Fantastic experience: I had a different dental hygienist clean my teeth this time. Kelly did an excellent job on cleaning my teeth! I was just getting over a cold and my lips were so dry so she gave me their wonderful lip balm! It helped a lot to ease the pain from dry lips through a cleaning! Thank you Dr Lindsey and staff for being a top notch dental office!!

Fantastic experience: I've been using Moorman, Lindsey, and Crawford for many years. From when it was just Moorman Dental and the service is top notch. The folks who work there are very professional while managing to be super friendly at the same time. Carolyn is my hygienist and does excellent work. I have been seen by both Griff and Lance and both are wonderful. Can't ask for better than that! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good dental practice.

Negative experience: ⚠️POC, BEWARE or AVOID.⚠️ The elderly white woman at the front desk, **SHERRILL**, COMPLETELY stereotyped me upon my entering. This experience has left such an awful taste in my mouth! I came in, just before my appointment time, and she looks up at me briefly, and with little to no thought, she spouts, “Tyrone!”, and I’m thinking she’s on the phone with a Tyrone, setting up an appointment or something so I stand there quietly waiting for her to finish. **SHERRILL** just looks at me and then it hit me that she’s referring to me. I look puzzled and ask her if she’s calling ME ‘Tyrone’, and she just busts out with the most wicked laughter I have ever heard, ONLY one laughing in a room full of people. It clearly really tickled something inside of her. Then, seeing the visible discomfort with my treatment, the lady beside her just looks at me and walks away, as if to not involve herself in the woman’s unprofessional behavior but says nothing. **SHERRILL** then tells me that she only called me Tyrone because that’s her next appointment… but MIND YOU, I got there MINUTES before MY appointment so I know for a fact I was her “next appointment”. A Tyrone never came. I say all this to say this: If you’re going to ASSUME something about someone or give out patient information, base it on THEM and not their skin color. All black people do not look the same just like all racism isn’t loud.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service, always a calming, caring, friendly, family base atmosphere. Never a dull moment with Dr. Crawford and Lisa at his side. The hygienist are always awesome. I love theses guys. They go to extreme measures to reduce the fear and anxiety of going to the dentist. From the time you walk in the door until you leave you are treated with respect care and smiling faces , not to mention multiple laughs along the way.The whole crew at this office are AWESOME !!!!

Have been using them almost 40 years. I should know everything there is to know about this crew. Also will call you back on weekends in case of emergency. And that is very important to me . During the appointment they offer informative information about any procedure that will/is being done, especially if it is something new. Dr. Lindsey is always very professional, courteous, and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I have always had a good experience with the services they provide.

Negative experience: Great service and care for years! However around the first of the year something changed with our insurance. I realized this by coincidence on another matter. Called the office before 3 cleaning appointments and voiced my concerns asked if they were sure our insurance was still covered with them. I was assured everything was the same and no need to reschedule. Complete the appointment and a couple months later receive a bill for over $500. I was correct and our insurance is no longer covered with them. If the office staff would have looked up my insurance when I called they would have realized I was correct. Due to them not doing their job, I’m stuck with a $500 bill for 3 cleanings. Sure glad it wasn’t a major procedure. Beware you can’t trust the staff on insurance. Otherwise we have had great service.

Positive experience: The Dentist and staff were great. The only thing I was surprised about was when I got a notice from the insurance about what they paid. The dentist had coded my extraction as a surgical extraction and I didn't think it was a surgical extraction. The insurance only paid half of the cost. But the procedure and staff were terrific.

Negative experience: I had a root canal done by them and later down the line had issues. A local dentist in my area stated the last dentist that worked on my teeth drilled too deep and caused nerve damage. Now I have to get the tooth redone once again.

Fantastic experience: Having to establish a new dentist after moving here, my first visit to see Dr Crawford was a great experience. The office staff was so nice and helpful. Dr Crawford was so kind and knowledgeable. He had a wonderful plan for my dental care that fit our budget, and explained everything in detail. Lisa his assistant, is equally knowledgeable, very sweet, and answered all my questions and concerns. I am looking forward to many years of working with this office for mine and my husband’s dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Love my dentist office! Every time I go in I feel as if I am a part of a family. Everyone is always smiling, everyone always greets you. From the moment you walk into the door to when you’re in the back, it doesn’t matter someone is always there to ask how you are or if they can help you. Not to mention, the service! They work to get you in and out, no sitting forever in a waiting room. I have always had the best experience when visiting to have my teeth cleaned and ALWAYS leave with pearly whites!

Fantastic experience: I can't not say enough nice things about Dr. Griff Lindsey and Carolyn Chaney and all the staff at Moorman, Lindsey, and Crawford. Dr. Lindsey became my dentist about 10 years ago when I first moved back to Douglas from Atlanta. In 2008, Dr. Lindsey properly diagnosed a dental issue I was having and directed me to Emory for surgery and treatment. After additional testing Emory confirmed Dr. Lindsey's diagnosis was indeed correct. However, even though Dr. Lindsey and his staff were not the ones performing the multiple surgeries or treatment they were always there to help treat any issues I was having during this time and since this time.
