Dr. Lee is the best dentist I've had in the 61 years of my life. As a fellow redhead he understands the nuanced care that redheads require. Jess Dr. Lee's assistant is spectacular in all aspects of care.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Always a great experience. Everybody there is so nice and supportive. Each doctor I’ve seen has been gentle and patient. My procedures have been quick and painless. And my hygienist, Amy, is so efficient and knowledgeable, I feel at ease even before the doctors come in the room! Fantastic experience: I started going to Every Smile about half a year ago and just finished my 2nd cleaning and exam there. Leaving a review mainly for Amy, who cleans both mine and my sister's teeth, and we both agree she is the absolute best! To me, she stands out because she has such a calm demeanor and is so easy to talk to, making everything go by more quickly. I also appreciate how she makes an effort not to hurt while she is flossing our teeth! Everyone at the office is very kind and welcoming (but Amy is the best, obviously).

Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I hate going. From the front staff Kori, to the hygienist, Ashley, to the dentist, everyone made my dental visit so very comfortable. I never expected to walk out of there not minding going back. Fantastic experience: Honestly had a great time this dentist. I got $99 coupon in the mail good for a cleaning, exam and X-rays. They also were kind enough to give me a print out of exactly what work I needed so when I buy dental insurance I can get exactly what I need. The entire staff was so kind, accommodating, made sure I was comfortable. Just a really good overall experience

Negative experience: My daughter has serious dental issues, and we use Every Smile to help with their dental needs. After a few treatments, we were not seeing the results we were hoping for. We were also not happy with our last visit with another dentist that we had never met before, usually we worked with Dr. Lee. We left, and decided to look into other dental offices, and get second opinions... We were under no obligation to continue using Every Smile. About 6 months go by, and we get a notification that Every Smile reported us to CPS.... Yes. CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES..... they even sent a police officer to our house. The matter has been resolved with them, and they are satisfied that my daughter is 100% SAFE and cared for. If you bring your child here, and decide to go somewhere else, this company will call CPS. It's a horriable customer retention tool and It's not worth the aggervation. Last point... They never one time called or emailed me regarding her care after our last visit, the only follow up I received was a request for a review.... Here is your review.

Even though Every Smile is out of network for my insurance, I still make a point to stick with them because I love working with them so much! Fantastic experience: First-time patient… I went in for cleaning and x-rays. The dentist and staff were very friendly and helpful. Alex, my hygienist was patient and thorough, as my teeth needed a lot of cleaning. She did an amazing job! I need a replacement crown, which they will do same-day. I’ll provide an update afterwards, but I am already confident in recommending Every Smile to anyone looking for an excellent dental services provider! Follow-up: The crown was an excellent, same-day fit and I have had no issues at all. I just went back in for my routine cleaning… Kori did a great job and once again, I am confident in recommending Every Smile to anyone looking for a great dental experience!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE!! This is NOT a case of mistaken identity as they are trying to say. This is the office on Chandler and Dobson. They cruelly take advantage of something that most of us take very seriously, our smiles. It was impossible to have a "normal" exam because they want to do all the x-rays and analysis so they can play off of insecurities and upsell the most outrages procedures and charges to the patient and insurance. They did this to myself and, unbelievably, to my teenage child. When I did have an emergent issue it was the same. $4,500 solution as opposed to the second opinion I received where that Dr fixed the issue with no out of pocket amount, $0.00. After that, I am done with this place. Yes, they are super nice..while totally attempting to take advantage of a difficult situation. Pretty disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I love the EverySmile/Dr Lee offices. I've been to 2 out of 3 of them. Dr Lee is a creative patient Doc. He fit me with a implant assisted permanent denture. It is beautiful. I recommend the Dr Lee offices wholeheartedly. Besides I’ve been his patient for over 4 years! Never had any problem getting in or waiting too long to be seen!

Fantastic experience: Our dental insurance just changed and all I could think is , “No!!! I love my dentist!” Luckily we didn’t have to make a switch. If you don’t love your dentist; switch to Every Smile Dentistry. During my visit I feel like I am catching up with old friends not seeing the infamously dreaded Dentist. Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this office. From the moment I walked in, I felt disrespected and ignored. The staff member at the front desk was on her personal cell phone the entire time and made no effort to acknowledge me or provide assistance. I didn't feel heard or valued as a patient, which is incredibly frustrating, especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism and courtesy should be standard. I hope the office takes this seriously and works on improving staff training and accountability.

Fantastic experience: Not many people enjoy going to the Dentist and it’s often one of those things people put on the back burner. Embarrassed to admit, but I hadn’t gone in several years and I figure why not get my life together and do all the things we need to do. I saw this place was local and I figured why not give it a go. I was a bit nervous, but from the moment I walked into their facility I immediately felt comforted by staff. I didn’t feel judged, I felt so comfortable, they gave me so much information. I was shocked by their knowledge, professionalism, comfort and more. Over the next few months I had a couple more appointments (fill, regular cleaning) and each time I met a new assistant. They are all SO incredible. The Dentist himself was super great as well. I’ve never had such a great experience anywhere really. I’d go weekly if that was a thing (which is really weird for me to say). My husband will be going soon and I have also already taken my 3 year old. Guess what- he was also a huge fan. I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to for this place and this staff. Truly great people, including the front desk staff. Looking forward to my next visit… and great job hiring because every single person on their staff is phenomenal!

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at the dentist in a while and they couldn’t have made the process any smoother. I was greeted with the nicest front desk lady named Kate. They made me feel so comfortable and safe. Definitely will be back amazing place with amazing and caring people!

As far as dentists go, they are superb especially with their attention to pain. I never have had even a small prick. I now look fwd. to my visits.

Negative experience: Everything was very nice from the time I walked in until it came time for my cleaning. The people at the front desk were very friendly. I wished I could remember the girl's name that took care of me and gave me x-rays and all that stuff because she was excellent. Then they explained to me that I need a deep root clean. This was because of something that could have been a buildup of tartar or cement from a cap. Because of this they would not give me a cleaning a regular cleaning. I asked several times why I couldn't have it. But they insist it. I need it deep root cleaning. I asked how many people come in here for the $99 special and end up getting a cleaning. And a few numbers were thrown at me which I don't remember. So I left left without what I really came for a cleaning. I was very disappointed. So I didn't leave a review until I went to another dentist. I went to another dentist. I got x-rays. The build up between my teeth was not tartar. It was cement from the cap that was put in previously. They had no problem giving me a cleaning. No deep root cleaning was insistent upon. And it did not cost me $1,553. Which is the quote I got for all the work that you want it to do. So I will not be returning to your office. And I really don't think I should have paid $99 for a cleaning that I didn't get. But I will take the loss.

I never did get the Cleaning but instead they wanted to do a deep cleaning which I believe was going to be $600. I asked 2 to 3 times just do the regular cleaning but they ran out of time. I wasn’t happy about that. I am going back to have a tooth pulled however but not sure about anything else. The office had very up to date equipment and was clean. Just not happy that I didn’t get what was best for me

Fantastic experience: The office was willing to see my son for an emergency visit, even though he had never been to the office before. The staff was so kind and understanding! They were able to see my son within 30 minutes of my initial call, and took care of his issue quickly, and with consideration. It was a great first experience for my son and myself.
