Fantastic experience: Dr Kroffke was so helpful today taking care of my dental issues as I needed an emergency root canal. The dental work he does is top class, and I’ve been to many dentists in my life. His dental assistants are so professional and kind as well. I feel so comfortable and confident in his work. I was so grateful that Dr Kroffke got me in immediately to take care of my issues so I can enjoy the holidays.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years and I went for an emergency toothache and learned I needed to have my tooth extracted. Today was the day of that extraction! The appointment could not have went smoother. Both the dentist, Dr. Kroffke and the assistant, Tracie, were efficient, professional and put me at ease. The root of the tooth was broken prior to the extraction however that was not a problem for Dr. Kroffke and Tracie, they took excellent care of me!!! They deserve 5 out of 5 stars!

I definitely had some major issues after not going to a dentist for nearly a decade & for some reason I was terrified & maybe a little ashamed at how bad my teeth had become. I hated to smile for pictures & Terrified of how much it may cost, how much it may hurt etc... But, after just 3 visits in 2 weeks All of my major issues like root canals & cavities are fixed! I never thought I'd have my smile back but, here it is! I think it's important to mention Brunswick Family Dental is not some private equity backed Dental group seeking profit at all cost over care... They are a local family-owned office & Dr. Kroffke Actually grew up and graduated from Brunswick High! The entire team is top notch & I really couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: During the 6 month cleaning procedure I have never experienced such professional service that was admirably surprising with out having any hint of pain and or discomfort during the various cleaning procedures. The dental hygienist used specialized tools including scalers that meticulously removed plaque and tartar that regular brushing and flossing can't remove. All in all left me with a feeling that I will maintain that fresh feeling longer that I have never experienced before during my cleaning procedures that left a feeling of having incredibly smooth and bright teeth. Knowing well that a smoother surface also makes it harder for plaque to adhere.

My son is 11 and had previous dental exams , BFD spent time showing him with images how to brush and floss. BFD was very thorough with their X-rays and images. I had lost a cap that has been troublesome for the last three years, called the office and got a same day appointment. Dr. Kroffke diagnosed the problem which consisted of a root canal, which is frightening at anytime. Dr. Kroffke reassured me that the procedure would be as comfortable as possible with minimal pain.
