Park Center Dental Care

Negative experience: I got a filling and clearly something was off, I can feel something sharp in my mouth and my retainer doesn’t fit anymore. It makes me nervous that it’s not something they know how to resolve, I tried many times to explain and they did attempt to fix but wasn’t able to, not having any other solution or discussion. They ended up being snarky rude and impatient and I still walked away without resolution. Please don’t waste your time or money here, I wish I had trusted my gut in the beginning and went somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: They were able to get me in fast! They were very professional and fixed me up right away. Best dentist I’ve ever been to if possible I will come here for as long as I’m in the area! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Thank you to Courtney and Dr Lauren this week. Courtney cleaned my teeth - no pain just great results. She was fun to visit with. Dr Lauren completed an in-office whitening of my teeth. I was nervous as I had never done that before, but she made me feel comfortable, explained the process and the results were awesome. Negative experience: I used to see Dr Melemseter and since she retired, thought I'd try the new doc. Courtney did my cleaning and she was wonderful, as she always is. Then I was to meet the new guy. He didn't introduce himself to me, hardly looked at me, and ran his hand around my mouth like I was a horse being inspected for auction. I've still no idea what his name is, but I won't be back.

The techs are so friendly, and your primary dentist treats you like a special and unique patient. (mine is Dr. Jodi- she's retiring but very confident in the married couple that are taking the practice.) Please choose them!

Very nice place with covid very cautious but not overboard had my teerth cleaned by Kim great gal had me feeling very welcome and told me what she was doing as we went along. Dr Lori came in at end to take a look i felt very good coming here my wife felt the same but she was correct this dental office is terrific they follow up front office right on no fuss no muss. I'm relieved to find a great place for my dental needs. Had my teeth cleaning today by Kim still outstanding dental team from barb upfront to Kim to Dr. Lori just a terrific place june 6 just had my regular teeth cleaning and it was again always a great experience! Everyone from barb up front to kim who I adore to Dr lori a very good cleaning. I'm so glad I found this place if you have dental needs this is the place to go. Another cleaning today what a great place my hygienist Kim is just the best and Dr lori is just terrific come here for all your dental needs you won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: I have had a very hard time finding a good Dental Office that is in network with my insurance. I recently switched to Park Center and have been there twice and it’s been a great experience so far. Dr. Ehlers and *all* of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve had issues with my front teeth for over two years with several other dental offices attempting to correct them and Dr. Ehlers and his assistant Stacia finally fixed them for me. I almost shed a tear after my visit because I was so grateful. Very impressed!!

Fantastic experience: Great can't same enough good things about lori and her team. Went 20 yrs without going to dentist so when I did it was because I was terrible pain. Kennedy made me feel very comfortable and lori was amazing didn't feel anything. Like I said I could go on and on. But if you're looking for a great dentist she's the one especially if you had a bad experience when you were younger like I did.

Negative experience: Very sad update. While I still appreciate all the staff has done, the new owners have managed to destroy the trust and confidence of a longtime patient in the matter of minutes. --- My family and I have been seeing Dr. Ehlers for several years now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. We've had a few dental emergencies over the years, and those were handled almost immediately. Courtney has been a fantastic hygienist, and Barbara always makes us feel welcome when we arrive. This is a great practice and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience at the dentist's office.

The equipment used for ny cleaning was high tech, and pain free...a minimal of traditional scraping was required, as the device uses sonic vibrations and water....really cool! Fantastic experience: I had impressions made of my upper and lower jaws for a mouth piece. The girl that helped me was one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever encountered in my 58 years of being alive!! She calmed my nerves and made me feel at ease. Negative experience: How do you cut someone off who’s been going to your dental office for years and sent over multiple referrals to your office over a $40 balance owed. Pathetic

Positive experience: Good luck if you need to reschedule over a month in advance. They might be able to fit you in 7 months later... I guess that's a good sign people like them? We did, however; it looks like we will now have to find another dentist with some availability.

Fantastic experience: Didn't have to wait very long to be called. The tech Kenady was very pleasant. She checked my teeth and did x-rays. Then Dr. Lori came in examined teeth and came up with a plan for my dental needs. She was thorough and explained everything to me. The whole process was streamlined and very efficient. Overall, it was a good experience and they made me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous because it had been a while since I had seen Dr. Lori.

Just visited 11/18/24, crown had fallen off after many years and they got me in an hour after calling and put it back on quick. Ehlers is the best dentist ever.

Dr ehler's more conservative approach to dental care prioritizes keeping your teeth for as long as possible, and doesn't break the bank with expensive procedures on problems that arent causing you any issues. The billing and front end staff are always top notch, with no surprise bills, and always so nice!
