you can make an appointment and half up front before you can "finance" the rest. Good grief, Charlie Brown!

Fantastic experience: Recently moved to The Villages and in need of a dentist as I lost my mouthguard that I wear for TMJ. after looking around through the internet, reading reviews and calling several dental offices I didn’t feel the right one for me until I called Heritage. It was the most friendliest, professional and thorough conversation of them all. The person I spoke with answered all my questions and even went to check with her Dentist to confirm they were able to do what I needed. My first visit was today and I was so very impressed from the moment I opened the door, seeing my name on a welcome board to greet me and the most pleasant girl , I believe Crystal was her name at the desk to sign me in. My dental assistant, Tiffany was the frosting on the cake. First thing she did was give me a tour of the office and show me where to get coffee, water or soft drink ! Really !! Such a beautiful office !! She could not have been more personable, friendly, professional, and very, very knowledgeable of what needed to be done today. I look forward to going back in a couple of weeks to pick up my bite guard and I already have two additional appointments to get things started for this to be my regular dentist here in The Villages. Fantastic experience: I’m not easily impressed but today the office and technical staff pulled the rabbit from the hat. It started with a call to reschedule my 8:30 AM appointment with a promise to get me in early if possible. At 10:30 AM the staff called with a 2:30 opening today. Luckily my schedule was open so I grabbed the opportunity. Kate my new hygienist did a great job! The Heritage team made my day they improvised, adapted and overcame all obstacles. Fantastic experience: Very nice first visit to this practice. Hygienist Kari explained every step of the xray, dental assessment and dental cleaning. Everything was smooth, friendly and efficient. Dr Houston was great, and the front office staff - Krystal and Taylor - were very welcoming and helpful. I'll be back! UPDATE: Yes, I did go back! Again, excellent care in a very congenial environment. Going to this dental office is actually a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: A very homey waiting area ~ I felt like I was in a living room! The hygienist was friendly and professional. She explained the procedure and gave me dental tips for my care at home. The dentist was thorough and even funny! I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk, the dental hygienist and the Dentist were VERY nice. I was offered a beverage and had a very short wait before being taken back. The Dentist had reviewed all of the paperwork I submitted on line and asked a few questions. We went over a dental plan as I had a chipped tooth. There was no pressure to do anything else. I highly recommend Heritage Dental!

Fantastic experience: I had a very unexpected event happen last night ~ a tooth broke off…being new to the area and having not found a dentist yet…I was a bit anxious! I did a google search and read reviews and decided to reach out to Heritage Dental ~ the receptionist was extremely pleasant and so helpful ~ after I explained my situation they were able to schedule me an appointment for the same day to be seen ~ I will have to say from the moment I walked in to when I left I felt so at peace and so welcome ~ I am extremely thankful for the wonderful environment and gracious team atmosphere they have created at Heritage Dental❤️❤️ I look forward to a wonderful long relationship with them❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: It’s been quite a while since I have seen such good client service anywhere. Doctor Houston is very proficient. But what I really appreciate a lot is the staff. Tiffany, who took my x-rays today was superb. The front desk with Crystal and Taylor are both friendly and efficient. I think customer service is the essence to success. Fantastic experience: The people here are above and beyond awesome. Worth 10 stars. But what about the dentistry. I had a bad tooth. They got me in quickly and found that I needed a root canal. They found time to do it that morning (no pain) and I went home. 6 days later I got my crown. Another 5 star performance.

Fantastic experience: The front desk was super nice, they made it feel like I had been there so many times. Taylor and Trystin were amazing, constantly making sure i was situated and feeling good. Then Krystal made sure I left with no questions unanswered and was genuinely so nice. Amazing experience!
Fantastic experience: First time at Heritage Dental, great experience starting with Krystal at the front desk, made me feel like she already knew me, very nice and polite , then the dental assistant Tristyn, very nice and caring and General & explained everything she was doing. Dr Nguyen very nice and personable, he listened to my questions & concerned gave me the time I needed, no rushing. The staff was great I got checked on a couple times from other staff if I was ok if I needed a beverage. Very very impressed, you made my visit very pleasant . I will be back 100%. Fantastic experience: I had a root canal, and I needed my dentist to do the crown. Was unable to get an appointment in a timely matter. Was going on a cruise, and it was important to schedule my temporary crown before my departure. Contacted Heritage Dental, and Crystal helped me get an appointment real fast. Dr. Houston and Savannah did a great job on my temporary crown. Both were very pleasant and professional. Very caring staff from check in to check out. Highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I have been so pleased since I discovered Heritage Dental of Lady Lake in Florida. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, and well trained in their areas. I’ve been able to get in on an emergency when necessary, and Scheduling has never been a problem. The crowns they have put in have been outstanding and I’ve had no problems whatsoever. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this practice for six years. Dr. Nguyen, Savannah and Tiffany worked on my crown. My first visit I had to be numbed and I absolutely fear needles, Dr. Houston injected me. He kept me distracted though and I survived. Savanna helped both doctors that day. What a delightful young lady who eased my mind and was so helpful. Dr. Nguyen what can I say. You are the best, kindest and caring dentist I have met throughout my dental experiences.
