Fantastic experience: First impression was one that this is the ideal dental office where you felt valued. Everyone greeted you as you walked in. All employees greeted you with a smile. Very professional.

Positive experience: Although there was a little confusion as to what I thought I was there for the service and professionalism of the staff was excellent.

Fantastic experience: They was very helpful my anxiety was through the roof I was so scared but they all made me feel comfortable!! I'll definitely go back . I found a good dentist finally and comfortable with them thank you to Xue , Tu and Lis !!! Front desk girls as well

Negative experience: I had such a horrible experience here the wait time was long and one of the Spanish speaking girls in the back took so long on my x rays and the doctor ended up referring me out for my extractions never coming back here again.

Negative experience: i don’t know man, i went in and i really wanted my tooth fixed. i couldn’t get approved for the sunbit, because of that, they didn’t want to do a cleaning. i thought that was the bare minimum, considering i paid for the $49 yearly plan

Fantastic experience: Great experience! It didn't hurt when I had an extraction done. It's been an hour since I left, or close to it, and I still don't feel the pain that I felt years ago, when I had teeth pulled at another dentist. I wish I would have gone in sooner, before it got to that point. But other issues prevented me from going, and another friend complained about a different location, when I mentioned that I wanted to try Jefferson last year. I was expecting pain, so I prepared myself to be in pain. I definitely recommend Jefferson Dental. The dentist tells you what he is doing, and how it is going while working with you. He also makes sure that you are ok, as he is working.

Negative experience: I brought my son in on Sunday with a painful tooth, but the receptionist couldn’t verify his insurance. We didn’t get a call back until Tuesday, even though I had already sent in all his information. When we came in Tuesday, they took an X-ray and then told me he needed to be referred somewhere else. They still wanted to clean his teeth, but I refused — I’d rather take him to another office and have everything done at once. My son had to suffer for two days in pain, only to be sent away. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

Fantastic experience: This is a update on my visit at Jefferson Dental on airline. Today 4/10/2024 awesome experience Tu the dental hygienist did a deep clean when I say she did an awesome job made sure I was comfortable and in no pain 10 stars for Tu hands down she is the best hygienist go check her out…….My family member had appointment today for first time . We really felt welcome wasn't rushed. Also Angela was very nice and professional. The hygienist Tu very good with explain the treatment also Dr. Maveli was awesome also. Really glad we found this dentist office.10stars for the entire staff. I highly recommend this Dentist office

Fantastic experience: I did not have to wait long at the Airline location unlike at the one on Veterans Memorial - a two hour wait! The dentist here at the Airline location was awesome, very professional and great and caring attitude. I will continue my care at this location.

Positive experience: It’s taken me a while to write this because I wanted to have the correct words and I wanted to have the full story from my mother, my mother went to an appointment earlier this month and let me just say I have mixed feelings about this clinic my mom says everyone was extremely professional and nice to here the entire time but her experience with the Doctor(the older Asian male) she said she waited for an extremely long time in the chair to get examined by the Dr she was updated twice by the assistant stating “Dr will be right with you he just needs to come to a stopping point in his treatment” now I don’t work for dental but I would only assume you would only over book a schedule if you have more than one Doctor in office or the one you have can multitask and get to everyone fast enough, then when she was finally seen by this “Doctor” he seems lost like if he didn’t know what he was talking about, my mother had questions for him and instead of him answering he would look over to the assistant like if he didn’t know the answer to our questions, by the time we got to the financial part of the appointment it was too late we had already been there for a long time and got nothing but an exam my mother was also a bit worried because like I said the doctor seemed to have no experience I’m not sure if he’s a new graduate but definitely gave off those vibes (I wish I could give the office a 5star review but unfortunately certain things would keep me from returning or referring this place out)

Fantastic experience: My emergency visot for service on 4/14 was top knotch. My Dr. Was patient and careful as he work to help relieve my pain. My dentist applied local l anistetic prior to appling the injectable anitetic. For the first time, I experienced very little pain. The staff were so attentive and caring from checking in to checking out fro the almost 3 hours of vigorous team work. They even stayed late for me and I appreciated this so much. I would give the team 10 stars if available. Thank you all for what you do.

Fantastic experience: Walked in and got a warm welcome with explanation of what I needed to fill out and the prices are doable without insurance. Got a baby tooth extraction and advice about my teeth for caring for them better. Awesome team work with the ladies. Thank you!

Negative experience: TL/DR: Over 3hrs (over two days) of waiting in chair without being seen + phone number below doesn’t connect. Long version Prior to Xmas I’ve been here 2hrs, apt was at 8:30 it’s now 10:30. Im still waiting for a hygienist. Dentist took over an hour and a half before I saw them. Yes, excellent X-rays and service but not efficient. Left after an house and Also their online confirmation and document update system is for corporate. You also get calls and have to redo all the paperwork from this locations office. Update 1/9: I left the last apt after nearly 2.5hrs of waiting as I needed to return to work. Returned today to complete apt / get a ‘simple’ filling. Apt was at 1:30. Things went great until I got to the chair. after waiting nearly 45minutes in the chair, I was told the dentist was in a meeting and they couldn’t interrupt. They were supposed to have the meeting during the lunch break to not interfere with customers apts but did not. They had reassured me when booking it would only take 45min to an hour and scheduled me at 1:30 when the office opened after lunch due to last experience.

Fantastic experience: I'm a 73 yr old senior I was highly impressed with Dr Razavi, her skill is amazing explained everything fully showed empathy kindness towards me I highly recommend this location

Fantastic experience: They know what they’re doing and go out of their way to help you understand what procedures you’ll need and what your options are. I’m a nervous Nelly and they help me to feel at ease. All the doctors and staff are all top notch and you can’t say enough positive things about them. I trust them to take care of me and that’s the biggest thing right there!

Negative experience: Would give you ZERO stars if available! Got a call DAY OF my appt stating my appt was CX because they closed EARLY at 4pm. My appt was at 2:45. I Ask to speak with a manager and Amber takes the call with a different excuse stating I was double booked. You’re telling me you just noticed I was w “double” booked??? Very non professional didn’t even apologize or even offer to reschedule my appointment. Next time come up with a better lie AMBER

Negative experience: Would give 0 starts but the waiting time is soo crazy! My appointment was at 10 & my husband was at 10:30 it is now 12:12 & we are still here!!! Is crazy they are soo slow even tho they have alot of workers and its a saturday. They had me all day here to say my insurance don't cover the clean up!! Like what yall should of told me the minute i walked in had me waist my day and time here. Saying a clean up cost 560$ like what?? Is it a joke???

Fantastic experience: In my past experience, I normally have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist.Here at Jefferson Dental I was relieved to have had wonderful experience No anxiety! Thanks to the wonderful assistants that held my hand. Thank you Shalimar and Anesthesia ;)

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist office I have ever experienced. The dental hygienist hurt me so badly that my blood pressure dropped to 60/40 due to shock. The lazy dental assistant didn't even check my blood pressure before we started because well I guess she wasn't fully awake yet. The staff was very uncaring and unprofessional and just looked at me like I was an idiot. The place is trashy and unclean. Choose any other office in Houston for your dental needs. This one should be closed down.

Negative experience: I can't believe the attitudes these people have here. I started cussing the lady out for my brother because of how she treated him (I couldn't believe it so it caught me off guard) and when we told the manager Amanda what she did after having to call back due to the lady who was being very rude hung up the phone, The manager goes and has a attitude with my brother too! and proceeds on trying to defend her Co-worker saying she acted the way she did because we started cussing her out as if I just started doing it for no reason. The lady proceeded forward to hang up the phone on my brother when he told her multiple times hold on I need some information and this is after the fact that she kept interrupting him throughout the entire conversation and after awhile of saying hold on I'm trying to get some information and you keep interrupting me she tells him well I got other clients here as if he is not one and that's what set me off. My brother just paid off almost $5000 upfront and he hasn't been happy with them at all and now I see why. Me as a former customer of this Place will no longer come back due to what took place today because I'm honestly disgusted with this behavior to a paying customer who should feel happy and welcomed for paying so much money. I will no longer recommend this place specifically nor any other Jefferson dentist with this kind of behavior being allowed in these places. Cooperate needs to come down hard.

Negative experience: I set up a appointment for teeth whitening. I was gonna pay cash. They thought I wanted a free one . So they was being rude. They literally hung up on me. So I called back and the manager Amanda was being a clown . Didn't wanna give me no information on who hung on me . Or hey supervisor number . She hung up on me as well. I try to set up a appointment at this location cause Blalock was rude as well. Thru must all talk or something. But these lil girls rude. Don't come here. I contacted corporate. Hopefully they fix the issues

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. This place is the worst!!! First day I took my mom to her appointment I waited for her over 6 hours!!! Inconsistency with rescheduled appointments for one reason or another on their part. Doctor supposedly had an emergency my mom showed up and claimed they tried calling us but we never received the call. The place looks filthy and the girls that work there are very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Update: 3/18/2024 I received a message to call them but no one ever answers the phone…ridiculous!!!

Positive experience: Took my mom to get a crown replaced. Although we were very specific as to what we wanted to still do, they proposed everything she could possibly need. After a little bit of sticker shock, we were so fortunate to have Amanda (Mgr) work with us to decipher exactly what she needed and well within reasonable price. If I was rating only on Amanda’s care and compassion the rating, would without question be at least a five star. Liked that they were able to see my mom very quickly and definitely easy to schedule. Also, like the fully bilingual staff.

Negative experience: Years ago, we had good experiences with Jefferson Dental. That is no longer the case. The employees are rude and unprofessional. The clinic is dirty and scary. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this Jefferson Dental facility. The whole staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered. Had a thorough explanation of what was covered by insurance and what I would be financially responsible for. Over all, I was very pleased with this experience and yes, I would recommend this dental facility.

Fantastic experience: Went here for the first time and it was the best experience I've had at at dental place. All of the staff were super nice to me and made everything comfortable. They explained to me my x-rays in detail and my payment plans and options. Dr. Tu was truly the best. Even as a child I've never had such a thorough cleaning of my teeth. She took her time with each tooth and made sure i was comfortable throughout the experience. I usually have a hard time at Drs officees or dental places but today was an exception. Negative experience: They are always understaffed on Saturdays. I waited 2hrs even with an appointment and ended up walking out frustrated because the dentist never attend to me. The hygienist kept saying the dr will be right with you and then another 30min go by and nothing. Never coming back.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I came in the receptionist/Treatment coordinator - Alyssa, dental assistants and hygienist Natalie were great! Very nice and knowledgeable about my treatment and giving me all the options I have to get it done.

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, eye was not able to have work done at JD&O because the oral surgeon, who was scheduled to extract my teeth, is not in my network. However, eye will say that my every interaction, whether in person or over the phone with folks, and that includes EVERYONE at both the Veterans Memorial and the Airline locations and at least one person in/at a routing location, was warm and pleasant and professional and, this should not be undervalued, HAPPY! Every one eye encountered at JD&O seemed genuinely happy to be working with me, AND happy to be working with each other. If not for my insurance incompatibility, eye would most definitely want to be taken care of by these wonderful people. I Am happy to recommend JD&O to anyone cares what eye have to say.

Positive experience: Had the best experience at dentist. The staff, Dr. , hygienist and receptionist were ALL a class act . Just would like to be seen according to my appointment time...No Reason to be almost 4 hours for a check up and cleaning

Negative experience: The worst service that l've ever had, they sent me a bill for something that I already paid in the office. The reason why they were charging me extra was because they changed my insurance to another one and I never told them that I have that insurance, I went to the clinic and told them and they didn't want to help me to fix their problem. The manager was very rude and didn't even want to talk to me. Now I'm still receiving bills with different amounts and I know that I already paid the day that I was on the clinic. If you don't want to deal with the same problem don't go to this place.

Negative experience: My experience was terrible!! My crown came back off 20 minutes after I left their office on 1/31/23 after waiting almost 2 hours!! He wanted me to get a root canal and another crown which would cost over 2,000.00!! I told him I could not afford it. I came on 1/30/23 to have my crown put back on and after 3 hours of waiting they told me I had to come back on 1/31/23!! I don’t plan on ever going back there,

Negative experience: This place is a total scam. Stay Away!!! They take advantage of unknowing elderly! They will tell you they accept your insurance and once there will bill you for additional items not needed. My grandmother has always kept up with her dental cleanings and never has had any issues. She decided to try Jefferson Dental and not only did she wait for 4 hours but they told her she supposedly needed a deep dental cleaning and that all her teeth were going bad (untrue) . She agreed to the deep clean which they over charged her for $300+. Once they did the deep clean they tried to say other things were wrong and they had 4 different people try to upsell her on services she doesn’t need (think timeshare sales). She was told they couldn’t sign off on her medical paper work and would need to come back for more “work” in other words so they can scam her out of more money. They will be reported to the State of Texas. Stay away!

Negative experience: Wish I could put 0 stars. Got some work done and since I left Jefferson my mouth had been hurting and couldn’t chew on the side I got work done. Dentist said my mouth was just sore from getting a root canal done. Pain never went away. Went back and nothing was resolved. I’ve given up on Jefferson and have gone to a different dental office. Dentist bills are too expensive to have incompetent dentist….. Now they say they can’t find me in the system. This dentist is a joke. Stay away from this dentist

I love the awesome teamwork and I am grateful that they were able to answer my questions and If anyone had a doubt about the answer to my question they asked someone else to make sure

Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely love the staff. They are so patient and caring. They attend to them with the upmost care and respect. They answer all my questions and make sure you understand what is being done through your the whole time. They really do make me feel comfortable as a parent and my children as well.

Fantastic experience: Great establishment with very caring people. I’ve taken my grandmother, my nephew, & my son here and have never had a bad experience. Special shout to Alyssa & Priscilla who work in the front, and Tu who’s in the back for making our appointments memorable. If I could personally give them a raise, I would. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I definitely recommend going here. Everyone is so kind , and assist you fast. The medical assistants are so helpful and helped me with any questions I had. The Dentist are so kind, and were very gentle with the way they approached the procedures. 10/10

Positive experience: It's a good place because they have good plans. But honestly they don't care about dental health,they only care about you giving your payment every month because i have a two year payment plan and they never bothered to call and make an appointment exam to check how is it going. Now that I come back they expect for me to pay $29 again for another exam which I never had a follow up appointment. They always say they have a busy schedule.
