Fantastic experience: This dental office is truly excellent, compassionate, caring and professional from start to finish. The dental hygienist, Amber does an amazing job cleaning your teeth. She is extremely thorough and leaves your teeth feeling brand new and sparkling clean. Dr. Mora is very knowledgeable and takes the time to carefully examine your teeth. He clearly explains his recommendations and makes sure you understand all your options, which I really appreciate. I have also been a patient of Dr. Creasman and Dr. Currie who are excellent and seasoned Dentist, – they shifted to a different location, but I would recommend them too. I would recommend this office at Buckhead or any of the Atlanta dental locations- and would trust any dental doctor or hygienist here as a provider. Everyone is excellent, from the reception staff to the clinical team. An outstanding experience overall. You are not going to get crap dental care at any Atlanta Dental Spa locations- theses doctors have the knowledge and education from good schools not like other chains dental groups who don’t know what they are doing and have subpar education and skills.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been living in Atlanta for 4.5 years and have constantly procrastinated finding a dentist. Mostly out of fear / ptsd, I couldn’t bring myself to try a new dental office, other than the one I had back home. However, from the time I walked in the door at the Buckhead office, I could tell this would not be one of those traumatic, dental horror stories. Dr. Mora, Karen, and A’Janae provided the most comfortable experience I’ve ever had and the communication from everyone on the team is top notch! I’d highly recommend giving them a visit!

Fantastic experience: I met Dr. King due to a dental emergency. He had to refer me out for that particular issue but found a couple others that needed to be taken care of. I have severe medical anxiety period, not just dental anxiety which is a bit worse. The first procedure he did he took the time to sit by me watching the cartoon clips. After a few minutes he asked if I was ready. I was. He literally talked me through the whole procedure. Stoping the drill very frequently. I have autism 1. The next procedure was a crown. He did the same thing again. He has gotten me to get through procedures including the crown without any sedation or other accommodations. I have a sensory item and during the crown I let go of its hands. I would recommend him to anyone. While they don’t take insurance. The progress that he has helped me make is all that truly matters!

Fantastic experience: I recently got my composite bonding done here and I am in love with my new smile. I asked for something REALISTIC… nothing overly white or fake-looking… and Dr. Mora delivered perfectly. My teeth look natural, clean, and like an enhanced version of my real smile. I hated my “before,” so I really don’t have pictures… but just know the work they did is amazing. I went from never smiling to smiling in every single photo now. That alone says everything. I specifically saw Dr. Mora and his assistant A’Janae, and they were both incredible. They explained everything clearly… made the process easy… and genuinely cared about my comfort. A’Janae even texted me afterward just to check in and see how I was liking everything… that meant so much. The financial coordinator also sat down with me and walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name, but she knows who she is… and let’s just say I dropped a bag RIGHT then because she made everything feel clear and stress-free. And the crazy part? These aren’t even my porcelain finals yet… these are composites. Part of me is like “dang, I should’ve gone porcelain from the jump” but honestly I’m glad I didn’t because the composites helped me figure out exactly what I want for my final porcelain set. I’m also adding a close-up photo so you can see how natural the composite bonding looks… the results truly speak for themselves. The place itself is also so cute inside. It feels clean, modern, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The whole team at Atlanta Dental Spa makes you feel informed, taken care of, and confident from start to finish. I truly couldn’t be happier. 10/10 experience.

The facility is well designed, beautiful, and outfitted with all of the technology needed to make transforming smiles efficient and stress free. At my appointment, the front desk staff was warm and friendly. Kerri was with me from start to finish and explained each step of the appointment and was sure to attend to anything and everything I might need; from water to chapstick to a blanket(btw they even offer more than that!) Dr.Yeung was kind, gentle, and so knowledgeable. He asked and answered questions and listened closely to my hopes and concerns; all to come up with a plan that would give the best outcome. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Experience During a Dental Emergency. I broke my upper front tooth early one morning during breakfast and went into full panic mode. Most dental offices don’t open until 8 AM, so I was scrambling trying to find someone who could see me for an emergency. Atlanta Dental Spa in Buckhead answered right away and got me in for an 8:30 AM appointment, which was a huge relief. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mora and his team: A’Janae, Tori, and Shay and they were incredible. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. They helped turn a very stressful morning into something manageable. Dr. Mora was thorough, honest, and transparent about what needed to be done. He walked me through several treatment options and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, my tooth couldn’t be repaired and will eventually require an implant or a bridge. What meant the most was how quickly they helped me feel like myself again. They created a custom Essix retainer with a replacement tooth, so I didn’t have to go through the holiday with a gap in my smile. That alone took a huge weight off my shoulders. Whether it’s an emergency or your routine dental care, you want a team that genuinely cares, and that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Dr. Mora’s bedside manner and interpersonal skills are outstanding, and his staff matches that same energy. I highly recommend Atlanta Dental Spa in Buckhead. They truly took care of me when I needed it most.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 Amazing experience! I walked in and immediately entered into a warm, inviting, and energetic space. The receptionist, Shay, was so kind & informative. She was able to provide me with additional information in regards to future cleanings. She greeted me, and everyone else that came in, with a smile on her face. She made me feel like a part of the team. Out dentist, Dr. Juan, and dental assistant, Ajanae, were absolutely amazing! They were so great at explaining the procedure and process every step of the way. They both were such a delight! The dentist was so quick and efficient. Fantastic experience: I have always had problematic teeth and have been too embarrassed to see a dentist. After breaking a tooth, I found this practice and I’m so glad I chose to come here. The front staff and all of the dental assistants made me feel welcome, and Karen and Dr. Mora are so caring and attentive. The Buckhead office is also such a cool and welcoming space. I actually floss now! I would recommend anyone with fear or phobia of the dentist to come here!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience getting my crown redone with Dr. Mora and his assistant A’Janae! My old crown was falling off, and they were able to refer me to a specialist right away to have my root canal redone before creating my new crown. The new one turned out gorgeous, so much better than my last! From the moment I came in for my consultation, they made me feel completely comfortable. They even gave me a blanket and a neck warmer, which made such a difference. During the actual procedure, Dr. Mora checked in with me often to make sure I was doing okay, and both he and A’Janae were so friendly, thoughtful, and professional the entire time. I’m genuinely so happy with the results and plan to return for more beautification procedures for my smile. Highly recommend this team, they’re the best!

But I’ve been going to Atlanta Dental Spa for a few years now, and they are truly wonderful! Communication and scheduling are super easy (you can even text!), the front office staff is lovely, and I’ve had a consistent hygienist and assistant each visit. Fantastic experience: I used to absolutely hate the dentist, I avoided going for almost 12 years because of childhood trauma. But within this past year, Atlanta Dental Spa completely changed that. From root canals to fillings to implants, Dr. Mora and the team not only made every visit comfortable, they made me actually love going to the dentist. On top of that, they helped me fully close the gaps in my midline just in time for my wedding, so I can feel confident and photogenic in every picture. They did exactly what they said they would, and the results exceeded every expectation. I can’t recommend them enough!

Eventually, my teeth started to decay, and that's when I found Dr. King. From my first visit to the Atlanta Dental Spa on Roswell Road, I felt relaxed and calm. The open design and big windows created a spa-like atmosphere. The gas they gave me eased all my worries. Now, a year later, I don't need gas or anxiety medicine, and I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned. Everyone there is friendly, and I feel special every time I visit. Fantastic experience: My experience at Atlanta Dental Spa has been nothing short of exceptional. So much so that I followed Dr. King from his John's Creek office to this one in Buckhead. Dr. King was exceedingly gifted in taking my smile from good to great over the course of a year or so (Invisalign followed by a full set of veneers/caps). He and his staff (Debbie, Karen, and Brie) are always top notch and do a wonderful job at educating patients on the value of proper dental care and hygiene. I booked a consultation and was met with the nicest staff (Debbie is the BEST). Dr. King did fantastic looking yet minimally invasive work and it’s holding up great so far! Fantastic experience: The whole experience was absolutely amazing! My teenage daughter broke her front tooth right before the start of her 8th grade year. They made sure to fit her in their schedule even tho she was a new patient! That alone says a lot! When we walked in, the ambience itself was top tier and we were automatically greeted with warm smiles and big hellos. They have complimentary coffee, snacks and assorted beverages as well. We were called to the back instantly! Our first encounter was with Ajanae, she was absolutely the best! She made my daughter feel very welcomed and comfortable. She gave her a blanket and head pillow and asked what she would like to watch on the tv! She constantly checked on her and made sure she was ok! Then, Dr. Mora! Great attitude, very professional and his work was by far the best! Myself and daughter were extremely pleased with the services provided. Like many people, I don’t exactly love going to the dentist - but Amber, my hygienist, was such a gem. So sweet, so thoughtful, and made me feel totally at ease from the moment I sat down. She was incredibly thorough, walked me through my X-rays and images, and explained everything clearly without rushing. Also major points for being super transparent about costs before doing anything - no surprise bills at the end (and bonus: my insurance covered almost everything so it ended up being very minimal out of pocket). Easy parking, friendly front desk staff, and overall just a really calming vibe. Highly recommend, especially if you get dental anxiety like I do!

Fantastic experience: My visit started with fresh fruit-infused water in the café, followed by being taken to a spa-like treatment room. While wrapped in a cozy blanket, enjoying a moisturizing paraffin wax treatment and a 24k gold eye mask, Dr. King and Bree completed my dental procedure—completely pain-free. It was relaxing, stress-free, and unlike any dental experience I’ve ever had. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr Mora and his team were GREAT! I came to him after my previous dentist was unable to complete a routine filling and suggested a Crown... Dr Mora and his team saved a botched procedure and even offered different more conservative options like an inlay before opting to fix the existing cavity with a traditional filling! The Office space is modern, clean, spacious and the staff was great... I've now switched from my previous Dentist to Atlanta Dental Spa because of the great work and bedside manner of the whole practice! Jesse P.

Fantastic experience: So glad to have found Dr. Mora and Atlanta Dental Spa! I went to him for a second opinion after being told I needed a crown. Thankfully he was able to save the integrity of my tooth and fitted me with an inlay instead. The entire team is outstanding! Definately the right decision for me! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I was a patient of Dr. King. I was dismissed without any real convo. It seems tied to an unrelated thing involving his wife’s SEPARATE practice, as it was mentioned in the email. I haven’t seen or spoken to Dr. King since November 2024, so getting an email dismissing me from ADS without a talk was unfair/confusing. The email cited my dismissal for “ongoing challenges & past interactions with both my office & my wife’s practice,” but I’ve always been respectful at ADS. The only recent situation involved his wife’s practice, not ADS. I never got a email from Dr. King until 5/20. 6 months after I last saw him. When I hadn’t heard back from him after 2 weeks about my question, a friend told me to book a cleaning at a different ADS. The office scheduled me with no issues. At the appointment, I was told that ADS had been warned about me & a physical altercation involving “The Kings.” I clarified that was wrong. I would never lay hands on anyone. The situation they were referring to involved solely Dr. King’s wife’s practice back in February. I didn’t even see her that day, & haven’t seen or spoken to (ADS) Dr. King since November. It’s unprofessional for internal matters like this, especially those unrelated to ADS to be shared across all locations. It's also inappropriate for providers to confirm they’ve “heard about” a patient or reference internal discussions, even if asked or a patient was worried. I asked if it was okay for me to be there, and they said the doctor had agreed to see me. I paid $1775 for the visit, only to receive an email from Dr. King on my way home stating I must not have seen his original dismissal (which I never received) & that I should not have been seen. He said I was dismissed from all current/future ADS & would be refunded. This situation was humiliating, hurtful, & completely mishandled. A direct conversation would have gone a long way. Why didn’t someone just tell me I couldn’t be seen? During my time as a patient, I was often disappointed by a lack of communication. At my last visit, he said he'd follow up with me on Wednesday but never did. While I tried to be understanding, this was one of the many times he lacked follow through on promises to check in or discuss next steps. Honoring your word is important, especially as a doctor. Sadly, I don’t feel Dr. King truly cared about me as a patient, & his actions reflect that. What hurts most is that while friends received excellent care from ADS dentists, I faced poor communication & got written off. Getting a dismissal letter 6 months later with a vague explanation & no real conversation felt dehumanizing & unprofessional. Between him & his wife’s office, I’ve spent give or take close to $35-40k on dental care. To feel this discarded without even a verbal conversation after that level of investment in my health is GUTTING. This experience has put me in one of the darkest places. I never imagined that something as personal & vulnerable as dental care & the way it’s handled could lead to so much pain. My time with Dr. King added to my dental trauma, & I hope no one else inherits that gift. I’ve never felt so ignored or uncared for by professionals before. This experience made me question how personal matters may impact patient care, & that seems to be the case with Dr. King. For ADS to pride itself on supporting patients with dental anxiety, the silence & mishandling I experienced make this harder to process. I hope no other patient is talked about (especially if the scenario didn’t happen at ADS), punished, or dismissed unfairly without communication. It truly felt like “mean girl” behavior. Something at his wife's separate office ended up affecting my care here, even though it had nothing to do with ADS. It makes me question how much privacy or protection I really had as a patient. If you're looking for a ADS doctor, I suggest Dr. Hamilton, Dr. Creasman, Dr. Boulden, Dr. Currie, or Dr. Yeung. I've witnessed firsthand through my friend’s how consistently they communicate with care, handle things, and don’t miss a beat with their patients.

Negative experience: 0 stars is the most appropriate review for this practice and Dr. Stinson. I am left with a permanent nerve injury from his dental injection. After coming back to get the crown placed, we discovered that it didn’t fit correctly. He put the temporary back in, but then it fell out that night. So much pain! I drove to a store at midnight to get some dental patch material and filled it myself. That held until I was able to go in and get the permanent crown. I was hardly able to get pain relief while I was in his chair. The kicker? The dentist stands behind his work. The subsequent visits were filled with pain and fear. Through all of that, I had excruciating face pain from the nerve damage, along with burning and tingling, and to this day, I cannot feel sensation. I cannot eat cold drinks or food because it’s very uncomfortable. I can no longer feel the sunshine on my face without feeling pain. What a way to live after getting a routine dental procedure. I had no pain in that tooth or anywhere in my face before this visit. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Ever.

Fantastic experience: I had to have a cracked molar removed. Dr. Mora and Tori were great. I was very nervous and they put me at ease. Was it fun? Not really, but we did have some laughs. The gas might have helped with that. Was it painful? Nope. Dr. Mora was very thorough making sure that I was completely numbed and the extraction was virtually painless. Thanks doc!

Fantastic experience: My Dentist of 27 years retired and I decided to visit the Atlanta Dental Spa (Buckhead)in 2020. I have only had cleanings the last 4 1/2 years…. thank God! But today, I had to have a filling redone … it’s been so long I was extremely nervous. Dr. Mora was so gentle and he checked on me often. I felt comfortable and finally relaxed. Going to the dentist is very scary but Dr. Mora and his Assistant Ruby were gentle and reassuring. I love my Hygienist Karen whom I see every 6months she is a sweetheart and she keeps me on my cleaning game. She is also the reason I’ve only had to just have cleaning! I really like the Buckhead office staff. It’s was my pleasure to leave this review!

I made an emergency appointment with him during Covid because I had an implant rod that had broken due to an injury. I was scared and unsure of my next step. Fantastic experience: Atlanta Dental Spa is a clean and modern practice that aims to make your visit as comfortable as they can while providing excellent service. While I don't take advantage of all of their amenities, they have clearly put a lot of thought into how to make the patient comfortable. The dental hygienist I see, Karen, is amazing. Not only does she do a great job cleaning my teeth, but more importantly, she takes time to inform and teach about everything from dental health to insurance. I've been to multiple locations of theirs over the past several years and I highly recommend this practice.

She’s taken care of me for the last year.. she does all my cleanings and even my deep clean. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and even comforting when I need it! Highly recommend her!

Positive experience: I'd like to start off by saying I really enjoyed my dental experience here. I think I've been a patient since 2020 (during the pandemic). The first dental hygienist was great but she didn't move to the second location. However, Karen is amazing as well and should receive a raise! This location is outside of my network and essentially 40mins from my home. However, because my dental experience has always been pleasant I remained a client. Most recently I had an appointment scheduled for 12/6, in which I didn't receive a phone or text reminder. I did receive an email about 2 weeks prior. I missed this appointment and called to reschedule. Trying to reschedule this appointment was a complete nightmare!!!! I was told by a Liz that I came to the appointment and checked in in which that was not true, I was transferred to supposedly the office manager and hung up on, I was told I couldn't be rescheduled w/o paying a $75 fee because I cancelled twice in 2021 (during the covid pandemic). Instead of the office manager calling me to discuss the lack of communication I received a cold and condensing email from Brianna Jordan. I do understand policies are in place for a reason, but it seems like the front desk staff needs some extensive training on customer service. I've wasted so much of morning getting hung up on and being treated like some any ole person. I appreciate Lauren for calling me to hear how my situation was mishandled. I will miss my hygienist and Dr. Moorer but I much rather take my business somewhere else where I am heard and feel valued.

Negative experience: TO ANYONE ON A BUDGET WHO RELIES SOLELY ON THEIR DENTAL COVERAGE AND CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY ANY OUT OF POCKET: The Atlanta Dental Spa is located in my building so I was interested in cleaning/ preventative services out of convenience. Although the place looks nice and the staff seem nice, don’t be deceived. My bf and i walked down and spoke with the front desk about an appt. I gave her my insurance and instructed her to notate in my chart that all services needed to be pre cleared with insurance before appt bc I am legally disabled, on a very limited fixed income, and could not afford anything not covered. At the end of Sept I spoke with the Insurance person, Lura, regarding my coverage. On the phone I also informed her about pre-clearing my services and she told me no problem. At the 1st of the month she ran my insurance and told me I was good to go. To me, this means that she called the insurance company and made sure the preventative services were covered. Otherwise I would’ve hoped that she’d advise me to find an in-network provider who did cover the care. But she didn’t do that. Just a go ahead to come to the appt. Day of appt, I signed the forms, including the financial responsibility forms, under the assumption that I was pre-cleared for my services. Boy was I wrong. I received a $325 bill for services- which is astronomical for someone on a tight budget. When I reached out to Lura I received the exact response that I was expecting— reference to signing the financial responsibility agreement and that it was my responsibility. How unsympathetic can you be to not even do the proper insurance verification on a patient specifically requesting it for financial reasons, and then surprise billing them. It’s just completely dishonest and wrong when the patient is greatly depending on the services to be covered. I highly recommend finding a dentist that works in network. I found others on Yelp with the same exact complaint as I had- being told out of network insurance is accepted and then getting a surprise bill for $325. In order to avoid this- find an in-network provider or pre-pay.

Fantastic experience: All I can say, post treatment is- WOW! I don't think l have EVER had such an incredible dental experience! I went in last week with tooth pain and had a great experience from the start. Leslie at the front desk was able to get me in next day with an emergency appointment. Walking into the office I felt like I was at a waiting room of a spa- beautiful ambiance, clean, modern, definitely began to ease my dental fears. I meet with Dr. Mora who was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain my treatment options, how long the treatment would take, answered all my (many) questions I had and prescribed antibiotics for the infected area. I came back a few days later for treatment since he couldn't work on the infected area and the visit couldn't have gone smoother! He scheduled a longer time slot to give enough time to work slowly on the area and alleviate my dental anxiety. He was so patient and gentle during treatment, something I've never experienced at a dentist. Post treatment went well, I knew exactly what to expect. The next day I got a text message from Dr. Mora to check in and see how I was doing. That was so unexpected and loved the attentive care!! Needless to say I am the newest fan of Atlanta Dental Spa, I will definitely be switching my family over to this amazing practice and already started recommending to my friends and neighbors. Thank you Dr. Mora for creating a new and pleasant dental experience for me!

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. Wish I could have started with this business originally. But unfortunately they had to fix a problem someone else caused. I called on a Friday afternoon having a complete meltdown after I had swallowed a veneer. My attitude was NOT the best. My first contact was with Carter. She told me she would take care of me and she did just that!!! She had me booked by Monday. The office was super clean and stylish. I was offered snacks, a pillow and blanket. Dr. M explained everything perfectly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The tv on the ceiling made me forget I was actually at the dentist. I had to have 2 appointments and the dentist did follow up texts to check on me. Truly a great experience ❤️

Fantastic experience: Today’s appt and discussion was very helpful in helping me understand next steps. When I first came in this past May, I was overwhelmed by the things that occur with one’s teeth by missing 1 cleaning in the previous year. The good news from today is that Dr. Mora was very clear about what can be done and what needs to be done. He would opt to monitor my situation and continue allowing the results to come from the changes I made to my routine based on their suggestions from my first appt with them. Karen- hygienist- very knowledgeable! Today, I met Carter who found me an appt immediately and Kiara who works with Dr. Mora. These ladies are a bright spot for a relaxed and comfortable office. They make sure that they can alleviate uneasiness as this is still…the DENTIST OFFICE! While I may have a thing or past memory hang ups about the dentist, these ladies will make you laugh and get you ready for whatever comes next!

Fantastic experience: Hello I had an amazing experience at Atlanta Dental Spa in Buckhead. When I walked into the office it felt like I had walked into a luxury spa get away. The office was immaculate, it looked and smelled fresh. Comfortable furniture with style and color, the lounge chairs were soft, very comfortable. There was soft music playing when I entered the office. The music was relaxing. The interior lighting was just right. The waiting room shared a balance of soft outside lighting that energizes room. The ambience made me feel like I was on vacation. The experience was so refreshing. Most importantly, the staff welcomed me with big smiles and happy faces. All of the staff members were exceptionally kind, polite, cordial and friendly. They took time to greated me with open arms, even those I walked past in the hallway . The hospitality was five star, absolutely incredible. Before I was seen by the doctor I was offered drinks and unlimited refreshments in the waiting room. The waiting room was quite, I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Mind you, I had not seen the doctor yet. Smiles.... When I was called into the room, a woman greeted me with a big genuine smile. I could tell she enjoyed her job. I didn't know she would be the person working with me. Before I went to the treatment room, she showed me different rooms inside the office. The facility setup was beautiful. Before my exam, the doctor walked into the examination room and introduced himself. He was well spoken, very nice and charismatic. We both laughed at one point, he said if I needed anything let me know. Nice meeting you. My dental hygienist took quality time to explain everything about the whitening process. She went over everything step-by-step, helped me understand the process thoroughly. My exam went well, whiter teeth. Brighter smile. It was the best dental experience I've ever had. When I left the office, five staff members happened to be in the waiting area at the same time. They thanked me for coming to the office, and I thanked them for providing me with outstanding support and customer service. We all smiled as I departed. It was a warm goodbye, an absolute incredible experience. I look forward to my next visit. Wow, what a day at the dentist office! Smiles, smiles, smiles....

Fantastic experience: The Dentist Atlanta Dental Spa has eased my anxiety of visiting the dentist. I enjoy the warm blanket, neck pillow, and lip moisturizer I receive prior to any of my treatments which helps. In addition they have been amazing with me as I have Invisalign from a previous orthodontist and will help finish my process and ensure my teeth are perfect. The staff are amazing, friendly, and make you feel beyond comfortable. If you go I recommend asking for Karen and Dr. King are amazing!

I was warmly welcomed and was introduced to Karen ( she’s amazing btw). She walked me through every step and we laughed and had a good old time. I wasn’t as nervous as I thought I would be since who likes going to the dentist? Karen made me feel very comfortable. Dr. King was very nice and informative and had a great bedside manner. It was truly the best dental office visit I've had in Atlanta since moving here 17 years ago. Despite being 30 minutes late due to traffic, they accommodated me with a full appointment. Karen was exceptionally patient, kind, and thorough in her care. She provided me with valuable recommendations for preventative care and corrections needed. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a dental home. While it may take some time to secure an initial appointment, the wait is definitely worth it.

I absolutely hate the dentist, and it causes me a lot of anxiety, but the staff at Atlanta Dental Spa are truly incredible. They offer communication via text which is super convenient, and even sent me a video showing me where to park and how to access their office. Karen is a saint, an angel, and a pearl above price. She was so patient and kind, with a great sense of humor. She is very intentional and informative, which made me feel much more at ease, understanding all of the things she was doing and why. She and Dr King took their time answering my questions and laying out a timeline for my treatment which made me feel much more comfortable than any dentist I have been to. I confess I had pretty low expectations going in but I was blown away by the consistent kindness and understanding exhibited by Karen and her colleagues.
