Staff listened to me about my son's concerns when I made the appointment (and remembered the details when we showed up.). Hygienist Olivia was FANTASTIC - being empathetic, sensitive, patient and creative. She talked my son through options, making him feel in control and heard. Go see Dr. Repasky for friendly, quality, sensitive dental care.

Fantastic experience: Growing old is not for sissies and your mouth changes like the rest of your physical body. Those changes affect the bones, gums, etc. As one takes care of the body, so must we take care of our teeth. Intellectually, we know this is true but we are left with choices; we tend to take care of our body but in my case, fail to invest in my mouth/teeth. I received facts from our trained dentist. Ultimately, the decision is ours. I appreciated hearing all the factual info and the freedom to make my own AND informed decision. Listen carefully to the facts from your professional and choose wisely what is best for you. I think I did today.

Fantastic experience: Being in the dentist chair is one of my least favorite places to be. But, as always, this office makes me feel comfortable and confident. In addition, my hygienist was thorough, comforting, and informative. I left there looking good and feeling good.

Fantastic experience: I love my dentist G and my hygienist is wonderful and Dr. Montgomery is superior. I've been going to them for almost 29 years. Everyone in the office is always so friendly and polite. They provide a wonderful service and keeping my teeth and gums very healthy.

Negative experience: The dentits are great. The receptionists are just flat out awful, rude. Not the first time i've had a rude receptionist. Tone is everything when you're speaking to a customer. Maybe the upper echelon should tell the receptionist that. The first time I missed an appointment I was in the ICU with my father had to pull him off life support the old Betty that worked there called me and then told me she was gonna charge me. Because I missed an appointment because i didnt cancel ahead of time. Soooo sorry my father death got in the way like I knew that I was going to be there ending up my father's life. You guys are absolutely hands down ridiculous. With the receptionist yall choose to hire. A year later or so, today, I try to schedule and whoever answered the phone clearly doesn't want to answer the phone clearly didn't want to talk to me clearly didn't want to do anything passed me off to another person who had an issue. Get better people on the phone.

Fantastic experience: We had such a wonderful experience at this dental office! Dr.Repasky took amazing care of my 11-year-old nephew, Jackson, who was very nervous at first. They were incredibly kind, patient, and made him feel totally comfortable in the chair. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. One of the best surprises was their sweet therapy dog, Ellie, who instantly put Jackson at ease and turned what could have been a scary visit into something fun and memorable. Highly recommend this office to anyone—especially families with kids!

But Judy (my preferred hygienist) and Dr Repasky have continued to provide the excellent service and personal care i have expected from this practice. After checking my dental insurance and reviews I took a chance on Dublin Dental Associates. I'm so glad I did - not only did they get me in same day the apt was quick and painless. The male dental hygienist who was assigned to me was very courteous and did a great job. The receptionist is always friendly and the other staff are very helpful. I would recommend this clinic to others. By the way, after the check-up, you can receive a toothbrush and toothpaste on your way out. For children, there are also fidgets and glowing rings. The kids really love those.

Negative experience: The past two years I was a patient here, I constantly felt forced to get dental work that wasn’t necessary. I’ve never had any dental problems in the past. Being a 24 year old female with seemingly good dental hygiene. Recently, I had a filling done on a tooth which didn’t need it. As confirmed by a different doctor after the fact. I’ve been in constant pain for 3 weeks because the filling was done improperly. I even went back into the office and they “fixed” the filling a week after it was done. Which this did not help my condition. Their resolution over the phone was to do a root canal even before having examined me. After getting a second opinion (as stated earlier), I was told the tooth didn’t require a filling in the first place and now I have to pay extra money and time to a new dentist to fix a problem which should never had happened because of this office’s greed and lack of respect for their patients.

Words can't explain how kind the assistant was, took the extra time to talk me through everything she did, with good detail and let me know the concerns or not much concerns as she went as well. really put me at ease. the scenery they have is another plus. Fantastic experience: Dublin Dental Associates is a fantastic dental practice. Every member of the staff is friendly, empathetic and professional. The patient is involved in making decisions about major dental procedures. All questions are answered and the patient is in control of their treatment and care . Dr Repasky should give seminars on Novocain injections for other dentists! Love the wide open views of nature and critters through their window walls while being treated- very calming!

Fantastic experience: Superhero dentist comes to the rescue. Amazing customer service and quick response time. On Friday night I fell on my face on cement fracturing my two front teeth (root still attached) and lacerating part of my face. It was severe enough to be transferred from an urgent care to an emergency room. Unable to speak, my husband called Dublin Dental Associates after office hours and spoke with Karen about my condition. Dr. Repasky was kind enough to call me THAT night from a Friday night HS football game to assess the damage to the teeth over a series of texted photos. He called Saturday and Sunday to check on my progress and came into the office on his day off to review my injuries early Monday morning. He proceeded to fix my teeth beautifully and I have a follow up appointment to check on our longer term fix soon. Karen even came in to check on me and wish me well. The dental hygienist was also so kind. Thank you for all your kindness Dublin Dental Associates.
