Fantastic experience: Thursday I had 4 teeth pulled, today is Friday and I'm already eating, these people are awesome, the dentist did a great job on pulling the 4 bad teeth it was over in 2 mins, I will refer this place to everyone I can share with, thank guys, and Merry Christmas. And New Year.

Fantastic experience: I had a evaluation and consultation. The staff was very inviting. Everyone was very attentive from the front desk, to the lady who did my xrays, the dentist, and the financial person. Hopefully everything works out to where I will have a new smile soon.

Fantastic experience: Update- I actually had my procedure done in late October and I have been so happy with the process and the staff is always there if I need anything. I am very satisfied with the products that I received and the care that I am continuing to receive. I just went for a consultation today, but they were helpful and offered multiple options to best fit my budget and needs. I will be coming back to complete my services soon.

Fantastic experience: Brought in dentures with one tooth fell out from another store. Texoma Dentures and Implants didnt hesitate to help me. Only took a hour. I was back in business. The other store I got them from wouldn't help me til after Christmas in January. I willnot go back there at the other store I got them from. Will stay with Texoma, Dentures and Implants. Fantastic experience: From start to finish the entire staff was amazing. Dr. Rod was extremely kind caring and professional. Every staff member treated me like family. I was nervous about the procedure and they created a custom plan that met all my needs and went above and beyond what I could ask for. Dr. Rod promised me little to no pain. I felt NONE. Fantastic experience: I went in with a set of Dentures that I got 13 years ago. They told me they were about 5 years over the life of a set of Dentures. I was skeptical just like anyone would be. But when I saw my before and after pictures. They not only gave me my smile back, I walked out of the office cheesing like I've not been able to do in 13 years. Fantastic experience: The first initial denture evaluation appointment was great. Very professional, and very friendly staff. Everyone there had a smile and kind words. Quick and thorough, I had prices and options within 30 mins of the x-rays. The entire visit was 45 minutes maybe an hour at the most. I am very happy with the service I got today and will be making a decision on one of the options in the next 24 hours. I'll come back after I get my dentures and update my review then.

Fantastic experience: I have been saving for many years to try and get dentures that I have needed so badly and I have been going to different places in order to get the best price I could thinking I can maybe almost afford them and then today I went to texoma dentures & implants and honestly it's the 1st time I felt comfortable. I told my friends that not only was it a better price than I was offered any where else but just the kindness and compassion I felt led me to feel this is the place I want to do my dental work. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with this consultation. I am very scared of the dentist. I’ve had bad experiences throughout my life. I have gotten to a point where I don’t value my life. I don’t want to smile at anyone or be in public. In the last year I have been through a major trauma in my life. I was in an accident over a year ago and still dealing with problems from the 10 surgeries that have not been successful. It’s important for me to have total trust and confidence in the doctor that treats me. I left this appointment feeling hopeful again for the first time in over a year. I realize that the work I need is extremely costly. But the staff was able to ease my fears and gave me multiple solutions to afford to possibly smile again. I was extremely impressed and happy with the service I received.

Fantastic experience: I just love this Doctor. He made my 1st set of dentures back in 2017. He also made dentures for my mom, my husband and a friend from work. But one day he left the practice. And I was soooo sad. I inquired as to where he went but they said they didn't know. But just recently I saw a billboard as I was coming down the highway and I was so happy to have found him again. I called and made an appointment and I was so pleased that they could get me in the very next day. He is very caring and thoughtful and his staff is wonderful as well. I now live well over 1 hr away but I will make the drive to use him instead of someone closer or local because I feel he's that good.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this dental office for a dental exam and I was greeted by friendly staff, happy energy, and a welcoming environment. There were many patients in and out of the lobby and the whole atmosphere was proficient, professional, and expedient. Staff answered questions and listened patiently, providing information and reassurance. My appointment was at 8 AM. I arrived five minutes early and was in my car, headed home by 8:25 AM - my future cleaning scheduled and ready to Get on with my day. I’m not a big fan of dentists, but this was a very pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: I drove 5 hours to be seen here. The staff are very kind, and did a great job talking me through everything, and explaining my options. Clean office, with cute decor. Can’t wait to get my procedure done, will come back and edit to add more once it’s complete.

Negative experience: I was called and they moved my appointment to a later time. Then here i still sit 4:50 and will now be late to a 5:00 meeting i asked specifically to not be late for. No regard to your schedule. Finally got a few adjustments to pass and left at 5:03, put me 17 minutes late for my meeting that was promised when we set up the appointment would be easily met. New denture is still just aweful and my only opportunity is between 8 and 10:00 tomorrow morning - sorry but Im not to confident they will get me in. If like last two times, "we can get you in next Thursday"; in the mean-time i cant even eat.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very polite. I had 16 teeth pulled with no discomfort. They gave the list of do's and don't's and I have had very little discomfort it's 5 days later. I have PTSD from serving in Iraq and they made me so comfortable I had no problem.

Fantastic experience: ***editing to update this and rating*** They heard my cries for help! After the initial struggle, Dr. Rod reached out to me personally. On a SATURDAY. From his personal number. He scheduled me to come in, listened to me in earnest, took note of the issues and gave me his best tech to fix the issues. Told me to call and ask for him directly if there were any more issues. I had the permanent teeth made (a couple weeks ago!) and noticed when I got home that the bite was off pretty bad. I was having pain from attempting to set my jaw/get the bite to align and while trying to chew. The teeth were gorgeous though. Exactly what I was wanting. They fixed the long gum, made the teeth longer/larger and the midline was perfect. I’ve come in today and Dr. Rod came in himself to set the mould for the bite for me to ensure it’s proper. He is working with me on the cost as well which is an absolute god-send. I feel heard and acknowledged, like I’m not a crazy person or alone in this already exhausting and stressful journey toward a new smile. If you come here and something is off and you feel you’re not being understood: ask for Dr. Rod. He wants you to be happy with your smile and will go out of his way to make that happen. *********** Went for extractions a month or so ago. Was given temporary dentures that I’ve worn a total of 4 times since getting them made. They don’t fit properly (have to clench to get my lips to close over them.), the gum is too long, the teeth too short. The gumline on upper: cuts into the inside of my upper lip (causing sores and bumps) and despite requesting multiple times for help fixing the situation I’m told “that’s just because of this or that” and blown off. I’ve requested the top palatte to be shorted just slightly to help resolve severe gagging and puking, to no avail. Requested the top gumline to be shorted so they don’t cause sores against my lip and so I don’t have to clench to close my mouth…. “But it will mess with suction if that’s not rubbing your lip” they said. I got my teeth extracted in order to be able to smile again with confidence…. And have been wearing a mask ever since, which is even worse than before. It’s embarrassing. Not at all what I expected after watching videos on videos of people “so happy” on social media. If I could go back in time and find another place to have this done where I felt I would be listened to: I would. After the initial consultation this isn’t at all what I expected and I’m severely disappointed. I’m just PRAYING that by the time I am able to get permanent dentures that it won’t be this awful and my concerns will be addressed BEFORE the teeth are made. (The dentist didn’t even show me the immediate dentures following the extractions to ask if I liked them. An assistant did it in passing on my way out and I was in tears because they looked SO bad in my mouth.) Being unable to smile due to the smile being ALL GUM and no teeth is terrible. Being unable to WEAR the ugly dentures due to terrible pain while doing so is even worse. Maybe this is a fluke occurrence for this place, but I’m extremely disheartened with my experience and hope no one else has to go through this. 4-5 months is a long road to HOPE for a better outcome with the permanent dentures. (I SHOULD be trying to learn to eat with the dentures I have in order to be in a better place in six months, but that isn’t currently possible due to the bite being off and off center… and painful despite the extractions being healed. Again: blown off when I address my concerns.) I finally got tired of driving up there for appointments to alter the dentures when it didn’t make a difference because the things I was saying hurt/didn’t fit properly weren’t corrected after making an hour drive. Hoping the next appointment goes better, but not optimistic. I think the temporary dentures are terrible, poorly made, and no time is taken in the process to ensure they’re properly fit to the patient. At the VERY LEAST hearing the patient fully and making alterations should be taken seriously……

Fantastic experience: Today my husband and I went in for our consultation to talk about getting full sets of dentures at Texoma Dentures and Implants. We are ready to be able to talk without embarrassment of the way our teeth or lack thereof makes us feel. As soon as we walked in, the ladies behind the desk were very kind and were quick to get us signed in, after we were finished with paperwork, a few minutes later they called us back. We took xrays, and the tech was very patient with me and kind as I was clumsy. Lol Then we went to the exam room. The ladies were very informative, explaining the different packages, and basically how they do everything, according to what package you pick. I was feeling very nervous about everything, as you can imagine because this is a huge decision, and getting teeth removed etc. That's a big deal, to me anyways. Nonetheless, we left there today, feeling confident. We are confident in the Dr., and everyone we talked to today. I have no doubts in Dr. Rod and the assistants he hand picked join him in his business. Another thing I noticed is that everyone seemed to really enjoy working there as well. That really says a lot about a business and the type of person or people they are employed by. That's something I seem to look at too, is how well everyone is feeling about their environment they work. I guess I have made this review long enough and I will update afterwards, probably not immediately, but as soon as I feel up to it. I will close with this. From the very moment we arrived, everyone there treated us like we were the only 2 people who were being seen today, although we were not. That is another good thing you want in a Dr, and his team. I really do hope this helps anyone who may be on the fence, and trying to decide to whom or which Dr in Dentistry to see. I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about Texoma Dentures and Implants and that's another thing I look at, because this is my mouth and I want the best, and I feel like I made the right decision in trusting this family owned and operated business. Negative experience: Was sent a large bill 3 months after paying thousand upfront and procedures completed. I had referred family and friends and told them to cancel. Sadly I will not be returning either. Dentist work is expensive and price should be transparent and upfront and not requested to pay significantly more months after bill is already paid in full and procedures completed. Completely happy with dental work but the switch around of price is shady and do NOT recommend.

Positive experience: Took my mom to TDI today. Consultation went very well. Customer service was great! She has 3 more appointments before fitted for dentures. So I only gave 4stars at this point. Updates to follow.

Negative experience: I originally gave a good review for this office, however since reviewing, almost a year later they send a message due to a "glitch" in accounting they need another $250. This is after charging me out the Gazoo for the little work they did. They are all very pleasant but so is the new dentist office I found which is MORE $$ reasonable, great staff and does beautiful work. Made my husband smile again by giving him two front teeth he is so proud to show off, never felt any pain. I have referred several friends to Cedar Ridge Dental in Denison.

The staff were very friendly and professional. You could tell everyone loved their job. I will go and have my teeth cleaned. We will let everyone know where to go for teeth work. Our go to Dentist. Fantastic experience: For my very first dentist appointment ever it was really relaxing knowing that the dentist was taking his time to make sure the patient (me) was comfortable and he was willing to have a conversation with you will working on your mouth for me it was awesome because the ADHD side of me was ready to bounce 5 min after being there but the side of my brain that was in pain it was very happy that 1 of the bad teeth is gone. Btw the ladies up front are awesome and polite great customer service experience up front as well although I am in pain now I definitely am willing to visit again so that we can get the rest out.

I really love this place...grant it today was to just to get me established and get the X-rays done! I will recommend this place to everyone! All of the other dentists I have been to always judged you and made you feel uncomfortable, but not this place, this place makes you feel at home and welcomed!! I'm now a week into the Dentures and honestly I recommend them, especially Dr.H.

Fantastic experience: I came to Texoma Dentures & Implants because I follow them on social media and their work seems incredibly. I had previously went two other dentist about getting work done on my teeth but I wasn't told why I need this and that done and all my options. I'm happy I came to Texoma Dentures and implants. Dr. Rod throughly look at my teeth and explain what was needed to be done. He answered all my questions. The staff are aslo friendly and helpful.
