She has a fear of dental equipment but they do their absolute best to make sure she is comfortable and doesn’t feel forced to do anything. Always a great experience and she leaves with an extra pep in her step about her positive check-up.

Dr. Rex Wildey is excellent, his positive and upbeat attitude puts our son at ease right away. We have also seen Dr Anderson and have loved her as well! The front desk staff and hygienist team are always professional and from the, couldn't recommend them more. We're looking forward to bringing our daughter for her 1 year old visit soon!

They are very kind, understanding, friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable! My kids are actually excited to go to the dentist. Don't waste your time and risk your kids teeth anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: My oldest son has autism and we have struggled to find a dentist that is patient and kind but also willing to push through the apt. for him. (Even so called “special need” specific dentists.) Wildey Pediatric Dentistry’s, dental hygienist, Kimmy, was beyond wonderful. She was playful, patient, and worked with him till she was able to accomplish what she needed. She even kneeled on the floor to better accommodate him and took breaks as often as he required. Dr. Wildey also was quick to adapt to my son’s needs and helped us form a dental plan going forward to best serve him. Going to the dentist can be stressful for neurotypical kids but even more so for neurodivergent kids and the care we received speak volumes for this office.

My kids were toddlers then. Now my oldest just had to move to an adult dentist and sad she can’t keep going there. Sure wish you treated adults too!

Aesthetically the place made me want to get my teeth clean there LOL! The check-in process was super fast and easy, we did all the paperwork ahead of time using the application that they sent us electronically and my daughter was able to be seen before her appointment. In- and out but I thought the hygienist took good care and did a good job cleaning my daughter's teeth. Dr. Wildey was personable and professional. Fantastic experience: We always have great experiences despite both our daughters having anxiety about the dentist. The staff is always so calm and patient. Dr. Rex is great about quickly earning their trust and calmly educating them on why he needs to clean and examine their teeth. Special shout out to Ms. Kim. She was our hygienist at today’s visit and was incredible with my 3 year old who was very nervous. We got through the whole cleaning with no tears! I was amazed! We love Wildey!

We have found Dr. Rex and Monica and all the staff! Dr. Rex sat down with me and gave me one on one time for any concerns for my daughter I had. Monica cleaned her teeth and explained everything to her and she had no tears or fears and she’s 3! The staff has been kind and welcoming! Fantastic experience: We typically see Dr. Wildey but today we saw Dr. Anderson - both are phenomenal at what they do! They care about the details, don’t over-treat and treat your child as if they were treating their own. We’ve tried several other offices and have settled here because no team is better than this one! We’re so thankful that these doctors and their staff truly care.

Fantastic experience: We went to both locations of Fair Oaks and NW Military on two different days, both locations have friendly and helpful staffs. Dr. Anderson is an exceptional Pediatric Dentist, she explained the problems and treatment plans clearly, managed to ease my 5 yo son before, during, and after treatment. She also called for follow up to make sure our son is ok and to answer any questions we might have. We are so glad we came to Wildey Dentistry and found Dr. Anderson.

Fantastic experience: This place was wonderful with my son. He had 2 extractions (baby teeth) that didn't come out and needed to go in order to make way for his adult teeth that were already trying to come through causing my son a lot of pain and discomfort. They took great care in what they do and explained the process. The whole thing went so quickly after that. They finished under 30 min. Completely recommend.

They made my kids feel at ease and this was after a bad experience with our previous dentist. We don’t even care that we have to drive 30 minutes to get there and believe me, there are plenty of other dentists that are closer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The doctor has always made our visits enjoyable, easily understandable, and as painless as it can be. We recently had an issue with my four year-old and her first cavity, and the patience that the doctor and her nurse exhibited was outstanding, even though it was all for not, and we will have to go back to try again. They tried their best, and next time I am sure will go smoothly. I will say the front staff do seem consistently busy, just enough to be polite, but all in all the staff are great, and even though they are “out of network “ it’s is completely worth it.

Negative experience: The office is cute. Dr. Rex Wildey is great. We came as a 1st time visit 3 days ago. Heard about them because they visited my daughter's special ed class. Professionalism should be taught to staff members here. Spoke to Jeanette on the phone yesterday about our 1st visit 3 days ago and while I'm speaking she said "Oh My God' on the phone while seemingly frustrated listening to what I had to say. Without going into details publicly here, I shall say we were totally unsatisfied with how they charged versus the treatment recevied. Plus they charge before treatment. Very odd, coming from a background of 10 years in dentistry billing but that's what money hungry offices do. We will not be coming back. Jeanette needs lessons on work professionalism as well.

Fantastic experience: It’s always such a fun visit for the kiddos. It’s a beautiful space. People are friendly. The games finally worked for the kids while we waited which they loved. The girl up front was helpful and accommodating considering we were one whole week early. Love Dr. Wildey. He’s so good with the kids.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Wildey Dental, 10 stars I would! I called at 10:30 this morning to get a second opinion because we saw a dentist out closer to home. the treatment plan they had suggested didn’t quite add up.I was able to get in to see Dr. Anderson at 3 o’clock, and after a quick scan of the x-rays, she promptly informed me that the treatment plan offered by the other dentist wasn’t necessary. And that what did need to occur could be done in office today and have us out the door by 415. we had the work done and we’re out the door at 4:06! As a sidenote, when I told my son, we were going to go to Wildey Dental for a follow up visit, he quickly asked me if he could change his shirt… To his Wildey Dental shirt! That’s how much this kid loves going to Wildey Dental! Thank you to all office stuff for making my boy so comfortable

Fantastic experience: I love Wildey Pediatric Dentistry! They are so good with kids. Today’s appointment was particularly rough as my son had a sore in his mouth, which made it difficult and took more time than usual for a typical cleaning and X-rays. But they stayed patient the entire time. I drive 45 minutes just so I can take my son here; it’s worth it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my daughter here for a year and a half now. She absolutely loves it. They make the experience so personal for each child by writing their names on the door. The tv on the ceiling also was helpful with calming my daughter down during her first visit. Now she goes in there like a pro and hops on the table ready for them to work on her. The staff always have smiles on their face and are very welcoming for each visit. They send follow up texts to remind you of your appointments as well as letting you know what paperwork you need to fill out prior to your appointment. If I’m in San Antonio long enough, I will definitely be bringing my son here as well. I’ve referred coworkers here too. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place is AMAZING! My kids loved the waiting area, they have arcade games and a VW bus to play in. The staff is wonderful, everyone is so polite and patient and very welcoming! My son has special needs, and everyone was so sweet and patient with him. They did an excellent job at having alternative methods and accommodations to still get everything done with his limitations. Dr. Anderson is THE BEST! We can't wait for the next check up :)

My son doesn’t do well with laying back and having anyone near his mouth but they do a great job in distracting him and getting the job done. We love it here!

Fantastic experience: This place is great, clean, and organized! All the staff we come into contact with were great. Dr. Anderson is great with my kids! She talks with them during the procedure and makes them feel extremely comfortable. She also updates us on any changes to the treatment plan ahead of time. My kids do pretty well with dental treatment but she always lets them know we can split up visits and treatment, if needed. I'd recommend Wildey Pediatrics to anyone with kids

Fantastic experience: New to the area so finding a new dentist can be challenging….. from as soon as we walked in Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The dentist made my daughter feel very welcomed and comfortable… she was terrified about coming in due to previous with last dentist…. She was so happy and said this is now her favorite dentist… she’s 10 by the way.

My son had a very wiggly tooth and the dr used some “magic jelly” and it popped right off, he didn’t even realize until he handed him a small green box w a surprise inside, lol. Fantastic experience: My children have been patients of Dr. Wildey for many years. He is a wonderful dentist with great bedside manner and excellent procedural skills. My child has had 2 pain-free fill-ins with nitrous oxide administered safely. The office is efficient and clean with fun entertainment options for the kids in the waiting room (which they hardly get to use because we are usually called back to the room immediately). The staff are all very polite and professional. I'm so happy we found this gem of a practice and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here for my children’s dental care. We have been going about a year now and every time we are met with friendly faces. Environment is clean and colorful for kids. The staff know how to interact well with my little ones. My son also loves the arcade games they have in the lobby while you wait. Overall, just a wonderful place to take the kids.

Fantastic experience: Not only was the office beautiful, clean and comfortable, it was perfect for kids to ease into their dental experience. My little one had a horrible experience at a different office previously and was dreading returning to a dentist. WE ARE SO HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND WILDEY PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY! Dr. Wildey was great and provided a great dental plan to get back on track! And Denise our dentistry technician/assistant was top notch as well. She provided details for my nervous child every step of the appt. We will be back in office soon! Thank you again Dr. Wildey and team!

Fantastic experience: They actually care about their little patients. My child had an abscess and another doctor wanted to pull both front teeth and one of the side tooth. At Wildey, they examined my child and found he only needed two which could help since my child was 4 and it would be a few years before his permanent teeth started to come in. It made it easier for my child to eat and speech/pronouncation by only taking out one of my child's front teeth. The team is always very polite and friendly. They make sure all questions are answered. It is a great place to go.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful dental practice that does an excellent job making children feel comfortable and happy about going to the dentist. My oldest kiddo has been going to Wildey Pediatric for about 6 years and he actually looks forward to going to the dentist. The dentists and hygienists there are kind, respectful, professional, patient and gentle with my children which I appreciate. They have provided very thorough and high quality care at each visit. The office is clean and decorated in kid friendly themes The front waiting area is very inviting for children given there are old school video games and a cool revamped van with movies playing for the kiddos (and parents!) to entertain themselves while they wait. I love that my kids are seen close to, if not earlier, than the time scheduled and the typical visits are pretty quick. Thanks for providing great care to me and my children. Blessings!
