Negative experience: BEWARE OF BILLING DEPARTMENT I was overcharged for a dental filling in December 2025. Despite providing insurance EOB documentation proving the overcharge, Dynamic Dental has: ❌ Refused to process refund for 3+ weeks despite multiple written requests ❌ Applied overpayment as account credit AGAINST my explicit written instructions ❌ Broken promises - promised callback "next week," never happened ❌ Made me chase them repeatedly for my own money while demanding immediate payment before service TODAY (Jan 5) - after my third follow-up, they finally "submitted" a refund. Now telling me to wait ANOTHER 1-2 weeks. The Double Standard: Demand payment BEFORE service Take 4-5+ weeks to refund THEIR billing errors The clinical work may be fine, but the billing department ignores written instructions and shows complete disrespect for patients' time. I am now seeking care elsewhere and filing a complaint with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Dentistry. Get everything in writing and scrutinize every bill. Better yet, find a practice with integrity.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for little over a year. The hygienist, Emily, is sweet and thorough. Not to mention my appointments are always on time. The office itself is always clean and inviting! UPDATE: Dr. Mary and Erica are a DYNAMIC duo! Never had a root canal before -- they made my first experience comfortable from the beginning to end. 10/10 recommend Dr. Mary if you're ever in need of an Endodontist .

Fantastic experience: Had my teeth cleaned today by Melissa. I highly recommend Dynamic dental! Melissa was fast yet so thorough! Her years of experience show in how she works. Dr. Svetlana did my exam. Her friendly personality made me feel comfortable, and took away any anxiety I had going to the dentist. I trust Dynamic dental with treating my entire family.

Positive experience: Reception can do better than just say “you know how much it costs and need to get paid in full”. There should be a better way to say this to a patient. Doctors are awesome and knowledgeable. Assistants training in soft skills should be continues and should help them focus on patient care during procedures and not personal phone calls. Phones should be banned during services.

Fantastic experience: Today 18 of November i had great cleaning without any pain at all from the beginning till the end. It was a nice pain free cleaning.

Fantastic experience: I made a consultation appointment with Dynamic dental to get a second opinion on extracting a tooth. I was absolutely amazed at how fast they able to fit me in. Dr. Hersey, took an X-ray, a scan and showed a ai image of my tooth. She was very informative and explained everything to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. She made me feel calm on what had to be done. I was also very impressed with Dr. Yang. the oral surgeon. He was also very informative and explained everything in full detail to me. He also, made me feel very confident in my next steps forward with treatment. He was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable during treatment. Dr. Yang was great! Everyone was great and so friendly and attentive. I was also very impressed with how modern and advanced everything was. I will definitely be coming back as a new patient! Thank you

Dr. Andrea Bricker Sullivan is the best dentist ever, she helped me navigate through my dental procedures with compassion and pain free extractions. All the dental assistants, especially Rachel was there to hold my hand!! Office staff and dental hygienists were all very pleasant and professional!! They always fit me in for an appointment!! Can’t say enough!! Not a baby anymore!! 73 years young!

Fantastic experience: Dynamic Dental is the best! Had appointment with hygienist Sarah who is amazing, excellent at her profession. The cleaning was so thorough, that after 3 days they still feel wonderful, she cleaned areas I could not clean! And removed stains (from coffee/food) and lightly filing the top to even out chips! I’m old, but I now have a beautiful young smile! Very thankful they are in Mansfield !!

I went in as a new patient, and I am usually very anxious when it comes to any medical care, but thanks to all the lovely staff I wasn’t today! My dental hygienist Lori was absolutely incredible, making sure to ensure my comfort throughout the entire experience. Lauren, who also helped me book my appointment was so kind on the phone and in the office. She was very informative, answered all my questions and helped me to pick out the best options for me in my treatment plan. And Dr. Marisa, the orthodontist who I also ended up seeing today was very helpful and kind! Overall amazing experience! If you are looking for a new dental office with caring, kind and attentive staff then this would be the best place to go!

Fantastic experience: I go earlier in the morning and my appointments always start on time. A friendly hygienist and comfy chair help with the naturally unpleasant experience of having your teeth cleaned. They do 3D scanning now too so you can see everything!

Fantastic experience: I had the best dental service experience at Dynamic Dental Mansfield, right from booking my whole family’s appointment to checking in/out. Both the administrative and clinical teams were knowledgeable and experienced, and delivered great patient satisfaction. I also want to mention the office ambience impressed me for the first look with its modern and clean interior decor. I was also impressed by all the modern technological advancements of the tools that they used to make deliverables easy both for staff and patients alike. Clear communications and precise expectations were a plus. Katie (hygienist) was exceptionally nice and professional. Dr. Erin and her MA, and Dr. Marisa (ORTHO) provided answers to all the questions and helped me understand my oral health concerns. Overall, a great practice and highly recommend everyone. They will put all your anxieties to ease!

Fantastic experience: Visited the dentist for the first time in a few years and honestly had an amazing experience as a new patient! Visit was for a cleaning and overall review of my oral health since it had been a while. Lori performed my cleaning; Dr. Erin reviewed my X-rays and performed an oral exam. My oral report card required only a filling replaced. Dr. Erin was available to squeeze me in and I was able to get my filling replaced right after my cleaning. I really appreciated the team’s flexibility and swiftness to get me taken care of, same day! Lori and Dr. Erin are very professional, take great pride in patient care, and are true experts of their craft. 12/10 recommend, they put the squeaky in clean and fresh in breath! They’re the best! ✨

Fantastic experience: 1. I appreciate that ONLY AMERICAN ENGLISH is spoken through out the entire office and exam rooms. 2. Everyone is so kind and supportive. I got a next day appointment for a molar extraction and my preference for gas was respected. 3. Procedures, options, and costs are discussed with me prior to treatment. ****4. During procedures, large or small, there is no small talk between Dr & Technician. They just “Get ‘er Done!” I have never been more impressed & pleased by any other dental practice I’ve my years and I’m 76 years old. I’ve been a patient for quite a while now and will never leave. Negative experience: I’m going to be very honest my teeth are really bad. After years of struggling with an ed I’ve been embarrassed to go to the dentist. I went to Dynamic Dental because they took my insurance and were accepting new patients and (at the time) had very high reviews. The hygienist was very polite but the actual dentist (I believe it was Doctor Svetlana) was extremely rude. Her first question was “what happened?” Not in a polite tone but an accusatory tone. I didn’t feel it was appropriate to get in to my history with ed as the door was open and I could hear children outside the door. So I just played it off. She kept insisting and telling me how bad my teeth were and how young I was and how I needed implants. Something no dentist has ever suggested to me before. I was (unsurprisingly) told I needed a lot of work but we would start with a root canal which I scheduled for today (July 1st 2025). When I came in today I was told there was no appointment made for me. They said they would “squeeze me in” and “make it right” but I didn’t want to be rushed through such an important procedure. So I will be looking for a new dentist. Overall based on my experience at my first appointment I would not recommend Dynamic Dental. I definitely would not reccomend them after my experience today.

Fantastic experience: It’s always a pleasure to have my teeth cleaned here. It doesn’t matter which hygienist works on my teeth they are all excellent at their job. Very respectful of any issues, such as fear or gagging. Had a crown done today and it was painless. Dr. Andrea was so gentle as was her assistant. Very patient with my gagging and coughing. I would recommend Dynamic Dental for all your dental needs. Great staff at front desk, too.

Fantastic experience: Literally the BEST experience, per usual. Dr. Erin and Raquel are the Dream Team! The entire staff at every touch point are top notch on every level possible. Professional, courteous, compassionate, efficient and kind! Raquel, dental assistant is THE best! Front desk, Cole goes above and beyond along with everyone else (I just happen to know Cole’s name who was beyond empathetic and helpful this past visit). 3 years ago I worked in Mansfield, but now WFM. I tried my husband’s local dentist and was so turned off by front desk (bad attitudes) and creepy dentist who was so rude to his assistant while making comments about my “bad cavity situation” he saw on x-ray I never returned to creeper. I drive 1 hour each way to Dynamic Dental- so it’s safe to say they are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! Dr. Erin is the most competent, kind, fast, qualified and personable doctor I’ve had pleasure of encountering!

Fantastic experience: I was completely shocked at the high class in a dentist office, from my first visit to now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff at the front office are so nice and friendly and they are very helpful, the dentists are also very helpful and they know how stressful a visit is. No matter who you choose they are all very confident that they can take the best care of you !!

Fantastic experience: Lost a filling on one of my front teeth over the weekend and first thing Monday morning they were able to fix me up as good as new. Amazing work! You can’t even tell.

Negative experience: Unfortunate experience with a company that only cares about taking your money! Getting a consultation took a month and they didn't look at my tooth or consult with me at all. Then they couldn't schedule me a procedure for another month when it's an emergency? All they want is your money. I found someone else who can do it this week. Sad that I waited so long for them to scam me.

Fantastic experience: Dynamic Dental is an outstanding practice. Literally every individual displays a “patient first” approach. Always courteous. processional and skilled. Dr Svetlana is excellent and Dr Hickman their oral surgeon is fabulous. Hygienists, administrative team and practitioners each and every one stellar!

Fantastic experience: I had to have a deep cleaning today, YIKES, but it wasn’t a terrible experience. I wish I knew the woman’s name that did it. She was so very nice & patient, I have a bit of dentist phobia, she calmed me. The best part is I’m in no pain at all which tells me she is excellent at her job.

Negative experience: This is a tough one to leave 1 star for. The dentist and technicians are great, the dental service is top notch and they are professional and friendly. The issue with Dynamic dental is their egotistical and argumentative office staff. Billing issues, scheduling issues, and if you raise a question or make a comment they argue with you. They are just not pleasant to deal with and with the options available I see no reason a person would bother going there. It just isn't worth it. Jen, at the front desk, is jut not a pleasant person. She argues, debates, and hangs up on you. This is not a customer oriented business and is clearly a for profit pump and dump company. My son's and I have spent thousands, many thousands, of dollars at Dynamic Dental over the past few years. I do not recommend this company for families. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else, you will be happy you did.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY! - Worst experience, While doing a root canal they broke off a tooth, Took 3-4 visits to repair , Kept saying “no charge” , 5 months later received a bill for $700!! (“Billing error “)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrea, Lauren, Cassie & the ENTIRE staff are fantastic!! My daughter was 6 and super frightened of the dentist, but now because of the friendliness and kindness of the entire staff, she has overcome her fear & now enjoys going to see the dentist. She is now 11yrs old and has braces on the top and bottom. She gets so excited when she has an appt with the ortho team bc she gets to change the color of her bands. It’s so refreshing that the whole team totally changed her perspective of the dentist/orthodontist!! My son has already gone through having braces and having them removed. He now has a retainer he wears just at night. His teeth look amazing! The team got them on and off before he entered high school. Their dentist & orthodontic departments are just phenomenal!! Great staff, wonderful doctors and such a super clean facility. Amazing facility! You and your kids will love the dentist if you go here! We are big fans and will continue to go here for as long as we possibly can.

Negative experience: Inconsistent with appointments always trying to change the times because they’re never doing their job correctly made several appointments and they’ve always tried to change my time messing up my schedule. Staff is very disrespectful unprofessional the Dentist don’t even know what they’re doing. Please go to another dentist!!! Unprofessional!!!!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my 1st visit at Dynamic Dental and met with Dr. Svetlana. She gave me all the information I needed and answered any questions I had about getting a crown. The front desk was also very helpful with providing me with detailed costs including the option to purchase a dental discount plan. Thank you very much Dr. Svetlana and your assistant and staff!

Fantastic experience: The crown process was very easy. I didn’t feel a thing and the staff were very concerned with my well being. They also explained every step along the way.

Negative experience: I would give 5 stars but they're always sending bills before waiting for insurance to process. I've spent way too much time on the phone having to clear up billing issues. (And saved myself money not automatically paying my bills!) Updated: I’ve switched dental practices and their billing dept is so much better ; they tell you what you will owe BEFORE the service.

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to write this review for Katie. My son has been a patient at this facility since he was 7yrs old and is now in college. I have always been impressed by Katie's professionalism and excellent bedside manner. She is truly an asset to this facility, and I always make it a point to schedule appointments with her. Negative experience: Really unprofessional staff. After being a patient for 3 year with no issues I recently had to reschedule dental appts twice after falling ill they told me because I rescheduled twice at short notice they were no longer going to be be able to see my children. The receptionist got very defensive when I called to see if the issue could be rectified and got aggressive when I asked to speak with management and denied my request and then tried to telling me they were going to contact my health insurance to get them to cancel me (which I they can't do ) and would have no reason to do so. When I went to my change dentist (which I absolutely love) and attempted to call for my records they spammed my number so I could not get through and I had to ask my new dentist to request the records for me. So unprofessional. I have heard similar stories from friends about their unprofessionalism with patients. I would not recommend this dentist.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. The office itself is beautiful and everyone there is extremely friendly, but they definitely pushed procedures I didn't need and ignored a tooth that had been painful for months. They kept insisting I had cavities everywhere else and that I needed expensive, invasive gum surgery when I had no gum pain at all. They did a filling in one tooth that wasn't bothering me, only to have it in agony for months after. I went back in to have it fixed, and after they had drilled it yet again they said I might actually need a root canal because the filling is now so close to the nerve. I ended up going to another dentist the next day where they found a huge crack in the tooth that was originally bothering me and charged me almost a hundred dollars less to have it fixed same day! I also wasn't going to leave a bad review initially - I sent them an email needing my x-rays moved over to my new office and told them about my experience, hoping they would get back to me, but they didn't respond at all. I called to confirm they sent the x-rays and they said they already had, and hung up pretty quickly without addressing anything that happened. I'm sure this place is fine for most people, but just beware that it's a fancier place and they might be pushing unnecessary work to charge you.

Fantastic experience: I always receive excellent care from Dynamic Dental, from their dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants and their receptionists. They are always friendly and professional and as gentle as possible. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: If you like professional and friendly staff and a job done right, Dynamic Dental is for you. Dr. Erin and her assistant Raquel replaced two fillings: one due to age and the other due to a job not done right elsewhere. The fillings were fixed correctly. The novocaine administration was perfect, done in the right spot, and I didn't feel a thing during the procedure. The past place numbed my face, but I still felt the drilling. The filling was ground down multiple times, with a bite check in between, to get it right. I occasionally bit my inside lip while eating. I didn't realize that the lousy filling job I had in the past contributed to this issue, but it must have. I haven't had a problem biting my lip since replacing these fillings. I also had a gap issue from the past filling job that made flossing very difficult. This has also been solved. Thank you!

Negative experience: A friend recommended this office to me for dental care. I had a crack in a filling and needed to get it repaired. When I entered the exam room the doctor and dental assistant were speaking out loud about a patient. They didn’t name the patient but were discussing that the patient had another appointment but still had not paid for the root canal that was performed on her. Very unprofessional!! The Dentist introduced herself she look very young and newly out of school. She inserted the needle for numbing twice on the inside of my upper cheek it was excruciating !! The tooth she was working on was my lower back molar yet she inserted the needle into my upper cheek. Then she started drilling and I could feel the pain and raised my hand. She was upset that I was not numb. I had a golf ball size fluid pocket on the inside of my cheek from the shots she gave me. She then proceeded to give me another yet another shot that finally numbed the area and repaired the tooth. I have had many dental procedures in my life and have never been butchered so badly !!! It has left me traumatized for life. I pray she doesn’t hurt anyone else!!!! I no longer go to this practice and will never recommend anyone go there.

Fantastic experience: I've only had one visit so far but it was great! Kaitlyn was my hygienist and she is a gem! I felt like fate brought me to this office. Kaitlyn was my hygienist about 10 years and the best I've ever had. Whatever my needs are, she does not make me feel like a dental misfit ;) She was friendly/happy, and knowledgeable - - about a lot. I forget the dentist's name, but she was also kind and knowledgeable. The space is bright, clean, and the customer care assistants were friendly and professional. The air in the facility (crazy to mention, right?) was soooo clean!

Negative experience: Good place if you only need regular cleanings which was the case for me for 2 years. But just recently they didn't give me proper quote upfront for 2 fillings and ended up with $300 bill after already paying $100 in copay for 2 fillings (so $400 for 2 fillings after insurance payment they got). I called last week and was told someone’s supervisor will give a call back but dodnt get any call back so called again and was told the same thing that its my responsibility and they only take copay based on estimation. Changing to another place now

Fantastic experience: The staff here is incredible. I’ve seen Dr.Hickin Dr. Andrea and Dr.Hersey and they have all been phenomenal and have provided the best care. They answer all my questions thoroughly and make me feel like i’m truly cared for as a patient. Everyone at the front desk is so kind and extremely helpful. The assistants and hygienists are also all super sweet and are amazing at easing any anxieties or worries you have about the dentist. Overall extraordinary staff and beautiful place.

Fantastic experience: The staff has always been friendly, polite, engaging, and professional. I always find my semi-annual cleaning a pleasant experience. They are also great with my kids and are attentive to their age and make them feel special.

Negative experience: I am incredibly disappointed that when treating a child there is zero compassion and patience. Any time either of my children became anxious or scared the response was “you’re going to need to see a pediatric dentist.” How about reassuring a child it’s okay and there’s nothing to be afraid of? This treatment to young children is why they grow into adults that avoid the dentist. Do better!

Fantastic experience: I always have a positive experience at Dynamic Dental .This is one of the best place to receive care . The hygienist Ms. Bento is always kind and explains every steps . Today my baby sitter called out last minute and I had to bring my eight months son in with me . Ms. Bento and one of the Doctors went above and beyond to help calm the baby while providing exceptional care . I will be forever grateful for the warm and welcoming environment that the staff of Dynamic Dental create whenever I go there .

Negative experience: My child (who has braces on) was there for cleaning after 6 months since last cleaning, and was in and out in less than 10 minutes INCLUDING the x-ray taking time... Also, they didn't have the right type of floss for braces, so they didn't floss all the way. Such a mediocre cleaning job. When I complained, they got another hygienist, who said no cleaning is needed. What a nice, profitable business: spend under 10 minutes and bill insurance for hundreds of dollars! Also, as I was talking to the manager, she was sitting very far back on the other side of the counter but very far from it. She kept saying, "can't hear you". How about you move closer to the counter, so you can hear better? I could not move any closer myself because I was right there leaning over my side of the counter and raising my voice as much as I could, and obviously, could not enter her space.

Fantastic experience: All of my visits at Dynamic Dental have been great. Kaitlyn provides professional and friendly service. My cleanings are always painless with no discomfort to my mouth. My wife and daughter are also customers and are very pleased with the excellent service that they have received from Dynamic Dental.

Fantastic experience: This office is simply amazing! They are caring, knowledgeable, realistic, and treat each person with respect. They work like a perfectly choreographed production. Starting with the welcoming front desk when you walk in, to seeing a hygienist, dental assistant, dentist, and orthodontist, everyone works and communicates perfectly with each other. They spend so much time with you and allow you to ask as many questions as possible.I love this place

Fantastic experience: I have always hated going to the dentist. In fact, I have avoided going for many years (more than 20) and I am now dealing with the consequences. I went to Dynamic Dental today to start the process of getting back on track. They were wonderful. They were very gentle and patient. I felt that I was being taken care of as a person and not just another number. They were honest with me about what needs to be done right now and did not try and make me have work done that isn’t necessary. I drove 45 minutes to get to the office from home and it was worth it. I think if my past experiences had been like today I wouldn’t have put it off so long.

Fantastic experience: 2023 Absolutely the best place to get your teeth cleaned. I had Lori , she was amazing, and had now become my person to go to :) . Of course, everyone else is just as lovely. However, Lori took care of me with so much kindness and made the overall experience less stressful. Updated went back on 4/25/2024 and saw Lori again. I highlight the above sentiments once more :)

Fantastic experience: When I first moved to the area I was in search of a good dentist and after a lot of trial and error I came upon dynamic dental. I have been coming here for over 5 years and have enjoyed every visit! The staff behind the desk is so kind, and the hygienists and dentists are fabulous.
