Fantastic experience: Dr. Adam ~1 year ago made a major reconstruction of all my teeth with veneers and "onlays" to repair the mess in my mouth from decades of grinding. I also had several cleaning sessions at this office. So I am equipped to write a comprehensive review. 1. The office is very modern, with most comfortable X-ray equipment. Front desk is cozy, admin assistants are very friendly, and, most importantly, I never had to wait more than 2 minutes to get inside. Also it never feels crowded. 2. Dr. Adam shared ample time to discuss all concerns, possible options, etc. What I needed was very complex, and I had been looking for a dentist who would (a) agree, and (b) offer something that is not reckless for 9 years in Florida and New York, and Dr. Adam was the first and only doctor who offered a sensible, minimally invasive, accurately calculated treatment plan. We even drew on paper geometric calculations! He put no pressure on me, met with me twice before I returned with my decision. Prices were reasonable. Maybe not the lowest, but, hey, this is health, my teeth, and together with enamel "savings" this was definitely cost efficient. All veneers were applied on top of my enamel! Just like I wanted. About a dozen other dentists said it was impossible. All veneers were manufactured in Miami. It's been 1 year on upper jaw, and 1.5 on bottom -- so far all is good. 3. Post-treatment care and responsibility. Dr. Adam stands by his work, and if anything goes wrong -- fixes it with no questions asked, fast. They care about their reputation. One veneer (out of 31) happened to have a cosmetic defect, quickly got it replaced. They give all the time needed to make it work exactly right. 4. Cleaning is done very gently (many places use barbaric practices like rubbing enamel with metal -- not here). 5. From what I heard, it's a one stop shop: cleaning, fillings, crowns, orthodontics, retainers and mouth guards, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, gum surgery. As it should be. Definitely going to use their services for all my dental needs as long as I stay in NY area.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency. My excellent endodontist, Dr. Johnson, saved my tooth with a root canal, but I needed to protect this work immediately with a crown. He recommended Koppelman Dental, and they took me in right away that day. Dr. Meyer was the dentist who crowned me, providing the respect, clarity, and professionalism that made the procedure uncomplicated. That was over a month ago, and I waited to write this review to see if there would be any post-procedure complications; there aren't. Dr. Meyer is excellent, and so is the Koppelman Dental Group. I highly recommend this practice and their team.

You also won't find a more professional, friendly and technologically-advanced environment in the city or anywhere else. Also be prepared to be pampered with the eye masks. The hygienists are so great that you may actually fall asleep during a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Going to the dentist has become painless for me because the doctor and hygienist thinks about your teeth than you ! I also like their philosophy of conservative and preventative method. The whole team amazing, the hygienist has the most gentle hands and educates you about your teeth and the dentist is just compassionate and kind dentist and knows his stuff like no other. I had a tooth pulled and a crown and didn’t feel any discomfort at all! Dr Adam even called to see how I was feeling! I live in NJ but travel to NY city for this group! Fantastic experience: I have been seen at Koppelman Dental for a while now and always recommend them but today I had a particularly nice experience. The dentist was so attentive to me. I have some newly acquired anxiety about having work done and he was careful to make sure my experience was quick and comfortable. I also thought the attention he showed to another patient he had seen before me was very kind and considerate. Great staff and always a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: The Koppelmans, father and son, are warm, friendly excellent dentists who will put you at ease. You can trust them. One of them saved me from getting an unnecessary root canal procedure in another dentist's office. I have only seen them twice, one appointment with the father and the other with the son. Both were on time and got me out of the office as soon as possible.

Fantastic experience: My wife, a client, recommended this office (and she's pretty picky). First visit was wonderful. Eric, the hygienist, handled my setup, cleaning, and some of my imaging. Every stage was deliberate, with lots of communication and opportunities for me to ask questions. Dr. K (Adam) introduced himself midway, then--after the cleaning--went over my 3-D images and options. Explanations were authoritative, succinct, respectful of my intelligence without burying me in technical language. We have a plan for my mouth that will be in the service of a good life. I'm very satisfied. (Several years later) I've now had two implants and additional great care from Koppelman Dental. Looking forward to an ongoing relationship with this fine group of professionals. (Yet later) Great visit. Cleaning and dental assessment. Tracking several issues over time with side-by-side x-ray data. Choice left to me, but with recommendations. Great office.
